Absolutely wonderful place! I went here with my boyfriend for our first date, and we still visit to relive the memories. Overall, the staff were excellent and kept everything running smoothly. We had the nicest bartender, front desk receptionist, and staff members. I would highly recommend booking an event here or just stopping by for a night out! This place screwed me for a couple of hundred dollars! They took advantage of me calling to reserve two lanes to have in a couple of hours to celebrate my daughter?s birthday with some friends. They said one thing on the phone and did another when we were there with our guests knowing I wouldn't walk out. Massapequa bowl is my home town bowling alley and I have had a great experience every timeI come. My son is in the instructional league here through Massapequa pal so I'm here weekly on Fridays and now know the staff, all are so friendly and accommodating. This place was a disaster from the moment we walked in. The lanes were dirty and still had food, spilled drinks, and trash left over from previous guests. Everything felt sticky?tables, seats, even the balls. The ball returns were overcrowded and disorganized, with no staff in sight to help. Speaking of staff, I didn't see a single adult working. Everyone appeared to be under 20, and it showed. The bartender clearly had no training?she admitted it was only her second day and was left to tend the bar alone.

We were here for a fundraiser. They've done a ton of renovations, but what most impressed me was the service and attentiveness of Brandon. He was absolutely fantastic; very professional and responsive to any requests while we were there. This young man is truly management material! In all, each of the staff members were great, and I definitely be going back, as the overall experience was very good.

Frequent visitor of ultra lanes love to come and play pool and bowl, I know when Kevin is bartending that the service is beyond perfection food is also incredible and comes in super fast! I have had experience with the other bartenders and they don't even compete with satisfaction like Kevin does not only that but Kevin also makes you feel at home some place you would want to come back to.

We've bowled at Ultra Lanes twice. Both experiences were great! We have a toddler and he had such a great time. They have really cute dinosaur ramps to help them push the bowling ball down the lane. He loved it! Also, the arcade area is very fun. We plan on having his 4th birthday party here.

This is nowhere near where I live, but we participate in a league here because it's worth the drive. Employees and league members are always pleasant and very chill. They have food and drink options available, and a nice sunken bar area in the middle. League lanes are lit up on one side and other is for cosmic bowling or whatever it's called these days with the black lights. They're good about laying down a reasonable oil pattern for league nights, so I would assume they take care of things for open bowling

Will not honor Groupons that don't have any explicit restrictions. We were one of 4 or 5 families that were denied with a simple ?we're not taking any Groupons today and the owner isn't here?. I attended a party at this venue in February. My son had such a great time we will be booking there for his birthday in December. The party was the right portion of time bowling to being in a private party room for kids that age with just an hour bowling and then kids head up to the private party room. The private room was great because it focused kids on eating rather having them run off to try to go bowl while still eating. I purchased a Groupon for my family. I called before I purchased to verify the information on the Groupon because it was an amazing deal. The representative confirmed the details. HOWEVER, upon our arrival, they REFUSED to honor the Groupon stating that it COULDN?T be redeemed while students were on break. The Groupon didn't state there were any ?blackout? dates and they refused to accept. It feels like a ?bait & switch? and we felt compelled to concede and handle it through a complaint.

We went here to have some fun and go bowling , this place is great dark setting for bowling with a bunch of lights going on , great for kids and adults , they have an arcade which has fun games in it too, the food is great, typical bar finger foods , they have a bar for adults to to get drinks while you bowl. Marilyn was super helpful to us as we misunderstood how to use a Groupon that wasn't valid yet today when we went. She was very friendly, so we ended up just buying regular price for an hour and then played some arcade games. I liked how one side of the bowling alley was dark with disco balls and the other side was regularly lit, so we had the option of both on this Sunday night. I frequently visit ultra lanes and my best visits are those when I am lucky to have Kevin as my bartender.

They posted an offer on groupon but after booking it on groupon, they wont honor the groupon. Their excuse was that they dont accept groupon after 6pm. But nowhere on the agreement does it say that. You have to be more transparent and let your patrons know beforehand on Groupon that u wont accept it after 6pm

I had my twins birthday on the April 24 there it was amazing it was very clean and they did an amazing job with birthday decorations and everything thing went smoothly .I did not have to worry about anything they did everything.They made sure that my guest have everything they needed.I was very happy with them and they kids had a blast. Rating it a 3 because the girl in the front was very nice . This place is so so dirty . The shoes look like they haven't been replaced in 20 years . The bathrooms are filthy , the place smells . We won't be returning .

Horrible outdated lanes that will literally destroy any personal balls you bring in, either the ball return or old broken down lanes took a chunk out of my ball right in the track of the roll. Not to mention don't think the lanes had been oiled in weeks. Any serious bowlers stay away!

We had a party at Massapequa Bowl last night and had an awesome time. Our friends appreciated it so much. Brenda was so helpful arranging the menu with us. She answered all our questions and had good suggestions. Marilyn and Brianna were so helpful in setting up the lanes and food for us. This is by far my favorite bowling alley on the island! Last year, I hosted my adult birthday party year at this location and my group had an absolute blast!! Dirtest bowling alley that I've ever been in. Dust everywhere. Lanes have residue that has built up since the start of COVID or longer. I guess that's why they still have COVID masks up on the TV screens. Game Cards were loaded with $.50 instead of $5.00. Flat Beer. I won't be back. Only reason there's two stars is because the land equipment worked the entire time
