Two Social is the best bar in Dayton! I have visited downtown a couple of times now and always make sure to stop in. They have awesome arcade games and a nice selection of drinks. The axe throwing is super fun and they give you great coaching and time to get good at it. I also like the shuffle board and giant Jenga. Nice seating with comfy couches. Something that really sets Two Social apart is their sports leagues (like kickball, dodgeball, bar games, corn hole & axe throwing tournaments) and their use as

This is going to def be a new favorite place! We came here for a rehearsal dinner, and they were so fun! Our group had a blast! We didn't eat there, BUT the drinks were on 11! They were really attentive and helped direct people to not walk thru the area we reserved!

I recently visited two social located in downtown Dayton, Ohio and had a fantastic experience. The atmosphere of the place was inviting and laid-back, with a variety of amenities to keep guests entertained. I particularly enjoyed the ax throwing, corn hole, Jenga, and the wide selection of board games available. It was a great place to unwind and have some fun with friends. The staff at two social were friendly and professional, making sure that all guests felt welcomed and taken care of. The restrooms wer

Two Social is my favorite bar in Dayton! Went here for my birthday with my family and had a great time playing games and taking in the atmosphere. They have so many fun entertainment options with arcade games, video game wall, axe throwing, board games, darts, shuffle board, giant Jenga, and cornhole. They have a wide selection of specialty drinks that are custom to the season. (Although I don't drink, they were able to make a delicious mocktail). The staff did a fantastic job decorating for the holidays

Best bar in Dayton! I love coming here to axe throw due to their myriad of available games and the option of a wood handled axe or sheet metal tomahawk! If axe throwing isn't what the group is up for there's plenty of other games to play such as darts, corn hole & shuffleboard. They have a wide selection of alcohol; from rotating cocktails to draft beers to bottles/cans plus THC canned beverages!

Great bar and hangout spot in Dayton. Chill atmosphere, ambient music but easy to have a conversation, good lighting, friendly staff. They host tons of social sport leagues and fun special events to meet people. The owners are nice, local people, and there's a good chance you will see them when you're there. The drink menu has something for everyone: beer, cider, cocktails, shots, non-alcoholic drinks, and THC infused drinks. The drink menu rotates pretty regularly, so don't get too attached to your favori

I didn't have any food, but threw axes with my date and it was a lot of fun. Jeff is a great host and really made us feel welcomed. It was a fun experience. We got there late, and there were some technical difficulties, but they added time to our throws. Definitely recommend.

Phenomenal service from the staff! They have all sorts of games and stuff. Really cool and original drinks too. Would highly recommend to anyone who is in the area to try it out, you won't regret it.

I had the cider and it was delicious!! The vibe and atmosphere was awesome! Axe throwing was so fun! Great place to spend a Saturday!

A true gem of the city, Two Social is the perfect meet-up spot for any occasion. With axe throwing, darts, cornhole, wall-to-wall videogames, and an extensive bar selection (Shout-out to Katie!), you're sure to find good entertainment for any evening out on the town.

I absolutely love this place. The drinks are amazing aide does a great job. she makes the best mixed drinks I've ever had. This is a great atmosphere to just come and hang out. They also have so many other things to do.

A new experience in Dayton! The friendly staff help get you set up for playing one of their many axe throwing games(if you are that skilled at it), but if not there is plenty more this bar offers. Bocce, corn hole, retro video games and all with a great drink selection. Glad to see this bar added to my favorites in Dayton.

I Drove in from Indianapolis to meet some old friends at this spot. It's Unique and had something for everyone. Axe throwing, corn hole, video games , shuffle board, darts, nice selection of crafts drafts and liquor at the bar. Matthew was AWESOME and was a very patient axe mentor.

Two social was so fun! The service is great. There?re old school video games, ax throwing, and lots of other things to do!! Wasn't overly crowded so you don't really have to wait to play! Great for a date or friend time :)Can't wait to come back!

This was our first time here. We actually ended up scootering here from the Oregon District. I got mixed feels. I am giving five stars because the service was awesome. The ladies working the bar went above and beyond. The cocktails on the other hand, a bit sugar filled for my liking. I should have just stuck to beer but ventured out. The other weird feeling was the vibe. A part of me was loving it and was wanting to try everything the other part of me felt like it was a lot of action all over the place. S

Absolute best bar in Dayton! The games, axe throwing, and drinks make for a great night when you want a fun activities with friends. The sports leagues ran through the bar are also lots of fun!

Great place with great service. Everyone working there is so friendly. The bartenders, Aide and Maddie, were especially friendly and professional. Matt helped us with axe throwing and was very helpful. A great place in the heart of downtown!

Could use more guitar hero guitars. Service was very welcoming and accommodating. The wide variety of games was really fun.

I went here with my boyfriend over the weekend and we had so much fun! The service was great and the bar had really good drinks! We were helped by an employee named Matthew and he was super nice and helpful. His Taylor Swift knowledge was very impressive as well lol. I had the blueberry lemon mule at the bar and it was amazing. 10/10 time and would recommend to others!

We had so much fun when we went! Great atmosphere and lots of different things to do. The axe throwing was fun because there were options for different games you could play & it was at a good price point. Matt & AD were both really nice & helpful. Great atmosphere and awesome bartenders. Fun place to go with friends.

Let me start off with this, wild axe Beavercreek ain?t got nothing on Two Social when it comes to axe throwing. Not only can you have just TWO people but the atmosphere is phenomenal!!! Matthew our instructor on throwing the axe was really great!!! Wife and I celebrated 13 years of marriage and we decided to do something new and Two Social did not disappoint at all!!! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for something new and fun!!!

Great atmosphere and a fun place to meet up, whether for a date night or with a group of friends. Good drinks, great staff, well worth repeated visits

Matt and Maddie were awesome. One of the best bars in Dayton. Casual enough to hangout with friends, nice enough for a date night. Definitely will be back.

My husband and I just found out about this place and drove to Dayton to check it out. After seeing their axe throwing had a projector and games, we had to give it a try. I love that it offers you so much more than just throwing an axe at the board. They had 2 different axes to choose from as well. Their drinks were delicious (specialty drinks for Halloween was fun)! We also enjoyed their jumbo Jenga and variety of board games. We will definitely come back!

Fun place with lots of games and good drinks, Mathew has been very helpful in the euchre league

Went here for a work party and had a great time! The axe throwing was really fun and they have a whole wall of different video game consoles. Great Non-alcoholic options and the staff were extremely nice and engaging. Definitely will be back!

Best location for friends, Katie out bartender had great drinks for us.

My husband and I had a date night and wanted to try Two Social out. It was an awesome atmosphere and our lady behind the bar was fantastic. She recommended so many good drinks/shots. Thanks Sydney!!

Absolutely amazing love Katie for being super creative and friendly when it came to our hospitality

Great atmosphere!!! Meeting new people and having a great time!!! Friendly and accommodating staff!!!

Matthew was a great host! We had a blast

I didn't eat or drink anything here, I just did crafts with other people. But I didn't even know it was there, and I'll definitely go back. Very comfortable atmosphere and the people were really nice.

Aide made us great drinks! Definitely a must in Downtown Dayton!

Brooklyn made the best Christmas cookie martini!!

Great place to hang out, play games, and enjoy some drinks!

Matthew was the absolute best host both times we came! His customer service skills were top notch. He went out of his way to make sure our experience was as good as possible. The bartenders helped us to find the best drinks for our liking. Will definitely return!

Went here with a group and had a great time! There is axe throwing if you remember to wear or bring close-toed shoes (we didn't). There's plenty else to do, including card games, video games, cornhole, air hockey and some arcade games. There's no food available, but the beer is plentiful! We had Door Dash bring us snacks in about 20 minutes.

Really good bar, love the vibe of the place, and the food is amazing

Matthew was very patient to help a group of women for first timers we appreciate his hospitality

It was great! A lil Dayton best kept secret. If you need something for date night or team social. It is a dope spot with dope staff.

Never seen this in my Home country Germany Awesome Definitely a place to be

Fun atmosphere, axe throwing and good drink options

Big vibe. Word to my mother. Katie is the best bartender around

The space for axe throwing is extremely tight and borderline dangerous. The cocktails were good but contained very little alcohol. The bartenders are hypersensitive to anyone drinking several drinks. Might be good for a kids birthday party.

Very friendly staff. Matthew especially stood out to my friends & I. Extremely kind, patient and hospitable. Great experience.

This is a great place to go hang out. Lots of fun things to do. The bartender Sydney made great drinks and was very friendly and attentive. Definitely will be going back.

Had a Great time last night drinks are always good ! And love the environment I was with a group of about 10+ we sat at the bar and the bar tender took her time serving us we had to walk around the bar to the register to order other wise we would have waited another 20 minutes. She was extremely rude was a different girl from the previous times we have been not sure if she's new or what but other than that we had an AWESOME TIME

Very comfortable, casual place. Beer selection is good.

My friends and I love Two Social! The games are a ton of fun and the staff are awesome. We make a point to go visit Matthew at least once a month! Axe throwing is my favorite part!

Love this place. Very modern, cute, bright, and fun. Friendly staff. It's also nice if you prefer a more "casual" approach to the axe throwing (they are more hands off than some other places and you can do your own thing) Great drinks and games. TVs aplenty. Full of whimsy!

Great bar and staff! The shots are awesome! The rotating taps are full of fun selections! They keep bud light in cans too for when you're in the mood for a classic! The list of activities to enjoy with your drinks is extensive!!! You can axe throw with their new digital projection screens, play cornhole, reminisce with classic video games, or just enjoy some sports on their big ole tvs. Solid bar overall!

Matthew was fantastic. Such a gentleman and very kind!!!

Awesome addition to downtown. Had a great time there for a birthday party. Good selection of local craft beer and fun cocktails. I also just thought this was primarily an axe throwing bar. I was impressed and excited to see they also have: giant Jenga, Bocci ball, Cornhole, a shuffleboard table, giant beer pong, and multiple video game systems. Will definitely be visiting again!

We went for axe throwing and stayed for the bengals game. Great atmosphere! Very pleasant and helpful staff! Great drinks! Very accommodating when ordering out food! I will definitely recommend this to friends!

Two Social is a fantastic addition to the downtown area. With axe throwing, Cornhole, classic games like Jenga and Checkers, and video games like Smash Bros, Mario Kart and Mega Man Two Social is the place to be on a Friday night. I reserved a table and two lanes with some friends. We got a quick lesson in throwing and ordered some drinks. I highly recommend going the staff is great and there's plenty to do. It was a lot of fun.

Darts, drinks, axes, and more! What else could you want! Love this place ??

Amazing bar! The variety of games is perfect for anyone who loves games. They have board, video and a few other backyard misc (corn hole, shuffle board, largerl Jenga, axe throwing and more). The staff was super kind and have great drinks!

Such a fun date night or work bonding event. Great drinks and fun activities. Bailey with the axe throwing was GREAT! Super helpful & helped made our evening really enjoyable - thank you!!

Two social was a great time. Started off with some delicious cocktails then headed to some shuffle board and giant jenga. Then purchased some axe throwing time which was a blast... Bit pricey for the axe throwing but worth it for the hour.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
