Ordered a custom cabinet from Tulsa Arcades, the end product is amazing. Worth every penny. Had it shipped to Utah, no problem. JC was fantastic to work with. Horrible customer experience, a paralysed store, so slow the seasons will change between order and delivery and totally unable to support its own products. Ordered November and received in April... Few months later, this June 2023 I inquired about printing artwork for the parts purchased and that is how I learnt that they lost the template files for their own item...! I ordered the Tron S panel for the arcade1up based on a few positive YouTube reviews. I paid roughly $85 for it which is pretty expensive, but I expected a quality finished product so I was ok with the high price. I received a roughly cut piece of bare particle board that was chipped and the cut edges were unfinished and shown through the black paneling. I also received a separate very creased and wrinkled vinyl sticker that I apparently needed to size, cut and apply myself -- it was not sized right either.

They do excellent work, craftsmanship on point, all around great product, great service after the sell. For anyone that has any issue with there cabinet you need to reach out to the owner JC and he will take good care of you.

I purchased a custom arcade from Tulsa Arcades over 1 year ago. The owner was very upfront that it would take 6 weeks since it was custom and they had many orders. Tulsa Arcades finished up in the agreed upon time frame and since I am local I went over to pick it up. Everything has been great with the arcade for the last year. Bought a Tron S Panel Mod on Etsy. I got the 10" version and then bought the recommended photo frame from Amazon. I did not get a download link for the animation so I also bought the SD card from Tulsa Arcades to finish it off. Total cost was $140 for all of it (not including shipping). I was modding my MKII Arcade1Up cabinet to run RetroPie and needed to add additional buttons. My wife was concerned that the cabinet would no longer look nice after I finished. I ordered multiple items from JC and the service and care was phenomenal. I did have a payment issue where i was charged 2 times for some unknown reason. But Jc and his team were so quick to resolve this issue that it wasnt a big deal. He was able to have 100 percent amazing customer service even during a time of the virus, as well as he moving into a new location and his printers going down . You guys are by far theeeee best arcade company around I ordered my bezel kit last week (8/19) and it shipped fast compared to who originally ordered from that said 3 weeks then kept making excuses to the point where I cancelled and got a refund back unlike these guys (Tulsa Arcades) you get it out fast within a week no nonsense, treat their customers awesome seriously you guys get 10?'s from me and I'd definitely buy from you guys again!!!
