Triple Play Family Fun Park

We came for my sons 11th birthday. There are so many fun things to do! We rented a room and purchased our tickets there, giving us a discount on the days events. Things are fairly priced, and the rides and games give a fair amount of playtime. The staff are super kind, knowledgeable, and easygoing. We will definitely be coming back!

Great experience. We came here earlier in the week and raced go karts, played mini golf, and played some laser games. We ended the day in the arcade and came back later in the week just to play our favorite games in the arcade. While playing the games we had some technical difficulties but the staff was very generous, courteous, and apologetic. Our kiddos loved raptor reef, which was the only reason we went to triple play for the day. I loved that we didn't have to wait in lines for the water slides. We basically walked on all of them. We have been to other indoor water parks and there are usually long lines to ride them, not here. I took a photo of the cafe food prices for reference for other people.

Fun place for kids and families. Lots to do. We got the 4 hour indoor pass, which proved to be great. They have outdoor activities, but due to the weather, they were closed. Next time we'll have to try the water park as well.

This is a cool place to go since there isn't much to do in the area. Especially if you have younger children I'm sure they would like it here. Right from the start the customer service was very good and professional. The staff created a safe and fun atmosphere for sure. And I really like the change of the wristbands so that they can be used to reduce items you have to carry on you. Thank you for a good time Triple Play!

Our experience Friday, June 20, was great until we entered the Raptor Reef side. I have never in all my life had such a horrible time with the lifeguard staff harassing my children and targeting them on everything they seemed to do, instead of being their for their safety and helping them have fun they did opposite. Training and customer service are absolutely needed on the reef side. Enter at your own risk.

Great family fun! Our kiddos spent the whole day and had a blast. The facility was clean and we saw staff sweeping/sanitizing/etc all over the building. Staff was polite and friendly. Pizza & salad was tasty! All money well spent for a terrific spring break!!

First time visiting, our kids loved it! There was a stand out employee that worked the water slides at the top. He always had a smile and was excited for your trip down the slide. We were so impressed we found the GM to give him kudos. We would plan our trip differently the next time as we went on a Thursday where they rotate the attractions being opening and closed every other hour and we just couldn't hit it right. I recently purchased a 2-day pass for 12 people at Triple Play Fun Center, and I am thoroughly frustrated and disappointed. They provided paper schedules showing when each attraction would be open, but it felt like we paid full price for a park that was only operating at 50%. We had a good time here, we had the ultimate pass. There was too much to get done in one day. As for food they do offer some gluten free items, we did not try any of them though, I am guessing everything is cooked in a shared kitchen, I do not know that for sure though. My young elementary aged child enjoyed the ropes course. My daughter who is under 3 enjoyed the rope scores for toddlers. The arcade can eat through your money fast.

Firstly, we are from out of town and are on spring break. We intentionally came in the middle of the week because we assumed it would be busier on the weekend with other spring breakers. This place is great! I have young kids, and this place just let's them have a lot of fun. Having them state that it is a kid friendly hotel and quiet time is at 10 was nice, I didn't need to constantly keep the kids quiet. One of the only negatives is the food flavor quality is slightly lacking.

Triple play as a whole was good. Lots to do, the all day access pass bracelet is the way to go, laser tag was so fun for my 6 yr old. He had the best time overall. Used to be better, everyone is super nice but in the last 2 years the Arcade prices have over trippled (same games are 8$ a single play!). The theme park, waterpark, and arcade are all wonderful and super fun. The hotel was the issue I had. We were kept up all night long by the noise. It sounded like whoever was above us was dribbling a basket ball ALL NIGHT LONG. We tried talking to the front desk the second night after they woke up my young kids, and were pretty much blown off about it. This place was so fun, the day pass was totally worth it. But aside from all the fun we had the hotel staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!! My daughter left her phone in the room after we checked out and we live 6.5 hours away, they got it in the mail for us the very next day and packaged it up with tons of bubble wrap so it was safe. I went here with our local Recreational Services for people with disabilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The slides were a lot of fun, but definitely not recommended for people who are scared of the dark and have health issues. Make sure to stay hydrated when you're in there because you can get very dehydrated quick from the 86 degrees temperature. Definitely recommended if you have the money and older kids.

It has a lot to do. I feel it's expensive but there is enough to do that it's worth the cost. The reef is a little smaller thank other parks I've been to but my kids had a great time. My 6 yo loved the dino aspect. The ropes course was another favorite.

Great value for the all day pass. We added the water park for $10.00 more so it was great, not busy at all (Sunday) and had 3 inner tube rides. We were there all day and did everything, 2 laser tags, 2 go carts, bowling, 4 laser maze, 2 rock climbing, mini golf, bumper boats, bumper cars, and arcade, and 2 hours at the water park. Went for Halloween Party night and kids had a blast. Excellent value, great employees, and so much to do. I was happy with all the thoughts and ideas put into this event. Downside was due to covid and spacing rules, lines we're very long. Event was 4 hours and kids spent 1.5 hours in rope gym line. I've been going to Triple Play for years, but their latest policy change at Raptor Reef is just beyond comprehension. Now, you have to pay to enter when you're not swimming. This means if you just want to keep an eye on your kids from the side, you still have to shell out more money. Over priced for long wait times. We used to come here a lot and now even the Arcade is ridiculous. Not only is it very expensive per game but they put odd numbers like $2.30 or $3.40 so you either do not use all the money or have to add more to use it fully. The 4 hours pass is wasted waited most of the time.

Everything in one place. The Waterpark is small but the four rides are fun, a small wave pool, and an area for small children. If you go after 6 pm until close you can pay 19.95. You can also zipline, go cart, put put golf, bowl, and more. There is a hotel attached to the facility if you want to plan in advance. You can load wrist bands and cards so you do not have to worry about children handling cash.

Lots of stuff for kids/families to do: laser escape pods, up-and-drop ride, obstacle course in the air, bowling, swimming (wave pool, kiddie slides, older kids slides, youth/adult slides, hot tub), arcade, mini golf, bumper cars, and much more! We went for a school fundraiser so it was $20 a person (except the arcade, which you had to pay for separately). I think the normal price is $35+ per person. The kids seemed to really love it. Way too expensive feels like every corner you turn there is another excessive fee arcade games are over 3 dollars a game. The water park is overrated. There are 4 slides, but they are short and not very exciting. My son who is tall enough to go down the slides couldn't because he was to skinny and slipped through the inner tubes. Went here with my family this weekend for my daughters birthday. My kids had so much fun! Lots of different attractions for kids of all ages. Our favorites were the dark ride thing, the ropes course and the laser tag! We stayed in the hotel for a night. The room was nice and the breakfast was decent. This place is absolutely disgusting it should be a health hazard. The stairs were gross and had a literal poop on one of the stairs. The wait time for the food took forever. We went there and used the price and play. They do not inform you inside that it is only per ride, I get that it is important to look beforehand but nowhere inside are you told that that's the case. Spending $22+ to go on one ride for two people once is ridiculous.

I am extremely disappointed in our recent experience. This so called "family fun park" only had about half of their exhibits fully functional yet we were still charged full price. It was my son's birthday and we wanted to be able to have a few slices of our cake, then buy hundreds of dollars worth of wristbands for our group to spend the afternoon there. We were told that without purchasing one of their party packages we could not use a SINGLE table for about 30 minutes to eat cake and open a few presents.

Raptor Reef is fun but not really for kids under 4. There's a reason there are hardly any young kids there. They can't go in two out of the three areas and the "toddler" area is so scary for little kids. There's a huge (100 gallons, maybe) bucket that drops every 5 minutes that looks painful and is so loud. My little ones cried every time it fell for the first hour. My kids ages 9 and 7 had a blast here I had to ride on the slides with my littlest one as anyone under48 in needs a rider that is 13 or older. Very Pricey!!, we came here to bowl a few games, so they put us on the wait list to bowl, they buzzed us 20 minutes later, we were down stairs playing games, we came up to bowl and they said it had been over 5 minutes since they paged us, so they took us off the waiting list. We had a lot of fun at Triple Play. The hotel room had updated furniture, but the most uncomfortable bed we have ever stayed on. I ended up moving to the pull out couch with my son and it was more comfortable.

Fun for kids of all ages. Wave machine in pool. Nice little slides too for toddlers. Chlorine smell sometimes bothers me, but everything is clean. My 11 and 9 year old love the slides here. Our Daughter absolutely loves coming to Triple Play. She is 4 and although most of the Arcade games are a over her skill and ability she still has a blast with the little kid section. She also enjoys the bowling and in the summer we are going to go back for Putt Putt. For the cost it's an affordable family day to connect, compete and enjoy a fun time. Highly recommended there is nothing else like it in town.

The go karts were very slow to get through, it feels like the turnaround time between sessions should be quicker. A lot of the arcade games were out of order, and when we were finished they weren't able to honor our tickets because the system was down.

We visited Triple Play Family Fun Center yesterday to celebrate my son's 8th birthday, and it was an amazing experience! The staff, especially Khloe, Lexi, and Kai, were incredibly kind and accommodating. My son, who has autism, had a wonderful time at the water park thanks to their understanding and non-judgmental attitude. I took my Grandson there (we were having a bro weekend with grandma out of town), and we had a fantastic time! The bumper cars are a blast! We won 300 tickets in the arcade - and blew them on candy. But our overall favorite was Dark Ride! It's the next best thing to a roller-coaster, and you get to choose from multiple experiences.
