Celebrated my son?s second birthday here at triple crown!!! Staff was amazing, easy to work with. I had previously reached out about which tables we wanted &? it was no issue!! Table was waiting when we got there with plenty of seating and space. The process was so easy ! Pizza came out at the exact time i had asked for it to come out! Adults were able to help their toddlers out on the inflatables, I thought was pretty awesome! When our party time was up, I wasn't able to get the table cleared right on time
This is a great place to take your little ones to. I took my granddaughter there a couple of weeks ago and she is still talking about the Big Slide and wants to go back next time she comes. The prices are affordable enough to do that ??
Came here for my 7 year olds birthday got a nice pizza and was treated fairly. Then soon after opening employees started sleeping while working most arcade games were broke. ? they were just recently maintenance? wasted $20 on arcade games because they wouldn't give me my money back. Even the claw machines start to come up before closing their claws. Shocked this place is still open.
Save your money, look for a different outing for your young ones. Very expensive for a sub-par experience. Read on for details. We've visited this location multiple times - each less enticing than the last. This place is going down hill (not that it was ever great). The staff were lackluster, watching shows on a tablet and incredibly unmotivated. The owner must be very paranoid because there are about 5 massive signs that read "NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS ALLOWED". When I asked for a cup of water for my 2 ye
Not busy when I went... But it was early at the open on Friday during school hours. It did start to pick up by the time I left. Inflatables seem OK and the kids seemed to like them. I didn't go with my kids but accompanied a friend with younger kids at 3. Not sure of my kids would like it as much as they are older. But the arcade games would help. Couple of them didn't work at the time I was there. YMMV. Pizza was good would like to try more lol.
The kids love it. It's 10-15 for an all day wristband depending on height of child. We didn't eat there but they have a variety of food available. It's great for a rainy day!
The place has had some updates, added little ones areas which is great ! However, the ?arcade? side needs a lot of attention. The machines never work, always shut down. The upstairs use to have a huge tube slide for the kids to climb around in but has been shutdown. It is not the cleanest by no means so I am constantly baby wiping my sons hands off & washing them at the end before we leave with soap and water. However, I like that it is a relaxed environment , the workers are not overly strict (let kids be
Watched a championship soccer game. Glad to see our team win. Counter service was subpar at best. Several I "don't knows" when asked some basic questions. We ordered an 8" pizza, 8 inch gondola and large works salad. They left the pepperoni and croutons off the salad. Not the Cardo's pizza we are used to. It is probably a great place to take kids. We would go back to watch a game but won't be ordering food again.
Most of the good arcade games don't work an they don't refund your money better off not playing them. The place was full of people so they definitely have money to fix them an don't. The whole place has a terrible smell too it an seems like it's full of bacteria and germs
Went for a birthday party. Attendants were only at one bounce thing and anyone could get on anything else. They were out of arcade cards so you couldn't play any games, just prize machines that all cost at least $1 each. At least the bathroom was clean, food was ok but pizza wasn't cut at all.
Over half the arcade games are out of order or don't work properly. Staff stands around gossiping. Went just for arcade games .. definitely not like it's pictured. $50+ per hour per child to play arcade games. Made me miss the Walmart arcade honestly. I would want a refund but a manager couldn't be found. Thank you triple crown for a waste of time and money. Would rate zero stars if possible.
The kids had lots of. Some wait time due to high volume of kids but overall great experience!
For children of all ages adults as well that are young at heart what absolutely have a blast here a lot of different things to do many games and the staff is amazing
I don't usually rate things on Google but I Took my brother here because he kept begging me too since we hadn't been there in years and I can't say I'm 100 percent satisfied with what we got for what we paid?the workers were very unmotivated except for the one girl running the register while the others just kinda stood around. At the prize counter the worker was lying on the counter with her feet kicked up which was kinda odd. My brother had a good time however I don't think I'd wanna bring him back based
The girl at the front desk was nice but the guy looking over the bounce houses was rude and would shut down the only 2 good slides they had when he needed to get something to drink or eat.We was their not even(the place opened at 11 we was their at 11:30) 5 minutes and he already left to get something to drink and then my daughter comes up to me and said he closed the big slide and just walked away, took him another 10 minutes to get his food.I asked him why does he keep shutting down the slides when I'm wit
Definitely not worth the money. Hardly any blow ups anymore. More tables than anything. Will not be going back.
Fun for the kids, they had a blast. We've been several times now. Cons are the cost and many of the games are out of order frequently. Also prizes are limited and extremely hard to earn. Food was ok, not great, but all in all we will continue to come back.
Fun experience, great place for younger kids. Only bad thing is a lot of their games and machines do not work or are shut down unfortunately.
We had our sons 5th birthday here, he absolutely loved it. The staff was nice and there was plenty of inflatables. The food was great! However, the arcade games was crap and only about 2 worked and I don't think the AC worked since it was about 90 degrees in there. We got the basic party package that didn't include the arcade games but did spend $20 to get a card for our son. Within the first 2 minutes we knew that was a mistake. I complained once and got a dollar back on the card. Almost everyone at the pa
There were a lot of non-working games, but my daughter had a blast. Would recommend.
Bounce houses are always fun, but while we were there, the wifi was down, so arcade and jukebox were down. I'm not sure if it was the owner or manager, but he was screaming at the employees in front of everyone and made 1 employee cry repeatedly. Was not happy with our visit.
Great place for kids to play and run off energy ...really liked it and my kids absolutely loved it.
I'm a black man with two minor children. I've visited triple crown and on two occasions I was approached by staff claiming I was making kids uncomfortable but failed to explain to me in what way or capacity. On the first occasion I went to the front counter and requested a refund before we left because of the false claims of some white racist kids probably saying it as some racist prank. No refund, we left NOT told to leave as the staff now claims and lying claiming I was taking photos of children, that's
Went here for my grandsons birthday party. Inflatables were a hit with the kids, many of the games were not working. The ones that did work-dud not give the kids tickets so the kids could redeem them for prizes??. Pizza was not bad but not the best either. Thank goodness for the inflatables is all I can say...
Almost every game is broken. So don't bother going for the arcades. Half are shut off, and the other half, they leave the lights on them, which makes them look like you could use them, but you can't. If you go during a week day, there are not enough workers manning the inflatables. So it's hit and miss if you are able to actually use some of the larger ones. My kids were pretty disappointed with it.
Been here several times, but THIS trip was awful. All but 3-4 of the token games were "broken" - I'm thinking they just unplugged them to save on the electric bill; the boy running the big "jump or duck" bouncer was running it full speed. Grandson asked him to turn it down, he wouldn't. Ordered pizza - we were all hungry so we ate it, but it had to be the absolute greasiest pizza I have ever had. Grease was dripping off every piece! Thats just stupid. Doubt we will return.
I have been bringing my kids here since 2008. They have always loved it. Not sure, after my son?s party tonight, if we will ever go back. The teenagers working were vaping. Most of the games were out of order. We checked on our pizza order 3 times. 5:30 turned into 6:45 (party was over at 7). Our guests ordered their own food and they all got theirs b4 our pizza. The manager gave us a discount, which helped, but he was also very rude to the staff. My son and his friends still had fun, but we will drive some
I gave it a 3 stars because my boys love the inflatables and they are fun ! However, several games are down. One game that was up shorted me . They told us nothing they could do about it on our last visit . The pizza wasn't cooked all the way . The cheese wasn't even all the way melted on it , and the crust should have been cooked longer. This last visit . We opted not get to get pizza based on our last experience . This food was good this time !
Workers looked like they hated their lives. Spent $60 on arcade cards and they only have maybe 10-15 machines to use those cards on. Anything for a young child to ride were unplugged. You want to spin the big wheel for tickets? That's about all you have. They also had smaller machines as well that appeared to be on the verge of falling apart. Terrible experience, horrible customer service. You want to plan a birthday party there? Go ahead, but you have to share the entire space with families coming in separ
Worst experience I could have imagined. I knew the owner was a horrible person but he really outdid himself this time. We visited on 2/2/24, 2 moms and 3 kids, kind and respectful people. We purchased fountain pepsi, pizza, wristbands, and arcade cards. Several sodas in the machine were watered down and water in machine was gross. We pulled out a couple of water bottles from our bag. We were confronted by a child (probably 10 years old) questioning our water bottles (which were still unopened). Prett
Chose Triple Crown to host a birthday party for my youngest son. During the party my oldest son chose to play the game Stacker. I was standing behind him and watched when he won the major prize (after numerous attempts of falling just one row short). The major prizes were not cheap items. There were beats by Dre. (headphones) and items of equivalent value. The screen looked like it had a huge ?X? like pattern on it, which by researching after I came home was spelling ?WIN? vertically. After winning and show
Please listen save your money and stay home. I spent over $100 yesterday for my daughter's 9th birthday we got arcade and bounce time 80% of the games are broken meanwhile the bounce houses were not like showing in the website there is no ball pit most of the inflatables have holes in them my son was playing in The maze and hurt his foot because there is big metal bars in the middle in holes everywhere throughout we will never be back and I'm encouraging everyone to stay home. Also the tickets that you accu
This place has really gone downhill. Could use a really deep, good cleaning. The large stuffed animals hanging on the wall need to be taken down and cleaned or just left down. My daughter saw a cockroach crawling around. All games were down, when we were there, they said they kept rebooting the system and could not get an internet connection. At least the kids had the bounce things to play on.. Attended a birthday party.. we were in the books, but not on the list..so that was a mix up getting started. The
Great! I was worried bc of all the bad reviews but my daughter loved it . The staff were nice . The food wasn't the best but what can you expect right?
Tried to get the pretzels replaced they refused saying there was nothing wrong with them lol they was burnt n tasted crappy. Teenage granddaughter ate them anyways lol not exactly a fan of the sampler
Good place to keep kids active. Somewhat pricey. No outside food or drinks except birthday cakes. Decent prices for birthday parties.
The arcade experience was lacking, with over half of the games out of order. They abruptly stopped serving fountain drinks an hour and a half before closing without informing customers. On the bright side, the pizza was enjoyable, and the staff were friendly. If you visit, only buy tokens if you have a particular favorite game, and make sure to get your drinks in advance to avoid sudden cutoffs.
Only go for the inflatables because the arcade 90% don't work which is crazy but true but my kids went mainly for the inflatable so they had fun. The inflatables are honestly basic but they had one big one and the kids enjoyed it during the winter time. Pizza is honestly pretty darn good not gonna lie so that makes it a 3 star I guess...just don't go if your going for the arcade, can't explain that enough..it socks. Food (pizza): 8/10 Inflatables: 5/10 Arcade: 1/10
Axe Throwing? YES! Great coaches, fun games, and just a lot of laughs! Highly recommend! It's great exercise and requires a little bit of skill but it may be more fun if you don't master the skill.??????
My husband plays indoor soccer here and it's a very nice field. He enjoys playing here a lot. I like the seating area they have for us to watch the games and the selection of drinks is great. $3.50 for unlimited drinks is awesome for when we're there for a few hours. The bathrooms could be much cleaner and the fact that children, and some adults even, are allowed to walk around without shoes or socks on is a little gross. Parents should also be made to stay with their children because I've seen many, very y
We had a party reservation on Friday 11/10. The whole place was a mad house, and completely unorganized. We went to check in they didn't even have our party ready. The whole place was being ran by teenagers, no adult authority around the entire time. I actually felt bad for the teens because they were truly doing the best they could. Pizza was was an hour behind for us. Drink station had no ice the entire night. The two boys that were waiting on us kept apologizing for the inconvenience, although I didn't f
Overpriced, and only a couple of the arcade games work. Most will eat your money, and when you ask a worker to be reimbursed they tell you no. I'd give 1 star but the bounce houses are ok.
Have called several times over the past two weeks to schedule our yearly trip for 100 kids. The scheduler will not call us back. The guy at the place actually got snippy with me and said he'd checked the schedulers phone himself and there were no texts or calls from me or my colleague. Took my info and said the scheduler would call me today and I'm still waiting for that call. We've gone there the past 4-5 years and have never had any problems and they make a grand or better from us each year. Will no longe
We went right when it opened so we had the whole place to ourselves. We didn't play video games because we were told that most of the games don't work. We all had a blast. I would have given it 5 stars if we could have played video games. We ate before we went so I can't say anything about the food.
My 4 year old loves it here, but honestly i hate bringing him. They JUST got rid of the bounce house that has had holes in it for years. Half of the games don't work and the ones that do, are so expensive or make you swipe the card multiple times to work. The staff is the worst part honestly. Most of them are young teenagers who you can tell don't care about their jobs. I have seen them walk past a group of kids playing inappropriately on an inflatable and do nothing, sit on their phones by one of the infla
Pricing was great. The food was good. The only complaint was that probably 1/4 of the games were not working. I mean BIG attraction games like Air Hockey and the riding cars. I would give it another chance because the kids loved all the blow ups.
The reason why I am writing this bad review is because we were there yesterday on January 24, 2024. We took my grandson in to let him play we ordered some chicken nuggets for him then he ended up with food poisoning. Called in to let the manager know . He did even offer our money back didn't even offer to help us in any way. He also reapplied saying that he had to re-cook his chicken because it wasn't all the way done. I would not highly recommend eating speciallythe chicken.
The good? pizza is good and priced fairly. Inflatables are fun for kids. The bad?. 50% of the games don't work. You have to keep going to the ticket counter to have the staff reload your credits in at least 25% of the games that do work. The staff is young teenage kids (so take that into consideration).
We've had parties and random visits to Triple Crown and there is never a dull moment. Parents enjoy the experience as much as the kids. Watching the youngsters on the inflatables is awesome. Some arcade games are occasionally down, but with such a large variety and sheer amount of them, it's understandable. Also, the kids get absolutely wore out from all the fun of the inflatables. Everything is well worth the prices, which are pretty decent also. We will be coming back time and time again. ?????
We were disappointed. We were expecting to see some of the inflatables that were on the website. They weren't there. Only 1 inflatable for little kids and it was mainly in the dark. If your kids just want to slide this place would be ok. Half or more of the arcade games didn't work. We got the chicken sandwich and it wasn't good. The nuggets and fries were ok. At one point all the staff disappeared expect for the guy watching the really tall slide so you couldn't get any help.
My son plays indoor soccer here and I had a run in with the manager who was beyond rude to me. I was drinking water I brought in. He was telling the teenage employee behind me to be rude aggressive with customers about outside drinks and where they are standing around the facility. Then he must have saw me and thought I would be an example to how to mistreat . I spend so much money here and never will again. I can't imagine ever having my child work under such a miserable person.
It's a fun place for family, we usually buy the wristbands also and go down the large inflatables, try the big balls... The pizza is actually good. Prices not to terrible. I've always disliked the arcade stuff where u pay quite a bit to play then win not many tickets to trade for a cheap prize, but that's just me. You are able to keep your same card and save up over time which is nice.
This place is downright AWFUL, avoid at all costs. Literally 80% of the games don't work , the ones that do don't give you tickets. Food is bleh. Customer service is rock bottom. A couple good inflatables but other than that, you're gonna feel robbed by time you leave
Sadly, this place has went downhill the past few years. It's full of arcade games that either obviously don't work and the ones that do work will most likely steal your money. The inflatables are really the only plus side but some of the staff are very rude. My husband accidentally bumped into who he thought was another customer and my husband said ?excuse me?. The guy said ?whatever? and walked away, come to find out that guy was a worker there. It's just not a good experience guys. Just save your money.
I would give four stars, but the pricing has gone up. There's not much for kids to do around here m, this is the most popular place for kids to go and have fun, it's just a shame it costs so much to do it. For one kid all inclusive pass, one 12 inch pizza , and drinks it was $51. More expensive than going to a movie. I get they have upkeep costs and inflation is making it hard on everyone but it still sucks for ppl who have kids but not a lot of money or options. Outside of that, draws is friendly, food is
I liked it but so many games were out of order then paid $3 per kid extra for upstairs..that was a waste because there was few things for them to do plus older kids being very rough. No supervision or anything. I wouldn't let my boys stay up there or they would of ended up hurt. But they did have fun for the most part. The pizza was way to greasy too.
First time having a party here. Pizza was great. Man at bouncy rides told our kids they were too short to ride. Went over with them where he sat, had him measure them, all but one was not tall enough. Attendant at cashier station was very nice.
We brought two children here, 4 and 2. They have bouncy houses and arcade machines. A little over half of the arcade machines either didn't work or were damaged; they did however refund me my credits for the defective ones though. My kids had fun, just expect a fairly basic experience. I felt like the credits cost for the older games was a bit too high though.
Nice clean facility. Still have some bugs to work out with the pitching machines but we were able to throw BP using the L screens. My rating will certainly go up when those bugs are worked out.
Recently moved here from Florida and was looking for something fun to do with the kiddos on a Saturday evening. This place was PERFECT and the kids had a BLAST! 10/10 Recommend! We are definitely going back. Oh and the prices are reasonable, food was great ??, and the games were fun!
I had a blast but this can be totally different depending on what you are willing to spend. You could probably manage around $100 or less DEPENDING on what you decide to for your time here. The pizza is absolutely amazing! I think I just got a little "8 cheese too so totally go for the pizza. Definitely a good spot for the guys to grab a beer and pizza play a few old school games
Was here for a birthday party. The ac was broken so it was very warm. Most of the games were not working. But the employees working were very friendly and apologetic about the issues they were dealing with.
This place has seriously went downhill!! They only had maybe 4 arcade games that worked and those ones robbed us. I didn't even want to eat there because if the arcade is any indication of how the business is ran I didn't want to get food poisoning!
The food is definitely great but hard to mess up fried food the staff however not so great. In fact they're lazy and they don't pay attention to the children they're supposed to be paying attention to and I think they're more into each other's company than anything else. I also need to consider that some children have special needs. That loud speaker is way too loud even for normal ears let alone someone with sensory issues. We used to love going there but the staff could use an update and some manners
We have been here a few times and nothing like tonight. The place was packed and there were no employees or parents supervising inflatables. I told one employee a few times about kids being behind arcade games and in between the wall and inflatables. Someone is going to get hurt!! There were teenagers going on these with toddlers and kids running all over each other. People were drinking and I overheard a few times a guy who was pretty smashed trying to fight someone. This is supposed to be a family place.
A little pricey for what it is.. $15 per child for them to play on a few bouncy casle for a little bit. And if they want to play the arcade games it's a small fortune. Also the interior is run down and looks depressing. Signs are falling off the walls everywhere, bathrooms aren't to clean and thier was virtually no staff around while kids where beating on each other. Looks more like an old gym used to store arcade stuff with the power just turned on than a actual kids play place.
The soccer facility is nice but that's where it ends. It's a nice concept and maybe in it's hay day it was good. Food not so good under cooked. The games, most were broken or ate your money with no play. First and last time we spend money there. It sadden me my little had a choice of this place or another and he was very disappointed.
My daughter had fun and the pizza was good but it is way too hot in the building!! Also the games steal credits off your card and even when the staff knows they don't seem to do anything about it!! My daughter got robbed of almost 50 credits and they only put like 20 back on her card!! Horrible prizes for the tickets and it's hard to win a bunch, to get a good prize, when the games rip you off!!
Terrible experience! Went yesterday and more than half the games don't work. The ones that did did work were missing balls, buttons stuck, etc... there's were signs posted at the kiosk that some of the games were in the process of being repaired, but none at the front desk where I paid to get in and purchased my $40 game card so I didn't see the sign until after the purchase. Asked a employee for help due to a game not giving me my tokens when I swiped my card and she just looked at me and said sorry I
Had a great time!! This was only our second time going but we would not have went back a second time had we not enjoyed our first visit. The staff was very nice and so helpful both visits. They didn't seem to mind answering any questions we had on pricing or how things worked. For instance we didn't understand how the games worked as far >as the game card you gotta add money(credits) to for the games and how it worked or why we weren't getting tickets when we won a game. And they explained that you buy X am
If I could give this .25 stars, I would! Went for the arcade and over half of the games were down, most without sign on them or notice. Was not made aware of this and spent 40 dollars! Make sure to check availability of arcade games before purchase. smh.?????
Its an ok experience for on the cheap if you want to take your children to a place thats fun with arcades and bounce houses. But the staff that are supposed to keep things safe and fun are near to none and so kids are doing things in the bounce houses that they are not to be doing plus on top of that people become irate and then cops get called. So just might only want to spend no more then 2 hours here.
We have been to Triple Crown several times, usually in the winter. My 5 year old has been BEGGING me to go. We got a group of about 12 kids together and went this Saturday since it was supposed to rain all day. That will be our LAST time there. We will drive to Cincinnati or Columbus and spend our money. The staff was SO unfriendly and rude. All of the adults just looked at each other in confusion, the staff acted like they had a team meeting and agreed to be as bored and non friendly as possible. It was B
We had a birthday party here and the kids had so much fun.
Fun but very expensive. 6 kids. Armbands required for bounce houses and other play areas. $12 each. Also credits needed to play any video/fun games. 1 credit 25 cents. A few games cost 2 credits. Most are 4, 6. 8 and some 12 or more credits. There is a slight cost break if you buy $50 or more credits at one time. 6 kids, armbands and credits cost $110. That's outrageous for a fun day. They serve pizza but we didn't buy that.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I paid $20 per child for my three kids to have an "all access pass" to the inflatables and other attractions and I feel like my money was totally wasted. There were only 4-5 inflatables up and one of them had a height limit that excluded my two younger kids from being on (even though I saw kids the same height as mine going on it). The staff were so rude and it was impossible to get help with anything. The incident with the bubble soccer was what really made m
Used to be a good place to take the kids to have fun. The last few times we went hasn't been so good. The most recent time we went was a couple days ago and almost all of the machines weren't working. There were only a few that actually worked. Then some of them looked like they worked then when we swiped our card it just took our credits and didn't let us play. My son and I went to the restroom and when we went to wash our hands there was no soap. Luckily I had hand sanitizer. I wish the employees would sp
Has the potential to be an awesome place for kids but needs a lot of help. As much as you pay to do ANYTHING there they can afford to hire enough people to be attendants at every inflatable. There has to be a limit of kids in there especially when most aren't being supervised and are doing flips off the walls and wrestling moves. The little kids aren't allowed on most big kid inflatables but big kids are allowed on little kid ones. NOT OKAY. The place is mostly mass chaos on the weekend so if you have a li
I'm unsure in the actual pricing of this place. For the big party package it's 195.00 with a 50 deposit. I had 3 jumpers that exceeded the 44 inch height thing. So there's 15 extra bucks. Leaving a 25 -30 tip my total cost was 182.00 when leaving the place, on top of the 50 deposit & now my bank statement says 209 + 50 deposit. So all together 259????? The staff wasn't very helpful we stood there for a while before even being directed on where to go. & the old lady who wears the hat to cover up her age wasn
Kids had fun. Adults not so much. It was crow and noisy. There were several tight "bottlenecks" that were hard to walk through. There was no security for the children. I actually saw a fight between 2 kids that was broken up by other kids. I will not go back. On the plus side the staff was overworked but nice.
If you're in chillicothe and want something fun to do I'd suggest going somewhere else. Half the games don't work and the ones that do work aren't even calibrated right. Also the amount of tickets shown won on the game never match what on your card. If you want to go to an arcade go to the bowling ally. If you want your kids to kill some energy and run around the parks are free.
Triple crown is run down. $15 for 3 slides. They were out of kissable cards to play there video games which they did not tell me until after I paid for the slides. The pizza is greasy. The place is dirty. Very disappointing.
The staff were very snarky to us and weren't willing to hear us out. We knew there were games going but we knew the upper court was free to use because we played there last time. We went to play but then we're immediately told that we can't use any balls up on the court. We only went there to play soccer and they wouldn't give us a refund. No one told us that before hand, we try to explain that but regardless they denied us a refund. Never going back.
We went here for my nephew's 7th birthday and was treated like his birthday wasn't as important as the huge group that had reserved tables as we did . We needed two tables and we Was given dirty looks by the people with the big party and then was told at the end of his hour and a half party by a women that the tables we were at were for parties and we had to inform her we did have a party! Then we start to leave and realized she was the owner ?? so we won't be back ! ( Also all the the games were out of
Very high priced and be sure to read the price section well. It cost my Granddaughter $300.00 for a party that wasn't worth $100.00. The pizza isn't great, and for 300.00 I think 2 large pizza's is a scam. Plus if you want a "grown" up cup for your beverage, you have to rent it, so to speak. That will cost you another $2.00. Plus the place is run by kids, one child in our group got hurt cause the "kids" responsible for the huge slide was talking to a friend and not paying attention to his job. Be smar
Overall, this place was pretty underwhelming. The arcade games were priced about average, but several of them were either out of order or just ate your money. The prizes were just okay, but my kids were content. This place served its purpose as a time killer, but I wouldn't go back.
Fun place to take the kids, but run by a bunch of kids who don't take their jobs seriously. Pizza was terrible. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I don't like bad service, either. If you go there and pay no mind to the staff, your kids will have fun.
Really sad how ran down this place has become. In the past we enjoyed bringing our kids here but it's been about a year and we more then likely won't be coming back. The equipment was overcharging us and half of them wasn't working. We paid extra to go upstairs to only have two options available and kids with no extra band running up playing while staff we talking and not paying attention. It's truly sad. Our kids were disappointed.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
