Good experience, but with room for improvement. We visited this bowling alley for the first time and, while we had a good time, there are definitely things that could be better. When you enter, you go through an area with several pool tables where the atmosphere felt a bit heavy, with a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke and, I'd say, marijuana too. Thankfully, once we got to the bowling area, the environment was much nicer and more family-friendly, with no smell. The service was okay?not great, just aver
A great family fun center! We love coming here with the kids during the day or on Saturday?s there is a family special from 4-6 pm. Saturday nights are amazing for young adults or parents in the evening for date nights they know their crowd and how to make the vibe just right. We are thankful as adults to have a place to hang out without hearing kid music all the time. We fully believe parents should be responsible enough to know when a good time to bring your kids out and enjoy the later night with less ki
We went on a Sat night when they have disco lights. I loved the ambiance , the music the feel of the place ! Family of 4 with 2 teens . They always have fun when we go there . Recommend to all ages ! Food is also good ! Can't wait to go back !
GLOW BOWL IS Not child friendly. Especially for young children! And when concerns were brought to management about music choices and very inappropriate videos being played on screens in front of small children under 10 years old. The staff told customers they have to cater to the older crowd if it is past 9pm?. 0 concern was shown for if young children see these videos or hear said music?. Not family friendly at all! And concerning they care more about making money off their customers then ensuring a safe e
Loved the look and feel of this bowling alley!!! Reminds me of bowling with my grandma back in the late 70s and 80s, not in a bad way but more nostalgic! Try the chicken bbq loaded tater tots!!! Fun day!!!
This is the best place for bowling... friendly staff and great atmosphere there...it beats the other bowling alley off of Harbor Blvd...like 100 times better.
I LOVE Treasure Lanes!! We always have a such a great time there, we usually go once a week, they have great bowling deals, love those!! The food is also amazing. It is newly renovated after Hurricane and it looks amazing! Service is always super nice. The place is being kept clean at all times. My favorite place to go to!
At this establishment, the receptionist behaves as if we have walked into their home. Rude and condescending attitude, with absolutely no respect. I believe that places like this should have friendly staff, not employees who seem bitter about life. I approached the receptionist and mentioned that some coins had gotten stuck in one of the children?s machines. She responded by saying that my daughter shouldn't have put coins in if it wasn't working?but there was no sign indicating that the machine was out o
I was able to take my family here the other day. Place is clean even while under construction. I love that they collaborate with kids bowl free so I can afford to take my kids here to bowl a couple of games for free. Food was served hot and fresh and pretty good for bowling alley food. Fun place to go as a family.
Fun place to spend a rainy day. The service is good, especially at the food bar. Everything seems new and clean. I saw employees cleaning and wiping down high touch areas. We hit the game room after bowling and went home with a bunch of dollar store prizes.
Took my granddaughter to go bowling for her 5th birthday!! Her idea so the birthday girl gets her wish!! During our visit multiple things went wrong!! To start they had no light weight balls for her to use but we figured that out by helping her!! We only played one game which took forever cause the balls kept not returning!! The employee running the desk seemed annoyed cause I kept having to tell him that the issue had happened again!! My granddaughter who has Autism was getting upset due to not being able
I live so close and my family LOVES bowling. I've brought my family by on two occasions and then called in on two separate occasions for a month and a half and have been turned away every time for league stuff. Bowling after 9pm is too late for us. They really should have a lane or two open if it's gunna be taking up this kind of time. I feel like the joke is on me if I keep trying to go back, so I'm planning on just taking the fam somewhere else.
This place is lots of fun and the prices are great, the bar has many pool tables and they also have an mini arcade area for kids. The deal I got was $60 for two ours and includes tokens and pizza, you can't beat that price. The service was good also and I would give them 5 stars but the woman at the front desk when I arrived and paid, seemed annoyed for some reason and wasn't friendly at all, also didn't give me the tokens that were included, I had to come back and wait in line to ask for them, but other th
My favorite place to go on my Daddy Daughter dates for Cosmic Bowling and the Squad is always on point! Jaimi, Steph, and Andrew! More shout outs to Lunchbox, Jimmy and Angel! Also Queen??Robin. Honestly the only Bar in town worth going to.
Contacted this business first thing in the morning to inquire if they take reservations price of Boeing three people and if they were running leagues, they confirmed they were running weeks for the night and then around nine 930. We would be able to get and bowl I had family in town that I haven't seen in many years We were told to get in early and get put on a Que waiting list We got in at about 8:30 PM went to the counter and was told that the waiting list did not open up for another 15 minutes so we ha
Literally in town just for leagues! They don't even keep a few lanes open for the public. They just cater to leagues during prime time when families would go. Basically, I can bowl after 930pm.
NOT KID FRIENDLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF YOU WANT YOUR YOUNG KIDS WATCHING TWERKING and STRIPPING VIDS, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! ???? DONT GO WITH THE FAM THERE ARE WAY BETTER PLACES THAT ARE DESERVING OF YOUR BUSINESS.
Great place. We had a birthday party. Kids all had a great time bowling and playing in the arcade. Food was surprisingly great! Thanks!
We to take the kids bowling after they got out of school. On a Friday night. Of course they have league until 9:30pm on every single lane. No parent takes there younger children bowling at 9:30 at night. Bull. This is supposed to be a family bowling establishment.
HAD a blast, even though we had to switch lanes because of a big party and our lane went down for around 20-25 minutes.. the people were sweet, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was very family friendly!!!!
We love coming here. The kids have a blast and so do we. Apparently, while these ?temporary local? are in town for leagues. They are now open to public for Paying customers unless you're in a league Monday- Friday. My daughter was crushed when we were told this. Good job advertising this your website. You could also take the cheaper route and leave a note on the outside of your establishment as well this will help with the disappointment of kids especially during school vacations.
So much fun, great job renovating after Ian. Decent bowl prices. Foods more of a ?concession stand? quality but overall a great time and a fun environment!
Had a wonderful time at Treasure Lanes for New years 2019. Met up with some awesome friends and there kids and rang in the New Year 2020. Bowling has changed over the years it's a little more pricey but you can see the difference in this place right away. 40inch TV monitors for scoring and looks like 70 to 80 inches at the end of the alleys for video enhancement. The food has gone crazy at Treasure from the basic burger and fries to Quesadillas, fried pickles and of course my favorite cooked thin and crispy
Terrible experience tried to play pool with my friends and we needed a cue ball from the bar which is completely fine but for some reason I received trouble from one of the bartenders being the older one. I interacted with one of the nice bartenders at first which she was super fine and helpful. But when I was in the middle of interacting with her the older bartender snatched my license and refused to give me a cue ball to play despite me already paying for balls due to my license being the older style flor
Awesome bowling?state of the art and very kid friendly. Food isn't bad either!
Lanes were really good condition for just showing up to practice. Reasonable prices for bowling.
Great service, small menu but try the Philly cheesesteak.
I've bowled here several times and always enjoy it.
great place my sister had her twins birthday here! All of the kids were given tokens for the game room after bowling a few games with pizza and drinks included. Would definitely suggest for family outings and parties. Plus they have a summer bowling program for kiddos out of school!
Only bowling alley from Venice to Port Charlotte and every time you go in there it's nothing but leagues. They say they have no lanes until 9:30pm. There's families trying to take their kids bowling and it's impossible. This information needs to be on the website so people don't waste their time.
First time I ever bowled there. Lanes were in great shape. The place was clean and bright. Lanes never broke down there was no problems.
Super great service and food in the pool room. Clean, great setup. Unfortunately, we were walk-ins on a Wednesday night so no lanes to bowl and no pool tables to play on. But the leagues are steady consistent customers so I get why they get preference. But still a little disappointing.
Celebrated my daughter?s birthday party here this weekend. We got two lanes, pizza, pitchers for drink, 2 hours of bowling, coins to play in the arcade and goodie bags. Such a good deal for the price. We didn't have to worry about bringing anything except the cake. The kids had a blast and the parents enjoyed it as well.
So much fun for the kiddos! Staff is always friendly and pleasant
We had my Granddaughters's birthday party at Treasure Lanes. The kids & family enjoyed it and the staff was great!
Terrible experience. Don't take your children there.
Love to come here with the family, always a good time. I especially like that they have a bar and honestly good food too. It's not just the standard pizza and junk. You definitely need to try their loaded tots, we had the Philly cheese steak and wow they were so good!!!
It's become a Friday coworker hangout stress reliever.
EVERYTIME I've ever been here it's always been great service. Jamie and Steph are the best bartenders and make the best drinks. A staple shot here is the MEXICAN CANDY! Spicy little thing I love it. Pool tables work great and the shuffle board game is amazing. I love playing darts here too. It makes it better that you can pick your own music on the Ami juke box! Love this place and love these ladies, 10/10 best thing port Charlotte has. Angel the cook always makes the best bites! Great guy! Nice safe clean
Great fun bowling, excellent service. Nice bar and excellent bar tender staff.
Friendly people and it's so great they have kids bowl free during summer break. We rent shoes but still worth it . 2 games a day we go once a week .I did get a family pass . Also worth it you can add 4 adults . Never would have went otherwise. We did not play the arcade room but it looked nice as well . Food on the bowling side and bar on other side with food .
The lanes were pretty crowded. There was a scheduling problem with the kids special starting at 2 but despite multiple open lanes everyone had to wait on the few groups of league folks to finish. The parents that brought their kids to the lanes had to wait for more than half an hour. Then when we made it to a lane after 45minutes the scoring wasn't functioning correctly. After some time we were moved to a different lane. We bowled 1 game and started the second game when a message popped up on the screen. I
Clean and plenty of lanes with good price on Sunday before 12. No maske required. But, we have to wait for at least 30mins snowbird season.
Had a birthday party here for both of my kids. They had a lot of fun.
Phenomenal food. Fun time. Staff is lively. Certain people who come in ruin it for others with horrible attitudes and upsetting the workers. They are very appreciative at Treasure Lanes.
Built in the 1950?s. Beautiful, retro and super fun. There's a bar inside and outside as well as an arcade and pool tables, oh and darts
They have remodeled it, and it is so much nicer now.
Good drinks at the outdoor bar. Not too expensive. Nacho plate was very generous size for 2 people and tasted great. Hope to get there again on this trip.
Where the only 2 people playing pool when we got there. Found only two pool sticks that where almost straight
Grand daughters b-day.. Fun place!
Very nice bowling alley! Clean, friendly staff highly recommend for fun in the area!
Staff was VERY friendly and willing to help accommodate with any needs. The staff at the food bar was very personable. Made ordering not so scary lol. The whole experience there was fun. Because of the staff, this introvert will not be afraid to come back. Thank you ??
If you don't even bowl or put on the shoesyet, you still wont get a refund if there's an emergency call right after buying the lane. You won't get an email back when you message them privately to tell them your concern before posting a review . Go to bowland instead much nicer workers .
Great nite out with the family, they have food, drinks and different games to play. Definitely not your everyday bowling alley and like everything else expect to pay a little more. But adults and kids loved it.
Wow! First time here but not our last. Impressed with everything! The staff, the bowling lanes, the bar area. We had a fantastic night. Thanks Treasure Lanes!
Treasure lanes is great for the kids. Busy place and decent people. Jeremy is a wealth of help on Saturdays the place is a beehive... I wish the prices were a little better for food. A little expensive for my income. The owner is great, she let us distribute GS cookies on league day and we sold out for the last weekend of the year. Thank you Treasure lanes.
Went for the family discount on Saturday night. Great experience. It will be packed at this time. Get there early or you will have to put in a name for a lane. Took about 35 minutes to get in. But very nice, clean, good fun. Cheaper than any other bowling alley around and it's new and upgraded. I do miss the old school vibe but this is what your kids want. Black lights and music videos on all the screens above the pins. Will he back. Also has a great discount on early Sunday mornings.
Came about 9:30 am because google hours said they open at 8:30 am. Called they said their hours changed to 10 am because their leagues ended last week. So we waited, showed up and was told there's no open lanes because of LEAGUES. So which is it. Kids cried because they had to walk out while old people play. This is twice we've had to walk because we couldn't play. Don't waste your time and disappoint your kids. It's not a family place.
Awesome place! Lanes in excellent condition. Prices are low for bowling. Awesome leagues. They have a pro shop that I plan on buying new equipment, and the barfood is really good as well. Pitchers are only 12.00. I love this place.
The guy at the desk was insanely rude to my husband! Then, when I paid with my credit card, it forced me to tip at least $7! Who is that $7 going to??? A rude guy for ringing me up!? Also, I had no opinion except to play for 1 hour, so right in the middle of our 3 game Boom it just shuts off. My son was crying It was the worst $57 waste of money We found another bowling alley close by, nice staff, better packages, and I was able to give the kid a $5 bill, not forced!!!
Went there for their Saturday night cosmic bowl. The remodel is amazing. The prices have gone up unfortunately just like everywhere else.
Nice clean place to get some drinks and play pool!
The place was clean and the staff was very friendly. I'm just not a fan of the current layout. It make bowling feel less personable and more like social media on real life. But I will say my daughter and her friends had a blast. The additional bowling games where you bowl to create a character was cool. I just wish they had more seating near the lanes so everyone can watch the others bowl and feel like more of a group.
Went with family to a children's birthday party. Everybody there surely had a great time, children, parents & grandparents. Watching all the children bowling and having a good time was fun. Definitely a great place for a birthday party.
Not as great as I had hoped. Had a lot of hype from family but all in all a fun time. Food wasn't great. Pizza was under cooked in the middle and burnt on the crust. But for the money it was fun. Staff was friendly. Facility was in good shape. The music was awful. But my kids and I had fun. We'll go back but probably just not eat there.
Was told it was a Eagles sports bar. Hardly any fans there. Stayed because to late to go back to Englewood. They did make my mocktail but the Phily tater tots tasted like oil qas stale that tots go cooked in stake part was ok. Since distance not sure I'll be back. Bowling, pool and other was more active then those there for game.
Met with a group of friends and was a low cost way to accomodate a variety of schedules and play a game with friends before work and school! We got the best deal paying by game! The first was about 12, shoes and game, but then it was 6 per game, with a pitcher of soda for us as some came and left til we finished!
The new updates they made make this place really great. Best time to bowl is Sunday mornings by the way
Nice staff, clean place, appetizers a little pricy for the amount but they were good.
Great atmosphere inside or out at the bar. Bartender Mike was knowledgeable about the area. The service was great, drinks were perfect.. Five star bar for comfort and good company.
Awesome alley and awesome service! The bowling staff is super friendly and accommodating. The bar staff is even better. Steph is flying around making amazing cocktails always! Definitely an amazing spot to check out!
Great modern bowling! Kind of like Top Golf for bowlers. Prices are reasonable, service very good. I really liked the atmosphere, music and the DJ. Only thing to be wary of is the thing they call "pizza", because it is not. It is, hmm, horrible. Did not try any other food at their cafe (pizza came with the party). Drinks were excellent and they truly try to clean up the lane sitting after each party leaves. I thank them for that! ??
Great food, great service, great night w/my bestie & my brother ??
Great for the family if you're coming in for fun. The arcade is great for the kids. The food is also good. The burgers and cheesesteaks are their best. Most importantly, their staff is kind and helpful. They are doing a great job keeping the place clean especially during this pandemic. They clean up the tables and disinfect the bowling balls before you get a lane. If you're looking to have a great time, I recommend treasure lanes.
Cool place, watch out for that foot sensor!
We had a nice time - we have not been since well before hurricane Ian. I really like the changes and updated stuff. We will be back soon.
Great place to bowl & shoot pool!
This is a nice bowling alley to take the family. It's close to our house so my husband takes our son once a week to their arcade. We've gone bowling there many times and recently caught a cosmic bowling night. It was very busy and we had a wait but it was worth it for a fun family activity on a rainy evening. Definitely recommend ??
Very family-friendly. 70$ 2 hours of bowling, with ?? and drinks
This place was a good time. Decided to go here with some friends for some pool. Pool tables were empty upon arrival. Bar service was extremely slow, especially for it being one person behind the bar and only a handful of customers. Hopefully we come back on a different day, the bartender had somewhat of an attitude.
A friend had a 70s themed bday party here and it was awesome! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The cosmic bowling just added to fun! The food was decent and the drinks were great! The whole facility is nice but the bar is top notch... we'll definitely return for a fun family night!
Little pricey. However they have really good food! They have great lanes and different games you can play on them if you don't want traditional. Full bar with outside bar seating as well
Great group/family prices on certain days and times. Good quality lanes. Didn't try the pizza but it smelled delicious. House ball selection was slim since it was so busy when we went. Only 2 arcade games with a bunch of other games for ticket redemption.
Went bowling with three friends so there was four of us on a lane I asked the lady which would be the cheapest route she said go for the 1 hour deal and the ball returns were so slow and we've had trouble on the lanes and we got one full game in and not even a half a game for 54$ I just think that's outrageously expensive and I will never go back to that place. We asked first two lanes so it wouod be quicker and the lady refused
It was a great price. Stared getting hot and the ac was turned on right away. The only complaint I have is that lane etiquette needs to be explained. We enjoyed ourselves except for having to deal with a few that had no idea how the lane etiquette worked.
I had a good time bowling and playing pool. it was a little difficult to play pool with no pool chalk....and I noticed with the bartenders that it took a few minutes due to being a female....lol...they helped the guys first...but I get it. it's great being redone....
Awesome! Great service. I wish all bowlers knew the rules on when to wait or throw the ball.
Considering it's a bowling alley I'll judge it on the bowling experience. Really nice place to bowl! However kitchen staff is clownish. I went to go order food and the woman who is supposed to be taking orders just kept yapping to her friend on the other side of the counter instead of acknowledging guests. Stood there for over five minutes without even a hello or I will be with you. So I just walked away not going to spend money there if you can't even take the order! Great bowling experience though but tha
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.
