Super friendly, and helpful staff!! Had a wonderful time today at this location. The employee Brianna was so sweet and gave amazing customer service. I ended up buying a whole set of blind boxes (among some other things lol) thanks to Brianna?s help. There are various levels of cute activities to do with your friends around Irvine, but I think Top Canvas is LITERALLY my top recommended activity now. I've never really enjoyed claw machines and only went because I wanted to experience and participate in the activities my friend enjoys to connect with her, but the kind(extremely super, duper kind) workers, prices, and actual ability to WIN prizes allowed for us to both celebrate whenever we both won something. Best claw machines ever! This place is very generous on giving people a chance to win! With $53 spent, I won 7 really nice good quality stuffed animals. Usually claw machine places have knock off brands and really cheap quality ones, but in this place, I believe there are some legit items here! I went a second day to make sure that I was not just lucky one day. This second day I won 3 good sized prizes as well! Also this place sells surprise boxes as well. I LOVE THIS PLACE!! This was my first time here but the experience was great! The blind boxes were so cute and they're so much variety. We got addicted to claw machine arcades thanks to our Vegas trip. They have a few there. When we discovered there's one now in the OC, we had to come. Enjoyed coming here up to maybe a couple of months ago, but the quality of the prizes seems to have gone down. This arcade, you keep what you win, there's no trade up system, and a lot of the prizes aren't great. Recently there was a small plush cat in a dancing dragon cape that I went for but it was impossible to get. Between their hidden 7-8% fees and their shady claws with loose grips, this grift of a business won't last long. If you look at the few other customers there you'll notice that others aren't winning much either..... maybe 1-2 wins every 20 bucks. Other similar business in the OC have machines that are more fair and owners who are less shady.

Would not recommend coming here unless you want to waste your money . I spent $50 for 100 tokens thinking it was a good deal however didn't win a single thing , not being a poor sport though because it is very noticeable the machines are ?rigged? and the claws are very loose when grabbing things , you can be exactly on top of an item but the claws don't even close all the way to try lifting it up , it was very frustrating just because you spend money understanding you might not win but being able to notice

We were at Orange Claw an hour before this and won at least 15 prizes off the same dollar amount spent here. We are also Round 1 frequent winners. But this place? Holy moly. Horrible claw strength that did not progressively get any better. While their token to dollar ratio seems generous, it is all a ruse because payout is set so high. Very fun place to bring a date or family. Prizes were easy to obtain. Alan was very helpful and offered tips throughout our time there when we asked. Since it's a claw machine arcade I expected to take more than a few tries to win but it wasn't too difficult and felt rewarding when I won. 5 stars, good value, not difficult to win, fun experience for everyone and located close to restaurants, bowling and AMC.

Most of claws with the machines were weak at the store. The place is cleaned, and probably just fun for kids to experience but really hard to have any reward.

They have cute stuff, however the employees are horrible. They talk bad behind your back and barely help at ALL! This place is awsome! Alot of the cartooms and animes are watch is here and love it! There are also snacks I never seen anywhere else. They also have these anime card packs. This is a place i would love to go to anyday.

I was so excited to shop here for Mofusand and Smiski Hippers, but my experience was beyond disappointing. I bought two blind boxes of each and somehow got duplicates both times?which is pretty rare. The probability of this happening is less than 3% meaning it's incredibly unlikely unless the stock isn't being properly mixed. The whole fun of collecting was completely ruined, and instead of feeling joy, I walked out frustrated and cheated, as if my money didn't matter. They also upsell them at $25 each when

Took my daughter here for her 5th birthday and she had a blast! She started liking claw games from chuck E cheese, and this is way more impressive! There's so many unique and cute toys to go for. I was worried we'd end up empty handed but luckily won a few times! The staff was friendly and gave us some extra tokens. We'll definitely be back!

I used to recommend this place because it used to have at least a fair shot of winning when it came to claw games. They have since rigged it. Went in on a busy Labor Day weekend and not a single person won any prizes. Super disappointed. I was wondering why they gave people free tokens if you left a good review.

Cute place but is definitely rigged. We spent over $50 and only got a couple small looking plushies. Majority of the machines had plushies heavily stuffed in, making it almost impossible to win. The smaller machines had prizes that were clearly bigger than what the claw can grab. A lot of the machines appeared to have very weak claw and low payout rate. I'm glad I got to try this place out, but I'm definitely not coming back nor do I recommend it. I think the payout rate is more fair at Round1.

More options for claw machines than you would typically see!!! They have capybaras, cats dressed up as different animals and overall a cuteness overload!

It's super fun here but the claws are not at all as strong as the reviews make them out to be. I'm skilled at claws and I spent over $100 and I only won 7 prizes. That sounds like a lot of prizes but it's really not for the amount of tokens $100 gets you. I went here a few weeks after they opened and was amazed to see how many claw machines and figurines they had. The staff was so nice in helping me get tokens as well as helping me with my purchase. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and continue to come back and support this business.

Attendant was nice and helpful, and there were lots of unique blind boxes to pick from. The claw machines however were frustrating. Numerous times my family had dolls clearly and cleanly in the claws and were on their way to drop, only to have them slip out right before the drop. We left disappointed with the entire experience.

Top canvas is one of the best places to go to for claw machines. They have good selection of toys to collect and boxes to be opened. Plus this place feels like you gets your money?s worth when using the claw machines.

Claw machines definitely had low payout, spent $50 and left with 3 cheap plushies. I would not recommend.
