Absolutely loved having a party for our 7-year-old here! Staff was amazing, once we got everything inside, they handled the entire set up. The kids & adults had a great time. The kids loved the tunnels and had their own secret party meeting in them. The adults got to enjoy the games as well. Loony Tunes were a hit as well! After cake, they packed everything away while we enjoyed games a bit more. I highly recommend them!

I recently purchased my first machine from TNT and appreciate the outstanding service, follow-up, and knowledge. I was able to play the machine in the showroom before purchasing, and Todd took the time to go over the details with me. They were able to deliver the machine the same day in just a few hours and the delivery team went over all the basics of the machine when it arrived. A few weeks later I experienced some minor issues with the JP game, which was a manufacturer defect. TNT stood by their service

I had a issue with my Guns n' Rose's pinball machine. I called and spoke to Todd the owner, and he assisted me in troubleshooting the issue, which was quickly identified through the switch check. We found that the micro switch had gone bad in the scoop area so Todd ordered a new switch. When it came in, he wired the switch for me with no charge. We bought an NBA Jam Tournament Ed. A few years ago from TNT when we use to live in Pennsylvania. The game played great. My son and I loved playing together! But when we moved back to NY the game was moved to a storage facility until our new home was ready. When the game was finally unpacked and plugged in by our movers the sound was muffled. We had an awesome time at my son's birthday party. Ang was great with setting up and taking care of prepping the pizza and cake for the kids. I honestly thought I was going to have to do more, but that wasn't the case. We were out on the showroom floor playing games within 5min of being there. All the games were in working order. Fantastic place for parties. Great for kids and adults. Always a great selection of games - stuff you won't find just by going to an arcade. Icing on the cake: they screen 16mm shorts via a projector in the party room. Owner is a great guy. I never leave reviews but this place is different. Can't recommend TNT enough.

Had my twin 8 yr Olds therr, and they had an amazing time. The minute they got there the video games kept all the kids busy, and the staff was absolutely amazing and helpful. We recently had our grandson's birthday party at TNT. Every aspect of the party was so unique. From the vintage cartoons that were entertaining, to the retro games from the 70s and 80s. Simply put, everyone had a smile on their face regardless of their generation! How often do you experience that, these days?

TNT built this beauty in 2 weeks and it plays like a dream. Is there anything that Todd and his team can't do? 3 months later and I still love this machine that TNT built for me. Can I say that it's the best thing ever? I just did. I wouldn't trust anyone but TNT to build or restore a proper retro arcade cabinet. I would give fifty stars if they'd let me.

This was hands down the best birthday party spot! The nostalgia of everything from the games to the artwork, the jukebox. The staff takes care of everything. Terry was fantastic! They even show old cartoons while your guests are eating pizza and cake. It's so awesome! Highly highly recommend!

Best Place in town. I have been taking my Summer Camp and Before & After school program there for 11 years. I have also had my own kids birthday parties there. I don't know who has more fun, the kids or adults. The price can not be beat. I guarantee you will not be able to find a place that provides non stop fun for 2 hours at the rates they have. The kids love the endless games on free play and the wall mazes. We also rent arcade games from there doing the summer. The kids love it!

Had multiple parties as a kids at tnt always great memories. We decided to book a last minute family party for my dad. It was a blast 3 generations of family enjoying the TNT amusement?s experience. Ages ranged from 1-70 we all enjoyed. We were already saying we may have to book again for just a family gathering in the winter months! Very reasonable and the host Skyler was awesome!!!!!

I recently purchased a new pinball from Mr. Tuckey, and company. My machine came with a couple of problems that Mr. Tuckey helped me fix, even though my lack of expertise required his help for over a week. He never gave up on me. It now works perfectly.

Todd, the owner of TNT amusements and all of his staff have been an absolute pleasure to work with. We are doing an arcade in our home and are new to buying arcade games. TNT coddles their clients and truly gives white glove service. The 2 pinball machines we have bought from them so far have been perfect. Any setup questions that we have had (and we have had several) have been taken care of by Todd himself. He patiently walks you via phone through any technical issues you may encounter. The man is a saint.

We recently bought a Strike Master and Crusin Exotica from TNT. My son (5 years old at the time) and I drove 4.5 hours in a U-Haul to pick up the games. Todd made a video of the games we purchased for Lucas before we left Syracuse, NY to keep him motivated for the long trip. Todd and his team were great.
