Wanted to take the kids out to Tito?s and drove 40 minutes, before checking the hours only to find out they were closing 2 hours early. We will not be back.

This place has the potential to be great. But with games that cost $2 to play, it becomes expensive very fast. We came to attend a birthday party being held here. During our visit, most of the games were poorly maintained. The screens on half of the games were broken so that you could not see how much it cost to play. Some games were inconsistently priced. Definitely wasn't what we expected. We were in the area and wanted to do something fun. We thought we were walking into a decently sized 90s arcade as that's what this place was advertised to us as. We thought it would have tons of different games but really it's just a small room with hardly any games that resemble the 90s. We were there with our kids(5 years and 3 years old) my 3 years old stuck in a playground and I run to help her there was a lady that couldn't speak in English she was so rude and speak only in Spanish. She point the sign that ?No adults? but the same time not helping to get down my crying 3 years old up there. And she call the security and said get out with her hand. I WILL NEVER GO THERE. It was the worst experience I have ever had.

We had a great experience on a Thursday night. Customer service was great, hardly anyone there, and VERY clean. I was actually surprised to see the clerk spraying and wiping machines down. It's in shopping center where there is a dance stage for large group dancing like Cupid shuffle stuff? that part was packed but only 3 other kids in the arcade while we were there. Super pissed off at them. There are two arcade games in there that cost 16 points each. Thats the equivalent of $4 per play thats just so wrong. I mean if thats not a mistake by the owner, the owner is a B.

Jennie was so wonderful, she made my daughters time at Plaza Mariachi so amazing. She helped comfort my daughter after she was frightened from the slide. She greeted us with a big smile and helped her calm down...She put a big smile on both of our faces. Thank you for being so wonderful at your job.

Not the best arcade. But not the worst. Came here with my fiance for a fun 90s theme date night. Most the games seemed to be out of order. Was a little crowded. Last major complaint, all the kids running around with NO supervision from the parents. Imma bite my tongue regarding all the remakes I could make right now

Wouldn't recommend this to place to anyone . Awful service no one watches their kids . Workers all on the phone 24/7. Parents are no where near kids All around -100/10 wouldn't recommend save your time and money .

10/10 do not recommend terrible customer service as well as half the arcade machines not even working and costing a fortune? don't waste your time bringing your kids here.

There were a few games there that were really fun, but it was a VERY small selection and only AFTER we paid for an amount of credits did we quickly discover that this wasn't designed as a real arcade so much as a childrens' play corner (you know, like where the kids can play while the parents shop or work in the plaza, I suppose.) The lady wearing the glasses is by far the worst employee I've seen in a while. My 11 year old niece and I stood to get tickets for 10-15 minutes while she acted like we weren't present. Worst place to take children, no one ever pays attention especially the tall lady with glasses, she's on the phone don't care if a costumer needs something, I asked her a question and seems to not understand me,She had to ask the other employee there with curly hair to translate for her. I mean as a employee you need to know how to answer a customer?s question. Very UNHAPPY and very poor costumer service!!!!

First off let me say that we never even made it into the game room. We went on Sat. 7/31/21, and got there about 5:30pm. We had an awesome time. There were several free performances on the main stage. Two younger guys danced a few times to Spanish music. They could definitely have used some belts to keep their pants up (they were so energetic their pants kept falling down) ??. There was a young lady who twirled fire. Another young lady did a Cirque du Soleil type aerial performance with the fabric suspended

I went there this sunday worst customer service ever the guy that was at the front since it was my first time being there i asked him for prices how it worked he answered in a really bad mood he pointed to where the chart was and i ask him how it worked and he just repeated that it was on the chart & when i went there to claim my tickets i waited a total of 15-25 minutes he saw me in line and he completely ignored me and continued to do whatever he was doing so i came back with the card and unclaimed prize

My kids can't get enough, the play area is big enough to keep the exploring or playing tag with their cousins and friends. If they get bored then we just fill a card with money and they scan them to play in the arcade right there too!!! Not bad at all.

Place is not nearly as big as it seems... multiple games were broken... one of the workers child was there and she was going up to our kids when they were playing basketball snd skee ball and just taking the balls and throwing them. Mother did absolutely nothing about it. Place was dirty... would not recommend at all!

I had a great time at Tito?s playland and I found all the games fun and exciting!

Stuffed animals machine the claw is way to small to be able to grab anything plus the box is so full that the exit is covered with them Other than that the place is really cool for the kids

It's a little pricey and not much of a variety in games. The staff is very friendly though and nice. You could still play on the slides for free.

There are rip off and I got a $10 worth of your coins and I only play two games they said that I played three games in the same machine the machine taking extra coins and they will not refund it for you

Normally this place is pretty fun. Today close to half of the games were malfunctioning or out of order. Hopefully an off day and they will do some much needed maintenance soon.

Good place for kids, but not too much to do so they get bored quick and want to leave. Perfect for parents
