Customer Reviews

Excellent Pinball and Arcade Games in East Cobb at the Avenue. There are 12 pinball machines, some of the newest ones just released like Jaws and Venom. The machines are in excellent shape, well cleaned and maintained. The food from Tin Lizzy's is excellent and the waitstaff are super nice. This place is credit card only - to play games, buy a card and load credits on it. It seems like around a buck per play, but never sure with credits.

New concept attached to Tin Lizzie's in East Cobb. Went last night with a couple of friends and had a blast! Full regular menu and drinks to go along with excellent Pinball Tables. They were all in excellent/new condition and played great except the TMNT table that was being repaired. Had some beers, won some free games and had a great time. Tables were $1 per play. Will be going back soon and often!

We love pinball and drove across town to have a cute date night out. You can order food from the Tin Lizzy menu and there are a few beers available. The machines are well maintained and there is a variety of genres I liked the pay for a card option as well. HOWEVER: THIS IS GEORGIA AND AIR CONDITIONING IS A REQUIREMENT RATHER THAN COURTESY!!!!!! It was SWELTERING!!!! Our poor server was pregnant and miserable. If your AC is out please post a sign up on immediate entry. All the beer in the bar won't get ri

Tin Pin just opened and it has been nothing but phenomenal. The machines are all in great condition and are maintained regularly. Alyssa is the best bartender. She remembers us everytime we come in. Bring your kids during the day and come back with a date at night!

Fun place! Will definitely be back!

Really fun new spot, retro and full of nostalgia. Excellent tacos on the menu and perfect for a casual date night at a reasonable price.

Great spot! Very nice selection of games, and all machines played great. Clearly the tin pin owners care about great pinball because the machines were very well maintained. Having good food and drink from Tin Lizzys is a huge bonus. Ever had to leave the arcade for dinner? Not anymore! I'm already planning my next visit.

Excellent experience at Tin Pin last night. All pinball machines are modern games and payment is made simple by buying credits on a card. The card system is very user friendly and price per game is fair. I loved the bar design with arcade and pinball translites. For non-pinheads there are several classic arcade games to play.

It's an absolute gem of a place from the theme, arcade, drinks, and pinball. The machines are in great shape and they have all the newest pinball machines. I wanted to give special kudos to Alyssa the bartender. Her attention to detail, friendly demeanor and will make you the best margarita this side of Marietta. Thanks to everyone for creating a fantastic establishment and I can't wait to come back again!

Fun addition to the Tin Lizzy location. The boys really like the old school games! The bar wasn't open back there which is a nice convenience for ordering when I'm hosting child supervisions and cannot leave the kids to go upfront to order food and cocktails.

Awesome pinball centric Gamebar - with some other games to play as well. I guarantee you will find something fun to play here. Definitely worth dropping in!

This place is great. One of the best pinball arcades in Atlanta. Kevin keeps the games in pristine condition. He is there constantly cleaning and maintaining the machines. Alisa behind the bar is super friendly and cranks some drinks out. Will definitely be back very soon

Great spot. Pinball tables are a great addition and playing flawlessly. Texas margaritas were a little pricey, but worth it - they were strong and tasty! Tacos and service were great as well. Dan was our server and I would highly recomend him. Ill defenitly be back and I'd recomend this spot to friends/family. Also got grand champ on star wars - we will see how long that lasts.

Lovely barcade. Machines are in great condition. Easy player card system to pay for games. You can get food and drink from Tin Lizzy's. Hit up happy hour (4-6 pm) or Taco Tues specials while there. Adults only after 8 pm. It's in a shopping plaza, so plenty of parking.

Love this place! We had an hour to kill so what better thing to do with your ferrell child that can't stop talking?let her focus on some sweet pinball action! KG has curated an excellent lineup of modern games that are clean and ready to be played! Love it!!!

Really amazing place. Great selection of pinball machines and they're always getting the latest ones first. Combine that with a great selection of drinks and super friendly staff and the experience can't be beat.

It feels like they over-complicated something that should be simple and pleasant. No cash or coins allowed, in order to play you have to buy a game card using a credit card and load it with credits. Some of the pinball games cost more than $1 (up to 6 credits which is equivalent to a $1.50) for one play, when everywhere else charges no more than $1 and in most places there are options for less.

Great place. Pinball heaven with 11-12 top rated pins. Good food too, and a fun vibe. Highly recommended.

Great selection of games. Lots of fun.

Awesome place with great games and decor. Have some tacos and a beverage!

5 stars pins, 5 star staff - Alyssa kills it!

Perfect pinball spot!! Amazing staff!!

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are pinball tables still good in this modern age?

Yes, pinball tables in arcades remain a blast. Their hands-on, skill-driven gameplay delivers a thrill digital games can’t match, blending nostalgia with modern flair. Newer tables from Stern and Jersey Jack feature LCD screens and themes like Avengers or Stranger Things, keeping things exciting. Arcades are seeing a pinball resurgence with vibrant scenes and tournaments like IFPA events drawing crowds. Though less common than video games, pinball’s tactile charm and community vibe make it a standout arcade experience in 2025.

Are retro games in arcades still good in this modern age?

Absolutely, retro games in arcades remain a thrilling draw in 2025! Classics like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Street Fighter II offer simple yet addictive gameplay, blending nostalgia with timeless challenge. Modern arcade cabinets often feature crisp displays and restored controls, enhancing the experience. These games thrive on quick reflexes and strategy, with vibrant pixel art and iconic soundtracks that spark joy. Arcades host tournaments and leaderboards, fostering a lively community. While modern games dominate, retro titles provide a unique, accessible thrill that keeps arcades buzzing.
