Times Square Grand Slam

We had a blast celebrating my 9-year-old grandson's birthday. Miss. Kyla was a tremendous help. The place is already amazing, but she helped the kids have a memorable time!!! Thank you, KYLA!!!!! We will definitely be back!!!

First time here with the family and had a great time! Kyla in the front desk was very welcoming and helpful she got us all set for our first time bowling and Sydnie was very kind and attentive when we were at the lane. This place has an amazing team we will definitely come back!

Me and my girlfriend Zoey had a fantastic time at Times Square yesterday. We spent an hour bowling, and then we hit the arcade and spent an hour dominating on Halo at the recommendation of the absolute GOAT Kyla C. When we were finished with that, we closed off the night watching Sinners! We had an absolute blast! Will be back ????

We went here and the two ladies at the front Aaliyah and Kyla were amazing. They helped figure out how to get what cards for what activities and were super nice. They also helped me figure out how to get a refund with a pass I didn't use with no attitude or problems. Please TIP THEM if you see them they are so nice. 10000/10 Highly recommended especially if they are there!!!

Hours are not what shows online or at location. Our bowling session was over at 9:00 pm-they did not allow us to reserve for another hour stating that bowling was over at 10:00 and they had another reservation. We waited to confirm reservation and no one showed up. The manager (Chad) on site is making this business lose money with wanting to get out on time. The food at the restaurant is very very good. They catered to my needs. I'm on a very specific diet and they made it exactly to my specifications. I had a grilled chicken restaurant on a butter bun with pepper jack cheese lettuce tomatoes onion and steamed vegetables with a mango salsa sauce. I also want to give a big shout out to the concierge. If you need anything he can get it for you. And if he can't he knows somebody that can he is very helpful! We went to the Grand Slam for my 40th birthday. It was such a pleasant experience. Kyla at the front was so helpful and kind. She made our visit wonderful! We will definitely becoming back because Kyla went above and beyond her job to ensure we had a great experience!

Fun place to go to if you have a family, otherwise (if you don't drink) It gets boring pretty fast. The bar/grill type place they have is nice and the waitress/bartender was very attentive and friendly. She even recommended an appetizer that was amazing, so definitely props to her.

On 06/22/2025 (Sunday morning), the young man (didn't get his name) working the concession stand was so polite and kind to our son. It made the movie experience more special and enjoyable. Employees like him add so much to the company, and should be highly valued! Thank you!!

Had a great time at this arcade! The facility is well-maintained with a wide variety of games for all ages. The management is friendly and keeps everything running smoothly. I was especially impressed by how clean the entire place was?definitely a standout. On top of that, the arcade fits perfectly into the charm of the town, which has a great vibe overall. So many games, so little time! There so much to do at Grand Slam that it'll be a place you visit more than once. From a multi screen theater, to 22 lanes of bowling, to laser tag, suspended ropes/obstacle course, to VR, and their large arcade, and their onsite restaurant, you'll have a whole evening?s worth of entertainment. So the game room is awesome for sure. Kids love it but it is a little pricey and not much payoff of tickets in my opinion but they still have tons of fun. The movie theater attached is nice. Seats are normal and price is as you would expect but very clean. Bathrooms also stay clean. Food at the restaurants, VERY GOOD!!! To me that's the best part of all at this place. We came for a movie at 9:30 and decided to kill some time bowling. Ronny was our server while bowling and he was great! Very polite and respectful and helped us out with our order. He came and checked on us throughout the night as well when we didnt need anything which was great! We had a wonderful experience!

My family had such a great time here. This was our first time and we will definitely be back. Kyla C. was extremely helpful and so nice. Her personality was refreshing to see. So up beat and friendly. We were in the VIP section and Lisa was on point. She would refill our drinks before we even knew we needed one. It was great. We truly enjoyed our time here. The entire facility was amazing! I had a great time with my friend in the arcade and laser tag. Once we went to go cash in our tickets, Julie R. was amazing. She got us in right away and was VERY polite. And she was a very pretty young woman.

This place has something for everyone and I love that! Staff was so friendly and down to earth which made us feel so welcomed! Cocktails were delicious and the popcorn was fresh and buttery! Definitely a cool spot!

We went to watch "Revenge of the Sith'" in theaters and it was the best!!! Bowling was super fun and the food/service was amazing. The arcade had a lot of various games too play, my personal favorite were the driving games. Omggg!!! This place is amazing came here for my son?s 9th Birthday. Great food, drinks, and games galore. My kids didn't want to leave , and we did about 4 rounds of laser tag. The CONCIERGE is TOP NOTCH the door was held open for my little princess and I to enter the building. Go here you won't be disappointed.

Visited yesterday evening and sat at the vip bar. Krissy was our bartender and she was absolutely amazing! The friendliest, sweetest, kindest human being on planet earth. Xavier was very nice as well, and brought us whatever we needed. Next time you head to grand slam ask for Krissy!!

Checked off something on my bucket list... my 10 year old and I finished the Jurassic Park game in one sitting! We even earned our names on the leader board. Best evening ever!! We want to say a huge *thank you* to the awesome staff who made it happen!

Grand slam, is a magnificent place to take your family, or even to enjoy yourself. This is a great place for Family Fun. Took my grandson for his birthday and he had a blast bowling and playing games with his friends. The staff is great, but Kyla was the real stand out. We had a great time at Grand Slam! We bowled and played games-they have a great selection of games! I ordered the Southwestern egg rolls while we were bowling and they were so good! The staff was very friendly and helpful-especially Kyla C! She's definitely an asset to Grand Slam! We will definitely be back!

Enjoy food, movies, and fun all at the same venue. We went for the movies and place was clean and comfortable with wider lounge seats. Small theater made it a good home theater like experience. Food and service was mediocre. Prices are reasonable. Lots of things to do for fun with arcade games and bowling. This is our second trip and we will be back soon.

Rating our experience (1st time at the movies portion of this facility). For the entire movie, nearly 2.5 hours, the air kept getting hotter and hotter in the packed theater. There was no cooling a/c, and I informed the concession stand employees. The bathrooms were pretty bad as far as cleanliness. Half the stalls were out of order. The popcorn had no flavor or salt but had a ton of "oil" - so much so that it bled through the paper bag and onto my shirt and jeans and stained them both. We will not be comin

Definitely not the place for adults. Kids running around untamed. Parents? Where are you. Went to the bar for food and beer. Our beer sat at the Bar Corner for 10 minutes. Utensils and napkins were brought to us after our food came. Tables looked and appeared dirty.

Most of the arcade games were broken. They let me have a refund for the ones that took tickets without play. Food was like eating cafeteria food. Go to a spot before or after. The arcade shop was really nice. The ticket girl was very kind and she was nice to interact with my daughter. Her name was Julie R. Service of the place is great due to those interactions but food is really bad.

Great place, we had an amazing time. We were looking for a nicer style blowing alley in east Texas when we found Grand Slam. Very nice upscale place, like what you would find around Dallas. They have a restaurant and sports bar with lots of appetizers. There is a real brick fire ?? pizza ?? joint. A huge arcade, laser tag, a rope course, and a movie theater. We went on a Saturday morning and was still busy. In all great place can't wait to go back.

I brought my student staff here for a staff bonding event and it was super nice!! The lady, Julie in the ticket room was SO kind to us. We hope to see her again soon!

We were helped out tremendously by Mrs Kyla C. Me and my cousin came the night before but couldn't see the movie Sinners since it wasn't showing at the time it was supposed to. So she helped us out by letting us bowl and make sure we were able to watch the movie for sure tonight. The customer service and satisfaction was guaranteed!!

Huge shout out to Emma at the concessions stand. She was so friendly, fun, and efficient. She was awesome! The restroom, however, was in a big state of disrepair. 3 stalls out of order. One stall wasn't out of order but didn't lock, and another didn't flush right.

This place is great for children of all sizes. They have a special on Tuesdays, Unlimited VR, Laser Tag, and Ropes, totally not worth the price because arcade and bowling are not included. You would do better buying an arcade special and using some of your tickets to do VR, Ropes, and laser tag or bowling.The VR game only has two games and was basically broken most of the time we were there with no one who knew how to fix it at times. Maria from the prize store and Terrance from the restaurant and bar were TOP notch! Both were super friendly and informative and when I spilled my margarita all over the place Terrance didn't even bat an eye! It is an excellent place to take your family for a great time. Bowling allies, arcades, Lazer tag, VR, movie theater, a restaurant, and a full service bar all in a single location. Prices are reasonable, everything was clean and orderly as well.

Bowling was fun! Place is crazy busy and loud, but typical for an arcade/bowling spot on a Saturday afternoon. First time here - Had a group of seven - no waiter or waitress approached us to see if we needed or wanted any drinks or food the entire hour we were there. I went to the bar to get drinks myself the bartender said something to a waitress and got our drinks and left.

Great place to go with your children (of all ages). It's the best place to go on a first date and to have a birthday party. In my case, we had a family night and I was looking for an arcade. We lucked up finding this place! Wereally enjoyed laser tag and bowling. Next time ee will go in the movies then play games... Best experience for sure! Went for the first time Saturday night. My kids had a amazing time at the arcade and received excellent service from Julie R when we went to the prize store she helped them choose their prizes and answered all their questions honestly some of the best customer service we have received.

The positives: Awesome arcade and overhead obstacles course for the kids. Cool laser tag room. All your game credits and ticket data you collect are stored on a card, so no hauling around hundreds of tickets and coins. Room for improvement: Pizza was expensive and very greasy. Not very good, threw away half of it. Grand Slam can be very overwhelming some days because it's loaded with people, but 6/8/24 it was very pleasant. It seem as if it was family day, which is normally packed with adults and children running around but it wasn't like that. Bowling was fun and arcades games were ok to but hate the fact that some games were out of order. However, the food was delicious, but the onion ring were was to salty but ok, the margarita peach was a 5/10 and Sangrita margarita flavor was a 3/10 but both will get you right

We hosted our son?s 3rd birthday here on a Monday night- not crowded at all- very simple, little planning, rented 3 lanes and had a blast! After our round of bowling the kids played in the arcade and everyone said it was a stress free and entertaining party- especially easy for me as the mom ?? they have great servers who come straight to the lanes, full bar and full menu of food, too. we can't wait to go again!
