Not too crowded, but it was a Tuesday around 5. Food was good, friendly servers and hostess. It was clean and fun.

A lot of different activities to do here. The place is clean, and the staff was great. Pricing is also very reasonable. We waited less than 30min for bowling on a Saturday night around 10pm. Also played around in the arcade that was practically empty.

I came here on a Friday evening with my kids. It's a decent play but I think price wise it was expensive. We arrived at 6.06pm and seems price of everything blows up past 6pm. Spent $80 to buy 2 cards for Arcade and it was gone within the hour. Didn't think we got value for money spent. Maybe timing was wrong. I do not recommend this place if you are on a budget and want more value for your bucks.

Extremely disappointed in this facility. Attempted to circle back and remedy a situation where we did not feel that the staff did right by loyal customers. My family reserved The Grand Plaza room for 30 plus people. The size of the room was perfect to accommodate us all and there was enough seating in both dining chairs and cushioned sofas. The music in that area was very faint which I thought was being drowned out by the many of people we had in our party but even when the talking was to a minimum, we still couldn't really hear the music. It's relatively clean, and their lanes seem well maintained and oiled, maybe due to the fact that I typically bowl before the league bowlers get there. I enjoy coming here but they close early every single night. I have been told by front desk staff if you are not here by 11 don't expect to play, when their hours is listed as closing at 12. Plus the male ginger host is honestly rude. I'll be spend my money somewhere elsewhere with friendlier staff.

Had a fun night there. There are arcades, bowling and laser tag there. The food price was reasonable as well. I did not have a chance to try out, so I don't have recommendations this time, sorry. It's a fun place for family, couples, and friends to hang out there. Definitely recommend it and will go again. They also have different price and deals for different hours. Check their website to see which deals work for you the best. If not, it's still an affordable entertainment.

The place used to be better. But now they don't offer league rates even on slow days for their own in house league bowlers when there are 20 lanes open. Certainly have lost alot of respect for this place. Been coming here since 2005

Awesome atmosphere and friendly staff! We had the BBQ Bacon burger and the Turkey, Bacon, and Avocado for lunch and they were both fantastic for a good price.

Absolute BS place to go for any kind of entertainment. My wife and I have been coming here for years because of their great deals, but the other night this employee was harassing us about our shoes (we've never had issues wearing non bowling shoes). Just to be clear, I bowl a lot in a lot of different places all throughout houston. Times squared has the best prices best lanes, one of the best food selections, best deals and very friendly staff. I am blessed to have them Right down the street from my house. The only complaint I have is They have leagues here all the time, and sometimes it's hard to get a lane.

Bowling was enjoyable but..... the cashier who rang us up (delay) had a delay in understanding everything. We asked for the early bird special for 2 hours. He only gave us 1 (we had to go back and purchase another because the first cashier did not ring us up for 2 like we asked. We told him how to spell our names LETTER FOR LETTER and he still did not spell it right. He had poor customer service but other than that, food was good. Bowling was fun. No issues while bowling with the equipment.

Great time for two hours of bowling with a group and two lanes. Wait time was only 15 minutes, staff was friendly, and they gave military & first responder discounts. Thanks Times Square, we had a great time!

We have always had a blast bowling and playing games in the arcade here at Times Square. The employees were helpful when my son bowled for the first time, and I appreciated the fast service. I love how the arcade has the self-serve kiosk for obtaining a game card. It's so much easier these days!

Times Square Entertainment has a great family (as opposed to corporate) vibe. Every employee I encountered was friendly and seemed genuinely happy to work there. Food was good and we had a great time.

Hidden in the back of the shopping center, you'll find Main events cheaper cousin TSE! It's definitely affordable entertainment for all ages.

Very disappointed today, Me and my son visit weekly and we bowl 3 games each. Today was a nightmare. We were assigned lane 32. It was so horrible, every two or three turns we took our balls would not return. I sent my son to the desk the first time the balls were stuck. Sometimes when our first ball would not return, we'd use a house ball for our second shot, then the house ball would stick also. I've been going to time square for a long time. I go every Sunday for the early bird special because it's $8 per person/hour. I wanted to bowl for 2 hours, however, they charged me $16 for an hour because that's ?how their system works.? No matter what, they charge by a 2 people requirement. Their poster says the requirement must be at least 2 people OR a $16 dollar requirement. The poster is very misleading and false advertising.

The games were decent enough, but about half them were either not working or had errors that would occur.

We had so much fun! If you go friday after 10:00 PM you have unlimites play card and bowling.

Over the summer, I always do the Kids Bowl Free. It is a great activity for children and sometimes I pay additional so I can bowl as well. The staff at the establishment is always attentive to what I need so I never have any complaints. They are always polite and contact someone to handle any issues that occur with the lane . I don't really eat much there but my children have no problem devouring the chicken tenders and fries and the personal cheese pizza.

If I could put no stars I would this is the worst place ever. Blonde woman cashier around 4 p.m. on Sunday is very rude. I felt that way when I came in around July, but she's still working there. Because of her, I don't want to come back here.

Grandkids had a blast! First time bowlers. They would not take a digital coupon for cost savings. Indicated it had to be printed which didn't see that when I used the website to sign up grandkids for birthday club. So with kids it was over $12.50 a person for one game.

Great dive bar, bowling alley, oldish-school arcade, Laser tag, Pool, darts, food. It's not perfect but customer service is top notch and it's fairly priced. We had our son's birthday party there earlier today. It was excellent, the server Julian was excellent. They had our lanes and room ready for us when we arrived, he went over the schedule and food drinks with us and everything went off great. All staff was friendly and helpful. It's a nice combination of bowling alley, laser tag, laser tag and billiards. Also, they have a great snack bar. Times Square has a nice cozy feeling, feels like a local place. We had a wonderful birthday here! They were flexible with add- ons. We had a fantastic hostess who did an outstanding job; serving on guests with food and setting up laser tag. We had great food, especially the wings and queso. Also, they have a handful of evening specials. But call in advance to reserve a lane.

I had my retirement party here and invited about 30 people. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable and helped to make the event fun for everyone. I also have to say that the prices for the activities are not unreasonable. The only complaint I have is that the pizzas could use some revamping- could be MUCH more flavorful and the assorted crusts could be a bit more traditional.

Service is terrible. Ordered scrambled egg. Came out as fried. Sent back to kitchen - what we received back was the same egg chopped up. Despite speaking to 3 different staff including managers not one of them seemed to care, apologise or offer any alternative. Pro: the barkeep made me a good old fashioned while i waited what I (and my family thought) would be 30 minutes for a lane. No biggie Con: we never got our lane. This was after we had called ahead and asked (which we got an answer of a 15 minute wait) We waited 30 minutes and then were told another 30. This sucked and was disappointing especially for my kids.

My favorite place to bowl in town for sure. They have well maintained lanes, great service and the price is reasonable. Plenty for kids and adults to do and it won't break the bank!

Let me just say, it was an absolute blast and an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was vibrant and energetic. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and had a modern, sleek design that added to the overall atmosphere. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a great time.
