What a great place. The games are very well kept. Super clean too. My son and I drove down from Tulsa ok to spend some time playing games. It took me back to the 1990?s when I would spend hours in the arcade. The food is good too. Try the Frito pie. I got to meet David that has a YouTube channel called 8bit guy. He was super nice and showed my son and I around.
What Fun! (Our visit was on Saturday 5/31/25) This place is a nostalgic dream for us vintage game lovers! They've got an impressive collection of old-school arcade machines (Qbert, Burger Time, Donkey Kong, etc.) I was quickly humbled playing these games. I used to be really good at some of them. It was obvious that time has come and gone. I laughed at how I couldn't get past the 2nd row in Donkey Kong! On Qbert I only got to level 2! It was hilarious but so much fun playing! There were plenty of pinba
This place is amazing! $12 for unlimited game and pinball play! Adult beverages available and 21+ after 8:00. $20 monthly membership, my husband and I will definitely be back, we had so much fun playing vintage games and Mario Cart.
Flat rate, play all day spot with tons of options! They have retro 8-bit systems, pinball, home gaming (SNES, N64, etc), modern game cabinets, and old school ones. 21+ after 8pm so factor that into your plans but the place is amazing. Food isn't crazy expensive and the service was great. Hope to visit when I'm in the DFW area again!
Great local arcade bringing that $12 all-you-can-play energy. Wish they had more local craft beer, considering there's a brewery in Bedford, but still a really cool spot and worth a visit!
One of the best arcades around. Great selection of games including some things you can't get anywhere else like the retro computers. Everything is in really good condition and the staff are friendly. Prices are great too, really hard to beat!
Visited from MO in early March and loved the place! Wonderful array of classic and newer arcade machines, and EVERYTHING WORKS. Place was fantastically clean, and staff were friendly and helpful, and I had a delicious Frito pie w/draft beer. Zero complaints!!! Exactly what a vintage arcade should be ????
Clean, real fun arcade. I like the variety of games that's offered. The cabinets all look great! Simple food menu, but what is offered is fresh and delicious.. They have at least 6 varieties of hot dogs, popcorn, nachos, etc. The hot dogs my daughter and I had were quite good. Prices are very reasonable. $12 day pass, or $20 month pass... Month pass is also good at their sister arcade. My daughter and I had a great time!!
What a blast! It hasn't even been open for a week yet and my family and I have been 3 times. I highly recommend the month pass. My son is 3 and loves going. He ask every day now to go play Mario. Food is great and very fair priced. 10/10 recommend.
It's finally here!! Tons of great games to play for the whole family. There were several old classic games I haven't seen anywhere before and also plenty of new games to keep the mix fresh like the new Mario Kart DX Arcade. The cabinets are all in great shape and the old classics look and play like new. There is also several pinball games available to keep you busy for hours. Looking forward to my next visit!
This place is so cool! I went there with my kid and introduced them to all the old games I used to play. From star wars, to spy hunter, to pin ball, to TMNT and more! I felt like I was 12 years old again and at the arcade with my friends. My kid thought it was really neat and we had a lot of fun. I love the fact that they have a bar and places to set your drinks. They even had an Atari, and other old game consoles and a Compaq PC running quake...so cool. I'll definitely be back when we can spend more time
This place is awesome! Games are in good working order and the selection is great. Mostly vintage arcades with a few modern classics. The old computer computer gaming section is an awesome addition.
This is the coolest place I have ever been to go out at night. They had every game imaginable, for $12 free play, karaoke, and just absolutely the best vibe
Awesome arcade, lots of choices to play including vintage computers. Very friendly staff, my only complaint is that they are 15 hours from me lol. I will definitely be back next time I'm in town again.
Awesome arcade with a solid dedicated selection. Simple menu, good pizza and beer on draft. Light gun games needed calibrating, but otherwise the machines across the board were well kept. Will definitely come back here in the future!
It was quite nice there, really. You could even order food and drinks there, which was something I didn't expect them to have, and they had dining tables as well. Yes, it was a nice, chill arcade where they even had little rooms with a huge TV and tables and chairs inside. When I noticed those rooms, I asked one of the bartenders if they held game tournaments, and he said, "Not yet, we're still kinda new to the area, so we won't be hosting one for a while until then." That's okay though, I had a nice time t
Awesome place!! Finally had a chance to check it out. And wow. This is a great arcade, not only a good selection of games, but a great vibe too. Most importantly, all the games my brother and I played worked flawlessly! If you're in HEB area and want a great arcade to play at, this is the place. As a follower of the 8 bit guy, was REALLY cool to see the famous ?Attack of the PETSCII Robots? in real life! Can't wait to go back!
What I love about this arcade is that it's clearly run with care for the visitors and machines. Everything is clean and well planned out. We had a great time visiting for a couple hours on a Sunday afternoon. It was cool to see parents and kids playing old games together. Highly recommended!
Great place to play old school games. Nice, clean bathrooms, and they have good beers. I like that there is a place you can rest your drink while you play games.
This is absolutely hands down the best arcade in the DFW area. Certainly the best value with month-long free plays for just $20 per person. Plus The snack menu is pretty good as well. Great selection of games, super friendly staff, and overall great atmosphere. I've never in my life seen a video game arcade that also had home gaming consoles like the NES and Sega Genesis as well as old school computers what the Apple IIE and Commodore 64. The most enjoyable game in the entire arcade has to be Attack of the
amazing place! Bedfords own little retro games and new games heaven
Time Rift has a great selection of arcade games that are in fabulous condition in a very neat & clean location. I especially enjoyed seeing Moon Patrol and other games uncommon to see on location. But the most captivating thing to me was the selection of console and home computer games available to play. You never see that! If you're nostalgic for computer and console games, you can't miss Time Rift.
Great arcade. Very helpful staff. They also have the historic 8 bit computersApple IIe, VIC 20 and the Amiga. Lots of pinballs. And many great games like Mortal Kombat, Space Invaders and many, many more. I went with my son and we met the great Dave and Mike right there. Mind bending ! Drinks and simple food are available. We will be back !
Time rift has to be the best curated arcade I've ever seen. They have games in immaculate condition, with details you hardly see anymore. Every single game is a total classic, the prices are beyond reasonable, and the atmosphere is spot on. Something I noticed is that it's close enough to DFW where if you had a few hours layover, this would be a perfect spot to spend it. Just grab a ride, you can get some food and drinks, play some games, then back to the airport in time for your next flight!
We had a great time playing all the games from our childhood. They have done a great job of refurbishing these old machines and have a good mix of newer stuff and pinballs.
There are so many great arcade machines here! Several pinball machines. Even a few old consoles!!! And you don't have to leave to get something to eat!
This place is amazing! So many cool games and all in great condition. It is really cool to see the guys restore the games on their youtube channel and then get to play them in person. They clearly care a lot about these games and it shows. I saw the guys working on any machine that seemed to be on the fritz right away. One of my favorite things is they have 8bit computers and classic game consoles setup that you can play. It was a great joy to show my son the C64 I grew up with and actually play a game on i
A great deal! $12 for all-day play for adults. Lots of choices and the first place I have been to that had old computers with games available. We enjoyed the variety and beat a few games in the time we were there. The staff is very friendly and seemed like they love what they are offering.
Great arcade. Good variety of games and they all look brand new. Beer prices are reasonable with a decent selection. Food was good, I had the German style dog. Only complaint is more space between games is needed for setting drinks down while playing.
Probably the best arcade I have been to in the world!
This place is amazing! Everything in good order, the people are cool, and the video game selection is wonderful. Even the food is great!
This arcade is absolutely incredible! From the moment you step inside, you're surrounded by a perfect mix of retro charm and modern gaming excitement. The variety of games is phenomenal?everything from timeless classics to cutting-edge machines that are insanely fun to play. Whether you're into racing games, rhythm challenges, or classic fighting games, there's something here for everyone. What sets this place apart is the pure focus on gaming joy?no distractions, no gimmicks, just well-maintained machines
Great place for vintage arcade games and even a number of old console games. Several I haven't seen in a very long time and all are very well maintained. Very friendly owners and employees. Had I known they had just purchased a pizza oven we wouldn't have had late lunch before going. The better half took me for my birthday today and I had a good time replaying games I was never good at and it's so nice not to go through quarters constantly and have to get more.
One of the coolest experiences in a long time. Really affordable all day entertainment. The machines are all in tip-top shape, with a family friendly environment. Really recommend.
This is the best arcade I've ever visited. The 8bit guy was there and we chatted for a bit. He's very nice and committed to this place (as well as all of his employees and business partners). I had a great time with my wife tonight. The service was wonderful. All the games worked perfectly. As a man in my 40s, it really brought me back to my childhood. My wife, who isn't really a gamer had so much fun. I wish I had something like this I'm my area! The beer was awesome. I didn't have any food, although I had
Excellent place. Staff is very good. It's all the good parts of a 1980s arcade and none of the bad.
I made my sons 7th birthday and we all got so much fun, the owners really take care of you. I will repeat again! You can get big pizzas at Cicis, and rent the private room to your guests. Highly recommended!!
Wow! This arcade is absolutely incredible! The selection of games is amazing, with a fantastic mix of both classics and newer titles. The classics brought me right back to the ?80s, and the nostalgia was unreal! I especially loved the off-road racing game?sitting down and diving into that was a blast. I opted for the day pass, and at just $12, it was totally worth it! They also offer food and drinks on-site, and if you're in the mood for something else, there's a taco shop right next door. Definitely a win-
Friendly staff, good selection of beers. They also have a little party room in the back! Food available, pizza, rift dogs (in house specialty hot dogs) snacks (nachos, popcorn, frito pie, chips). Bar top with stools as well as some regular tables.
Great customer service, friendly staff that reassured us to check with them if we had any mechanical problems with games. Arcade was clean, well organized, games worked well even older refurbished ones. We had a blast and will go back. Did not try food or beverage this time but beer selection looked good. Very good value, $12 a person is a great value in hindsight.
This place is the real deal. If you like an old school arcade with an excellent selection, or a great setup of classic consoles and PCs, they've got it all! Plus food and drinks!
The best maintained arcade I've ever visited! Not a single machine was down. The price is competitive and the service was great! David Murray was kind and generous with his time!
This is a great venue. Booked the party room for a nieces birthday. Staff is friendly and helpful. Space is filled with alot of games- retro and a current. It was fun to introduce the kids to games I played in my youth. The price was well worth the cost of entertainment for kids ages 4-15 for 2 hours. The adults enjoyed themselves. The menu has a few food items but we didn't try anything. We were allowed to bring in a cake. And having the option to stay longer after the party is a plus as well. We would hav
Fantastic and affordable Arcade with the best classic games and pinball machines. Super friendly staff. Highly recommend.
Fantastic! Retro 80s through the latest and greatest cabinets (including custom ones), plus a collection of consoles spanning generations and retro computers to experience gaming through the years. Awesome stuff! Food and drinks available, but we just had sodas this time.
This place is 100% pure awesomeness. Excellent selection of games, nice selection of beer, good food. No Time Killers but I'll let that slide. I love this place!
Very good arcade! A lot of the "essentials" are here, and for more adventurous retro gamers like me, there are some lesser known games to be found here too. Plus, a handful of recent-to-modern games if you enjoy those, and probably the most unique aspect of the arcade, some retro consoles and even computers too! They're the original authentic systems hooked up to CRT screens too. Definitely worth your while for any arcade fan!
My spouse and I came here to cheer ourselves up. Great selection on cabinets and pin ball. We are classic arcade junkies so we loved it here. Beer selection (tap and can) and soft drinks. We had the Chicago dog and the hot digity dog. Once they get a poppy seed bun ????. After 8pm it's 21 and over.
As awesome as advertised on their YouTube channel!
Very clean place and has friendly employees. You also can't go wrong with the popcorn! I played for a few hours, especially on the Oregon Trail on an Apple II which was such a great blast from the past. They also have many more games for consoles along with pinball arcades and various gaming arcades, especially the classics like Pac-Man and Galaga.
Sooooooo many fun and different games!!! My friends and I had a BLAST here, and honestly this will be the only arcade I ever go to!!! Prices are very reasonable, and the staff are SO friendly!!!! Time Rift will be my favorite hangout spot for years to come!!
Such a cool place. Had so many memories flood back while playing Galega, Asteroids and so many more. I'll definitely be going back and getting the monthly pass! Highly recommend
This is a great arcade with very friendly staff and an excellent selection of retro arcade games, as well as old console/computer games. I've been here twice now and I will absolutely come back again.
We had a great time at Time Rift Arcade! They had so many different games from more recent games like Mario Kart and Fruit Ninja to older games like Pac-Man and Atari. Lots of pinball machines and even some really neat computer gables from the past. My favorite though was the Sega. You definitely have to go! My kids loved it too!
Well it looked like it would be fun. We went there Saturday night for dad?s birthday BUT they are 21 and over after 8pm. Too bad there's no weekend extension for youth- like teenagers can't even go here til 10pm? Sadly we won't be going tonight or any other. There were only 5 people in there as of 8pm on Saturday night.Betting that this place won't make it.
This arcade is fantastic! My wife and I had a great time and highly recommend anyone to visit. The mix of nostalgic and modern games is amazing. Whether you're into old classics or newer titles, you'll have a blast here. The staff is super friendly, and the arcade is very clean.
So glad to have a retro arcade here in Bedford. This one is quality with an excellent selection of new and retro arcade cabinets, pinball and even PC and console stations. Prices are fair and they even offer snacks and beer.
This place is really great, my wife and I had a blast! Super big variety of games and pinball machines. I especially love the vintage computers set up. Will definitely come again!
Awesome arcade run by really cool owners. They have a great selection of cabinets, pinball machines and even a rest area with a bar. They also have the new Mortal Combat cabinet and my personal favorite, an ?Attack of the PETSCII Robots? cabinet. Make sure you check out their YouTube channel too so you can see all the hard work these guys put into restoring these cabinets. Most of them are original hardware.
Great arcade with friendly staff and a fun mix of vintage and newer games. The most unique experience of the arcade is the collection of playable retro consoles and computers.
12 bucks unlimited games for one session. 20 bucks for a month of unlimited games all month. This place is super dope. It not only has classic arcade games, it's also has retro pc's and console!
The best arcade around! The staff is always friendly and the place is always so clean. Best pricing for the best arcade games.
Cannot recommend this enough! My husband didn't think this would be up my alley but he was wrong. The gaming selection is huge! Not just arcade games but NES, SNES, SEGA, computer games, racing games and SO MUCH MORE. You pay one price to get in and play unlimitedly. Great date night spot! 10/10 would recommend and come back!
Friends and I went and had a ton of fun! Lots of variety in the games, and even got to try a few computer games I never got to play as a child.
Amazing. Games from all eras and in FANTASTIC condition. Was like being in the arcades I remember as a kid but clean and smoke free. What an incredible jewel to have in the area. $12 for unlimited play is just phenomenal value.
From the moment I stepped inside, I felt as if I was transported back to an arcade from my college days. All of my favorite retro games are here, and many newer or perhaps obscure games I'd not seen in other venues. In addition to dozens of arcade games, there's also a great selection of pinball classics, sure to bring back memories. The room is big & includes an air hockey table, with that plastic "CLICK-CLICK" sound of the puck that's immediately recognizable and adds to the ambiance of the space. There'
These are good people man. I love seeing this perfect 5 star rating they are pushing. I wish these guys the best.
Incredible ! They have a lot of games I never knew they existed in cabinet format. And from all ages - rare old ones that you would only expect to see in a museum behind a glass wall and amazing modern ones. And you can play all of them. Had a blast there !
All kinds of games, from air hockey and pinball, to Fruit Ninja and Terminator, with everything in between! Literally! Even old PC games and awesome classic consoles! And don't forget that they've got pretty decent food available. Try the Frito Pie!
Loved being at an arcade where all the games work! And I saw a QR code to report broken games. Perfection!
What a great add to the Bedford community! I don't tend to think of myself as an arcade or video game person but had such a great time here. We went for a date night and now have a long list of people we want to bring. We will be back!
Amazing selection of 80's, 90's and some newer games all restored to near-new condition. Pinballs are also all working great! One of my favorites is the Star Trek TNG with all of the actual actors voices.
Love how nice the staff is and how clean the machines are. 20$ for a month pass They do have beer
Friendly staff, fun atmosphere, great drinks and great customer service, has everything from pin ball to classic arcade games, reading, and my favorite Guitar hero. This place is awsome!
We had a great time! Staff was friendly, and they had a great drink and game selection! Definitely stopping by again the next time we're in town.
Great arcade! The games are awesome - both new and retro. It's about 10 minutes from work, so if you're looking for me after 5PM, look for me there!
Great place! Games are exactly what I grew up with. 21 and older after 8. Make sure you get there a 1500 if you are bringing kiddos.
Arcade in Bedford near me! So fun, kids and adults love it. Great for date-night or family fun.
Awesome arcade! Time Rift has a great mix of old and new games. My 4 & 6 year old kids had a blast and keep asking to go back!
So fun and good value for money!
Great classic arcade games and old systems. Love the old CRT monitors and computers. DOS games!
This place is amazing! There are Soo many games to choose from and they are in such beautiful shape! Can't wait to go back and play some stranger things pinball!
Good variety of games. Great price for all day access!
Cool place a little loud for my liking, but still plan on going back.
Heya, i've seen the videos on YouTube, me and dad both agree that what you're doing is really freaking awesome. Restoring all the old games that he used to play back in the day. I would love to come visit one day, it's gonna be a long trip from Pensacola FL.
Had a great time , Food was good , I only wish they had a viewlix cabinet with some modern fighters.
10 STARS It was so much fun, machines are in fantastic condition. Drove almost an hour to this arcade and it was sooo worth it. Kiddos loved it as well.
Fantastic selection and venue. The early 80?s personal computers are an extra special touch. Super friendly owners, management, and staff.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pinball tables in arcades remain a blast. Their hands-on, skill-driven gameplay delivers a thrill digital games can’t match, blending nostalgia with modern flair. Newer tables from Stern and Jersey Jack feature LCD screens and themes like Avengers or Stranger Things, keeping things exciting. Arcades are seeing a pinball resurgence with vibrant scenes and tournaments like IFPA events drawing crowds. Though less common than video games, pinball’s tactile charm and community vibe make it a standout arcade experience in 2025.
Absolutely, retro games in arcades remain a thrilling draw in 2025! Classics like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Street Fighter II offer simple yet addictive gameplay, blending nostalgia with timeless challenge. Modern arcade cabinets often feature crisp displays and restored controls, enhancing the experience. These games thrive on quick reflexes and strategy, with vibrant pixel art and iconic soundtracks that spark joy. Arcades host tournaments and leaderboards, fostering a lively community. While modern games dominate, retro titles provide a unique, accessible thrill that keeps arcades buzzing.
Yes, rhythm games in arcades are a vibrant hit in 2025! Titles like Dance Dance Revolution and Beatmania deliver high-energy fun, blending music, movement, and precision. Modern machines boast vivid displays, booming sound systems, and diverse song libraries, from J-pop to EDM. They challenge reflexes and rhythm, with competitive leaderboards and tournaments fostering a lively community. Arcade dance floors are regularly packed, proving rhythm games’ immersive, physical thrill keeps them a standout in today’s gaming scene.
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
