Positive feedback highlights affordable pricing, friendly staff, and well-functioning claw machines with fair prizes. Many enjoy the arcade games and family-friendly atmosphere. Negative reviews criticize high costs, broken or malfunctioning games, poor customer service, and the removal of popular Round 1 features like rhythm games. We came here because Malibu Jacks was packed with school groups. Paid just over $80 for 2 and a half hours of fun. Could have gotten an all day pass at Malibus for two for cheaper. Does not make sense nor was it as great of atmosphere.

I took my wife and kids last Wednesday. April 2nd. We had a guy who worked there who really made our experience a whole lot more enjoyable. He seemed to be the only one working that night even tho there were several other employees on the clock. I think all the workers should have his energy or just hire some more people. The pizza was really good, tho. I would rather eat that pizza over any other pizza spot in Louisville. There were several games we played that took money from our cards but didn't allow us

It's impossible to not compare this place to Round1. Especially with it being in the same location. There are no rhythm games here at all. Not even a DDR cabinet which was a big draw for Round1. They do have a decent amount of claw machines. And this place did have a few machines that I've actually never seen before and I ended up playing when I went. I did the 40 for 20 dollar deal for 200 credits on Monday evening. The employe wasn't aware of this, but a manager was able to get me set up. I was impressed

The arcade was not ridiculously expensive like some reviews said. The people who wrote those need to shut up because they're too used to going to Chuck E. Cheese where everything is like 30 cents a play and freak out when the average game is like a buck. Most games were 6 points ($1.20) per play. The games give you high amounts of tickets unlike other arcades. The prizes are decently priced and should be really cool for kids. A claw machine glitched when I put in my money and it wouldn't let me play but the

We took my kiddo tonight and when we loaded her card and tried a few games, 3 of the games wouldn't work back to back but was taking funds off the card. We waited in the regular line but the attendant left to help someone else. After about 5 minutes i decided to go to the area where you redeem your tickets and asked a woman named Stephanie for help. She was amazing, and so understanding. She offered us 3 free game plays and was super patient when my kiddo was indecisive on which games she wanted to use the

On Saturday March 29@6pm we brought birthday party to your facility at Jefferson Mall to start with we were told we would have to wait other people were using the lanes. We had reservations. Customer service was in need of some training asked if we had swiped card yet it was paid on line. Finally put us on lane 1 lane 2 in not working under maintenance. After first couple of balls being thrown. Started get F and only letting us throw one ball. We just let it go for a while then finally got someone to co

Let me start by saying the place looks very nice, and the games were fun. However, we paid over $500 for the biggest party pack. Only 1 person was working both rooms, our pizzas were cold, I had to help the lady carry drinks and pizzas to the room. The cake pops were a joke. Only 4 were correct size the rest looked like they ran out and just tried to make it work. THANK GOODNESS I brought my own cake. They were in a Togo box and didn't even have sticks. It was a joke. The party helper went on break in the m

I wanted to try this place for myself and ignore the bad reviews but was rather let down. As stated in other reviews, a bunch of broken games, machines didn't pay out correctly. Mini Golf was basically the same hole over and over again. Claw machines are all set Not to payout. Prize selection has gone down in quality and selection. I'm not mad that this isn't Round 1, but it has to be compared being a "rival" business. It was Ehh at best. Not going back.

I'm not sure what part of town they think they are In. It shouldn't cost me well over $100 dollars to take my daughter out to play games for 45 minutes. What happened to affordable? Are you in debt or just trying to make enormous profits? There is no excuse for the cost and you will go out of business soon guaranteed ?? I highly suggest people find somewhere else to go these people are just money hungry.

Only gave one star because -5 was not an option. Jenky games that take your credits and have errors. General manager, Adam, was beyond useless?games are meant to take money. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! This place sucks, and that's an understatement!

Don't recommend this place. It's very hot in here the price is ridiculous and they charge for just ice after you pay for a bottle of water you cannot get ice for free three dollars also.. the staff is unfriendly and unhelpful I will never come back here

Expensive. Broken games. Slow service. We've been to Tilted 10 twice now. We won't be back. First, it's expensive. $60 lasted about 45 minutes. Second, a lot of the games are not working or malfunctioning. Our visits were a few months apart. The pinball machines had the same issues as our first visit and were not playable. Many of the arcade games were either malfunctioning or off. One of the machines failed to give us any of the tickets we won (although the prize attendant did make that right). Forget

What a scam! I paid $40 for my twins to play and 15 minutes later both cards were empty. Several games charged their card and didn't let them play. We will never be back.

Rude staff Noone willing to help or even acknowledge you. Food was wrong drinks was nasty. When we went to get our food fixed the staff just didn't wanna do anything about it just looked at us. The claw games are stuffed so tight you couldn't win if you played 1000 times

My son and I went to play the two mini golf courses. One was not done yet and the other was very simple and straight shots through small tunnels. The course felt very easy, very short in distance and boring. Only one hole had a bank shot. They should have made one golf course and not two.m to make the holes larger and more interesting. The scoring was also inaccurate. Par 3 for each hole when it should have been 2. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I would like to give a shout out to James B The manager, Bree and Adam they are all lso accommodating Heck, I wish they would give me a sponsor for this place with how much money I spend in it lol other than a couple broken claw machines this place is an amazing Place to bring your family too to have fun and just get away from life and I am also now a VIP status card you get 10% off all of the games once you hit VIP status Thank you you all you're amazing.

If you're here with a family of toddlers and pre-teens be prepared with your own water. They refuse to give you any cups of water you must purchase a bottle water or fountain drinks. The games are all for pre-teens nothing that you can do with small children.

Decent place but games are way over price. They tilted won't last a year w those prices. 2 little boys played for half hour and cost me 150bucks. I don't want to go into thr prices for food just way to high!

This place was total garbage. They bought Round 1 and removed everything good about us finally having an arcade worth going to. Removing a huge area of playable games for ghetto putt-putt. All the Japanese style crane machines are gone and replaced by rickety, over-stuffed ones that are impossible to win from and bring to mind the lobby of a Walmart. The whole vibe has gone from exciting and fun to the feel of a nasty bowling alley with hit or miss games.

This place was totally empty when we went.a bunch of the games where broken and there was not that many fun games to play and most of them where expensive.so sad that they took out the one that was here before.

This place is a scam. Games are over priced and it's hard to win anything. Save your money and spend it at another arcade in town. Round 1 was better.

Not sure why this place has so many bad reviews, but it being in the mall I thought that was kinda cool. They had games there I never seen before, & I won a bunch of tickets & had a blast. And ended up getting my daughter some stuff that she will like. Was disappointed the kitchen closed at 8 when it should of closed at 9 at least, cause I was gonna eat after playing. But overall it was a good experience, especially after a long day of work.

The best gaming arcade I've ever been to. So much better than Round 1. Adam is the best GM and so nice. Employees are so nice, even when we keep breaking the machines by accident. The prices are famoninal, claw machines aren't rigged (they have cameras so you know where your gonna land), and you actually win. So many huge and cool prizes to win. Tilted 10 is so worth it. Especially since we only spent 250 credits, we won a 380$ switch OLED for just 150,000 tickets. I love this place, so it's worth the time

While the majority of employees are nice and kind, that's about the end of the good in our family's opinion. The gm always seems frustrated and irritated when he has to deal us It's more expensive than Round1 was. The cost of the games is also mostly higher as well. The dnd claw game never grasps always slides around the prizes. The giant claw machines are cool, until you realise they all are 32 credits even if one is filled with 5,000 tickets and another is 10,00. The mini golf course is finally open on

I miss Round 1 but it isn't a bad place. A lot of huge machines! I love the derby game since it's unique. Even the mini golf and olympic game are really fun too. I miss the $1 ice cream but it's not a bad place to go to :)

My kids had a blast here!

Overpriced and the machine cost too much. The packages don't even work and they are displayed. The ballon pop is one of the games I've played so far and it's not even a kids game you have to throw it as hard as you can just for them to pop. The claw machine don't even grab fully.Overall do better I'd rather just get a refund at this point. Round 1 was way better.

Tilted 10 is so much better than Round One. It's cheaper, more affordable, AND the claw machines aren't rigged like how they were at Round One. On the bigger machines, there are cameras for you to see where the hook is going. And after only spending $250 dollars of credits, I got a Switch OLED for less than what I would have purchased at Walmart($380 after tax). Give this place a check out ?

This arcade was so much better when it was "Round 1". They had Japanese claw machines (the type of claw machine that's actually fair), a load of rhythm games (rock band, DDR, and other classics from the US and overseas), and all the games/coin costs were super customer friendly. All the claw machines now are trash, and cheap money grabs for the arcade. Half of the claw machines are filled with tickets that the claw machine will never pickup, terrible coin pusher games, and a less than subpar mini golf cours

Employees do not honor advertised $20 for $40 deal and pretend to not understand the deal or say it is expired, claw machines are outright rigged and do not pick up prizes (or drop them if they do), and prices for games and prizes are double that of dave and busters or the main event. Prize selection is bigger/better than others but place is not worth visiting once, let alone returning.

Alll gases are good very good atection i really love to chare with my familia in there the best thing ever

Games are expensive and the prizes are trash. Update. The games are weak. Nobody wants to play 10 different variations of Skeeball. Plus there are NO rhythm games. No StepmaniaX, DDR, Pumpit, or Wacca. Plus there aren't any fighting games! What y'all have aren't even fun and your corporate response is not going to get me to walk back in there.

Predatory and scummy crane games. I'm sure this place is fine as a Dave and busters knock off, but if you liked the skill based crane games from Round 1, don't waste your money. Weak claws, prizes are packed like sardines so you can't get a grip even if you get the perfect grab. Even when you do find a prize in a good position to grab, good luck, I wasted 20$ trying to push a prize over that was practically teetering on the edge already. Save your money.

Saw their Facebook post with their "$40 for $20" play card deal. Came in during the deal and was told by the MANAGER that he was not authorized to give us the deal. Then why advertise it??? Also, a few of their claw machines will grab the plushie, pick it up, and open WIDE to drop it. This happened to us several times and was infuriating. I get that you guys can't always pay out, but I would rather deal with a claw too weak to pick up the plush than one that looks like a winning grab only to then be purpose

Thank you SO MUCH to James! He really made our whole experience even with the machines hating on me ??

Way better than Round 1!!. Idk why all these people are complaining. Round 1 was dull and a snore. Now I've been 4 times atleast. Games are awesome, updated. Yea expensive unless your a billionaire lol. I have fun! Just go! Their monster truck game rocks some socks! I wanna go now haha.

It's not bad if you like ticket / redemption games and the big claws pay out easily. Its no Round 1 but its not bad and really wish em da best!

I was actually very impressed. I took an 8 year old and he was literally jumping up and down with excitement because he was actually wwinning. I enjoyed Tilted 10 way more than Round 1 and we will most definitely be back!!

Round 1 was better. Hope you shut down for how greedy and nasty it is there.

The ticket redemption machine was supposed to give me 8905, it didn't so I asked for help. They got Adam, an alleged manager, to help me. He still didn't give me the right amount and when i told him about it, he had attitude and started yelling at me saying i was problematic and i was the one that had attitude. I told him he was giving me bad customer service to which he replied "but i fixed your problem".As a customer and as a person that has spent at least $300 there the customer service he gave me was te

They advertise as having a full service bar and restaurant. That is the so far from the truth. You can't get food at the bar or get soft drinks. At Main Event you can eat, drink and do anything in the bar area or restaurant. That is full service.

Great place to bowl, play pool, have a nice arcade selection and the food and service is great I highly recommend!

The experience was not good. The value was low. I am pretty sure my son would have had more birthday fun if the location was still a Macy?s.

The claw machines pick up and then open after.... Dropping the prize. Ridiculous. I came literally for the claw machines. a waste of money. Round1 was much better. I actually won my prizes.

Let's start and say the package deals are not worth it bought the 29 dollar package deal it was a hour of play with 2 cards not realizing the package deals are only good for games that don't win tickets or prizes so I asked for my money back they decided they would give us 70 points for both of the cards which is fine but when we were walking around half the games had points up to 28 to over 30 so if you want to play all the games you would have to get the package deal and a extra card with a 100 points on

I went here with a few of my friends and went bowling. There were many difficulties with the bowling alley and when asked to add more time ?They kept saying they added time but really didn't? Terrible experience save your money and time don't come here

Round 1 had Wangan Midnight, Dancerush Stardom, and Chunithm. Tilted 10 has disappointment. I'll take my 4 hour drive to the next Round 1 over this garbage any day.

Games are not given the right tickets amount. Keep track on your winnings. The manager nor worker don't care, so you'll have to fight for what you earn. This location won't last long!

Better than Round one and any nearby Dave and busters. All negative reviews are just salty people. Yes it's expensive, everything is.

They are racism and very rude have you waiting in line for 30 minutes for a drink I have witnessed multiple times a guest has waiting more than 10 minutes for a manger to come and help them they unorganized the food is high and never worked for them they don't give you enough hours and if you complained one time about you can't do nothing they cut your hours for no reason they will be discriminated against you and also the games are two high and can't even play that many as well so no who want to come there

A little expensive but is a nice place to have fun with friends

I was sad when Round 1 closed but this place is a really fun replacement. Lots of claw machines and the staff are very friendly :)

I was there last night hanging out watching the football game and the worker came over and intentionally turned off the tv on me it was so rude!!!! :(

Yeah. This ain?t it. Horrible experience. No one cares if you're there. They ain?t gonna last a year. Good luck

You all need more games that can be played by younger children, a/o are more accessible for autistic children.

Great place blacklight putt putt and bowling and lots of arcades games and ticket and claw machines

the staff is amazing and atmosphere is awesome!

???give us round1 back not this garbage ????

Extremely overpriced.

its just not the same

Tilted 10 is a big plus for anyone , even Seniors, who want to spend a little fun time with family. It was clean, staff was friendly , and the games and pizza we're worth the $$. We will definitely come again!

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are pinball tables still good in this modern age?

Yes, pinball tables in arcades remain a blast. Their hands-on, skill-driven gameplay delivers a thrill digital games can’t match, blending nostalgia with modern flair. Newer tables from Stern and Jersey Jack feature LCD screens and themes like Avengers or Stranger Things, keeping things exciting. Arcades are seeing a pinball resurgence with vibrant scenes and tournaments like IFPA events drawing crowds. Though less common than video games, pinball’s tactile charm and community vibe make it a standout arcade experience in 2025.

Are pool tables in arcades still good in this modern age?

Yes, pool tables in arcades remain a fantastic draw in 2025! Games like 8-ball or 9-ball offer tactile, skill-based fun that blends strategy and precision. Modern tables feature smooth felt, responsive cues, and vibrant designs, enhancing the classic experience. Arcades foster a social vibe with casual matches or competitive tournaments, appealing to all skill levels. Unlike digital games, pool’s physicality—lining up shots, feeling the cue’s weight—keeps it timeless.

Are virtual reality games in arcades worth playing?

Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
