Had a great time this Valentine's day! Were able to play a round of mini golf, bowl, and play 4 games for only $29 total! Staff was friendly and informative and the place is huge! This would be a great place to have a kids birthday party or a company event with a large group of people. So many games and things to do in an open environment.
Half the games were out of order and the staff were incredibly rude. I understand that the service industry can be difficult so I'm usually pretty slow to complain about what I perceive to be poor customer service, but this was ridiculous. My husband was spoken to very obnoxiously and my well behaved and closely supervised children were reproached for the most ridiculous reasons. For example, my seven year old was snapped at just for looking at prize items that were out of her ticket budget. She was just lo
Don't waste your time or money. This place is literally falling apart. At least a dozen games we tried were out of service. Balls were flat. Any interactive ones were out of commission. One of the claw machines fell apart mid game. Staff were understanding and accommodating. They were also visibly overwhelmed and understaffed. Feels like a low budget casino for kids. We'll never be back.
Many machines not functioning fully. We were a party of 3 but only 2 could play. Bumper cars not i tended for adults? Cute place overall
Has a lot of potential but will not be returning. Half the games we wanted to play where broken and a few we did play were also broken. My son lost out on over 100 tickets due to one game being broken and my daughter lost out on her prize from a crane machine due to the claw opening before pulling up the prize. Fix the games and maybe people will return.
Maybe fun for little kids. The bumpercars were probably the main attraction. Most of the games are really outdated, like Rambo. Seems like anyone over age 8 would be better off playing their home gaming system. Bowling? Not working. Lasertag? Not open The food place? Yikes! 20 minutes for an overpriced pretzel and the drinks are not worth the crazy prices. Save your money and go to a park.
TOLD WE WOULD BE CRIMINALLY CHARGED! WHAT A JOKE! We were kicked out of Tilt Studio for stealing water?. in between rounds 1 & 2 of mini golf we were feeling parched and approached the kitchen area where we waited patiently, even pressed the need assistance button (which rang loudly ?customer needs assistance at the kitchen counter?). After waiting for 10 minutes for service, we decided to grab 2 of the smallest cups possible and filled them with water from the fountain. We still waited so we could pay. Fi
DO NOT waste your time coming here especially if you come in with parents with an accent! the first thing the old hag said to us was literally how "we spoke 'really good english'" and proceeded to talk to us like we were idiots ! she even had the nerve to ask if "this was our first time being here" and specified as us being in the STATES for the first time. we've lived here for YEARS and have never experienced such discrimination and DISRESPECT. we were constantly targeted and come up to and talked down by
We travel to Iowa to visit family and have always enjoyed Tilt until our recent trip. I have 3 children who were very excited to use the money they earned for a trip to Tilt and this time even more excited because Grandpa and Grandma offered to take them a second time. It was recommended to me that I register all the cards a prior trip we visited, so we were ready to win some tickets. We went the first time and I convinced my kids we should save our tickets on our card, since we planned on coming back in
This place is so cool! Way more games than anywhere else, and very clean environment. Everything in working order when we walked through.
All 6 of my kids age 10-21 were disappointed after spending over $100 at this establishment with how many games were broken/didn't give tickets. Rude employees ?? tonight were unkind & unhelpful. We won't be back.
My ex and i were approached by a police officer as the employees called us in for being ?drunk?- the officer didn't seem to think so. laughed with us and made them give our kids back out of the laser tag. i will never go back to this place and i?m actively seeking a refund. mind you this is my sons birthday. the police officer who responded to their call (as we were there for less than 30 mins) laughed about the whole interaction but it seems to me they have a problem with their night staff and how they con
Went here after a date night to pass the time and have some fun. Multiple games and machines were not working, every ball was flat on the basketball arcade and it didn't even keep score. Some games would accept your tokens but not play or award tickets so you'd have to gey a refund from the workers, I asked one time and they didn't seem to care that there is no sign and they knew exactly what game was broken but acted like refunding the credits was a big deal. Staff seemed lazy. If you're ok with paying and
Expect to pay double to quadruple what you would pay at similar places. Games are between $2 and $4 per game. I spent $160 and it lasted my children about 30 minutes.
Horrible, dirty place.and more than have the machines don't work! I will not be taking my grandchildren here again. The night staff are extremely rude beside the fact they have extremely horrible hygiene! I couldn't even get close enough to ask a question without voiding the bad body order! Please talk to your workers about personal appearance and good customer service! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!
I lost my child in here for weeks. days on end i would come back to find my boy and i could never get him. just a hands reach away every time... but today i finally got my son tristan back. for a great cost he is finally home. thanks tilt studios.
Half of the games didn't work and I still got charged. Bathroom look like tur ds had an orgy in there.
There's really not much to do, and half of the few fun things there are are broken. Also wasted points on multiple machines that just decided not to work. 3 stars because it's nice to have a place to walk around with my husband and get out of the house for a couple hours, get some steps on looking for something to do lol. And I love ski ball, just watch out for the one that doesn't have balls in it. I didn't notice, because why would you expect that. It's like the Wish version of Chucky Cheese. It's nice to
I took my niece and nephew there. They loved it. It's very clean. The games are fun. The workers were very attentive and patient. Amanda was really a star worker with helping me choose the best package for my crew and explaining how the games and colors worked. For a good price it is best to go after 5pm durning the week. Thank you so much Amanda for all your help
Wow this place is huge I believe the biggest Arcade I've seen, its pretty crazy how big this place is, we took a quick walk thought
Our children enjoyed themselves & we enjoyed the spacious layout.
There was a good variety of games and attractions here. All areas were well kept and clean. There seems to be a good win rate and the prices are on par with other similar buisnesses. The prize section was well stocked and has something for everyone.
Doesn't get the 5th star because it's a bit on the pricey side but other than cost it is GREAT!!!
We had our sons 5th birthday party at Tilt. The Deluxe party package was well worth the money. Besides all the listed perks, Amanda, the party helper employee was amazing. She was very attentive and nice. She helped serve pizza and refilled any items needed immediately. The laser tag was a crowd favorite from ages 5 to 35! I would 100% recommend Tilt for an event or party!
My kid had a blast! A little spendy, I'd say, but it was a fun and new thing to check out.
This is a great, MASSIVE arcade. Even has a few games from when I was younger and arcades were more common. Really great options for everything. The mini golf areas are great. Super clean all around. Only downfall is a few of the VR games did not work as advertised. They loaded but didn't have all the advertised things (movement in the seats. After they took the points, it continually said "remove items from area" when there was nothing in the way). It was myself and another adult as we were out shopping bu
Came here with my son, staff was absolutely amazing! My son had a difficult time and was disappointed as the prize he really wanted was more ttickets than we had. They really went above and beyond to make sure he got a prize that he absolutely loved!
Extremely fun. The family had a great outing for relatively cheap cost. I can't wait to return with friends.
UPDATE AFTER A RESPONSE: * I understand people not wanting to be photographed, but for the record, none of my photos had people in it and all were just of this business, including the arcade machines and different locations. But this is clearly a public place where photography is legal 95% of the time. The response I received was an insincere apology, which the lady who got in my face clearly overreacted and misinterpreted what I was doing. Don't work with the public if you can't handle people carrying came
We had our After Prom at Tilt from 11:30pm to 4am and I would highly recommend it for other functions. It is very clean. As part of the package, they provided the pizza and drinks. The staff always had fresh pizza available and were very professional with all interactions. All of the team was genuinely happy to be there. The package also included endless play except for the ticket games, for those games there was $15 preloaded on each card. Each individual could add addtional dollars if they wanted. We were
Worst arcade I've ever been too. Service was horrible the second me and my fiance walked in we were greeted with rude employees and made to feel like we did not belong there. It eventually got to the point where the employee made my finance cry for asking a question about one of the machines. Never go to this place. Regret spending any money at this place.
RIP OFF!! Do not take your children to this place! After nearly a full hour of visiting with manager at headquarters in Texas AND going inside in person to speak to employees about package options ~ I was given OLD brochures which contained old prices and OLD products information that was no longer available! I was NOT TOLD of the machine limitations per package ~ which limit what rides and games you actually pay for. The employees had attitude, acted ?put-out? that they were being bothered to attend to
The kids had a great time here! Normal arcade stuff?you spend too much to get too little, the claw machine picks up your toy only to drop it on the way to the opening?but a very clean and well stocked arcade! Staff was super helpful and we had a great time!
We liked the mini golf for our family. It was very hot while we were in there. It would be good to have a coat rack. I noted a coat had been left before we went through playing our game. The hand sanitizer also smells awful. As with all arcade places it takes a lot of points to have enough to make much of anything you do. Still worth a few hours of fun for a family looking for something to do.
Around the time I went it wasn't super busy but it seems like they were short-handed. I waited at the counter for at least 15 to 20 minutes while there was three people behind the counter, but only one person could help anybody when it came to the register. I guess I mean overall. It was been okay experience but I was just suggest getting a little bit more than knowledgeable people behind the register. If one person gets busy and that's the only person that can really help you then you're left waiting. So j
Outrageously overpriced. There ?packages? are a joke! Half they games weren't working. I have been there 3 times most recent was a month ago. Same issues as the previous time. I did enjoy the few things that actually worked just wish they would actually fix their machines. The price though I can't get over! It's twice as much as any other arcade I've ever been to. This place has a lot of potential I hope something gets done because I don't see this place lasting
Really cool place, love the atmosphere. The game selection could be better.
Spacious, clean great game selection but ridiculously overpriced for small kids. We started each of our grandkids off with the 100 point $20 card. They wanted to play the crane type games for cheap stuffed toys. Some of these games cost 20-30+ points for one try with the crane.
A lot of machine that are broken here that have been broken for months with no effort to fix them?.way stingier on ticket redemptions/gaining tickets than other TILT Arcades in other places?.personally would not recommend; just take the drive up to Sioux Falls and go to the Dave and Busters there!
Great place, with so much to do! Wide selection of games, prizes, and attractions. Concessions are pretty cheap in my opinion (especially if you compare it to movie theaters). Additionally, the facility is huge. I truly underestimated this place beforehand, thinking many of the "bigger attractions" would be small scale, but no. There are TWO 18 hole mini-golf courses, a spin and flip bumper car arena, as well as mini bowling and laser tag, which are yet to open. Definitely will be returning and saves me a t
Super disappointed in the quality of the games-many of them broken or you find out they don't fully work until after you pay. Staff are not easily accessible for help and talk down to you when you finally get their attention. They need to either reduce their prices or improve quality. Next time, I'll take the family to Drop Zone to play games.
Brought my girlfriend and nephew in for some fun tonight. Some of the games felt a little overpriced but there was plenty to choose from. I had a problem with a game and the young lady at the redemption desk refunded my points I spent on it and sent a manager over right away. We left satisfied and definitely will be back.
We had a birthday group today and our host, Danika was absolutely amazing! So great with all of the young kids, checked on us and gave us the best customer service ever!! Will definitely be hosting one of our kids bdays there as long as we can get her as our host!! Request her if you have a party there!!
The the downside to Tilt is that it was under staffed. No one was working the food court and the constant need for assistance at some of the games. The prizes do change from time to time and the variety of games you can play is awesome.
Fun for family outings but a little over priced. But overall fun for the family
This is definitely something Sioux City has needed for a very long time and I hope they're here to stay. Food is a little over priced but an amazing selection of games to play. My son had an absolute blast on the toddler games. I'll definitely be a regular here!
I'll be honest, it's a little pricey than the other place on Omaha that I don't remember the name, Family Fun Center? Anyways, Luckily got some great amount of Tickets for the day!
Games are overpriced. Didn't get to try black light mini golf but it looks fun. They have, what could be a great laser tag arena, but there needs to be a wait list or set game starting times. Some method needs to be in place for players to know when games are starting. A line or group of people at the laser tag entry area would generate interest, in my opinion. Games are 7-8 dollars per game. An hourly pass or discounted games when purchased in multiples may also interest more people into playing
We had to have the skeeball fixed, and two of the three Deal or No Deal machines didn't work. But we had a good time, and love the food and drink area to get off our feet for awhile.
My two sons and I came here Easter Sunday at 4pm. I used the kiosk and spent $42 on 2 cards for my kids. It never dispensed the cards but charged my card. When we asked for assistance they told me to try another kiosk and my money would be returned in 2-3 days. We left.
Has a lot of stuff to do but each game is like $1 and some games are like $3 per person big games are $5 per person I got lost a few times. They didn't really have a good layout but it was nice to see that they had Halo
My sister went to a birthday party here and although they had fun (the party goers) I feel horrible for the friend that was putting it on. I don't know exactly how much they paid but I was told the pizza wasn't the correct size (and they were told to just cut smaller), the wristbands weren't working correctly, and my favorite???? A worker ate THREE!!! of the cupcakes they had paid for!!! Who the heck does that??? So they were short cupcakes too. I wouldn't throw a party there ever. I wasn't super impressed
If i could give less than 1 star i absolutely would. Half of the games didn't work and the ones that did work were little kiddie games or claw games. Definitely not worth the money you have to spend on cards! We won't be going back.
It is a personal experience I never want to have experience again. I was there and seen someone trip on the sticky carpet and no employee any where around to help. I made a complaint as well about the carpet being sticky and my daughter almost fell and I got ignored. Unprofessional people that work there. I will drive to Omaha and pay way more to have my kids be safe and have employees who care about there job not just a paycheck
First time visit. I use a walker and still was exhausted walking all over. There isn't seating except for some games. I wouldn't be comfortable leaving children unattended and won't be going back with my great grandchildren unless I know they've added adult seating.
Wasted 20+ points on a game that took my credits but the game didn't do anything on a single game. The water race game didn't work but took our credits. The basketball games took FOREVER for the balls to come back out plus stopped giving the balls out 10 seconds early. Half the games the card reader didn't even work already and only been open a week. But instead of fixing those had three workers filling a single machine with prizes. Each game was WAAAAAAY too many credits for the price. Would have rather dr
Great concept but cause they got rid of all the competition the prices of each game is outrageous. $20 gets you like 4-5 games. I mean holy cow. Waste of money. Like an arcade made for the rich. Probably never gonna go there again.
A little pricey but worth it for a fun night! Some games were out of order but they were fixed by employees ASAP and all the employees were super nice. Definitely will be back!
Main features in mini golf need better illumination. Glow in the dark balls needed in mini golf, cannot see the blue in the pirates course. Better guidance that tickets win in games are on the cards you have to use.
The Claw Machines Are Set Possible To Win And Everybody Looks Like They Are Having So Much Fun. Sioux City Needed This. The Arcade Games And Claw Machines Are Amazing And They Have Quality Prizes. Some Games Are A Little Expensive But Overall It's A Great Experience, And It's Huge! It's So Spread Out And Not Cluster Phobic Like Some Arcades.
Spent 100$ & barely played games...its all digital. No tickets print. Ripped off by many games taking points but not letting us play. Definitely won't go back...really miss the old arcade.
There are a lot of things to do. Pretty neat. Now the restroom needed work. No toilet paper and dirty. Staff appear not to be bothered with approaching people coming up to get or return clubs. Stood in a group talking to each other
Very cool place. Place is huge and has so many options for entertainment. If you are looking for something to do on a snow or rain soaked day this is your place. Fun for kids and adults alike.
They need a better pricing and say Tax is added. No where on the machines or posted that iowa tax is added. Also need to listen to the customer instead of asking the customer to repeat themselves. Also the prices don't add up to the points put on card. It says 1 dollar pur point. So how is 10.00 50 points it should be 10.00 for 10 points 20.00 for 20 100 for 500?? How is that possible. ?? waste of money when the world needs to focus on food and etc and gas. Instead of complaining about high prices.
Expensive, yes. Fun, yes. Got my money's worth? Beats me. Had a good time and the kids loved it.
My 10 year old son said it is so much fun and thinks everyone would enjoy it!! Out favorite part is the Lazer tag and miniature golf! Lots of fun and a great time for all ages!!
It can be a little overwhelming with the noise but it's a great way to spend a few hours. Friendly staff although food is a touch spendy.
This place is huge. Lots of options to keep you busy. Yes some of the games are pricey but thats to be expected. Some games could use maintenance but overall a great family place. Something for all ages.
First time we came, it was new and just opened to public but now the machines have problems and takes your points. The workers only refund you 1/2 the points no matter how many times you tried to get the machine to work. I lost more money and had kids crying. NEVER COMING BACK!
I'm convinced TILT is the best thing Sioux City has going for it! It's like stepping into another world and we've never had anything like this. The fact that it's just down the street feels like a dream come true. There really is something for everyone, all types of games. You could come back again and again and always see something new. Thank you TILT for providing a new, fun activity to this area.
Clean, and there's a a huge selection of games, BUT it's the most expensive arcade that I've ever seen. Every 5 points= $1, to play air hockey it costs 10.1 points. So now the 0.1 point ruins your 5 games for $10, you can only play 4 game?s. My family will not be returning, there are decent alternatives to this location.
Kind of over priced. Some games don't work. Love the selection. Tons of newer cabinets. My only complaint is they charge taxes on loading a card
Everything was fun for kids. However there were more than a few of the games not working. All the big ones were out of order. But we will go back for sure.
This Place Was Cool Inside But I was Upset at first I was like ok 20 buck for 100 credits seems like a good deal but It wasn't cuz the prices of the games were high my kid blew threw a 20 in less than 10 mins...bring back the old arcades we had in the mall we could play hours n ensure kids had fun n they were never stingy with the littles when it came to being short one or two tickets I was more mad that most the claw machines were high priced and on top of that they were rigged no rubber grips or two and o
Fun place for the kids! Lots of variety of games for them to do things. But like any arcade, bring your wallet cause the tokens go fast!
Half the stuff doesn't work, super expensive, employees don't want to be there. But it's got lights and buttons so kids enjoy it
The place is clean, colorful, and attractive, but plan to spend a lot of money on activities with quick and incomplete instructions. We won't darken the door again.
The pressure on the claw machines are light for what the size & weight of the prize. And the kerning retraction is way too much.
Some employee, who claimed to be off the clock, was helping clear out the ski ball area and was very rude to us. Not the family friendly staff I expected
To expensive and every game is rigged can't win anything overall I don't recommend going at all find a better place to spend your money
Over priced games that occasionally don't work. Unless you're coming for mini-golf or bumper cars, you should expect a mediocre experience at a luxury price.
Great place to visit with friends and family that travel from Wisconsin and wonderful staff to help out customers to
Very friendly and accommodating staff had some difficulty with games and was compensated and treated respectfully! Would come back again!
Plenty of things for kids of all ages. A variety of games and activities to do. Would be a good spot for a birthday party.
Got kicked out for stealing. I am very disapointed.(he was not the one stealing)
This place is absolutely so much fun!! Love bringing my family here.
Really Nice and really huge loved the new upgrades they did it's so huge had lots of options for all ages I I'll come back soon
Great atmosphere and well kept plenty of fun games and mini golf how about the food I don't know?
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pinball tables in arcades remain a blast. Their hands-on, skill-driven gameplay delivers a thrill digital games can’t match, blending nostalgia with modern flair. Newer tables from Stern and Jersey Jack feature LCD screens and themes like Avengers or Stranger Things, keeping things exciting. Arcades are seeing a pinball resurgence with vibrant scenes and tournaments like IFPA events drawing crowds. Though less common than video games, pinball’s tactile charm and community vibe make it a standout arcade experience in 2025.
Yes, virtual reality (VR) games in arcades are a top attraction in 2025! Titles like Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx deliver immersive thrills with cutting-edge headsets, motion tracking, and responsive controllers. High-resolution displays and spatial audio create heart-pounding experiences, from slashing rhythms to battling zombies. Arcades feature multiplayer VR zones and tournaments, fostering lively communities. VR booths are regularly packed, proving their captivating, next-level gameplay makes them a must-try arcade experience.
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
