Had a great time this Valentine's day! Were able to play a round of mini golf, bowl, and play 4 games for only $29 total! Staff was friendly and informative and the place is huge! This would be a great place to have a kids birthday party or a company event with a large group of people. So many games and things to do in an open environment.

Half the games were out of order and the staff were incredibly rude. I understand that the service industry can be difficult so I'm usually pretty slow to complain about what I perceive to be poor customer service, but this was ridiculous. My husband was spoken to very obnoxiously and my well behaved and closely supervised children were reproached for the most ridiculous reasons. Don't waste your time or money. This place is literally falling apart. At least a dozen games we tried were out of service. Balls were flat. Any interactive ones were out of commission. One of the claw machines fell apart mid game. Staff were understanding and accommodating. They were also visibly overwhelmed and understaffed. Feels like a low budget casino for kids. We'll never be back.

Has a lot of potential but will not be returning. Half the games we wanted to play where broken and a few we did play were also broken. My son lost out on over 100 tickets due to one game being broken and my daughter lost out on her prize from a crane machine due to the claw opening before pulling up the prize. Fix the games and maybe people will return.

Maybe fun for little kids. The bumpercars were probably the main attraction. Most of the games are really outdated, like Rambo. Seems like anyone over age 8 would be better off playing their home gaming system. Bowling? Not working. Lasertag? Not open The food place? Yikes! 20 minutes for an overpriced pretzel and the drinks are not worth the crazy prices. Save your money and go to a park.

We travel to Iowa to visit family and have always enjoyed Tilt until our recent trip. I have 3 children who were very excited to use the money they earned for a trip to Tilt and this time even more excited because Grandpa and Grandma offered to take them a second time. Went here after a date night to pass the time and have some fun. Multiple games and machines were not working, every ball was flat on the basketball arcade and it didn't even keep score. Some games would accept your tokens but not play or award tickets so you'd have to gey a refund from the workers, I asked one time and they didn't seem to care that there is no sign and they knew exactly what game was broken but acted like refunding the credits was a big deal. Horrible, dirty place.and more than have the machines don't work! I will not be taking my grandchildren here again. The night staff are extremely rude beside the fact they have extremely horrible hygiene! I couldn't even get close enough to ask a question without voiding the bad body order! There's really not much to do, and half of the few fun things there are are broken. I took my niece and nephew there. They loved it. It's very clean. The games are fun. The workers were very attentive and patient. Amanda was really a star worker with helping me choose the best package for my crew and explaining how the games and colors worked. For a good price it is best to go after 5pm durning the week. Our children enjoyed themselves & we enjoyed the spacious layout.

There was a good variety of games and attractions here. All areas were well kept and clean. There seems to be a good win rate and the prices are on par with other similar buisnesses. The prize section was well stocked and has something for everyone.

Doesn't get the 5th star because it's a bit on the pricey side but other than cost it is GREAT!!!

We had our sons 5th birthday party at Tilt. The Deluxe party package was well worth the money. Besides all the listed perks, Amanda, the party helper employee was amazing. She was very attentive and nice. She helped serve pizza and refilled any items needed immediately. The laser tag was a crowd favorite from ages 5 to 35! I would 100% recommend Tilt for an event or party!

Came here with my son, staff was absolutely amazing! My son had a difficult time and was disappointed as the prize he really wanted was more ttickets than we had. They really went above and beyond to make sure he got a prize that he absolutely loved!

Extremely fun. The family had a great outing for relatively cheap cost. I can't wait to return with friends.

We had our After Prom at Tilt from 11:30pm to 4am and I would highly recommend it for other functions. It is very clean. Worst arcade I've ever been too. Service was horrible the second me and my fiance walked in we were greeted with rude employees and made to feel like we did not belong there. It eventually got to the point where the employee made my finance cry for asking a question about one of the machines. Never go to this place. Regret spending any money at this place.

RIP OFF!! Do not take your children to this place! After nearly a full hour of visiting with manager at headquarters in Texas AND going inside in person to speak to employees about package options ~ I was given OLD brochures which contained old prices and OLD products information that was no longer available! The kids had a great time here! Normal arcade stuff?you spend too much to get too little, the claw machine picks up your toy only to drop it on the way to the opening?but a very clean and well stocked arcade! Staff was super helpful and we had a great time!

We liked the mini golf for our family. It was very hot while we were in there. It would be good to have a coat rack. I noted a coat had been left before we went through playing our game. The hand sanitizer also smells awful. As with all arcade places it takes a lot of points to have enough to make much of anything you do. Around the time I went it wasn't super busy but it seems like they were short-handed. I waited at the counter for at least 15 to 20 minutes while there was three people behind the counter, but only one person could help anybody when it came to the register. I guess I mean overall. Outrageously overpriced. There ?packages? are a joke! Half they games weren't working. I have been there 3 times most recent was a month ago. Same issues as the previous time. Spacious, clean great game selection but ridiculously overpriced for small kids. We started each of our grandkids off with the 100 point $20 card. They wanted to play the crane type games for cheap stuffed toys. Some of these games cost 20-30+ points for one try with the crane.

Great place, with so much to do! Wide selection of games, prizes, and attractions. Concessions are pretty cheap in my opinion (especially if you compare it to movie theaters). Super disappointed in the quality of the games-many of them broken or you find out they don't fully work until after you pay. Staff are not easily accessible for help and talk down to you when you finally get their attention. They need to either reduce their prices or improve quality. Brought my girlfriend and nephew in for some fun tonight. Some of the games felt a little overpriced but there was plenty to choose from. I had a problem with a game and the young lady at the redemption desk refunded my points I spent on it and sent a manager over right away. We left satisfied and definitely will be back.

We had a birthday group today and our host, Danika was absolutely amazing! So great with all of the young kids, checked on us and gave us the best customer service ever!! Will definitely be hosting one of our kids bdays there as long as we can get her as our host!! Request her if you have a party there!!

The the downside to Tilt is that it was under staffed. No one was working the food court and the constant need for assistance at some of the games. The prizes do change from time to time and the variety of games you can play is awesome.

This is definitely something Sioux City has needed for a very long time and I hope they're here to stay. Food is a little over priced but an amazing selection of games to play. My son had an absolute blast on the toddler games. I'll definitely be a regular here!

Games are overpriced. Didn't get to try black light mini golf but it looks fun. They have, what could be a great laser tag arena, but there needs to be a wait list or set game starting times. Some method needs to be in place for players to know when games are starting. A line or group of people at the laser tag entry area would generate interest, in my opinion. Games are 7-8 dollars per game. An hourly pass or discounted games when purchased in multiples may also interest more people into playing

We had to have the skeeball fixed, and two of the three Deal or No Deal machines didn't work. But we had a good time, and love the food and drink area to get off our feet for awhile.

My two sons and I came here Easter Sunday at 4pm. I used the kiosk and spent $42 on 2 cards for my kids. It never dispensed the cards but charged my card. When we asked for assistance they told me to try another kiosk and my money would be returned in 2-3 days. We left.

My sister went to a birthday party here and although they had fun (the party goers) I feel horrible for the friend that was putting it on. I don't know exactly how much they paid but I was told the pizza wasn't the correct size (and they were told to just cut smaller), the wristbands weren't working correctly, and my favorite???? If i could give less than 1 star i absolutely would. Half of the games didn't work and the ones that did work were little kiddie games or claw games. Definitely not worth the money you have to spend on cards! We won't be going back.

It is a personal experience I never want to have experience again. I was there and seen someone trip on the sticky carpet and no employee any where around to help. I made a complaint as well about the carpet being sticky and my daughter almost fell and I got ignored. Unprofessional people that work there. I will drive to Omaha and pay way more to have my kids be safe and have employees who care about there job not just a paycheck

First time visit. I use a walker and still was exhausted walking all over. There isn't seating except for some games. I wouldn't be comfortable leaving children unattended and won't be going back with my great grandchildren unless I know they've added adult seating.

Wasted 20+ points on a game that took my credits but the game didn't do anything on a single game. The water race game didn't work but took our credits. Main features in mini golf need better illumination. Glow in the dark balls needed in mini golf, cannot see the blue in the pirates course. Better guidance that tickets win in games are on the cards you have to use.

The Claw Machines Are Set Possible To Win And Everybody Looks Like They Are Having So Much Fun. Sioux City Needed This. The Arcade Games And Claw Machines Are Amazing And They Have Quality Prizes. They need a better pricing and say Tax is added. No where on the machines or posted that iowa tax is added. Also need to listen to the customer instead of asking the customer to repeat themselves. My 10 year old son said it is so much fun and thinks everyone would enjoy it!! Out favorite part is the Lazer tag and miniature golf! Lots of fun and a great time for all ages!!

This place is huge. Lots of options to keep you busy. Yes some of the games are pricey but thats to be expected. Some games could use maintenance but overall a great family place. Something for all ages.

First time we came, it was new and just opened to public but now the machines have problems and takes your points. The workers only refund you 1/2 the points no matter how many times you tried to get the machine to work. I lost more money and had kids crying. NEVER COMING BACK!

I'm convinced TILT is the best thing Sioux City has going for it! It's like stepping into another world and we've never had anything like this. The fact that it's just down the street feels like a dream come true. There really is something for everyone, all types of games. You could come back again and again and always see something new. Everything was fun for kids. However there were more than a few of the games not working. All the big ones were out of order. But we will go back for sure.
