The arcade offers a fun atmosphere with a good variety of games, mini-golf, and bowling, praised for its friendly staff and clean environment. However, many reviews criticize high prices, broken or rigged machines, and poor maintenance. While some visitors enjoy their experience, others feel ripped off or frustrated by malfunctioning games. Customer Reviews

$20 got us about 45 minutes of entertainment. I liked that it wasn't too busy. Waaayy better than Kalahari. Prizes weren't too bad and ladies working the counter are friendly and patient. We had trouble syncing a couple of the games to 2 players. Scanned the card for both players but only one worked. This happened twice for us each at two different games. Not sure if it stole our credits, but the card did confirm scanned? Good selection of games, not just a bunch of claw machines. Games actually last a whil

Nice place in the mall to go place arcade games. They also have a 4 lane bowling and a putt putt golf. Great place to hang out and enjoy your time by yourself , with kids old and young. They also have a room for birthday party's. So go have some fun with family or friends.

Probably the worst arcade in Sandusky by far. Pricing is outrageous, and even with the specials, it costs way more to game here than at Castaway Bay or even Kalahari. The game selection is extremely lackluster as well for such a large space they have. They also do not fix machines at all. Jurassic Park Pinball has been broken since day one. I let the staff know, but was told they don't keep anyone on staff to fix pinball. The left ramp doesn't register when you hit it, making the game completely unplayable

I've only played two games here, but Dance Dance Revolution is really fun :) there was mostly kids in there, but Tilt is a really fun place whether you're a little kid, a teen, or an adult. Will definitely be coming here a ton of times in the summer!

When I went during a Tuesday afternoon it was pretty slow. I had issues with a few games and Julia helped me out no problem she was really great and easy. Most arcades share the same price (kalahari, cedar point). Game wise it has a decent selection but it's mostly geared towards kids 7-13. The mini golf looks decent, same with the laser tag. The cafe looks bland. Pretty pricey. Overall it's designed and geared towards children, not adults without kids like these reviews are below. I will say though as

This place looks great. I would totally use one of the private rooms if I had kid?s birthday party. The prices seem on par with D&B. The pinball machines need some maintenance. Most have sensors not working.

Skeeball machine ripped me off. Another machine triple charged me and they only gave me back one credit. Everything costs too much too play. $20 I played 3 games. Staff was very nice though and the place was clean. I'll give it another shot once they get sorted out.

The place was clean and the staff was friendly. That said the cost of the games and ticket items was outrageous. Even Dave and Busters seems cheap in comparison. I get it. It's Sandusky. You gotta try to get that tourist money in the summer. I don't know if it can weather the off season.

My boyfriend n i had so much fun racing monster trucks and the bowling. The one bumper on stranger things pin ball had the rubber falling off but several times it was more helpful than inconvenient

Cool games, prices are a bit steep. Averaging about $3 per play on our visit. Planned on spending an hour+ but wasn't about to drop $100 in there, so we were done in 20 minutes.

Place is clean. Staff was helpful when you could get them.. games are broke or are heavily rigged or outright rip you off. Some games still not working. Cost is VERY high. Avoid this place.

Visited right after it opened. Witnessed some old man with white hair chew out somebody in the middle of the arcade. That person being chewed out turned out to be the general manager of the place which is beyond uncouth to do in front of customers. The rude man ran off down a hallway to a back room. Extremely unprofessional and left a horrible first impression, cannot recommend going here in good conscience.

Do not waste your time or money coming here, I'm not exaggerating when I saw 75% of their machines don't work. Had to call over employees several times to fix their machines. An expensive lesson learned.

Lots of fun games to play, and blacklight mini golf, 4 courses.

Great variety of games, fantastic prizes and amazing deals! Best arcade in town!

Cheaply done and way overpriced . Just go to D&B. You will have more fun and win a prize

Excellent customer service. The staff are always extremely accommodating and so very kind!

Bunch of point claw games didn't go down ,got ignored by employees

Place is packed and only 1 person is working

Dont waste ur money here

Decent arcade, but could be much better. It has a solid selection of games plus bowling and putt putt golf. If you're in Sandusky on a rainy day or want to kill some time in the evening it is a decent spot. Prices are high, but like any other arcade in a tourist area or a Dave&Busters. My biggest issue is as new as it is, the games should work better. Numerous broken and make sure you read the rules, many of the coin pushers don't give nearly the amount of tickets they are supposed to. That's just bad

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
