Went here with some friends while killing time before a movie night. We had a great time. All the machines we played worked the first time around, I put 50 on my card and had a great time. We even won a prize for our friend's baby. We played on the bumper cars, the neon mini golf course and won a bunch of tickets on the group play games. I look forward to coming back and playing the laser tag.

We threw our son?s 5th birthday party here, and it was such an amazing experience, I cannot recommend it enough! My children and I had a very poor experience at Tilt. We were watched the whole time and I say this because the female workers would peek at us from time to time and passed by us several times while we were there. Plus we were approached by 2 different female employees and were told one too many things during our visit. We took our two grandkids thinking it would be a great way to play and have fun. Four out of five games were broken. While we were trying to get our money back, another customer complained about another game being broken. When I requested my money back we were told that was not possible. They had to have the chance to fix the issues. When we arrived there were only two employees. So fixing the issues in a timely manner was simply a non starter. They refused to refund our money. So, I brought my two kids here for a fun afternoon and I was stunned when I went to buy a game card. They were $30 a piece for 150 tokens, which seems like a good deal. However, each game costs between 7 and 12+ tokens each!!!! This is totally ridiculous! That's like maybe 15 plays for $30! SO OVER PRICED! We will NEVER go there again!

Put $200 on cards for kids to play 5 of the first 6 games we tried were broken. They refused to give a refund. Major rip off 10/10 do not recommend.

Getting down right to the good and bad no whining or complaining here's the pros and cons, Yes the games are way overpriced compared to dave n busters or main event so if you want an arcade experience with reasonable prices this isn't it. They advertise night after 5 play for double points on Mondays but read the fine print the doubled coins disappear at the end of the night so use them all. Decided to take my kids there for some fun...spent 80.00 and that lasted about 10 minutes. Games are way over priced, and all the claw machines seemed rigged. Worst service, asking kids to leave a completely empty seating area because they had a snack from another place. Just spent $300 on 3 cards, and there all empty in under an hour. Not very good customer service. They refused to honor their posted sign for free game of laser tag when purchasing a $50 card. They rely on repeat business- would rather take my business to Main Event down the road in the future. My kids had a blast at it. Also, the customer service was awesome. 1 game didn't give 1 of my kids any points so they added the points back onto the card.

Two reviews: 1. The facility is big and new. Expensive but my boys had fun and I'm glad that a big arcade is back in Waco. 2. I am a working mom of 3 boys. I brought my two older boys here for an hour and spent $80.00 for the boys to play. Per usual, I had my laptop with me so I could work while the boys played. Not worth the money we spent, expensive and the games require way to many points so we only got to play a few things, one of the virtual reality rides they had wasn't calibrated right and was 12 points that we lost, another game my daughter won 200tickets but it didn't put it on her card and the workers acted like we were lying about it and were rude and seemed like they didn't want to even bother helping. It's expensive as they use the point system for their cards charging for the card as well. The points system ensures you always have money left over on the card. Web site completely misleading. Made special trip 40 miles and the 5 yo could not play any the activities as advertised, no laser tag, no bumper cars. What a disappointment! NEVER AGAIN!!!

When did having fun start costing so much... I remember arcades used to cost 25 cents a piece.. now the ones you have cost between $1.25 and $8.00

Games cost way more points than they should and just like every arcade, you hardly get anything for your tickets. Lots of games were off or not working.

Clean and tidy, a nice selection of arcade games. They have lots of shooting games, so if you are into shooting zombies you will like this place. That all being said, their games are a little expensive.

This place sucks. Most of the games are claw machines that don't actually grab anything. The free five dollar voucher is too complicated to actually turn in (not to mention the ten minute timer that counts down), and the games that are actually enjoyable are way too expensive. 0/10, wouldn't recommend.

The best part about this place is they have little kid sized versions of the normal games you find, like air hockey, basketball toss, etc.... The worst part, besides the price of each game, is there are literally no arcade games like crossy road, etc

Terrible management. My 13 CHILD was told to leave for looking for her ipods that she lost there while I went next door to get a drink.
