Spent $100 to get a total of 500 points including 100 bonus points. We had a great time and we super suprised to see the place empty on a saturday night. We had about 5 games that didn't work equalling about 80 points. We brought this to the managers attention and were offered ONE free game. How cute. Lol. Nonetheless we had a good time just be prepared to lose on a few games

A $100 card doesn't go far when the machines take your money and don't work. Waited 20 minutes the first time for someone to look at a machine..would have had to wait all day for every machine that didn't work. We all left frustrated

My sons birthday party was there and it was great! The staff was so helpful and kind. The manager, Nicole is awesome!!! the pizza was was actually really good especially for a arcade, the cupcakes were good, normal cupcakes. The goodie bags were great especially the $10 voucher!

This place was fun. A few games were out of service.

Pretty expensive and most of the games were just child gambling games instead of play for fun

Went with my son and had a great time. However, we used 2 games that weren't working and spent points anyway. (Airhockey table had no puck and one of the claw machines) didn't want to bother anyone so no big deal. About 30 minutes before closing I went to a kiosk to reload my card, and every single one of them were off. I decided not to go to the counter to reload it because it was obvious they wanted us out since we were the only ones there.

It has some fun games. It lookslike a casino for kids. The games are expensive for the payout and time. It can be fun but be prepared to drop $100 quick

Clean, but dead ,games require too many points to play like most are 23+ points per game and the claw machines are a rip off the claws are so loose they can't grip the prizes inside the machine. Their prize counter has great prizes doe just the games are so high to play

I'm giving 4 stars because of the young man working there. He was super helpful and sweet. The boys and I had a rough morning and his kindness was much appreciated. Some of the games were very expensive to play. My boys love playing claw games but most were too expensive. However there were plenty if different games to play. The boys loved the mini golf. Thank you to the gentleman working. Your customer service was outstanding.

we went there for the first time for a date night and we thought it would be fun.. we were wrong. Half of the games are broken or take your points to play, no out of order sign. No workers were in sight unless you pressed a button to call them. All of the claw machines? Either broken or rigged. Definitely not worth it.

My adult daughter and teenage son and I went there and played many games, but kicking their butt in guitar hero was the best. To make up for their defeat I won them some squish mellows. A good time was had, maybe not as good as surge or Excalibur, but fun nonetheless

Lots of games for the kiddos. Beware of the claw machines they will drop your prize. A little expensive but worth it for the little peeps. When a game steals your points management is quick to reimburse you. Great staff.

Absolutely and totally unimpressed!!!!Spent 20 dollars and 6 of the 10 games my son picked didn't work. Too much of a hassle to get someone to help. Did it twice... then my son wanted to ride a ride and was clearly in the zone where I could ride along and was told that he had to be almost a foot taller to ride which is crazy!! Heading to Facebook to share my disappointment with my 5.5k followers.

The so called manager yelled at my 9 year old son! He said "ive made several announcements about running in the store. So stop running!" He wasn't running. He was just excited to trade in his tickets for the prizes.

This place is huge and has more games than I could have imagined. It is much, much more than an arcade. My daughter particularly liked the giant claw machines and I loved the crazy air hockey tables with dozens of pucks. Everything is spaced far apart and the lighting is nice and bright. They have a lot of games to ride on, and bumper cars, too. I took off one star because it can be very pricey and difficult to tell how much each game costs.

This place is on point. Clean, variety of machines, very spacious, and they have bowling and bumper cars. The price to play games is amazingly low compared to other places. I stayed on 20 dollars for almost an hour just doing the dance games. I have every intention of revisiting this location.

Had a great time on a weekend visit with my husband and grands. We really enjoyed the vast variety of games.

not too bad for the prices, you get more out of their package deals with "points" and "tickets. but maybe 1/4 of the arcade games didnt work. all of the staff was extremely nice and helpful BESIDES the main manager guy. all of the other employees told us he has major anger issues, if thats the case maybe he should find a new profession and not be the manager of an arcade in the biggest mall in monroe. all in all my kids had a great time, not too sure if we will back because of management though.

It's a scam. This place has so much potential to be amazing, but unfortunately it is a total scam. The machines are run on a points based system so you really do not know how much money you are spending per game. Machines will scan your card and take away "points" aka your money but do not run. Employees pack the claw machines too tightly so the chance of winning something large is not likely. I hope they change some policies so families can go, have a fun time, and not feel like they are getting scammed.

We had a birthday party and loved it. The girl was very good with kids and little one had a great time even though had wear mask. The food was good cupcakes and games we had during the food was great. Will definitely be booking again.

There are so many games, many games are large versions of your typical arcade games such as the claw and ball drop games. There's a full size 3-point basketball court and a half size bowling alley as well as laser tag 18 hole mini mini golf, and a laser maze. While there are so many cool games and activities, they are not very well maintained. Many games either don't work or have intermittent buttons and many games the instructions aren't clear before you play. instead of using actual money or tokens everyt

3 stars only because a few games we selected to play, the 2nd player side didn't work but flashed like it did. Wasted 50b plus credits trying to play with my son. Games that worked were fine. Staff was friendly. Didn't try any food. Establishment was clean. Will still frequent the establishment but will not the defective machines.

Zero stars! A lot of these games won't work and they won't refund you the money you paid. They know the games don't work and they won't unplug them or put signs on them saying they don't work. AWFUL PLACE. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

A fun place that's a little bit better than Chuck E Cheese. They had a lot of video games as well as some fun amusement like laser tag, bumper cars and mini golf. The kids we were with had fun for about an hour for 30 dollars.

Very nice. Large space.Lots of arcade & prize games. Bumper cars(was only 3 in use but about 6 in all) mini bowling(pins on a rope) mini bowling balls, you get about 3 sets per game. Laser tag(big area to hide & play). Miniature golf(18 holes). Everything cost points to play & you purchase points $5, $10, $20 & so on, on a play card. The games that award tickets, will automatically load to your play card. Then you can redeem for prizes or save for later, to collect more on the next visit for larger prizes.

Omg awesome my kids love it. They hated the drive there. Once we made it they was all over the place played on everything that was offer. We will be back there really soon just pray for me lol.. love the employees was friendly in fun in very helpful..

Staff was nice so don't get snappy with me. It is just not worth the money since most machines keep malfunctioning and you have to continue to find someone to help. It is very spacious and lots of options so that gives it a plus.

My family and I had a blast!! We loved the 4 player zombie game, the 6 player air hockey game, and my special needs daughter LOVED the ticket disc games..... Easy money ;)

Fun arcade! Both the terminals to load your card as well as the cards themselves support tapping, and the games themselves are fun! If you know where to look or have a good intuition, you can find some high-yield machines in there!

They have such a large selection of games. Friendly staff members. Bathrooms could be cleaner, but I can overlook that considering how much fun we had. Best arcade in all of North LA.

So much fun to be had. From pinball, racing games, basket ball, bowling, bumper cars, a place to have a party, this place has it all in one clean friendly environment. We have been twice in a week since discovering this gem.

Liked it! Something new and nice here in monroe. Arcade heaven. My 5 year old son loved it. They have nice mini golf course, lazer maze and lazer gun activities as well . Nice and well upkept but the majority of games are out of order or unplayable. Its all good and well for kids 6 and under but the machines need major work and this place doesnt seem to put machine maintenance as a priority. I wont be returning.

My daughter loves this place and the staff are usually awesome....Update 6-19-23 Took the daughter in to play a few games while waiting on a friend..took my card and ticket count to the prize counter to let daughter get a prize..she chose a prize which was marked 2000 tickets however rung up for 3600 tickets...brought up the discrepancy to the clerk who told a manager..my response back was "Well ot was supposed to be 3600 and we didn't put the correct tag amount at the display" and so I'm like so I'm out 16

Games are WAY overpriced, it should be a dollar for all the crane games and certainly for the dig ones. Also theres lots of employees but most just stand around and when they do help you the machine is broken anyways and you lose your points. Lower the prices on machines and get them fixed EDIT - yes I did contact staff about the broken machines, they did not refund points just offered a free game, but I could not have a free game on a broken game. Again, fix your prices, only main problem.

Went to check out this place today, and all I can say is that it was clean and the staff was friendly. However, a LOT of the games were out of order, and some games were too overpriced there was not a great variety of games that weren't under 12 points to play (which is a lot considering the price). There were a few games that did not say out of oder and took my credits anyway. More than likely will not be coming back.

Had an awesome time with the kids. Manager was super sweet and helpful. Only thing is they don't have enough workers. But they certainly did their best.

Cool arcade, but I was gutted to learn all the pinball machines are gone. I work in Monroe a couple times a year, and when I discovered Tilt Studio had a great selection of pinball, it became my after work spot every day. Please bring them back!

It was a good experience going here it wasn't crowded it wasn't a lot of hood people here like I expected the staff seemed helpful they had plenty of games and a nice variety as well it was my first time going here I enjoyed myself even though I'm not a gamer

Most of the games were either broken or took your points and did not work. Crane games were not strong enough to pick up items.

I had my sons 9th birthday party and it was perfect!! Ms Urusla and Ms Dianna we're our party hosts and they were wonderful. They were so patient and so helpful.

I'm glad Monroe finally has a 5 star arcade. Great family entertainment. They have many of the current popular arcade games as well as go carts, mini golf, mini bowling, and Laser Tag Check it out.

We took our 2 kids today. It has all kinds of different games for all ages.. They enjoyed it so much. We will definitely be back!!

This place appeared to be nice, but is definitely a waste of money. The pricing options don't go far, and it's not a better value (for children 7 and under) than Chuck E. Cheese. Took our Grandkids here. They had a blast. The only complaint I have was tje food sucked! However the food court was right around the corner in the mall.

Games cost too much for the machines not to work and take your money off your game play card. Most of the machines aren't working and they don't tell you.

This place is not being maintained very well. We lost so many tickets due to broken machines that would not work. They need to keep the games working properly or shut them down so people don't lose money!

This is the worst place to take your children to have fun if you were on a budget, make sure you have between $100 to $500 with you if you expect to have fun for maybe a half an hour, I was very disappointed. Would not recommend.

It's fun. You don't have to redeem your tickets that day you go in! You can rack up tickets etc.

Lobe Tilt. It's huge and has so much to do. Not too expensive either. Great place to take kids to burn off some energy.

I put $10 on 4 kid's cards and they were out in less than ten minutes. I wish I would've taken that $40 to Excalibur, it would've lasted longer than ten minutes.

Some inconveniences with calibration and claw games not being strong enough to win stuff but overall good for family events. CLAW GAMES ARE A SCAM AT TILT
