Half the games dont work or you pay to play and nothing happens. Was told you will get your points back. They never did. Play anything besides claw games. No claws are nearly tight enough to pick up anything. Never seen an arcade so rigged in my life. Go anywhere else.

The kids and adults had a great time playing games and winning tickets/prizes. They have more games than I could have imagined, it takes up almost half the 2nd floor on the back side of the mall. They also have a little mini golf course and bumper cars, the laser tag was down when we were there. Some games are expensive to play, they don't have any kinds of food or drink in there so you have to go to the food court or something. I don't know how they do birthday parties with pizza unless they order it in. I

A couple games don't work here and there but staff immediately refunds the money wasted. Extremely helpful when your kids are impatient. Only thing I wish is that the games were a bit cheaper so the card would last a little longer.

This place used to be fun when it first opened but now you will lose money everytime because a lot of the games are broken and don't work and when you swipe your card it just steals your points, instead of putting "Out of Service" on the broken games or removing them they leave them on for people to try and use. My husband an I brought our son an one of his friends here. It takes up probably 4 entire stores, that's how big the place is! They have Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Bumper Cars, 80% of the games are Claw Machines, Water Gun games, coin pushers, etc. It wasn't at all what I was thinking it was like. Kids and adults slice of heaven. There are so many unique games in this place. It takes you back to the 80s. It is a must-see before this mall closes.

We had an issue with our attraction cards and the GM, Christian, was awesome and took great care of us and made sure our group got to do everything we wanted. We all had a great time! The kids especially loved playing laser tag!

I brought a group of middle school students here last week and we had a blast. They enjoyed the bumper cars and the arcade. It's too bad the mall is half empty but we would go again

Spent $40 on cards. Half of the ?games? don't work and it doesn't tell you that the game is out of service. I'd recommend asking if the games work before you waste your money on cards

Would NOT recommend.. 95 percent of the games did not work properly.. between the claw machine not clamping correctly, going way to fast, smacking off the glass to the arcade screens shaking or taking my money and not working.. tried to go to the counter to complain in person so I could get reimbursed but didn't see a single worker. Everything needed fixed and updated.

It was OK. The usual arcade. I donwish some of the more fun ges weren't so expensive.

Family fun reasonable prices, variety of games for different ages and skill levels..kids earn points for prizes.

They had several of the more popular games either either out of order or they weren't working properly. We had to get the staff member to add credits back to our cards 4 different times.

Sad to see laser tag, Luigi's mansion, and halo are all gone. They were my faves. A few of the other games didn't work as well. And the men's room was a mess. Quite disappointed compared the the last time I was here over a year ago.

Exceptional customer service, despite many of the games being broken. They were not hesitant to either fix the issues or redeem the points you spent.

Very fun. Took my Grandson in to keep him busy, while the others were clothes shopping. There are Sooo many cool games to play to get tickets on your card for prizes. But the only downfall was how fast your money goes after you add it to your card. Some games were 3 and 4 tickets. So $30 did not last us very long

Half of the games here don't work, it's not an exaggeration. The games eat credits. Staff demands tips for loading cards. The place functions as a scam, as I spent $35 to play non-functional games that would malfunction. Of course, the readers to deduct credit were functioning so I couldn't even use the remaining credits to play the handful of games that actually functioned. It was ok. It entertained my 15 year old for about 30 minutes. It wasn't the cleanest place. There was a sign saying mask were optional for customers and mandatory for workers. I doubt I ever go back there with my son. It's the only 'arcade' we have in town. It's just not the same as the arcades I remember as a kid. It's inside a mall that has barely any stores in it. It's a shame because that mall used to be the best mall in the area. I couldn't believe how empty it was.

Pretty neat little place. Has the old 90's/early 2000's arcade vibe to it. Would have appreciated some more classic games to go with that vibe though.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Please save your money and do not book a birthday party here- premium disappointment at a premium price. If you've ever asked for the employees help with something, just know that they think (and i quote) ?the reason your kids can't figure out a game is because they're stupid? Terrible customer service, terrible amenities, terrible prices. Do yourself a favor and book your party at Slinky Action Zone instead.

Was fun went there with 3 year old daughter and 8 year old cousin and it was fun. There is alot there to do for both ages. I like how they have a side for older kids and a side for younger ones. Games are Farley new there but all seem to work fine. They also have laser tag, miniature golf, and bumper cars. I prefer this place over slinky cause the games are for both young and older as slinky is for kids that are little older than 3-4 year old.

A lot of claw machines either do not work or eat your tokens. For a skill based game the odds are not in the players favor.

Super dissatisfied with my trip here today with my daughter. Hardly any of the games worked and some didn't even have the balls to play. Some of the games didn't even require a swipe of the card because they were broken and you can just go ahead and play. Very expensive. Just the amount of points for the individual games is high. In order to play on the bumper cars or laser tag, you have to be a VIP, which is expensive. Had trouble when we went. The first time the machine broke and would not give us our cards. We scanned them just to make sure that they worked and we were missing 6 points per card. The staff is absolutely amazing. Very clean location! From the cost of the games to the quality of the prizes it's well worth it. I had more fun at Tilt than I ever have had at any other arcade.

Wow. I went here and this arcade is probably the worst one you can take your kids to. Minigolf, bumper cars, and laser tag are probably all fine. What isn't fine, however, is the presence of so many what I'll call ?scam games?. You'll see a bunch of games that are deceiving with their difficulty (poke inside the hole win a $200 gift card). My niece and nephew had a blast yesterday. Will definitely be back. I've been to the one in Hagerstown but I've never been to the one in Altoona. Very nice and wonderful atmosphere.

It was a nice place with lots of games to play and other things to play. I do feel it is heavily over priced for the games per turn on most of not all of the them.

Half of the machines are broken, but the staff don't shut them down or put "Out of Order" signs on them, so you won't find out until you swipe your card and waste your credits. Of the games that do work, most of them are essentially just slot machines where you win tickets instead of cash.

Good selection of games. Pricing is ridiculous. Almost all the games are over a dollar and the Mario game that I wanted to play was about $2 for one credit. I understand prices have increased but other arcades are much cheaper then this.

My 5 year old loves it here, but seriously, they have GOT to fix their machines. Every single time we go it seems like there are at least 5 or 6 that are broken. You can get a decent amount of play time here without breaking the bank, the games vary in type, difficulty, and style. My personal favorites were the vintage machines that felt like a step back to the 90's! Play credits and tickets are recorded on a swipe card, which is really convenient. When one game malfunctioned, the staff refunded my credits without any hassle. In addition to traditional arcade games, Tilt has a concession area, a small mini golf course, and for VIP guests, bumper cars and laser tag.

Mall has become a trash area of altoona. Just shut it down.

Could be a really fun place but has lots of issues right now. Half the bumper cars didn't run, seemed like half the claw/prize machines didn't work. Price is a bit high ($1-$12 per game) really good laser tag arena for the area but lot of vests didn't work.

Surely not the cheapest arcade, but I like it and have gone several times with my kids. They have a variety of games for younger and older kids. A bunch of the games seem to be much older, refurbished games, bit they also have very new games. I really like the card swipes versus the token method. Enjoyed myself with my daughter and granddaughter...but the cost is gor families and the stuff toy claw games are so fixed with them stuffed down that no child could win and or the claws are weak to pick up.

I've always loved going here since they opened I have went with friends, even with my man back in high school such a fun place all your points are uploaded on a card and that's how you play all the games in there, you can also host parties in there for kids, I Definitely recommend.

My kids loved the ride they had (it went around in a circle fairly fast) but I guess they changed that ride out for bumper cars. Its a clean place. The employees are always so busy though they should have at least 1 more employee.

I love the games and my son had a blast! The only reason I cannot give 5 stars is the mini golf they have. The set up and design is awesome...its just every hole in the mini golf (minus the last hole cause it's an enclosed ramp).... every hole is raised......making it impossible for a young kid to sink shots. We love tilt. They always have good prizes. It's way easier to win tickets at tilt than any other arcade. My son has probably earned well over 4,000 tickets since they opened up!

This place is good but there are a few things that could be changed to improve the place. They points on the machines are extremely high. 12pts for a claw machine. laser tag was really fun but the lady we had followed us everywhere and got into our way multiple times just walking around. She tried talking to us and just made the game awkward.

Tilt Studio is a pretty standard arcade, with a variety of games and a small food court. The games are a bit pricey, but it can be fun for an afternoon or a party, which they do offer package deals for. Overall, pretty standard. Nothing too fancy, but not too shabby.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Great place for the kids. Ask about there specials for all you can play games (not all included) keep your card to get vip.

Not to happy with it, My girlfriend and I went there today 1/23/2020 And wanted to play the claw machine games. Half of them got stuck on themselves and the other half just took our points off the cards and didn't let us play. We could fined a employee to let them know because there was no one at the registers. Just another arcade that eats your money and doesn't leave you happy.

It was alright. A few broken games but that's normal for an arcade and they refunded my money when they didn't work . The mini golf is super hard for small children (age 6-7). Every cup has a hump which made it pretty difficult for them and frustrated.

Great place. Games are working and newer. Only complaint we ran out of money. Mini bowling mini golf and laser tag were all awesome. Has a snack bar as well. Staff was very helpful

Excellent arcade! Prices are very fair and the prizes are very good for the cost-win ratio. The place looks great and is very well maintained, as well as all the employees and manager are EXTREMELY nice and accommodating. Definitely recommend!

Fun for our granddaughter, but too expensive. Not enough description for how to play the games. You end up having to play at least twice to figure it out. One employee came out of the "Employees Only" door to get our money, and no employee was seen again.

Understaffed on the weekends. We usually try to hit up Tilt on a weekday, and we always have fun, but we went on a Saturday this time, and it was a bad experience. Games were broken, and the staff did not seem inclined to help us with the games or refund for the several credits we lost in the process.

Fun fun fun when you need to blow off steam on Black Friday! So much fun to just forget you were too late to get an amazing item on sale, cause, it was sold out! Lol! Gives you that "be a kid " experience! Love!

It was fun. Bumper cars were a big hit. Many of the games cost quite a few points and some don't even give you 2 tickets.

Very fun experience, had plenty of games , including a variety of claw machine games,, shooter gamers,, racing games,, laser tag, mini golf, air hockey. And coin games to choose from we tried to do the Lazer tag but the system went down so we were unable to do it

Run nicely and convient. Claw machines that arent made for you to lose, equip with laser tag and other fun games. Cards are used and not tokens which is nice because they are reloadable not just from the cashier but any of the machines around the arcade.

This place is so much fun for kids and adults who like to be kids for a few hours. Lots of different games for everyone to enjoy. Reasonably priced. Even has a restaurant inside. Plus mini golf, bumper cars, and laser tag.

Worst!! Horrible!! Drive from cleveland Ohio to check place out. Walked around Tilt for 30 minutes. Never saw one employee. Could not even play at all because could not get cards. (No employees). While walking through Tilt went to look at concession area. Had approximately 10 ?SOFT? pretzels hanging in case. But concession was not open. Left without doing anything to drive back to Cleveland. Thank you Tilt for wasting 7 hours drive time as will as $40 in gas. WTG

Way over priced. Chuck e cheese is better. Arcades by the beach front properties in Santa cruz Beach Boardwalk is much cheaper and its in a tourist location. The price is too much for this area and location.

This is the only arcade around anymore and it is HUGE. It takes up like 3 stores that used to be in there. They have ticket games where you can earn prizes and games for pure entertainment. They have some virtual reality games too.

The kids had an absolute blast! Any problems we had were quickly taken care of.

Horrible experience most of the games did not work I spent 30 dollars for ten minutes of play total rip off spend the extra money and drive to Dave and busters never will go back again.

Its okay fun for kids we went as a date and had fun every other thing is broken or takes your points but its not really worth fighting the only thing is a worker is no where to be seen and when they do come they are rude and honestly just seem bored but other wise a cute place. This is a very fun arcade I highly recommend it!! Their prices per game are reasonable and they have the perfect mix of new and old arcade games! Fun for the whole family!

Eh, costs alot for the little bit of prizes they offer. You are better off going to buy toys at the dollar tree and not spend $30 on a $1 toy

Feel like this place is extremely overpriced. The game prices are mysterious, you have a hard time figuring out how much a game will cost. Chucke cheese is a very good alternative, and relatively close.

Place looks absolutely gorgeous inside but is designed to take your money with a bunch of luck games to play to win prizes but the weekly win percentage is very low wins on type of claw grabbing machines they hay

Some of the games are faulty/on the fritz and missing balls but love the atmosphere and the employees are always very helpful! One of the only arcades in the vicinity worth bringing up

Yeah I had a lot of fun there today. I took my grandson there and we blew about 50 bucks real fast, had a great time.

How does a place named Tilt not have pinball machines? They are missing an opportunity to capitalize on the boom. PAPA world championships are held less than two hours away in Pittsburgh. Then there is Pinburgh, the largest pinball tournament in the world. 4 machines is all they would need to start running weekly leagues and growing the local scene.

I get a major Dave and busters feeling here. It's a great spot for kids.. very clean and a huge selection of games
