I just hosted my daughters birthday party here, and the service was phenomenal. Kaitlyn, the GM, was great with keeping in communication and accommodating our needs. Brittney and another employee were helping us with hosting and had an amazing attitude the entire time. They were kind enough to help me set up and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. They also took care of cleaning out area and made sure they saved all of our unused goods. They were so hands on, and KIND! They made sure we enjoyed

Mini golf is well maintained but the rest of the place is a sham. Games are very greedy with tickets and don't even put out what the say. Coin pusher was labeled 5 tickets per coin drop, only gives 2 tickets. I told the staff and the just shrugged it off. Swipe stations don't work and take your money multiple times. This place is a money trap and the teens working there could really care less. Take my advice look for a chuck e cheese or a Dave and busters. Its seems like a good deal at first, I paid 30 dlls

Great staff. Fun environment. They have alot of options for things to do. It is a good time. Especially if you have children that want to have fun. Great family outing.

ARRIVED AT THE BUSINESS LOCATION TO HAVE FUN WITH MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS. UPON ARRIVAL AT THE BUSINESS IT TOOK ME ABOUT 15MINUTES-20MINUTES TO FIND ONE EMPLOYEE. WHEN I FINALLY DID I NOTICED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS REALLY GOOD.. ITS VERY PRICEY HERE.

Went here during a trip in the mall. Was nice to see some type of arcade opened. We didn't really dive to deep in it, only played Jurassic Park, but it felt like a nice place.

Great place for kids to enjoy especially if it's cold or raining outside. Putt putt golf area needed more clubs but it was fun. Games are expensive to play but still fun. Some of the games were not working. Could use more actual arcade games. Overall a fun place to spend time with the kids. Well, all ages enjoy it.

Spent nearly 300$ in here today, son played a basketball game that specifically displays and says ?play all 4 periods and win team ball?. He did, no ball. Ask the attendant and he states ?no ones has bothered us about that before? go to the manager on duty fixing a sonic game ?we just do tickets, too bad?. Won't patron again.

Nice place to take your kids, located in the center of Katy Mills mall next to five below and near dipping. Not expensive if you use the deals or coupons , many fun activities , video games, rides , fun for all ages , Birthday parties can be thrown there, many fun activities.

Super fun arcade! I've been to many tilt studios, and this one has some of the best maintenance and pricing I've seen! Many of the games are $1-2 per play, however they are set very difficult. This is an arcade you should visit to play for fun and try out new games, not to make a profit. It's fun, but none of the claw machines work. They'll take your money, but even if you have perfect aim, the claw is so loose that it won't pick anything up.

I am hugely disappointed in the selection of arcade machines. It is mostly just claw machines and ticket scams. None of the actually fun arcade machines. There are a couple fun arcade games (like driving sims, basketball, air hockey, shooters, etc.), but they are far and a way out number by the sheer volume of claw machine and ticket scams.

Don't waste your money. It's very expensive comparing to other similar places. We bought 300 point but many games are 20-30+ points. We ran out of points very quickly and didn't play many games. Many of the games were gambling not what you want for younger kids.

Everything is either not working or broke. Lazer tag sensors in the guns are so bad that the kids ran around for 10 minutes and the guns didn't work. Bowling pins got tangled and it took 22 minutes before someone showed up. It's bad when us grow ups were not satisfied but when the kids noticed how bad it was...a complete and utterly disappointment. This place is junk. Don't waste your time or money.

It's great to see arcades still existing other than Round 1 or Dave & Busters. This place has some unique video games and even indoor mini golf. I wish I had more time to check it out but I will in a later date and high recommend that if you're in the Katy mall to take your kids there to share some of the magic that you experienced growing up with arcades.

I don't know what all the bad reviews are for? My 5 year old son had a blast, won a huge baby yoda from the claw machine, multiple toys and played all kinds of games. Employees were nice also. Great spot.

Not a nice place, we brought the little ones to kill some time in the mall, some of the machines were looking like they had better days and others were just flat out broken. There were only two employees working while we were there so when one of the machines got stuck we had to wait a long time for one of them to get to us and that happened a few times. My seven year old nephew came out of there complaining that all these machines were rigged. There are better ways to throw money away.

We spent 30 dollars at the kiosk for it to give us multiple cards with 16 credits each. Most of the games and the ride cost more than 16 points?and you cannot swipe multiple cards to use for one game/ride. I asked the ticket counter if I could combine my points to one card and the answer was ?no? sooo all of the points and money we spent was a waste. How is this ok? Why can't your staff combine points to one card OR use multiple cards to at least use all of your points?

Half the games don't work, not a lot of selection. They do have 1 nice ride for kids but that's about it. Needs upkeep and maintaining. The basketball games were all broken and not working, same with the typhoon roller coaster ride.

My family was very disappointed with this place. It looks like a lot of fun until you realize that many of the games don't work after inserting credit, some of the claw machine claws were totally broken or won't close at all and many of the games cost a good amount of points. I visited this place on today with my kids for the first time. Half the games were broken and the young lady that's running the register act as if she hate her job or anyone who asks questions! Was definitely more interesting than I thought it would be. I like that they have the tiny bowling for smaller kids. Interesting to think how they fit that, tons of arcade games, mini putt putt, and laser tag all in a small space. I felt like it got to a point where we spent so much money to get some really small things- not as rewarding as Main Event feels. Staff was friendly but that was the only good part. Some critical issues need fixing: - Some games are overpriced for what the experiences are - Some games barely function, have broken card readers, have broken parts, or are just left turned off - Needs a little cleaning - Most of all I think the experience of just playing there is outright terrible. Would rather take my buisness elsewhere.

This place has good games and great service but would not do another birthday party here ever. They constantly tell you to move out the tables before your time is over and they start cleaning up a hour before your time finishes my party was from 4 to 6 by 530 we was out the tables did not appreciate that and was uncomfortable. That's why I have it a 3 star other than parties is a good place for kids to have fun.

Lots of games that toddler age kids could play and mid afternoon was perfect time of the day to check them out. ONLY issue a few games said the kids accumulated certain amount of tickets & yet none printed. All in all they still enjoyed themselves immensely!

This place used to be full of children. A Sunday morning and no children. Not all games were working. The dual driving racing Ferrari only had 1 side working. The stand-up play shooting gun game had only one play gun working. The tilt of world had one seat that didn't work. Management should mark the non working games.

My first time here in about 7 years, and I can say it is a genuine money pit. No one won anything off the stupid claw prize games. I watched several people play, no one won. Not one. First off the games are a bit expensive which I didn't mind but the employees were rude and have attitude. A number of the more premium arcade games like the VR systems and racing games are broken. No fighting video games I could see. Way too many chance and claw based hand, they're everywhere! The mini golf was all right witth a moderate level of challenge. Laser tag was all right. There's kiddie bowling with four lanes fit for elementary aged kids. All in all a very mediocre experience compared to the arcades of yore.

Overall my kids and their friends had a really great time over the weekend. Just left here a few minutes ago. To be fair the people who work here are nice. However, barely any of the games work. Tickets didn't come out of machines when we won, the 4 player air hockey table took out points but didn't give us a puck to play with and several of the claws on the claw machines either didn't open when you played or were stuck open. Quite a few broken machines but the ticket counter was fast and polite. My daughter is very soft spoken and even with all of the noise the employees where quite attentive. Wish more of the machines worked but overall a good time and we will return for sure. Thank you it made my little ones day.

It was very hot inside.. the games that were supposed to give out "big tickets" for some of the larger prizes were OUT of tickets and not shown to be out of service. When the staff was told about this, there was no reparations made, just told, " Its been a busy day, we probably couldn't get to refill them." Not impressed! First off, check your cards when you load. We purchased two cards for 50 points each and before we left the kiosk, we checked them just to make sure. They only had 36 points each. We let the manager know and he loaded up the difference plus two points. About half the games we tried did not work. After letting the manager know about two games, we gave up letting them know.

My daughter had a great time interacting with the various games and the employees were attentive to our and her questions. She is 2 but can articulate well for her age and though she can be shy they had patience as she warmed up a little to give them her tickets. She was even given a prize that was a little out of her ticket range(by 2) but very excited with her mid size minion plushie.

Chose this place to host a Birthday party. The arcade machines weren't working.. Kids were disappointed... Only 1 pizza was served and when asked for more we were told "we ran out of dough". Someone got pizza from another place and managed the show.... However one good thing is that the girl managing kids in arcade was very patient.

Good variety of games and rides, but everything is so expensive. The game mechanics are a scam. $6 for a claw machine, we got a baby Yoda, but the claw SLAMS when it pulls up and knocks your stuffed toy out of the super limp claws. Never again.

This place is ok for passing time. Maybe 30 minutes and $20 in credit is enough. They hire teenagers as workers so you can see they rather be somewhere else than be there pressing a button so your ride will start.

I went to this tilt three or two weeks ago.Some of the games doesn't work or their scam, and some are kinda good and you can win tickets with but you won't try to win tickets cuz the prizes are are not that existing... And oh the customer service is realy bad you fell like someone force them to work there and I think they need a good manager or smt cuz there's mostly one guy who's doing their work and others are in their phone and just relaxing,overall not a bad place but they need to improve their service

Brought my nieces here to play for a while. A lot of the machines were broken or malfunctioning in some way and the poor employee had to keep assisting us. It's entertaining for small children for an hour or so.

Had a great time at a birthday party the Hostess was wonderful. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the food was not so great. I will definitely be returning be with my grandchildren soon.

Most of these games are much older and don't work properly. The light gun games don't shoot right and many have broken controllers. There aren't enough balls in th ski ball machine. The only games that worked were the basketball free throw and a couple of claw games.

Half the machines didnt work but would let you scan your card or take off points then say there was a card read error. Not a lot for such a big place either and I've been to quite a few Tilts throughout the country that have been much smaller.

For an arcade it's really disappointing too many of the machines where broken especially the children's stuff. They had some new things in there that worked fine but it's like they do no maintenance they just run the machines into the ground.

Don't play those claw machines!!! There all scams. Many of the claws do not open on time and if you do grab something it'll release it at the top. Reported this to the manager and he was rude and no real explanation. $100 down the trash playing here.

Me and my girlfriend decided to play a game where you when actual physical tickets. Had to win two to receive a special prize. We went to turn in the two tickets only to be told they did not give out the actual prizes advertised in the machine. Instead we were offered prizes a girl would not like.
