Every staff member was amazing for our kids during a birthday party. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our family. We felt safe and we all had a blast. I misplaced my phone and a staff member help me look for it. The room for party was clean and set up . The pizza and cupcakes were great. The kids had a great day at Tilt . Thank you

Big place, lots of games, and a few rides. Kids loved it, and the staff was very sweet.

Pretty good sized, with lots of games and Mini Golf. Prices are not too bad. I had a good time glad I made the trip. Its located in the Mall. So there are lots of other things to do there as well.

1 out of 4 games we tried were out of order. Hopefully, they get it together and start maintaining their equipment. It is a great family place.

A bit run down, ac AC was not working well. Twins had fun, on $20/each, that's what counts.

Tilt is fun for the kids and teens but the games are mostly the claw or push coin games. Need more of a variety for the prices.

Do not play the CLAW GAMES. THEY'RE ALL RIGGED, won't let you win cuz the claws are all loose even if you get a perfect grip. Other than this is ok

Interesting place for kids, with not many comparable competitors in the Beaumont area. It has a nice mini golf, a few small kid rides, and many arcade and carnival style games. Be prepared to spend 25-40$ per kid per visit (low end).

The mini golf is a joke. Way too loud and hard to hear eachother. We liked the bumper cars but my Cousins seat broke when he got up. The mini golf is not cool for anyone. Hard to not stand on the green. It's like one hole that runs into the others. Super expensive if you ask me and lame prices for the amount of tickets received. I stopped here on my way from Arizona to Florida as something cool for my kiddo to do while spending time with her cousins she never met. We should have went somewhere else. Hope t

Wonderful experience with the Cub Scouts this evening! The manager (Matthew) was attentive and helpful, and Jonah was also very helpful in ensuring we had a great time. The entire staff was great but these two gentlemen were always nearby to help. Thank you!

Huge selection of games. Many of the classics and lots of new games. Be ready to spend some money. You reload your cards at a kiosk using a debit/credit card. It's easy to get carried away in my opinion compared to putting cash and getting tokens. Had a great time with my nieces while they were in town.

We had a blast. It is so big there is just so much to do. We were there all day and my daughter said she wanted to go right back the next day.

Awesome arcade, but unfortunately games are WAY over priced and all the claw machine claws are so weak and lame there's no chance of ever winning anything, so they're pretty much just a big scam. I think if they lowered the game prices they'd have the potential to double maybe even triple business. They do have an awesome collection of games and activities!!

Ladies working we're very helpful. But a lot of games did not work or just took your money, not worth trying to get every point back from games that were broken, so we just used our play cards up, got prizes, & got outta there. We did get some cool prizes but wish all the games worked!

Tilt Studio is a decent way to pass some time if you're in the mood for arcade fun. The prices are typical for an arcade, and I didn't notice many broken games, which is always a plus. There's a decent variety of games, and they also offer mini golf and a couple of rides for added entertainment. As for the prizes, they're the usual selection you'd expect from an arcade. Overall, not a bad way to spend an afternoon and have some fun!

The ticket/point system is outrageously high and expensive honestly. However the couple employees we personally dealt with were the best and super nice.

This arcade has so many attractions that should be loads of fun for the family. However, over half of the games don't work. The employees are young and have an attitude of not wanting to be there. It's not very enjoyable because of these reasons. Good luck!

My kids enjoyed our night out here! There is plenty of variety(Games for young to adults) and the rides brought much mirth to my youngest.

Place is very clean and Bright, never actually played there, but have passed thru with my 2 year old baby that can't miss out on all the flashing lights... I have noticed that there is always a few machines broken down, and that there isn't many people playing which makes it a like sad/depressing

I just walked through it really but everything was ?eet and clean organized party rooms were ready for the party that was coming soon machines looked cleaned

This place is great for taking my kids out for a day of fun. My son has a lot of fun when we go, but it is extremely pricey. I've been to places like John's Incredible Pizza and I think they are smart to give you a buffet in addition to the package you buy. I feel like the cost of each game to play should be cheaper, but overall we still have a lot of fun if we go. I recommend this place for a nice Saturday outing, but obviously not every Saturday.

Service was good. Snack bar wasn't open. Some games were broken. Bigger than Chucky Cheese. Kids have a lot of fun. They have specials on the last few hours of the day. Got $40 cards for $20 on special. Kids got to play an hour.

The place and games look shiny and fun, but about 25% have some kind of issue (doesn't work period, will let you swipe, but doesn't give you the balls to play, didn't give credits for wins) Shady customer service. I was given flat wrong information about what my purchase covered. Sure, they compensated me for it, but with an incredibly bad attitude. I tried to be as nice and apologetic about it, but they didn't appear to care. And apparently, one of my friends heard the manager say she was gonna take it out

This place is a good place to take your family. It had so many attractions like bowling, bumper cars, etc... we played many games and won so many tickets. The prizes are nice. Two deals were going on of good prices for plays. We went on a weekend, so as far as food and the time we went, the food court was closed. We played from like 5-something to 8.

Very amusing and spacious arcade

They have fun games, but it's really overpriced for what you get. For the same price, you can do more at just about any other arcade

Hi! Just wanted to give a 5-Star review to employee Alice of the Beaumont location. The staff all night was fantastic. We had an incident with another patron and Alice was so patient and so ready to help us. We are grateful for her service, her commitment to providing excellence and making things right.

Literally the worst arcade I've possibly been to. There's not much there as in actual arcade games. It's mainly a room full of flashy claw games. I lost nearly $20 from the game just taking money from my card but not actually activating the game. The machines that would activate were still half broken. The owner doesn't keep up with the maintenance and it shows. Couldn't locate an attendant. I 100% would never recommend this place to anyone.

There is definitely potential for this to be a fun activity for the entire family but there's several glaring issues. The problems include, multiple machines already wrapped in caution tape "out of order", several machines took our points (payments) and failed to activate, crane games stopped working in the middle of a gaming session, and not a single employee found at the entrance to assist with faulty machines. If it was possible to give a half star review I would. Came with family to waste time while our dog was getting groomed. It was more aggravating than fun. The games that DO work cost a TON of points. The games that LOOKED like they worked, just STOLE the points. Then the rest are off and not functioning with no sign on it. We definitely wasted our time AND our money ATTEMPTING to have fun. Not worth even just walking in there. Never again.

UPDATE Needs a new Dance Dance Revolution Cabinet. This one has a lot of issues. Small blurry screen, unresponsive arrows, and the floor is not sturdy the arrows actually shift around. Please get a new cabinet. It doesn't even need to be DDR it could be a knockoff ITG2 anything would be better than this

Went for my daughters birthday. Price pretty good. Clean. Nice environment. Only thing was I couldn't bring in my daughter cake without booking a party, which was pretty expensive which is why I didn't book one. But understandable. None the less, I'd definitely be going back

I always have fun here whenever I go. Giving it 4 stars because there were a few broken machines & the claw machines that we have won stuff on before, they're set far too low now so it just messes up even if you're really good at working those machines. Also the price for those games are a little too steep imho. The games are very diverse and the area it's quite large. The pricing is very confusing because the cards you get to play the games are point based, and the games cost points. There's not a clear way to see how much a game "costs". I bring my toddler there often and he loves it. We splurged on the VIP card because the points don't expire so we just keep them rolling til he runs out. The prize wall is good. Nothing fancy, but better than most other arcades.

Has a decent amount of games and it's fairly inexpensive. My son and I were there for over an hour with a $20 play card. When one of the games didn't work that we paid for, one of the staff members came over right away and let my son pick any replacement game that he wanted. They were really friendly overall. While I wouldn't compare it to a Dave and Busters, it's about as close as I've found in the area.

My kid loves this place but I personally hate it. Half the games don't work, the customer service is nonexistent and their prices are not very good. Much better options in the area

Had tons of fun with my family

This place is fun for both adults and children! We brought my son and his friends for his birthday, and we all had a blast! It's fun for hours! They also have laser tag, bowling, bumper cars, a mini roller coaster, and putt putt golfing along with the arcade!

We took our kids here last month and it was a terrible experience! MOST of the games took our credits and did NOT work!! We were told to let the manager know, but it happened with so many games that we just ended up leaving. Seemed like there were more claw games than anything. Those were rigged too. Old-school type of arcade. I love it!!! There aren't many of these left in Texas. The one @ Beaumont has mini golf, bowling(2 lanes), a small bumper car area, plenty of video games, games where you can play for tickets and the claw game to get stuffed animals. An excellent arcade with a wide variety of activities. Beyond just arcade games, there is also mini golf, bumper cars, and laser tag. The staff is friendly and attentive. This is a wonderful place for kids or even adults who just want some easy, innocent fun.

This place has improved since I was a kid! Great place for kids. Grandson, friends and family had a good time at his birthday party. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only reason I didnt give it five stars was because the party rooms are a little small and the mini roller coaster was loud.

First time my bf and i went here! It was pretty fun and cheap compared to places like Dave n Buster's. Some games had busted buttons and others were out of order but not a big deal. There's lots of other options. Definitely must check out if you're looking for a good time that wont cost too much. Staff was nice too. It was a lot of fun. Had a kids birthday party there, they all had a blast, very much ready for sleeping by the time we all left..lol. The place is really big, it just keeps going as you get deeper into the place. Quite a variety of things to do, it's a great place for a family get-together.

We have been here multiple times while in beaumont. My kids love being able to run around and have a pretty good selection of games to play. The prizes are typical carnival like prizes....but they do have some really cool bigger ones, and that keeps you motivated to play more and get more tickets. We spend hours playing.

It was fun. My daughter and I done the virtual headset and we had everyone looking and laughing at us. It cost $20 to do it . They've got bowling,golf and laser tag. There's multiple machines so u can always get on something to play.

Service was extremely slow..... had a couple employees trying to manage everything. They were super friendly but I'm sure they could use some extra help there. Overall the kids had a blast and were able to get some cool stuff to bring home too.

Decent place just don't come for the minigolf, the course blows. Definitely go to Colorado canyon if mini golfs your thing.

Great for kids but doesnt have a family feel to me. Bowling is more for 6-7 & under but other than that, nice place! Can get a little pricey and I did have an issue with money coming off of the card & the game not working several times. The Tilt is a really fun place for kids who are 6 and up but not so much for toddlers I only saw a few things that the smaller kids can do I have a 3 yr. Old grandson and we played ski ball and he rode on this thing that was like a tea cup but that was it little ones want to have fun too.

A lot of their games and rides are not functioning. The stuff animals in the cages are very dirty. The employees are great and very friendly but the place needs a deep cleaning and an overhaul. Fix your rides! Put clean stuffed animals in the claw machines! Fix the freaking claws!

We had so much fun. The room for the birthday party was decorated nicely. The hostess was friendly and helpful. I think the adults enjoyed themselves more than the kids.

Prices for the game are weird since it uses a point system so a game may be 15.70 points just give a legit dollar amount. The amount of games that are broke is disappointing. Be careful with the air hockey table most are missing the pucks. A good portion of the games are broken and need to be repaired.

The tilt is very entertaining and fun. It is a lot different than when I was a kid. Its a lot bigger now. My oldest son enjoys going here. It can be a little loud because of the fair ride inside the building.

Dont waste your money trying to win the gift cards in the arcade. I won a $200 gift card from Wal mart in one of their machines. When I called the number to claim the prize, it took months of constant emails and phone calls for them to finally send me a ?gift card? through email. When I tried to use it, it was an invalid gift card and they never returned my emails or calls. Their gift card prizes are a scam!

Feels like the 90's all over again when I used to go to tilt as a kid. However, there is soooo much more to do in this new, well kept and clean Tilt. They have a mini rollercoaster (yes you heard right), bumper cars, a fun dark room laser tag, alien putt putt, and tons of arcade games...even mini bowling!!!! This is a pretty fun arcade that is very large with a wide array of games to include a full indoor miniature golf course and two kiddy rides. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is due to the prize games being heavily rigged to the point that unless they actually get snipped they will not be honored. Don't waste your money on those machines they are a straight rip off. Play the actual arcade games.

This is the best arcade room I've ever been to. The only problem I had was the skee ball games weren't giving my girlfriend tickets or keeping her score. That's only minor though. Skee ball is very difficult to get many tickets on anyway. Places like Mane Event are better and that is because the size only. Which allows them to offer a ropes course, bowling and laser tag, etc. The new rebuilt Tilt at Parkdale Mall is still incredible. Go when you get the chance!!!

Took One of My Grands here as part of his Birthday with MaMawl day. We had a great time, stayed about an hour then went and bought his birthday present, then went back for about an hour and a half. We both had a blast. He turned 6 yrs. Lazer Tag was the Bomb, we will be going back

Tilt is AWESOME! I've always been an Arcade Fan and this place absolutely blows my childhood knowledge of arcades out the window. With all sorts of games to play & VR...I am for sure going back without my kids.
