Customer Reviews

The walls were dirty, the room was really dim. The machines weren't working. To top it all off my son?s ball got stuck on the claw and I showed them and they did nothing! After all that I saw them go into the machine and put it back into the claw machine!

We had an unsatisfactory experience with the customer service at Tilt. The staff didn't seem friendly or happy, which affected our overall enjoyment. We won't be returning due to the treatment we received. It's disappointing when a place meant for fun falls short on creating a positive atmosphere.

Customer service was so friendly and helpful! Cute little arcade with a nice amount of games prices are like anywhere else. My kid had fun there ??????????????????

The kids love this place! Its a bit pricey for the games and they could use some new stuff, but the kids loves this place! I always visit this place when I am in the mall with the kids. They have one uptown too, so there is no escaping it. They took a lot of money from me...but its worth it, its for the kids...

This will be a little long hope the management will read it. We had a terrible terrible experience today with the staff. this guy that works there was very rude doesn't have any costumer service experience doesn't know how to deal with costumers even lied to me when I ask his name at first he said his name is joke and then say a different name jaiden when I ask him the second time. He was ready to fight and showed aggressiveness infont of my 2 daughters and son. I just asked him if he can reset the timer

When Fun Factory closed down a few years ago, Tilt moved into the building and they have been providing the same kind of experience. Lots of games to play that are more catered to teens and adults. Would be nice if a larger space were available but it is still sufficient for fun.

Great place for the kids. It's our granddaughters favorite place to go when we're at Pearlridge.

Surprisingly good. I would recommend registering your card, especially if your are not a frequent goer and remember the name you register it under (even if it's one of your kid's). Just an FYI at $300 you qualify for VIP sets) card benefits.

We have so much fun here. It is rarely so crowded that we ever have to wait to play our favorite games. It's affordable fun and the games are generous enough that even my little ones win tickets and prizes.

Had to check this arcade out since we were in Hawaii. Overall, very small but still fun. Staff were friendly and helpful. Big prizes weren't the greatest, but that's ok. I still had fun.

Tilt was actually kinda fun but it does have some expensive games in there if you're using a game card and it might cost 30 or 50 points on your card. But overall some people should go there if they have a special event happening

There are two locations within Pearlridge and both are so-so, but options are limited locally. Tilt is comparatively more expensive than a place like Chuck E. Cheese with inexpensive food nearby at both locations (food court). We take our son one day a week and to become VIP, one needs to spend $300 whereas Fun Factory is $30. Games are somewhat "sad" and stay broken for long periods of time, and are slightly dated. But the Prizes are decent, they are better at the Sears side with more selection! Sears side

My grand kid had FUN !!! Hats off on their Computer system. Workers (12/5/21) were "Sincerely Helpful & Courteous" that's rarely found. ??????

Tons of Roaches in the water gun game. Prizes are cool but the place is run down, my son won a plush from the claw machine and I wouldn't let him bring it home in case it too had roaches.

Great and friendly staff. Cheap games. Range from $.25-$1 Then fun factory $1-$5 Lots of prize games. Games kept clean.

Definitely more high tech games now. Lots more space to help with social distancing. My keiki definitely enjoyed the new trex water game lol.

Every shooting game's aim was drastically off. One of the driving games steering wheel didn't work. All that in addition to controls being generally unresponsive/sluggish in every other game we played.

Cool games, but expensive to play. Money is loaded into a card and uses points instead of coins. Almost impossible to spend an even dollar amount.

Best place and so easy to win things and very cheep good place to go when you want to spend family time at an arcade!!

Small but always enjoy the games and burning off calories after eating at the foodcourt

Very cleanly and a broad selection of video games a nice historical lesson for my kids

Good place for the kids. It's no D&B or Chuck E Cheese though.

Terrific renovation. Community and family oriented. It's been ten years since I last came here.

Our girls love coming here to play games and win prizes. It can get expensive quick though.

It's ok. Could use more games and better prizes. But it's ok for the price.

The games are really good. It's a little on the pricey side.

Great place to take the kids for a bit of fun or just to hangout

Very nice, wide variety variety of games, friendly staff

Some lady told my friend and i to put away the basketball when i was just about to shoot it in. She had a really bad attitude.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
