We celebrated both my kids' birthdays here and could not be more pleased! We enjoyed everything from the arcade games, laser tag, bowling, and food! The food was especially wonderful! Even the grandparents were over the top complimentary of the food! Our party hostess Kiwi was exceptional and attentive to our needs and made sure the party ran smoothly with every detail! This place has a very cool vibe. Kinda like a Chuckee Cheese that adults can enjoy. Resteraunt, bar, arcade, bowling alley, laser tag, and axe throwing. Our meals and service was good. You load a card with money and scan them at the games to use them. You earn points that you can redeem for prizes. Lot of mixed drink options. This was a costly night out, but it was a very fun one.

We always have a blast at Tiebreakers but last night was one of the best!!! Jade our waitress was amazing she was attentive and made sure we were taken care of no matter how busy she was!! Thank you Jade for being awesome!!!

We had a party there. The planner, Brooke, was great. Everything went really well. The kids did not enjoy the food, though. We got pizza, fried pickles, chips, salsa and queso. They had a wonderful time playing games!!! So I would totally recommend it, but without adding food. (We ate there when it first opened and we weren't impressed with the food then either).

What a fun place to unwind! A bunch of us moms took our boys here for a fun day once school was out. While our boys played, we ordered food and sat and chatted. The food was pretty great! I'd definitely eat there again. In addition to the video games, they have a bowling alley, too. Although, we didn't try it out, we plan on coming back.

Great experience today! We went to have a little Easter fun today and the experience was great 10/10. The guy who was in Easter bunny custom was absolutely amazing very energetic and amazing. We loved how he came around to play games with our daughter making her experience amazing. So we wanted to say thank you all for your smiles and kindness.

Amazing service! The food was excellent. There are options for pizza, burgers, wraps, wings, salads, additional food choices, and desserts. There are games, games, and more games. Went there for the first time today with a few friends. Arrived shortly after opening, we were seated right away, server came up instantly, we felt a little rushed with the approach that she took, we explained to her that it was our fist time there. We came to Tiebreakers for a field trip with 50 fifth graders. The staff went above and beyond to make this a seamless trip! The food was great, the students had plenty to eat and drink, and the bowling was great. The kitchen staff did awesome. Our family had a great time celebrating my sons 15th birthday here! The games, service, food, and atmosphere were wonderful... everyone found activities they enjoyed. Last weekend, we held our 10 year class reunion in the back event room, and we couldn't have been more happy with the way things turned out. We had a group of about 100 people, and the space was great. The decor was amazing!! They had a big balloon arch and backdrop for pictures. Love visiting Tiebreakers! We came in a few weeks back for something fun around the city. Kaymin at the front host stand does an amazing job. I bring my 9 and 6 year old sons here all the time. We love it! The food is always amazing the staff is always kind and attentive. This last time we bowled for an hour, was served a delicious meal by the lovely and kind Taylor and played for an hour in the arcade. I probably spend 200 bucks a week here and it's worth every penny. If y'all ever feel like you have no choice but to go out of business hit me up....... I'll invest! That simply can't happen!

I picked tiebreakers to catch up with an old friend and that was my mistake. It is very noisy and we could not hear one another have a simple conversation but that's how it's supposed to be. Food for price, not good! The quality expecting after a 45 minute wait was not what you would expect from a restaurant so busy. The portions are small for pricning. The Tiebreakers Event Team did an amazing job with our very large work group. Everything was setup, organized and ran smoothly. Brooke and Liz were very attentive to all of our guests and were easy to work with from the very beginning. We took our daughter bowling for the first time! It was a great time! There are plenty of different sized bowling balls that fit each of us. We got pretzel bites with cheese they were good but didn't come with very many pretzels.

If I could leave 10 stars I would! After attending another fantastic birthday party at Tie Breakers, we decided to have our son's 9th bithday there. My husband and I had never planned a party like this and weren't sure what to expect, but our party host Brooke made everything seamless and easy! Didn't have the best experience. Myself and friend group were there celebrating two birthdays. Visited here with a friend and ordered a pizza to share. The pizza is huge and tasty. It's not exceptional, but it's good for the price and atmosphere. They have a fairly diverse menu for whatever else you may be craving. The arcade is a lot of fun! The games were in working order and not too crowded for a Thursday evening. There is also a bowling alley. We didn't play but it looks fun.

I took my 8th class to tiebreaks on a field trip today. We had the most fun. It was incredible. Brooke and Lizz did an amazing job. They made suggestions that allowed my kids to have the most fun experience possible. They even looked up our school logo and had it posted on the TV screens. I can't even explain how big the slices of Pizza are. The food quality was great as well. I would recommend tiebreaker for a fun field trip and I would recommend Brooke and Lizz to set it all up for you.

I was attending my husband's work event and both my husband and I were blow away by how wonderful Lizz was. I haven't seen that type of customer services since before covid and even then it was a rarity. She was so helpful and took true pride in her work. This is honestly my favorite place to come now! The games are great, the food is great, the staff are always so friendly and amazing! Not to mention the prizes! Laser tag was the best experience I have had yet honestly Jon was the best guys we have met since we have lived up here amazing experience and great time when I didn't know what to expect he thought me that when I come here ?. I should expect the best ? not only in experience but in customer service!!! Got my brother a card since he is an ETSU student ? but I will only come back here when I'm in town !!

Overall we had a great time the loaded totts where amazing. The staff where super nice. The street tacos have cucumber on them which I wasn't a fan of but the pork sliders where good. The arcade area was fun and kept us entertained for a good while. We will definitely be back

Experienced the catering at the Big South Conference tournament and was beyond impressed with the friendliness of the staff. The food was delicious and presented well and the decoration made for a great atmosphere.

Wow. This place was amazing. The food was incredible and the price was very very reasonable. I got chicken tenders, an entire funnel cake and 2 sides for 11.99. The sides were large portions also. The chicken was breaded perfectly and the funnel cake was just like the fair. Mac and cheese was creamy and delicious. Tater tots were eh but I'm really picky about how those are cooked. After the first time coming here I knew I'd become a regular. My only wish was ?I wish they had laser tag?. Well they built that too and now Tiebreakers has the best laser tag arena in the area, plus great friendly staff running the games. Let me start off by saying that my group had a great time at TieBreakers and would visit again in the future. We bowled, had food and beers, played a game of VR Zombies, and then finished up playing in the arcade. The overall atmosphere was great, but there were some small annoyances and places for improvement. This place could be really good BUT the customer service sucks!!! The restaurant was on 2 1/2 hrs for food.. what in the world is that?? Why do they even have a kitchen. There was dirty glasses and plates everywhere in the bowling area. Even after I asked if they could send a busser out to clean up nothing was done. There were managers sitting at the bar hanging out with other co-workers but couldn't get things cleaned. All these dishes in the pictures were from previous people!!!

First off this is my fourth visit to tie breakers, and I have waited to try to give an honest review. We have enjoyed coming and playing the games and getting the occasional drink but on 10/09/2022 we came and sat at the bar. The service started out ok but soon faded. We on average have waited 20-30 mins for someone to come and check on us and fill our drinks. The only person we have seen most of the time is the bar back, we were seated on the right side and no one comes over here. If your on the left side

I reserved a room and had my birthday party here, the service and product receive were outstanding, the atmosphere was a blast, the thing I enjoyed most was the virtual reality arena, my friends and I played Zombite and made one of the best memories I think I'll ever have. We want to come back and just drink and play in the arena again, it was so much fun. I highly suggest you go to Tie Breakers you put on the VR goggles and you have a blast.

Wife and I go here regularly for date night. We are hooked on the Wizard of Oz machines, lol. Had an issue with machine, and machine tech guru Jordan helped us. He obviously fixed the machine. I have been a regular customer of tiebreakers since they opened. I really enjoy pinball, so it's been a really fun spot to visit anytime I can. My husband and I go together every time we get a chance. We almost always order food any drinks. However upon our last visit, ALL of the pinball machines have been moved to a dark back room and replaced by wall to wall claw machines. My husband and I went here for our 7th anniversary date night and it did NOT disappoint! We had a couple drinks then ate a cheese pizza, which was ahhhmazing!
