Had a great time and had fun bowling with friends. The place is old school and reminds you of the 80's and 90's which we really liked. Fries and Wings were pretty good and priced reasonably. The employees were friendly and the services were great. Can't wait to come back soon. IG:- journey_man16

I visited the pro shop to pick up a few things. I stood there while the person behind the counter waited in others. I didn't expect him to stop what he was doing to wait on me but at least acknowledge me and let me know you realize I'm standing there. His customer told him he could wait on me she was not in a rush and he responded you were here first and acted as if I was not there. I stood there a few more minutes and left ??.

Took my dad here for Fathers Day, he would take me bowling alot as a kid and I just wanted to take him to a nice "old school" spot not with a whole lot of theatrics and gimmicks and got just that got our lanes quickly and enjoyed a few games

I gave my son a surprise birthday party on 5.28.22. They have great packages and menu options. For kids parties is glow bowling theme. We were assigned a personal assistant for the entire time who's name was Tyler. He was very attentive and made sure I received all that my package included as he saw things run low. The staff were very friendly and light hearted. I corresponded with Dee the manager until the day of. She made sure I did not miss any details and followed up effortlessly. This was the smoothest

The old snack shop lady is what gives this place a 1 out of 5 stars. She is so miserable every time we are there for league. Treats everyone she comes across horribly. Management needs to take a look at this situation and handle it appropriately. Until then I will not be spending money in the snack shop.

They told me I can't bowl because a league is coming in ?? like what does that have to do with me, I paid just like everyone else did. I came before everyone else. The people in front desk seem rude like everytime I came in always seems like they have an attitude. I always try to be polite & respectful but with some people you just can't!

The staff was awesome. The manager was great and our party attendant for my daughters seventh birthday couldn't have asked for someone better.

My family of 25+ celebrates our Christmas together here for an afternoon of fun! From the 2 year old to the 95 year old we all get into the action. Lanes are very accommodating, food is delicious and staff very attentive. This was our 9th year gathering here. GREAT time enjoyed by all. I am looking forward to our 10th anniversary in 2025.

Just had my son?s 13th birthday party here. Dee was a great help organizing the party. The food was great. The package price was also affordable. Tip- if you want music and lights off book a party after 3:30-4pm. Other than that- we had over 30 people attend and everyone had a great time.

Very very desperate why I spend time and money at a place like that and people who don't care about you having a good experience. I paid for two hr and they stopped the game after one hr and instead of saying FU from here because my little baby boy wasn't wearing those shoes what they supposed to wear if you want to play.Give my second hr money back left from there and never gone come back!

It was a really nice late-night family outing. The chicken tenders and fries were good, and my friend and I had a good time talking with other customers at the bar they have there, while the kids bowled.

The food alright, vibes were good and drinks were good. If you're an adult I would say go after eight 8:30 because that's when they start playing better music.

I love this place the people were nice and helpful. I bought my bowling ball from there, and the nice man even showed me the proper way to bowl. I will go there again.

My 17 & 5 year old kids had a bad experience here a few months ago. I wrote an angry negative review that night. A few months later while looking for a different email I noticed and email from Google review, the manager, Dee, had asked to reach out to discuss that night. I called and spoke to Stu. He went above and beyond. He explained everything and gave me a credit to "fix" the financial part of my complaint.

Was there for an annual charity event & loved it. Can't bowl to save my life but had so much fun. The place is big & very clean. They had so much to offer.

I have been bowling since I was 12 years old. I know a good bowling alley when I see one. This a real bowling alley. I'm on at least one league (sometimes two) every year. The people are awesome! Dennis, in the pro-shop, is a professional bowler and always has great advice for improving your game. Tammy, the friendly bartender, always says hello and welcomes you with a smile. And Dee is super helpful whenever I have a question or concern. Love this place!

Disappointing to say the least. They don't carry enough bowling balls for a full house, rude workers in the kitchen and frustrating atmosphere. Do your self a favor and save a little money going to the thunderbird lanes in Castor ave.

Beautiful just beautiful had a great time me and my family. the staff was great and very helpful never thrown a boiling ball in my life one of the guys who work up front took the time to show me the swings and motions to get a strike and the food from the snack bar was amazing had a large pizza with pepperoni it was perfect ?? and the bar tender at the bar was great I had trouble figuring out what to buy to drink but they waited patiently and gave me alot of suggestions. overall I had a wonderful time and

I haven't had many good experiences at this bowling alley. This time, we were on a class trip they were very unaccomodating. We needed more pizzas for our students, and we were told no. Each of our students only received a slice. Many were still hungry. The staff was very rude. All of our chaperoning parents were also unable to eat. I don't understand how they expect to get repeat business??

Won a 5 person free 2 hour bowling card at a charity raffle. Eventually gave up trying to use it to get a lane. Despite there being no stipulations on the card other than ?call ahead to reserve a lane? continually couldn't reserve a lane even days ahead of time. Eventually found out they refused to allow us to use the card after 5 PM every day but Saturday because they had bowling league. This despite the fact I could reserve a lane during the week after 5 PM if I went through their website and paid.

Rented a lane for 2 hours with some friends, and I had a blast! They can get busy and they do take reservations on the weekends, but only after 9 pm.

Loved this place. Clean as a whistle, really a quality place. Great interior that includes snack bar. Very friendly people that were super helpful. It was my first time visiting. My son had a playdate with a schoolmate. Really pleasant experience on a cold holiday week. Definitely going back

The staff is wonderful!! Shout out to Dee for keeping the leagues running & organized. There are plenty of lanes available, even on league nights. The lanes and the balls are well maintained. I've been in two leagues; all of the bowlers are friendly and welcoming. It is a great place to join a league. People are there to bowl for fun, competitors and to socialize. I would highly recommend join one or more of the leagues.

It should not be assumed that people from organizations require bumpers. Also the customer from the morning shift is sub-par. I was told that we always get the lanes in the back because it's near a wheelchair ramp. But we don't require one as we're all ambulatory and highly capable. It's offensive. There is no other bowling lanes I would ever go. The staff is amazing. The facilities is always clean and the lanes are always in great condition. The food and beverages are good and the prices are too. Great place to have a group after work or school. Our family loves the atmosphere!

The worst place to spend your weekend with family or friends very rude and disrespectful to your family or even worse ?

I have been bowling in the Friday night league here for 30+ years. The improvements that have been made by Dave and Scott are wonderful. The owners are quite approachable if you have an issue. The entire staff is friendly and very helpful. Could not imagine bowling anywhere else.

There are pros and cons. The pro is, it closest to my house. The con, the service not that great, we went on the weekend because of the special that they had. Some days, you get a lane, and some days, you have to wait because of the bowling league. And about time, you get a lane. You have an hr and a half to bowl . And not to mention the kitchen/bar close early as well.

Nice place, GOOD atmosphere. Clean and well functioning. Had a problem finding light balls as one lane looked like they had them on lock. But overall it makes me want to renew my bowling gear and get my grandson his own. I'd return here again and again.

Just a regular run of the mill bowling alley. Spacing is a bit small between lanes. Think the employees should space parties out so people could actually move around instead of having to ask people to move for their own lanes because the staff placed you in 2 parties of 8+ people.

The food and the atmosphere are very good. We paid $65 for the 4 of us, there weren't any bowling balls at our lane, when I asked the persons at the counter kept saying there should be some behind your sitting area, I kept having to tell him there weren't any. He then got one from his back room and gave us one. But it was the weekend, and they were very busy.

Great place. Clean and in great shape. Friendly staff. Only complaint was we had a few technical difficulties/errors with the bowling system (screens, technology part) that were hard to correct. Couldn't find a hard reset button either for the pins when we needed it.

My son has autism and every Saturday and he goes bowling with his peers. He has a blast I got everything you need there food is good and drinks if you. Very family-oriented we love it.

We had a wonderful time here. The staff was friendly, the music was good as well as the cold beer. The price was very reasonable for three hours of unlimited bowling including shoes. Social distancing was in place in the lanes but maybe not the bar area. Most people wore masks except while bowling and eating or drinking. Lastly, security was on point! Best place for kids bowl free summer program ??

In the past 10 years this place has gone downhill. The large woman who was working the register let 2 guys in front of me and was about to do it again, but I didn't want to disappoint the 4 little kids I brought with me; so I stayed. The woman quickly called security when I requested to cancel my second game, but I was issued a credit that i probably will never use. The entire with a nasty attitude on her face and horrible customer service. Completely ruined my Sunday afternoon. Horrible employee.

Went at noontime on a Friday during summer. There was already a decent sized group in attendance yet there was still plenty lanes. Didn't have coupons but the lady behind the counter was very helpful. Teens working the snack bar were pleasant as well. Initially had a problem with our lane and was promptly assigned another. Overall great experience and highly recommended!

They have renovated...looks great! Nice face lift. Again, this is a very family oriented atmosphere; the workers are pleasant and helpful.

Nice facility. Staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. I would have given five stars but the food is bland and expensive for what it is. The fact that you can not get a pitcher of water and have to buy bottles is a unnecessary expense that adds up quick and is rediculous.(no outside food or drink is allowed)

Kids bowl free. Customer service was helpful. Apparently you can only buy bowling with gift cards no snacks.

Online advertisement stated $2 bowl after 8:30pm. We arrive at 8:30 to be told rudely by the front desk that this rate begins at 9pm. I made the worker aware that the website was presented incorrectly, and he proceeded to say that ?well everywhere else on the wall says 9?. Non apologetic for the mixed information. Customer service could certainly be improved.

This bowling alley has a friendly environment. The staff is always kind and courteous. They have great rates and lots of specials throughout the week. The food is really good and it's always clean. Their glow bowling is lot's of fun!

It was nice only thing the wait for the food was crazy long due to 2 parties happening but what about the other clients, so change the time of the food bar or a discount would be nice. Bowling wise floor is waxed well and nice for bowling not updated like south bowl with replays on screen.

Clean friendly staff. Always great specials and now they offer Thunderbird rewards. The more you bowl the more rewards you get. Parking lot kind of smallish. My daughter is 3. She had a lot of fun. Bumpers and wood ramp were nice for the kids to use.

Trendy bowling alley. Parties and teams would do well here. It has a fun atmosphere. The food was better than expected.The staff was friendly and professional. You can rent shoes as needed and they have a large range of weighted bowling balls. There is a party room for rent but I didn't get to visit it while there.

I've been bowling here for over 20 years and it keeps getting better. They have made many improvements, lanes are well maintained, snack bar has good variety and pretty decent food. There is a bar and wait staff service at the lanes. Great place for a night out.

This usually would be a five star rating because we actually really loved coming there. We come every Monday and always wind up doing an extra 2 hrs. So 4 hrs every Monday. Last two weeks we bought people with us and they had issue with us getting a second lane. Then again we had the same issue and today we had 2 extra people with us so we wanted 2 lanes and were denied at first. Then finally they let us do it. I've been coming here for the last few weeks. This bowling alley is well maintained with friendly staff. The food options aren't bad and tasty, and the pizza was decent. The alleys worked great without any issues.

If your looking for something to do on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon, if it's to hot out, or just any day your looking to get out, but nothing crazy or expensive, this is the thing to do, bowling, they serve drinks, also have some fast food items such as, pizza, fries etc., very affordable, we had a fun time here, just recently had a birthday party here, we had a great time, price was very reasonable.

Regular prices are mid-range. The best time to go is on Sundays from 9-11 PM when their $2/game deal is running. I've never had to wait for a lane either! Masks are required, as a heads up.

Great place, only problem was when we got strikes the machine would mess up. But, other than that a nice place and the staff was on point whenever we needed assistance. Definitely will be taking my family again. The pizza was good also lol
