Finally-an Entertainment Center for the East Side! I've been to Thrill Factory 3 times now (the second was for our son?s birthday party) and have had a great time each time. The pricing is what you would expect for a new gaming / activity place and is no different than Dave & Busters or Spare Time, but thankfully us not as loud as D&B. There's a good mix of games along with a little mini golf area, mini escape rooms (and regular escape rooms), laser tag, bowling-we had a lot of fun hyper bowling. There

My partner and I have strolled through Thrill Factory before out of genuine curiosity and honestly, it looks amazing! Every time we come to Thrill Factory, we have an absolute blast! The atmosphere is super cool, and the staff is always welcoming and super helpful. This place rocks! Took my niece (13) and nephew (10) on a Friday afternoon. We were greeted and given a brief summary of what to expect, and what our choices were. There's bowling, mini golf, a large escape room, mini escape rooms, a bar, food, tons of fun arcade games, and Lazer tag. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

We have been looking forward to Thrill Factory at East Towne Mall Madison, WI ever since we have seen Guy on Shark Tank! My family always have a great time every time when we go there. Took a group of students to Thrill Factory and had an amazing experience! All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made organizing the visit so easy. The space is super well designed?fun, safe, and easy for the teens to navigate. They were especially wowed by the robotic, moving mythical creatures throughout the place?such a cool touch! We only did bowling this time, but the lanes were pristine and really impressive. We'll definitely be back to explore more. Highly recommend!

The escape rooms were a lot of fun, and the new Zombie Town was a great competition for the wife and I to see how many zombies we could kill. The manager, Josh, was amazing and made us feel like family. This is a great place with plenty to keep you entertained for hours. Highly recommend.

Really neat place to go and do, loved all of the robots moving around just really cool! The wizards land (from what I've seen online) looks super cool and can't wait to do. Such a fantastic experience. The food was beyond my expectations. Every dish was full of flavor, and you could tell they use high-quality ingredients. I especially loved the wings and the cheesy fries. Plus, the atmosphere makes everything even better. Perfect spot for a fun day out with amazing food.

Had a great time with my kids at Thrill Factory, and the food was a pleasant surprise. We ordered a pizza and wings, and everything came out hot and tasty. The wings were crispy and flavorful, and the pizza had that perfect crust. I just wish they offered a few more dessert choices, but overall, the food was way better than expected.

We just had our company appreciation party here and it was hands down the best decision we made!! The staff we had for us in the VIP suit was amazing, tentative, and just plan fun/funny to be around just great energy. I came for the games but ended up loving the food just as much. The burgers were juicy, the fries were seasoned perfectly, and the milkshakes were delicious. The portions were great, and everything tasted fresh. I will definitely be recommending this place to friends.

My family and I were traveling to Madison and we're very excited to try the new Thrill Factory that recently opened. Everything is brand new and they have creatively thought of every detail. Nathan is the man. He is main reason my party of 12 was actually able to bowl on time. He went out of his way to show us a few of the other games even after they had technically closed and he did it with a smile the whole time. Thrill Factory is great. I wish they were opened later on the weekend, but with staff like Nathan we will make it work to come earlier next time.

I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food is here. A lot of entertainment places have average food, but not this one. The wings were flavorful, the fries were perfectly crispy, and the portions were generous. I will definitely be coming back.

We went to Thrill Factory this past weekend and we weren't super impressed. The Good: -Staff is all super friendly. -Very Clean! -Great Bathrooms and love how the stall walls go all the way to the floor. The Hyper Bowling was super fun and, drinks and food were both amazing. The arcade was also decent, but i would recommend just skipping anything thats mainly for tickets and just focus on doing whatever sounds fun, as the ticket shop wasn't great. There was no signage for the event and the description in Meetup was for a VIP room for which there were also no directions. Excited about this place! Just on a random Wednesday afternoon while shopping for some sports equipment, we walked through to check it out. Very cool! My son and I were treated to a complimentary trial of a mini escape room. As a totally random event, it showed the enthusiasm and kindness of the staff and confirmed we will be back!

We loved our visit to the thrill factory during our last trip!! It was the tiki bar for me but the kids and my husband all still rave about the arcade games. A great selection of games to play and even better prizes. Awesome atmosphere I would highly recommend to anyone!

A truly wonderful place, We did the mystery manner escape room (and beat it) as well as some of the arcade game. The man that helped us in the escape room was very kind and funny, which made the experience even better. It is hard to put into words, but if you have a few hours to kill go here!!!! thanks!!

The food here is just as amazing as the entertainment. I ordered a pizza and some appetizers, and everything was cooked to perfection. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the food was hot and fresh. Perfect place for great food and a fun time.

Drinks were excellent, bartender in the Tiki Tiki bar was awesome and my kids had a blast. It was clean and friendly. My only concern was with a place so family friendly, I was not ok with seeing a male in the girls bathroom, he should use the ?gender neutral? bathrooms and not one that parents are trusting there daughters to go into.

I went here for the first time the other day and was very disappointed. 1/3 of the arcade games we tried were broken. They would just take our money and then we wouldn't be able to play the games. Guest Services was as helpful as they could be and gave us some free games since we kept getting our money taken, but we could only go up so many times and eventually had to just play the like 10 games that actually worked. They already had a very small game selection, so that just made it all worse. Such a waste

I had my daughters bday party here and we are on a schedule for 2hrs and the waitress came really late for pizza which pushed our time, there was no cups in room to get to drink the ?unlimited drinks? they had in room. I feel this place has the potential to be great, but is lacking in specific areas. Team members are identifiable by their bright and 70s/89s style shirts. However, managers do not seem to wear uniforms and aren't easily identifiable. Not even sure who is a manager or not without name tags. We went for the mini golf, and paid for a pretty disappointing experience. The layout of the holes is super confusing and we couldn't really figure out if we were going in the right order or not, and the course did not specify that it was made for 5 year olds. We finished in maybe 15 minutes tops.

Came in was greeted and when needed assistance they were very professional and assisted with getting things figured out with me. Played laser tag and they missed us so credited us a free game.
