Such a fun and unique place with excellent drink deals! We went on a Saturday afternoon and were pleasantly surprised that we could get a table. We ordered a punch bowl to share. Beware - they are easy to drink fast! They also have a super fun menu where you literally roll a 20-sided die to pick your shot. The sweet potato fries were delicious and a huge portion. Can't say enough good things about this place...we (my husband, my cousin and her husband and I) came to Syracuse for a fun weekend. Our first stop was a quick dinner here before a concert. I had an incredible time at Three Lives! They offer not only amazing food but also fun nonalcoholic and alcoholic drinks that really hit the spot with a cool twist. The games there were not only entertaining but also brought back a wave of nostalgia. The staff was exceptional; they were not only great but also very helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. I was there with my five- and seven-year-old, who also had a great time. I visited this place for this time recently and wasn't sure what to expect. I had looked at their website beforehand, but in my opinion, it doesn't fully reflect the overall vibe of the location. If you're into gaming or retro arcades this is the spot, they have a dozen or more classic arcade games, a really cool food and drink menu! Especially the roll a dice shot menu! Visiting for the weekend. The decor, video games, and music were all contributing to the vibe. Good beer on tap and we got the Super Nintendies (chicken tenders) with multiple sauces (all great) and a big order of fries. Our bartender/server was fantastic. He was attentive, fun, and polite. We recently checked this place out and we're so glad we did. It's awesome! It's definitely a unique spot. It's a bar with creative cocktails and menu items that had retro arcade games all around. All the drinks were unique and tasted great. We loved rolling the d20 to get a random shot, each one was delicious. They have a selection of non-alcoholic drinks which was super cool to see as well. Fantastic atmosphere with a true dedication to the theme from decor to the menu and even down to how they present the bill. I want to specifically give a shoutout to the staff, particularly Alex who corked our drinks when we had to run to our dinner reservation before we got to drink them.

The food is amazing, with a fun and well curated menu. The drinks are great, with every named cocktail being a fun nod to the tastefully executed theme of the restaurant. We had the Charmander sliders and the Wario sliders. We also had the Teafling (Tiefling), draft beers, and the Kirby creamsicle. All were so good! The service was excellent and the aesthetic was so vintage arcade. I loved the potion bottle drinks! We had so much fun here!

My family surprised me with a 60th birthday party at Three Lives! It was such a warm friendly atmosphere. The food was great. The service was fantastic. It was a perfect venue for a Sunday afternoon! We got to celebrate together and watch our the Buffalo Bills game. The video games were a blast! Great times by all!

Three Lives was an interesting experience. I didn't know what to expect going in with its gaming theme and what it would be like. My initial picture of it was a more gaming focused experience vs a restaurant first experience. I was very wrong. It is a restaurant first with a gaming theme and some arcade games to play if you wish. We showed up to Three Lives on a snowy day this past weekend. There were 7 of us, and we showed up around 2 pm for a late lunch. The owner was out front shoveling, and welcomed us in with open arms. Everyone who worked there was so friendly and accommodating. The food and drinks were all amazing, so fresh and delicious. And the old school arcade games were a lot of fun too! Overcrowded and Terrible Mocktails. They card you even if you don't plan to drink, which is lazy. The non alcoholic Kirby drink was deplorable and even after I returned it I was charged. The waitress is your hostess, which doesn't make sense... Important notes: This is not an accessible or kid friendly space. If you have epilepsy it may be too many lights. If touring the mood for some really great fried food and a fun vibe, this place is it! It's located in a busy part of Armory so park in a nearby lot or chance a sweet street spot within walking distance. The tenders and the tots are perfectly seasoned and fried. We had an awesome time here. Being a gamer for years really enjoyed all the great drinks and options. They were fun and great tasting and different from everywhere else. The food was good but it was shadowed by the atmosphere. Had lots of video games parts and teams with some DnD mixed. We will return. Keep up the great job.

My son and I had the best experience today. We got here for lunch right when they opened and were greeted kindly. The service was professional, courteous, and the food was delicious. The server (Nick) even went of his way to change the programming on the TVs to make sure it was appropriate game-watching for my son. We didn't try the food so I am not giving it a rating. The food I did see looked pretty good. The drinks were very eclectic and the drink menu was extensive. The roll for shots menu on the back was a great idea and very unique. Even if the shots were really bizarre. The theme is older video games and it delivers in that way very well. It was loud but the atmosphere was pretty cool. I would go back again and try the food. They did say they had a Sunday Brunch.

I really enjoyed the Kirby dreamsicle drink and the Doritos loaded tots :) as a fallout fan I was excited to order blamco mac & cheese but to be honest my partner and I both found it lacking flavor in the cheese sauce. Such amazing food and drinks! I got the doritos loaded tots and the Yoshi sliders. Their tots are some of the best I've ever had as well as the sliders. I highly recommend getting the garlic basil aoli as well it was so yummy!!! The roll for shots is so fun and all the games they have in there are free to play. The downside is that it's a very small location that gets very busy so you'll most likely be standing if you go at peak times. It was some of the most fun out I've had though and I highly recommend!

This place was absolutely fun! The workers were awesome! And even tho I wasn't really hungry, I did have their french fries and they were delicious! And I got to play Ms Pacman! I hadn't played that arcade game in over 40 years! It brought back wonderful memories of how I met my late husband :)

Got the Mac and cheese with buffalo chicken, the Mac and cheese has no flavor and the chicken was not buffalo. Got the wario sliders, the meat was burnt and had no aioli sauce in it. We created a bowl with hamburger and it was just a straight patty on top of French fries that was also burnt. Only things flavorful was the secret sauce we got with our sweet potato fries

Went into Three Lives tonight. Our server was PHENOMENAL. I think his name was Alex maybe? He was so friendly, funny, and personable. He made us feel like we were best friends from the moment we walked in. We had 3 tweens with us & he never made us feel like a burden for refills or new drinks. 10/10 would be back just to have him wait on us again.

Always a fun time of three lives with plenty of community events, video games, friendly people to meet and talk to. While on the more expensive side, the food and drinks are satisfying and there's always new ones coming out, giving you plenty of reasons to come back for more. Had a great experience. Staff is attentive, informative, and friendly. The have a gluten free dedicated fryers. Owners and Chef seem to have put a lot of thought into their food, drinks, and concept. Looking forward to the cabinet games being operational (shut down due to covid). I can imagine this place being very packed under typical circumstances--all tables filled up on the Wednesday night I went.

You need to bring cash to exchange for coins, or they have an ATM. This is a truly unique experience in Syracuse, NY. When you walk in, there are TVs, not with sports playing, but video games live streaming. There are arcade games that are played with coins, which you can get from the front. We didn't get food, but everyone got a unique cocktail which all had very different glasses. There was even a drink with dry ice!

This is a barcade, and they are fully committed to that theme! From the drink menu to the bathroom walls plastered with comics. It is a small venue, but it packs a punch! The drink options were great, especially if you are adventurous enough to roll for a shot, and the food was good too. I had a veggie burger slider with sweet potato fries that tasted excellent! The food here is great. Bartender and kitchen, great. Atmosphere is a little sketch if you have kids (the staff was super cool, nobody cared that we had kids there), we took our 4 and 7 yos here and they both loved the chicken Nintendos and tots and the burger and wings we had were fire. Went here on a road trip thru the state and wound up here. Nice selection of games in a small venue, they play young people music (metal and electronica) and it's not the place to go if you're a stuck up yuppy. Syracuse has a barcade downtown?? YES! I experienced this for the first time this past Saturday night. They scan license so every time you come you ?level up? so neat. Retro games from Galaga, Mortal Kombat, Street Fighter, The Simpsons, and more! All the TVs have streams of video games like halo, destiny, saltybet. The drinks are super cool and creative. We stumbled across this place as we took a trip upstate to see the eclipse and we are so happy we did! The vegan tots and sliders were soo good yum - i love that they added jalapenos! All the staff were super friendly and the owner even gave us a walk through of the menu. We also played the roll for a shot which was super fun and a cool way to play a drinking game. We will definitely be back next time we are in the upstate area.

Three lives was great! The highlight was my celiac niece was able to enjoy gf fried chicken and french fries safely cooked in their dedicated gf fryer. The rest of us loved our sliders and tots. The moment we sat down and Alex came to our table, I knew he believed people can change. He was wearing the sickest Dan Flashes shirt and he fulfilled our sloppy steak order. 5/5 pushed back hair (NOT slicked back). He's literally our new best friend.
