Not great at anything, mediocre at everything. This is really the best way to describe it. So everything is paid for with an in store credit card that you buy credits for. For example, laser tag is 40 credits for 10 minutes. These are booked in I believe 20 minute blocks. Video games are 4 or 5 credits a turn and so on. You can add credits to your cards any time either at the front desk or at kiosks throughout the building. The credit packages range from 40 credits for 10 dollars all the way up to 1000 cred

We have been to the web a few times and I have never been particularly impressed. It's overall dingy and old feeling, but we go back because my kids like it. On Fridays they have an unlimited pass deal, so I took my daughter for a night out after she had been asking to go there again. It's really a good deal, except it brings out the worst in our area. Tonight, we were surrounded by teens out of control whose parents just took up space in the food court. The go karts became bumper cars with no repercussions

We had an awesome time at THE WEB!! I was here for a lock in event with my school, and it was a lot of fun. They have to carts, Lazer tag, punching machines, mini golf, mini bowling, and lots of smaller games around. The pizza provided by the staff was great! I appreciate the staff staying so late to accommodate our large group. I hope to be back soon.

I loved this place. We were here today and had a great time in the cars and on the games. We ate pepperoni pizza with jalape?os, it's delicious.

Verse Immersive Cincinnati is located inside The Web Extreme. The WEB has so much to do to include mini bowling, race cars, and loads of other fun games you can play for tickets

This place is awesome fun. We went on a Monday and we had free reign with the arcade games. Harry Potter putt-putt was cute, cafe food was decent, tons of arcade games...if you're Gen X or a Xennial, you will be brought back in time to a happier place!

I brought my kids to the Web on 4/14/25. It was their first day of spring break and I wanted to go have some fun and drive some go carts. I can't even begin to explain how awesome the young employees were. You don't see that very much anymore with teenagers. Not once did they seem annoyed or bothered that we were there. They all are very polite and had a smile on their face. I made sure to tell them as well. At the end of our visit, the manager was checking us out at the ticket booth, and I made sure to tel

The staff were good and friendly and it was pretty clean. ONLY 3 STARTS FOR YOUNG FAMILIES. ACTIVITIES ARE FUN IF YOU ARE OLDER BUT NOT AS GOOD AS OTHER PLACES. Go Karts were slow and small and are not good for people over 5' 8" or 14 yo. Not the place for actual racing. Laser tag is fun but most of the equipment doesn't work well. Arcade games were fun. The 9 hole mini golf was cool but doesn't take very long. Miniature Bowling was fun but can be busy since there are not many lanes.

The Web was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING when it came to helping host our Mother and Son event. The planning with Sean was so easy and super cost effective. The staff the night of the event was absolutely incredible. Olivia was the manager on duty that evening and let me tell you, that sweet girl was phenomenal. She and her employees did such a wonderful job making the night run smoothly. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Olivia was; she was such a joy to work with. Any questions I had or if I need help with so

Dirty. Terrible service. you don't even get to finish 1 bowling game for your kids birthday because the employee doesn't have common courtesy. Oh and a third of the games are out of order. Avoid

This was a fun little place, but unfortunately some of the arcade games were not very well kept. My sister tried using the Guitar Hero machine and the guitar only had 2 working buttons... Sucks we wasted our credits on a few machines like that. Seemed like the place is kind of becoming run down a bit. However, the mini golf was fun and so was the mini bowling. I do think the prices are fair and they do run special deals on certain days like "half off credits" for the attractions on the day we went.

This place is fun. Nice to have around for hot days. We did just about every activity. The bowling was fun. Food wasn't bad either.

Every Wednesday, my grandson and I come here, and we've been doing this for months. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist us with any needs we have. One time, my grandson lost his card while playing putt-putt. The staff understood how hard he had worked to save his points and were very helpful in locating his card. We can't say enough good things about how wonderful they all are!

Last night our school held a private event at The Web. It was amazing! With around 150 people in attendance, the night could not have gone better! The staff was incredible, making sure the attractions moved smoothly so there was very little wait time, keeping the food flowing as it was needed, and handling check-in & all other parts of the night with ease & smiles. As the person who planned this event, I can also say that The Web?s event coordinator has been a dream to work with. The customer service alon

Really good time my 8 yo and I had. Even though everything is half-sized, it's good, clean fun. The staff was responsive, it was clean and operated well. Definitely will take him back. ( the fastest go-karts are the two seaters.)

We brought my four boys there to celebrate one of their birthdays and had a great time. You know a place like this will be pricey but worth it as they had so much fun on laser tag and go karts and games. The biggest thing was the customer service. A young lady whose name I missed and a man named Cole saved our day when my son dropped his game card down a slot in a game. He was devastated but they opened the machine and got it back. We had a couple goofy issues with our cards and they took care of it all. T

Came to celebrate my brother's birthday. Almost all of laser tag weapons and headbands were out of order, broken, or in the wrong spot. Not a lot of prizes for adults if you're interested in that. Mini golf was fun and looked to be in good condition. Bowling seemed to work fine and we enjoyed that. Did win a whole bunch of ducks however 3/5

I've been to better places with my kids. I traveled an hour to get there looking for something new and could have went somewhere better closer to home. This place is out of date. Two good things are the electric go carts were fun, and they also have a unique VR experience that's not included in the pricing for everything else. If I was to go back it would only be for the VR experience since I didn't get to try it but more than likely we won't be returning.

Pretty lame. We played laser tag twice with our group of 5, and in total we had 3 laser guns that didn't work. The facility is generally unclean. That being said, the staff were all friendly and helpful.

It was fine. Not a ton of games to play, more pruze games with no prizes. It was an impromptu decision on date night so we did have a good time, would have liked more games to play.

Graduation party was great! This place took fabulous care of us and I had a very large party. Pizza was good. Games are fun. Go carts are great. Lazer tag was cool. The staff is excellent and friendly. Prices are very reasonable.

Terrible experience. We were at a birthday party. The manager approached me to tell me my son was stealing other kids' cards because she'd seen him on the cameras. We were just arriving, and we went straight to the cars. When we told her we were just arriving, she said she was confused because someone else was dressed like my son. As a manager, you're supposed to check carefully before you're going to complain about something. I didn't enjoy being there at all.

First time visiting The Web and had so much fun. So many games and activities to choose from. I really loved their karting game, air hockey, mini bowling, laser tag and many more games. I also tried their cheese pizza, it was so good. I would recommend this place for everyone even for kids. Can't wait to come back!

This entertainment center has seen better days. It is smaller than other arcade/bowling/laser tag places, like nearby Main Event. The prize center is also small. The reason I gave it a three instead of less is that despite the fact that the go karts are in desperate need of repair, the prize center is so small and there is noy as much variety of games, the employees are extremely friendly and caring, especially at the go kart area. Also the go Karting is not too horribly priced, $9/ driver and no charge for

There are a lot of games and activities. The trampoline is really neat! They have tv screens and when you're bouncing it records you and you can play games by jumping around. The only thing I don't love is that for laser tag, they switched from vests to headbands and the headbands we used smelled like sweat. Laser tag was our favorite thing to do here, but the headbands were really off-putting. The go carts are also pretty slow. But overall it's a lot of fun! The mini golf and mini bowling are fun. And you

The mini golf is the smallest I've ever seen. It took us about 12 minutes to play the entire course. The ninth hole gives you one shot and takes your ball. So, it's 8 holes. Not at all worth it. The trampoline is about 4 by 8 eight feet. The one in my backyard is bigger! My child was totally upset with the entire experience. Waste of money.

The Web is great! We went for the Verse Immersive, and it was a little disappointing. It's a very cool concept, but the execution wasn't great. My fiance and I were trying to play the games together, and one of our headsets would jump ahead while the other would lag behind, so we'd be in different parts of the experience. The staff said they couldn't fix it which is understandable. It just bummed us out a bit that we were missing fun chunks of the game. The arcade itself was great and fun! I would do the AR

First time trying this place absolutely love it! Great spot for kids and adults! Laser, go cart racing and games was so much fun! Great service highly recommended!

For the Verse Experience: very over priced! We waited nearly an hour past our reservation/ticket time and we were unsatisfied with the small room for the experience and our headsets didn't work well at all. The staff running it was the best part - very helpful and kind. We will not be recommending this experience. Update: The WEB staff reached out to me to see how to make things better and gave me a partial refund because of the wait time and headsets tech issues. I do appreciate this effort.

Yo this place is actually so chill. Mondays is half off, so it only cost $10 for the whole thing per person! ?? Our group of 8 played some mini golf, which is always fun, and then did laser tag. A couple of guns didn't work, but they got it figured out. The laser tag room layout is super intricate, definitely the coolest course I've seen.

The next step after Jump N Jacks. My son loves going here. It's got the perfect mix of activities like mini golf and bowling combined with the arcade games and go kart experience. Reasonable priced, and mostly clean considering the traffic. I have had issues with the attentiveness of the service desk, but that is to be expected sometimes during extremely busy periods. Overall a great experience and definitely a place to consider on the cold and rainy days.

Overpriced and many machines broken. Bowling balls would get stuck. Only positive was workers were nice. Climbing wall and trampolines only big enough for little kids.

Fantastic time for the kids and for me as an adult. Kids had fun playing games and laser tag while I grabbed some food and an ?adult? drink at their bar.

Had fun here. Thursday is half price games. We enjoyed the trampoline game, go-karts and mini golf. Staff could be a little more attentive to guest but overall a really nice experience and the place was clean, spacious and food was good. Fun date night or family night I imagine.

First time here for birthday party and I have to say it's a very cool place. Staff is friendly and helpful. The individual rooms are nice size. I highly recommend you have your kids next party there!

Full of trashy, classless people who have no respect for other people or manners. Reeks of Marijuana inside from people vaping blatantly. Dirty, dingy and run down. Management and staff are totally clueless and of no use. Felt like I was in a zoo and the zoo keepers were all high and didn't care about anything. Half the games dont work. Go Karts are falling apart and barely run. Most of the laser tag guns dont work. Half the bowling alleys are broken. Trampoline is not managed or monitored and had 20 non-pa

Web Extreme was fun. Their Laser Tag guns are top notch. Go kart is cool, maybe get some a little larger for adults. The arcade games are not good. They seem to be a rip off

The web was a great spot to have our 6 and 10 year olds birthday parties. They were very accommodating and had hot fresh pizzas for the kids. The party Assistant Tyler was super helpful on keeping us on track and was a pleasure to work with. The kids (and adults) had a blast. Highly recommend.

Held a birthday party here. Staff was great, the place was clean. Ample seating. The pizza was surprisingly good.

Clean. We didn't enjoy being here bc the acarde games were very limited, the attendant at vr and laser tag had no idea about the games. He mumbled and offered little to no help (but sweet) my son was too young to Drive the gocarts so he was bummed out. And it's a pretty. small place. Not coming back. I feel this needs an update.. Everone did accommodate our needs and we had fun. I think I was extra critical and stressed. We had fun for the decent prices.

Justice was our host, for my oldest son?s birthday party ? and was awesome! He made sure that we had everything we needed and accommodated all requests. He made the party stress free! Thanks!!

A great arcade. There was only one machine out of service. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Wasn't what I expected. The Verge Immersive Experience was fun but I feel was misleading in comparison to the pictures from the site. Recommend for a family with younger children. Not so much a date night.

This place would be fun. Half of the arcade games wasn't working and a few would take your credits but couldn't play them. The mini bowling only had 2 lanes open. We did finally get to play. They have a indoor go kart track with the electric carts and they are not fast. The staff seems to have no clue what's going on with anything but they was all young. There is supposed to be more to do there but we never explored the rest of it. I know me and my wife was not very please with this place.

Omg best Easter so far!! Great vending prices if you forget drinks and snacks...loved laser tag going to do it again! Wish the Harry Potter golf was more than 8 or 9 holes...great place for family time!!

Took my son and his siblings here for his birthday. They charge quite a bit for really not much of anything. They have a food court but the loaded chili cheese fries tasted awful! They can only do the attractions once which isn't very great in my opinion. Pretty much any type of arcade place I guess. I would not return.

Good for smaller kids, most of the times we went, a couple machines are out of order, and some machines eat your credit and it's a pain to go ask for reimbursements. Other than that the kids love it

Had a birthday party at the Web the sales director Shaun is great! Party was amazing and the kids loved it! We will definitely do more parties here

Great for family night, the food here is awesome and lots of fun package deals. We had a blast on the go-karts, playing laser tag and at the arcade!

This place was a bit pricey, and everything feels a little bit ?run down?, but there was a lot to do. Video games, go karts and glow golf. The kids had fun, but it did empty my wallet a bit.

Excellent service, knowledgeable staff, good games and food. Bought tickets online so there was no waiting. The AR immersive is amazing! Wonderful time!

Not sure of the store was broken when we went or if it was just off, but it was very warm! Most of the staff were very nice and helpful, however the pace is pretty ran down. Floors we're disgusting, machines took our money. Kids loved the gokarts. Minigolf was fun. You don't get enough time on the trampoline for your money. I'm sure this was a great place at one time, but not so much any more.

We are having a Birthday party here, the staff is exceptional and very good at organizing the details. They are friendly and helpful! Highly recommend! 5 star quality! Much better than Main Event! ??

We had lots of fun Specially Adam very attentive and helpful. I Will recommen him.

Lots of fun! Go-kart racing, mini-golf and laser tag plus arcade games. Went on a Friday night at 9 pm. You can play until midnight for $20 per person. Good value for great fun.

Good amount of games here for kids all ages. Customers from all walks of life and all ages. The Lazer tag is phenomenal just wished the games were longer in play. The employees are definitely younger and security is lacking. Be cautious of your belongings in here. I spotted many "lookers" checking out customers belongings while in the building. Make sure to keep your things on your body and secure.

Went here for a date night tonight for the first time and had a great time. The mini golf was cute, we played twice. Loved the mini bowling, it's better than regular bowling imo. The go karts were fun. The arcade was decent too, good selection of games to choose from. A few of the games had small issues but the staff was right there and super helpful and fixed it right away. Definitely will be back to try out the other attractions and sample the food. If you go, the pick 3 (or 5, etc) is a great deal and we

Excellent experience! A great place to throw a party for your children, grand children etc. lots of fun, family oriented. Great prices too!!! ?? Adults will have a fun time too! Recommend Lazer tag, go karts n augmented trampoline. Many more attractions, with plenty of arcade/games!!!??

Lazer tag is not great as many of the guns are broken and the arena is in need of some repair. On our visit, Guitar Hero wasn't functioning properly and several games were out of order. For what this place costs to do anything, I would expect it to be in top shape at all times.

we did Unreal garden and it was horrible and we actually got our money back. i would not try this. Don't waste your money

As far as my son is concerned their main attraction is the Injustice arcade followed by the Karting. I guess it's targeted more towards the toddler age group. Would go again after they restock the cards in the I justice arcade. The kitchen needs work though and the staff could smile more. Recommended

It was alright. Nice to try once or twice. Expected a stand alone VR experience. Not inside of a kids arcade.

This place still keeps going strong against the big leaders and this genre and I'm glad for it. The updated the putt putt golf. They got some new rock wall climbing situation and they have great deals to check out on the internet to see different days of the week. Give you a different value if you live within 40 minutes. Definitely worth going to

Not great for anything. Go karts slow, laser time is short. Short times on ticket games (used to about 20-30 seconds per game). Most were 10-15 secs.

Verse Cincinnati is Grace. Very interactive. There's lots to do here. A decent amount of games to play, other?s bowling, Harry Potter, putt putt, and of course the racing.

My Son and His friend wanted a nice time which they did but I was Horrified by the ladies restroom when I went in the Smell and How Dirty it was so Nasty it made Me sick ?? to My stomach and I asked the Young Man that work there who was in Charge of the Cleaning the restrooms and He said the Manager and I had Him to take Me to Her and I told Her about it and I end up going to McDonald's Because it's really Clean and I bought something to Snack on.

We came today to do the verse experience... drove 2.5 hours booked online. Got in early was cool. Could tell the boys there definitely did not want to be there. I brought up asking if my headset was supposed to be aimed towards the ground he said it's just straight ahead I said I was to the ground. Figured out in the room that it needed raised. Garden experience was awesome! The other 2 options space and art gallery were so disappointing... this experience is advertised super cool but the videos were not wo

This place was a lot of fun, great places for families and birthday parties. We are going to try have our daughters party here in a couple months. With all the outside activities in the summertime it was not very busy when we went so it was great.

So disappointing. I took my 14 and 7yr old boys. The first thing you see is dirty, old, stained carpet. I can overlook that. Our first ?adventure? was bowling. You're basically rolling a rubber softball down half a lane to hit pins that are controlled by strings. We ended up finishing our ?game? after two turns because the strings kept getting tangled. Several of the games don't work and took points out of our card. Games where you play to win tickets give out NO tickets - my 7yr old did NOT like that.

Great place that we squeezed in suring our trip. Pretty much had the entire place for ourselves. Go karts, bowling, games, mini golf and laser tag. They did a great job putting our room together and having the pizza and drinks ready to go when we arrived. Check out the scores on the laser tag. We crushed some souls today. We had to tell the kids just because you are good at playing the video games doesn't mean you will be good at laser tag! Bring back duck hunt!

Very small, something for toddlers to 12 year old. Laser tag and string bowling not too bad. Not really organized, just a free for all.

Needed to change my review. After a 15 minute wait they got us in. We did both the space walk and nature walk. It was pretty fun once we figured out that this was an interactive thing and not just a walk through. The space adventure was pretty informative and fun. You earn points by answering questions and can interact with some of the environment. It does get a little warm in the reality room though but all in all we had fun.

We stopped in early today to beat the crowd and my 2 boys had a blast. The mini golf was their favorite!! After seeing some of the positive reviews for Birthday parties, I am looking forward to booking one for them. We will definitely be back!

This was a fun first time for me! I found it interesting. I chose the Unending Garden (??). I didn't score much but it was still one experience!

We had our son?s13th birthday party today and the experience exceeded our expectations. I set up the event online and it couldn't have been any easier and user friendly. Trevor was our party host and did an excellent job. He made sure we were all set in the room with drinks and pizza. He checked in with us to make sure he was available for us. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We also had a fantastic experience with the Web manager, Tyler who also checking in to see if we needed anything.

Hi priced alcohol drinks??, machines eating credits, lacks structure. The lines weren't too bad in the beginning but to reload it was forever so we ended up leaving after bowling which area wasn't wiped down at all. It was horrible because I watched a lady prop her feet up on the couch, the sad thing about it was her group wasn't bowling at all. I watched the family on the side of her dive on it and roll around several times. I will most likely be giving away my remaining attraction cards. Only reason I gav

Our daughter?s 9th birthday party was amazing! Our party attendant Elise was extremely attentive, made sure each child felt included and kept a watchful eye over them during their activities. Elise also made sure the birthday girl felt extra special. She made sure I understood the itinerary and everything that was expected of her and of us. This team Put together a wonderful birthday party package where they do literally everything. All you have to do is show up. If you have a private room you can decorate

My family checked out The Web one weekend since it's a venue on our Pogo Passes. My 3 year old LOVES the go karts in particular! We love that we get to pick an activity once a month included on our pass and only have to pay for tokens for arcade games. Such a fun and affordable monthly activity for us ??

Had our son?s 13th birthday here and it was an excellent experience. Attractions were fun (go-kart and laser tag), but I was most impressed with the customer service and how responsive and helpful the team was. Trevor was our party host and he made sure everything went perfectly. We will definitely come back.

Had an amazing time with my two boys here yesterday, Trace, Cole, and Olivia were amazing!

We had my son's birthday party here and it was absolutely fantastic!! The management and young staff were incredible!! Everyone was so nice and understanding as well as professional. It was a birthday to remember. Thank you to everyone who made this day special. ??

This place was just weird. Half the machines were broken, rigged or just plain messed up. Maybe the activity's might have been better, but I don't recommend coming for the arcade.

My daughter and I decided 2 come here on a Wednesday because you get 5 attraction's 4 the price of 20 dollars per person. Also due 2 the fact it is spring break:) We were told by the nice young lady at the front desk about all the event's. She told us that the laser web challenge was about 2 begin in a lil bit and are 2 head over 2 the race car track at 3. So we started off at the laser web, where I ranked number 2 and my daughter number 6:)We had got an arcade card and played games b4 we headed over 2 the t

We came to celebrate my son?s birthday. Most of the laser tag blasters were not working?no head pieces. Many of the games were not working and to top it all off the A/C was broken and it was so hot! It's sad to see this place going downhill, we love coming here.

Overall a great little place. The mini golf was very entertaining and perfect difficulty for kids. The height requirements for the karts based on their speed is a little high compared to other places across the US. Prices aren't bad and games all worked. Definitely recommend

Friendly and respectful staff! Ty was great in helping us keep the kids for my brother's 7th Birthday party entertained and never without a dull moment! The place has plenty to do for more than birthdays! Definitely would be back and recommend to friends and family!

Whent for the VR experience, but they were running behind on schedule. Wish they had a bigger room for the VR and separate for each game

We just had our end of the season football party and had a great time! Sean and his staff were on top of everything, they made the experience a 10 out of 10!! We will be back next year!!!!

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
