Customer Reviews

The manager/owner Steve was really friendly and helpful. He even kept the place open an extra hour for my children. They absolutely loved it. The time flew by so fast and I enjoyed watching the kids! The technology is amazing. There are plenty of snacks and drinks to choose from too. And at a fair price. I look forward to participating next time.

Such a fun place!! Owner is great with kids of all ages! We've done a couple birthday parties there and the kids always have a blast! Also lots of games for adults, and makes for an awesome date night ??

Great place to have a birthday party!!! Pretty awesome experience. My son didn't want to quit playing!! Definitely recommend and is priced right!!

My son had his birthday party there and everyone had a fun time. The teenagers talk about it all the time and ask to go back weekly. I thought it was a little expensive. The man that worked/runs that night was aggressive and rebuff when anyone tried to help the children in anyway.

Went in without experiencing VR in in 10 years, and I was surprised. The gameplay & action feels real, but you are mostly stationary. Get ready for some physical interaction though, the actions you make, squatting, dodging, attacking, and defending feel accurate.

Was a great time for myself and my 6 year old. Owner was very friendly and informative. He made sure that we enjoyed our visit. We will definitely be going again!

This place is amazing! We stumbled across it at the RT66 festival and the games are so intense! The racing was so real and the beat saber is a total workout!! 5 stars Steve is a great guy!

Great individual or group games & snack bar. Say hello to the owner, Steve & his #1 staff, the gorgeous Jessie. ????

It's an experience like no other!! Nothing, even the VR headsets you can buy for home use, compares to room scale VR. If you haven't tried it out or are just curious, I encourage you to do so!! You won't regret it and you'll want to go back over and over!! Steve is an amazing host for your experience. He makes you feel welcome and comfortable and is very knowledgeable about the world of VR. He has tons of experiences so it doesn't matter what your interests are, whether it's shooting zombies or doing puzzl

The building is very clean and well organized, along with friendly staff to help you learn. Perfect for birthday parties or just a chill day.

VRXP.Rocks was a great experience overall. The pricing is rather reasonable and for better deals just schedule in advance. The atmosphere is friendly and they welcome newcomers. When it was all said and done I would recommend VRXP.Rocks to both new and experienced VR players.

I go to this vr gym alot and it's so worth it. Alot of the games this place has is good exercise! And he even has game for people people who can't stay standing up! Highly recommend.

A pleasant visit every time & a surprisingly high tech place for a charming little country town. Would recommend.??

Owner is super nice. Prices are excellent very family friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. Thank you Steve.

Amazing VR experience he has the HTC Vive and the Oculus rift only 25$ an hour and if you buy his card for 50$ you unlimited for a month plus if you bring a friend he gets half off!

The owner is extremely nice and helpful! I highly recommend this place to adults and kids! Very fun!

One of the few places that offer this service. The owner is a genuinely nice guy and is a gamer himself and loves to share news and updates about vr and gaming in general.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
