So much fun but so expensive also. I'm adding photos of the cost/point menu as I didn't see any others here. We came with a two family group. Kids ages 4,5,7,11 and 4 adults. We bought tickets/cards at the kiosks. Bathrooms were clean. Lots of snack and drink vending options in the arcade. I'd prefer to see a few more ?game? games rather than just ticket games.
Expensive. But what isnt these days. Lots of different tracks for all ages and other things to do. Lines weren't super long when we were there, so that was nice. Some of the go karts were pretty slow compared to others so my 13 and 15 yo boys weren't super excited about that.
Lots of fun for the family! The 3-story go kart track is super cool! Beautiful mini golf course, clean, and very friendly staff! I would say skip the arcade as many of the games were not working.
No entrance charge. Charge card based on what you want to do. Plenty of fun for bigs and littles and parents too!
The grandchildren loved this place and we did too. I rode the go carts and it was Awesome
Our family wanted a fun night away from the beach and pool. We decided on The Track as it was recommended by someone we met on vacation. We saved some money and bought points online before arriving. Our family enjoyed hanging out. We went on a few different go kart tracks, my son went on the kids go kart track, bumper boats, as well as the tall Skycoaster. We had a blast and tons of laughs while we were there! With a family of 5, you go through points quickly and it can get costly fast. However, we had a gr
This place is a lot of fun, we have been here a couple times now. They have several different activities including go karts, mini golf, rides for smaller kids, bumper boats, and arcade games. It is nice that they have slower karts and smaller tracks for younger kids to ride. The wooden go kart track is awesome! Prices seem fairly reasonable compared to other similar places. Everything seems decently maintained and clean. They seemed to be staffed appropriately. We really enjoyed it and would recommend stopp
We took our two kids ages 13 and 15 to The Track and we really enjoyed our time. It was a little more expensive than I wanted to spend, but it helped that there was a discount if you purchased the card online. With 60 points, our kids were able to ride the Wild Woody go-karts and the bumper boats and rest of the points (12) in the arcades. I wished the rides would cost a little less points to stretch the game card a little further. We spent most of the time at the arcade and even my wife enjoyed the fun (ha
Lots of fun to be had here!! The kiddos love all the game options inside the A/C but, going outside always puts a grin on their fave!! From the Slide Tracks to the Blaster Boats to the Wild Woody elevated track, The Track has a little something for everyone!! Our kiddos love the Blaster Boats most!!
Don't waste your money here. Probably go across the street. The mini golf is over prices $13. We at first didn't understand the point system they have listed to pat and get in. Confusing. We played mini golf towards the evening with horrible lighting. The play areas were very short and not challenging at all. This is good for little kids. Real little kids. We've played many mini golf games but this was the least of them.
Several fun activities offered including rides, arcade games, and mini golf. The cost per activity is stated in points. Once you purchase points, they are loaded on a reloadable card. It's pretty convenient. The facility was clean and the associates were friendly.
Very good experience. Bumper boats and go karts were fun for the whole family. Arcade was okay but the claw machines were the ones that no one can win. Spent over an hour in there and didn't see anyone get a prize. Removing one star only because it's expensive. $200+ got us about 2 hours of entertainment for 2 kids. Good overall.
Pretty cool place to take the fam. Rides are a bit pricey but the kids love it.
Family had a blast putt putt was fun and loved the go karts and arcade
Our group decided to try all the go carts and mini golf. The youngest was 27, oldest 66. Oh man, did we have fun. My husband kept spinning out. Others were always trying to pass everyone. By the time we were ready to leave my stomach hurt from laughing so hard. I must say that it was expensive but also a one time experience.
Fun with the kids, not many people at opening- had a few races to ourselves
Super fun! Needs more outdoor games. The go karts and water boats were so much fun, just needed something else. The roller coaster was cool, but bigger kids don't really get to enjoy it. The golf was quite nice!
Great family fun for all ages! I made great memories today taking my five year old daughter for her first Go cart ride and first experience on the Bumper Boats! I had a blast, but she did prefer the arcade. She loved playing the variety of games and when she cashed in her tickets for her prizes she claimed it was "the best day ever!" We enjoyed slushies, popcorn, and nachos from the snack bar. The facility, grounds, and bathroom was clean. The staff was helpful. Recommended for the entire family!
We had a real fun time. The only downside was the absolute laziness, rudeness and demeanor of a few staff. The young man who was manning the spinning coaster was sitting in a chair practically asleep when we got to the ride and was physically annoyed that he needed to lower his feet and pick himself up to let us on. He never even smiled or said one word. This is harsh but I would have fired him on the spot. The staff was young but you could see the difference clearly between unexperienced but trying to
Place is alright, well kept, it seems, friendly staff and professional, and seems to care about safety when riding. Hire teenagers or young adults to run the go karts, so there is that. Tourist money trap for families, so know that going in. Kids will love it, and mom and dad will leave with way less money. I do not feel the price is worth the ride. Busy, so the majority of people must disagree with me.
Me and my family really enjoyed this place. We visited during the sand in my boots concert. No wait time and a lot of fun for any age. Reasonably priced.
We were here at the worst time of the day, it was so hot ??! We played the putt putt golf, and I am telling you that 19 holes is way too much for that time of day! Again, very expensive, but if you want to have fun, you gotta pay for it! 12 dollars per person... Nuff said..
SO MUCH FUN! I had an 11, and 3 year old. Both were able to have lots of fun! We stayed on the family tracks for doubles! Got the $100 package, and was able to race 4 times as well as my little ride some smaller rides. They have a snack bar, and arcade games, we loved the go carts never done something like that and if you haven't you totally should! There are height limits on things, unfortunately my 3 year old was unable to ride some things. (Bumper boats, mini roller coaster, and he couldn't drive the m
Fun time for the family. Go-karts were super fun, and the slick track looked like a blast. Didn't make it into the arcade or onto the mini golf, but the mini golf course looks nice.
Had a great time. Woody track was the best. I well can't believe it costs $14 per person for a go kart ride but hey, 2024 right?
This is one of our favorite spots in Gulf Shores. Several race tracks to choose from including one for the little ones. Inside you have a moderately sized arcade with some food options. Tons of fun for the whole family!
If you're on a family vacation in the Gulf Shores area.. you HAVE to visit The Track! Our entire family had a full day of fun! We drove go-carts (both parents and kids), played miniature golf, and did the bumper boats! We spent a little bit of time in the arcade, but ultimately had much more fun outdoors! The lines moved quickly and we were able to do everything we wanted as many times as we wanted! It was a HUGE hit with our kids (ages 6 & 7) as well as the adults!
Lots of broken equipment. Attendants not really paying attention to what they are doing. We had an open gas tank on a ride and they ignored us trying to get their attention.
This place was really fun for families of all ages. They have 4 or 5 different go kart tracks for different ages and heights as well as a cool arcade indoors with ac, bumper boats and my personal favorite Is the bungee swing aka the accelerator I think, anyways they take you 100ft in the air flat on your stomach in a swing and when you get to the top the person on the right pulls the rip cord and you free fall up to 70mph and swing back and forth a few times until you are stopped and get off. Really fun pla
Everyone had fun. The variety of go-karts was what brought us here, but we enjoyed playing mini golf and arcade games as well. There's no entry fee, just a cost for the activities. They issue you a card that you load with whatever $ amount you want. Anyone can use the card, so make sure that you keep it safe. The cost of most activities is listed on their website, but one ride on the slick track costs 12 points ($12), so it's not cheap to do. Arcade games range from $1-$3 from what I could see. If you don't
Nothing like a day at the track, this place has a lot do. Three go cart tracks, bumper cars and boats and slingshot, for the thrill seekers. Putt-putt, kiddie rides and kiddie go carts for the littles and an arcade with skee-ball, claw machines, some shooters and simulators and coin pushers for everyone else. We stop here every year, and always have a good time. We buy the big points package and they don't expire so we just save any extra for next year. Just be sure to take a photo of your card in case
This place has so much going on for a family event, there is something for everyone. The go karts, swings, water boats games, it is all really impressive. The staff that was running everything was knowledgeable and they kept everything moving along and they actually added to the fun. I am definitely recommending this to family and friends coming into the area on vacation.
Super fun morning of our vaca with a 5yo & 8yo. We did all the kid rides, bumper boats, all the go cart tracks and a game of putt putt. And used up our last credits in the arcade.
Great fun for everyone, I am 39 and my niece is 12, between her dad who is 35 we had the best time riding go-carts!! The Track was fun, the staff was nice and the lines were not bad. We rode the big track 3 times, a for sure stop in Gulf Shores!!
This place was pretty awesome for all ages. I have a 4 yr 8 yr and 10yr and they all had a blast. They have go karts for literally every age, an arcade, bumper boats, and various other small amusement park style rides. The main track does allow for smaller riders to ride double with a person over 16. If you go here look at Facebook and social media. You can get discounts like $25 off $100 and they are always online only. (Honestly it's faster to buy points online and then go up to a kiosk to get your card
I highly recommend taking your whole family here! Loads of fun for all ages. Plenty of tracks and activities to choose from so everyone can play
Had an amazing time with my family here!!! The go carts were everyone's favorite. Especially the wooden track!!! A little pricey but worth the price for all the wonderful memories. Most of the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
I haven't been here in years. Brought my 2 young girls and we had a blast. The staff was very friendly especially this precious young lady my daughter gravitated to. Recommend for families
We always visit the Track..whether it's in Florida or our latest trip Gulf Shores in our great state of ALABAMA. Our grandkids love it and our granddaughter was so excited because she was able to drive by herself this time as well as our grandson. It was such a wonderful evening. Thank you for keeping such a wonderful part of our trips up. Keep up the great work!!
I am one upset customer.. I came in today with Five GROWN woman to have a great time in Destin.. We came down from Louisiana for a girls trip.. The attendant told me, since my hair was long that I could not participate.. I nicely explained that I had plenty of hair ties. A pack of hair ties bc we just left Walmart. MY HAIR WOULD HAVE BEEN IN A BUN.. Now my other ladies hair was in a ponytail but she told me no.. your establishment missed money based off her poor judgment.. Now I wonder if we were the only
Omg this place is RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE!!!! MY son can park my car but he can't drive a go cart there ?? but be ready to sirens 300 dollar to do everything 1 time don't waste your time or money. Run Down overpriced
Very fun park to bring the kids! Four different go-kart tracks for various ages and speeds. Bumper boats the whole family can enjoy on the water. Very nice air-conditioned arcade to pass the time when you get hot! As a suggestion, by your card ahead of time online and you can save a significant amount and then just walk right in and skip the card purchasing lines. If you buy the biggest card you end up playing mostly arcade games for about $0.65 each! The kids loved being able to race each other and reall
Unfortunately too crowded since we still shaving COVID around. Very few people wearing mask. Lines were endless. If you don't want to get sick do not visit crowded places.
Super clean facility, nice and cool inside, very relieving from the Alabama heat. They do a points system, where each attraction costs a certain amount of points. They have a fantastic arcade, bumper boats, giant swing, a wonderful go kart track, putt putt golf course and a tiny kids section. Would recommend. Nice on your way out of the beach.
This is a wonderful place to spend time with family of any age. Why not challenge each other to a do cart race to prove your the best driver. Drift the corners and fly on the straight aways. Can you out run you grandma, or will she win the checkered flag? Will mom leave you in her dust? Is dad as fast as he claims to be? Can you best your brother or sister for a chance at the ??? Only one way to find out! Hit the gas Ricky Bobby. Burn rubber bubber! The family track, The Wild Woody or the slick trac
Amazing place in my opinion!! Definitely worth checking out if in the area or one of the other locations, honestly wasn't horrible on the Price either
We had a great time.l! Putt Putt, Go-Karts, arcade, and OMG The Sky Coaster!!?? Not crowded at all, and not too hot!
It was a nice place for kids and family. Plenty to do and the rides last longer than most amusement parks. Much of it is in the sun, so if you plan on staying awhile it'd be best to preapply sunscreen. It was pretty pricey but in the end worth it because my kids had a blast. The grounds were clean and the staff was friendly ??
We made a day trip coming allllll the way from Louisiana - and we had a blast. The weather was gorgeous and the venue was NOT packed, which made all the difference. Our boys, 4 and 6, repeatedly went on rides, many times by themselves, and enjoyed everything tremendously. I echo the sentiment of pure JOY our boys had in being so young, but being able to drive their own kart, lol!! Easy to get points (initially purchased online)...and then add points to our card (as we ran out at the venue). I also apprecia
Local here and this is our second time visiting The Track, but first time riding the carts. The ticket costs posted are incorrect and the ride workers don't mention if you'll be double charged for riding together. I brought it to the manager's attention in the arcade and he proceeded to tell me how much the rides cost and basically blew me off. Overall, this is a tourist trap. If you just have to go, be prepared to spend big bucks here. We won't be returning, especially after being scammed out of many of ou
Great place to take the family. My kids (ages 3 and 7) were also able to drive their own go-karts there as well. The Woody (a triple deck track) was a ton of fun. We took the kids on the double kart as well. The process for getting credits was a little confusing and not an easy process for a large group is my only criticism.
Awesome establishment. Everything you could possibly want and need for your child's entertainment. We loved our experience my 4yr old enjoyed riding shotgun on the karts, kiddie land and the arcade. Her favorite part where the koi fish she got to feed. Keep up the awesome adventures for others I hope to be back one day!
Can't come to Gulf Shores without making memories at the Track! It has the best mini golf course and the fastest go-carts! Can't forget about the arcade with some of the best and top rated games!
This place is great. The bumper boats are a real treat. And the Track is an absolute must. We spent almost 2 hours just in the arcade. My son really enjoyed it.
The track is a a family fun attraction. It's a little bit pricey so utilize the coupons available at various locations around the area. They have multiple go caer tracks, and an arcade along with mini golf. Stop by the track and have some family fun
There are no people at the putt putt course. You have to pay for a card to pay for golf. You then swipe the card to get your ball from an automatic feeder. Problem is, it doesn't give you balls, but takes your points. We are out $24 trying to get it to work. Water smelled and needed filled, hole decorations were broken. Spend three more dollars and go across the street.
Loads of fun for all ages. Even when it is busy, lines don't take that long.
Great for ALL ages! This is the only place we have been were the littles have an opportunity to drive a go kart ?? very safe. The wooden and slick tracks were so much fun for the big kid at heart ?? inside arcade in Great for rainy out cold days.
VERY expensive but the teens had fun. They road Woody and the Super Track. We played some games with the last of our points.
We took my 3 children here while on vacation. It was very clean and well kept. The staff was nice. It was wonderful that they had so many rides for small children. My kids had a great time and didn't want to leave. We'll definitely be back.
I wish I could give no stars this place is a absolute money trap 15 dollars to ride the slowest go-karts ever my 82 year old grandmother's power chair is way faster than the so called go-karts I would be embarrassed to work there and rip people off on a daily basis not to mention you only get 3 laps for 15 dollars ?? ?? I pray God has mercy on them ?? scam artist...
Everything is by a ?point system? now instead of one ticket. So if you want to ride a ?14 point? ride 3 times, you're out $42. As locals we sadly won't return
My teenager and my husband had a blast. It's not my kind of fun so I just watched. There was bumper cars too. It wasn't too busy. Small lines to wait in and shade for the non-riders. We'd go again. Not too expensive.
Evening employees show a bias toward specific ethnic groups. A black lady stood up for my children and myself because both my family and other white families were continually ignored and denied rides for vague reasons even with empty seating.
I love The Track. There is something for everyone here; babies, kids, teens and adults alike. There is adequate parking and the area is lively and clean. Make sure to have a chunk of change in hand when coming here. They use a point system for all attractions. One point is one dollar. You can order point packages on their website to save a few dollars if you're taking the whole family which helps. There are four go kart tracks to choose from. Bumper boats, mini golf, a train for the little ones, a huge ar
Cool spot for an afternoon to entertain the kids. Bumper boats, go karts and lots of rides for the kiddos along with a pretty good arcade. Clean and family-friendly. Worth going to check out for a few hours if you're in town.
The sky coaster is so fun. Slingshot was cool and go carts were awesome! Been a year since I've posted this review for The Track. Forth time coming here! Everything was great except the vending machine stole $5 from me- I just wanted a moon pie ????? arcade is my fave part of it, unfortunately my review has become a 4 star rather than the previous 5 star. Though I will be back!
There are two entrances. The first has a larger parking lot. The kids had fun, they have to learn claw machines are a rip off. LOL
So much fun for kids and adults, the multiple go cart tracks, assure everyone can participate. Little kids have their own track and for the adults and bigger kids there is the woody. Most fun of all is the water cannon boats where kids get to soak there parents and perfect strangers. ( dont worry after 30 minutes you will be glad for the cool off)
Had a great time with the family, multiple kart tracks available and for kids of all ages. They offer mini golf, bumper boats and an arcade. This is a definite must if you have a family looking for fun at Gulf Shores.
This was a lot of fun. We are a family of six with kids in a wide range of ages and they all had a blast. There is something for everyone here. There are a number of racetracks, a squirt boat pond, and an arcade. The arcade focuses on games that allow you to win tickets rather than traditional arcade games.
Fun activities for kids of all ages! Go karts, miniature golf, bungee, arcade, food?so much to do!
Now this is what I was waiting for! GO CARTS!!! I really let out my inner speed demon! My kids loved it as well as my husband and I. Definitely visit this place if you come to Gulf Shores.
There is a lot to do here. Go karts , kids ride, arcade, mini golf, slingshot ride. Fun for kids and adults. $50 can get enough points for a family of 4 to have an hour of fun. If your looking for something to while vacationing at the beach check it out!
Good family fun place with a lot of games and nice go-kart tracks. The slick track is the best. Make sure to check your child's height before buying a card here most of the rides have height requirements
Go-karts were lots of fun. My 8 year old son loved the Wild Woody track. My 6 year old daughter loved the bumper cars. Kiddie track was perfect for them. We will be back for sure!
We had a mixed day here. I give one lonely star for the mini golf, was a terrible experience. We have tried out 6 mini golf locations in Gulf Shores and this was the worst so far. For the money I would have rather played Tiki Golf for $5. Pirates Island still our favorite, and the jurrasic golf was fun experience. The holes at the Track have big mounds around them and have metal cans that are dented and dinged. We had lots of balls kick out due to the metal cup or the slope around the cups. Even finding a g
Lots of fun, not too expensive.
Fun place. Go karts for all ages, miniature golf, bumper boats and an arcade. Highly recommend taking the kids out here for a good race! Please hit the like button if you appreciated this review
No public water fountains. Bottled water is 4 times the cost. You can save $10 if you find a coupon book
Arcade was not good. It seems that half of the arcade machines were not working. It was hot in there. And way too many people. Find another arcade if you can.
Wonderful place for kids and young people also for their parents was so much fun the prices are ok the service little slow but good people. I love it and my son even more
The kids had a blast here. All the games were in working order and the facility was very clean which is not normally the case for most arcades we've visited. The kids got popcorn and said it did not taste good but we did not try other foods. The restrooms were very well maintained. There was a large variety at the prize counter and the staff were very kind even though my daughter took a LONG time to decide what she wanted.
This place looks great from the outside, but is very misleading when you get there. The mini golf is great for the first 3 holes, then the rest of the 18!! Holes are so basic and simple. The advertisements online are only for the most expensive options but when you get here it ends up being $1-1 point. Probably wouldn't go back.
So much fun even fo us big kids. The lines are a bit long but it's great. Put put golf to go carts and everything in between. Been here with and without kids it's great time either way.
Won a master key game , and it didn't pay out , they basically told us to f off . That we would not be getting the prize . It's a small location and it's just a bunch of the same games. I recommend going to adventure island instead. 100% better and friendlier staff. Will never go back .
Family had a great time. Would highly recommend the slick track.
Awesome fun. The best go cart track in the area. Total worth the money. So many different attractions and rides.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Absolutely, retro games in arcades remain a thrilling draw in 2025! Classics like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Street Fighter II offer simple yet addictive gameplay, blending nostalgia with timeless challenge. Modern arcade cabinets often feature crisp displays and restored controls, enhancing the experience. These games thrive on quick reflexes and strategy, with vibrant pixel art and iconic soundtracks that spark joy. Arcades host tournaments and leaderboards, fostering a lively community. While modern games dominate, retro titles provide a unique, accessible thrill that keeps arcades buzzing.
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
