I've never written a review before, but I went to the rush funplex in the morning and there wasn't many workers? but the customer service was great, specifically Michael, he was energetic and happy to help us in every area we went too. He was very friendly and added a whole other element of fun! Don't go on a Saturday. The bumper cars were okay, too crowded and too noisy for my ADHD brain. The foam pit and climbing walls are probably the best. 4/5 mainly because it was just not my kind of environment but it had lots of activities that if we had gone during the week with less people it would be a little better.

WOW!!! What a fun place to take the family, play all day, and it doesn't break the bank! There is so much to do. The Go Carts were fun, but it's too dark up there and hard to see. Rush Funplex is an amazing place to go for some HYPE FUN, atmosphere is amazing is always super clean and a lot of cool updates come into this place, very relaxed and is a ton of fun. Very cool place for small kids. Employee was in 3 areas at the same time. Skate, foam pit and rockclimb. Props to the works tho starting the kid bumper cars for only 1 or 2 kids. Hilarious to hear parents complain for actually having to keep an eye on there kids in the foam pit and rock climb. I do not recommend this location. It is SO HOT in the arcade area. My toddler was red and sweaty after only an hour we had to leave. The go cart area was air conditioned but was too dark and sounded scary he didn't want to go in there. We were also told he couldn't climb on the machines to play the games but he's so small he can't play from the floor. We have been coming here for years, but unfortunately in the last 2 years the experience at Rush has gone down hill. No more bounce houses, they took out many of the foam pit activities, no tramp, rope ladder or pole to pull over the trapeze bar, and never enough employees. DANGEROUS and UNSAFE. They allowed a group of men to bring in alcohol slipped into other cups. Which aren't allowed. This group of men 5 total, followed my 14 and 15yr old into a stairwell and they jumped and beat up my two kids. They were on the ground and this group proceeded to stomp and kick them in the heads, face, backs and sides. Really Fun Place to Hang Out. Me and My Family have Been here so many times. Have gone there every Birthday Since I was 10. Their Facility seems to always get Updated with new Equipment and Attractions. Go Karts are the best Part I would Say. Mini Golf is Awesome , and so I the bowling and everything else. This place is really fun and has a lot to offer. We went on a Friday during the day with 4 kids. ( ages 4,5,9 and 10). They all enjoyed it. My only complain is that they don't have enough employees , there was only one person covering laser tags, rock climbing and bumper cars. We brought our stake young men and women to Rush for a fun night, and they didn't disappoint. Everyone had unlimited access to activities for 2 hours on a Wednesday evening. This place is horrible!! DO NOT let your kid go rock climbing here. These people don't even help them get hooked up. So while I was out of the country my daughter had to hook herself up here. As a nine year old that has zero experience she's not very good. She hooked herself up on the 35 foot rock wall. While she was at the very tippy top of the 35 foot rock wall she did her first jump down. The hook unhooked and she fell a whole 35 feet. She broke her pelvis and is lucky she survived. This is a fun place for Birthdays and family get togethers. They keep updating it, so it doesn't look old inside. They do require a signed waiver, so if you do a birthday party there, it will be helpful to let the parents of the kids invited know so they can sign it before leaving.

We went to a birthday party. It was highly overpriced for the passes. They need something for small kiddos to do and also need tiered pricing for adults and children. Maybe a birthday party package would be helpful. We had 27 people but didn't have 30, which gets you a discount. Little kids can't do everything that adults can do. The price seems a bit high. VERY disappointing. We used to love coming here but they have recently had policy changes and my kids were yelled at at every single activity. They are crazy about wristbands, will NOT issue a new one if a toddlers comes off and will not allow them on anything after it's lost unless they pay again. This place is definitely out of the way for anyone in the valley of slc, But it's not a horrible drive either. The kids had a blast everything was clean & well maintained. Expect for the roller skating ring. Definitely needs some attention / good cleaning. So many marks & scuffs. Food was reasonable - great variety of choices. Military discount is also offered on everything. All In all I love this place & I can't wait for the new location closer to me in Westjordan to open.

So much fun! I cannot believe how cheap this place is for everything you get to do in a few hours! Tuesdays is $12 for 2 hours and they are so nice and friendly they are cleaning constantly making sure your staying safe! This building is massive and holds everything from a skate rink to bumper cars and bowling and laser tag and games and mini golf, and foam pits, and an indoor go kart track. This is a great place to spend the day! Our granddaughter LOVED IT! She loved rollerskating, laser tag, bowling, the go carts and mini-golf. I thought that the $30 all-day pass was well worth fee money. The complex was fairly clean and the staff were professional and courteous.

This was our first time coming here, and we had a lot of fun. We played a game of bowling and then hit the foam pit and arcades. We plan on coming back to try out the other attractions. The kids had a lot of fun and are looking forward to our next visit.

It was sad to see how dirty the place was. The floors had all kinds of stuff all over them and you could tell by the way dust bunnies had collected under chairs and signage that they don't clean the floors very often. It's such a shame. It doesn't seem like something that would be that hard to do even areas of a rotated throughout the week.
