Awesome selection of old and new pins. Over 40 pins! Good selection of canned beer at cheap prices. Friendly crowd. Wish i had something like this in my home town.
best place in Richmond with the best people. the machines are in great condition, the snacks are cheap, and league is a blast! great place to bring your kids, your friends, yourself. ??
My Dad and I had the best time. Friendly atmosphere and great machines. I would recommend this to anyone who has a love of pinball. Enjoy!
Such a fantastic place and if you join with a membership and come regularly, you'll find you have a whole new family! One of the best places in Richmond to be a part of and come back to.
Wow, we (3} had a fabulous time. This is not what most people think of when you think of pinball. It's an incredible space. Very well laid out. Great decor and lots of different pinball machines. While the price is not upscale the space felt upscale. Definitely worth a visit!
OMG! Our group wasnt expecting much and boy did the raise the bar. This is probably the best place to play pinball on the East Coast. The reason? Very friendly staff and very good prices. If i lived in Richmond, i would be there weekly. Just Go!
40 classic pinball machines. Play all you like.
This was our second round of renting the pinball collective for a private party. Both volunteers we have had help us have been soooo kind, and love what they do. The new location is amazing!! Double the size and space, and perfect for food and games. They even pulled up the Sunday football games for us to watch. Thanks to Chris this time, and to the entire collective for such great birthday experiences!
Lots of fun! Machines are well kept and all set to free play. Becoming a member was quick and easy and I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys pinball.
Nice place. Good pinball and they serve beer and wine.
Great time had by my entire family. The 5 of us played for 2 hours and had a blast. There are 30 machines that are well maintained.
Fantastic Place and Super nice Staff this is a must stop for any serious pinhead
Mind blown. This place was so much fun for me and my son. We spent a couple hours here playing some of the old classics and some of the newly released machines. Its like a step back in timesee8ng all the pinball machines in there. Definitely worth taking the time to stop
RPC has about 40 very well maintained pinball machines ranging from the 1970s to today. All of these machines are set to free play. They have several of the newer Stern machines including Foo Fighters, Godzilla, and 007, and lots of classic pinball machines as well. The guest fee is $15, and a guest can play at RPC three times a year. A membership is $150 for an individual for six months. They have very reasonable prices on good beer ($3 - $5), sodas and snacks are $1. RPC is 100% run by (friendly) voluntee
The Richmond Pinball Collective is the best(and one of only a few) place to play pinball in the Richmond area. They have 30 machines in great working order from all eras. Check it out for a one time fee or become a member for a very reasonable monthly cost. Hint, it will cost you less to play here than any other public place. Plus they have reasonably priced and tasty beers!
They have a great selection of pinball machines in a fantastic setting. The variety is fantastic with machines from every era from the 60s through today, and the prices for free play were great to boot.
Came along with a friend while he competed in a tournament, and ended up playing in it. I had only ever played pinball maybe once or twice before that day but after coming here I can't wait to come and just play for fun again! The owners are really nice, and everyone in there was as well. Really cool place to go, check it out!
Well, I spend far too much time here! They have a wide ranging collection of new and old machines and a great atmosphere to hang out in. Everyone is nice and encouraging. This started as a collection of guys playing tournaments in their homes and now those machines are centralized so everyone can share in the fun. Thanks to the guys for bringing their prized and sometimes rare machine to share with everyone else. Watch out though, pinball is addictive!
Awesome place to hang out! Great people, fun environment with lots of good machines from old to new. Tournaments and league play as well!
Woo RPC! I've been a member for a couple years! Since COVID it's been easy to schedule visits online and sanitize the machines. Their communication via email is just enough, and free league is a great way to spend your time every week or two (at least under normal circumstances). They have a great selection of games that rotate fairly frequently as well as beers/ciders/sodas and little arcade snacks. It's centrally located right off the Midlothian exit off Powhite Parkway. Joe?s Pizza and Pepe?s are in the
20+ pinball machines!! Monthly pinball tournaments. A small selection of beers, sodas, and snacks. With your membership you're supporting a unique and fun non-profit.
Friendly players and staff. Just enough space for a wheelchair to maneuver. ADA bathroom. Beer available for sale to members and for those just there on a day pass, there is a couple of watering holes in the shopping center.
This is a really nice group of people sharing their passion for pinball. Walking in the door and seeing all the various machines... Awestruck. Really nice people and we felt welcome. Thank you!
Best pinball in town! Everything is well maintained and plays great.
Richmond's pinball paradise created by a group of fantastic guys :D 4 stars for the great vibes and games, minus one star for lack of giant blacklight murals!

Awesome. Simply awesome.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Yes, pinball tables in arcades remain a blast. Their hands-on, skill-driven gameplay delivers a thrill digital games can’t match, blending nostalgia with modern flair. Newer tables from Stern and Jersey Jack feature LCD screens and themes like Avengers or Stranger Things, keeping things exciting. Arcades are seeing a pinball resurgence with vibrant scenes and tournaments like IFPA events drawing crowds. Though less common than video games, pinball’s tactile charm and community vibe make it a standout arcade experience in 2025.
