Customer Reviews

I really enjoyed the environment and the bartender was able to manage the crowd that was a Lil tipsy on a Thursday afternoon with a smile and great attitude. Food was good. I think a burger would have been better than the steak salad...steak with a patty on it. Tasted good though. Definitely Pop in again.

Wow! This place is "spacey." Since it's a bar and grill, I shouldn't have been surprised. A 1st time visit for myself and date, it turned out to be just what the doctor ordered, having just come from Powell Hospital, and being very hungry. We arrived just after the pub opened. Service was fast, server had a beautiful smile w a great personality. Food was 'Top Shelf' (great chef!), and one meal would have fed 2 people. No need to cook dinner this evening. Always a plus. Place was easy to find and, as we trav

I'm a regular here because of the atmosphere is chill, relaxing and the Bar tenders are super nice. The food is def good as well, kudos to the cooks. Good luck finishing the Pretzel, its huge!

We have spent a lot of money in the Red Zone. The staff, service, and food is great. But, we will NOT spend another dime in a place that allows a person to use the incorrect restroom just because it is their "mood" for the week. Goodbye and good riddance to the deplorable clientele allowed to run rough shod in the establishment. Used to be great place to go.

May 29 '25. Was my favorite place for wings. They had small consistent wings and the best teriyaki sauce I've had. Still have the best teriyaki sauce but the wings were horrible. Looked like they came from deformed chickens and were huge. Probably the worst I've ever had. Must be cutting cost or got a special deal. Will be awhile before I go back to try them again. Lunch Nov 4th, '23. Service was excellent. My son and I both had buffalo chicken sandwich. Flavor was excellent. One had onion rings that were

Just ordered take out tonight. Two smash burgers. Delicious! Kudos to the cook!

The food is good. We went at noon and there was a drunk guy yelling every cuss word her knew. He was ordering shots and yelling. After 20 minutes we had to ask the server to open the outside up so that we could have some peace. We loved the food but I don't want to hear people yelling and cussing non-stop.

We've been here several times and never had a bad experience. We've had great food, great service, and the people of Powell are great company. The place could use some major updates, but that's just cosmetics.

Wow. This was by far the worst ?dining? experience we have ever had. We ordered a meatball sub and a salad. Us along with two other patrons were the only ones present in the establishment. It took an hour. The salad was iceberg lettuce with chicken nuggets cut up on it. Terrible food. Terrible wait. Also, when I asked for the bill, we waited thirty minutes while we watched our waitress stand at the bar and talk to her friend the entire time. Never coming back unless it's for the darts. By far the worst plac

Service sucked, food pretty good. I was impressed that the kitchen staff seemed to jump in when the waitress disappeared with her boyfriend.

Ordered and they made the wrong food so I politely waited for the cooks to make my order and told them it was no problem. However, when I got my order home the French dip was tiny, the rueben had no sauerkraut and only one piece of corned beef on it. The fries were soggy (I only went two blocks) and not fully cooked and the onion rings had raw batter in them too. I tried to support local as I hadn't been back to this restaurant after a bad experience when they first opened years ago but, I won't be back aga

Unfortunately, It's never very good. I go back every so often to give it another chance. Still disappointed. Our group had a steak salad, burger with fries and a BLT with onion rings. The fries and onion rings tasted like they were cooked in old grease the steak was cold, out of the fridge left over steak. The meat was gritty too. On a positive note, The waitress was incredibly nice and deserves a better job.

When we arrived, the waitress kindly informed us that a large order had just come in so our food would take a bit of time to be prepared. We appreciated her heads up, and decided to stay. The cook was working really hard and so was the waitress. Our food arrived in about 30 minutes and was AWFUL! We were really disappointed because the problem was the WAAAYYYYY oversalting of the burger meat. I have NO idea WHY they would salt it that heavily except to hide spoilage. We did not get sick, but the meat

The establishment seemed understaffed for a Sunday night. Our waitress took about fifteen minutes to get to us with menus. She was polite, but appeared to be struggling with the tablet/POS system. We received our food after a half hour. The burger was extremely raw, the fries were still cold and rather soggy. We sent the inedible food back and thankfully the waitress was able to remove it from our bill.

The best thing about this place is the bartender. She was super nice, had a great personality, and really welcomed everyone at the bar! She was fast, made perfect drinks, and talked up everything about Redzone. I think her name was Alexa and I loved her!!!! She's the best!!!

Food was not very good, the French fries tasted like they were sitting out for a few days the Philly steak sandwich was greasy and the same for the French dip and fries my wife had. I had been there before and thought my wife would like it . But it must have been a bad cook or a bad choice.I will not take her there again to eat.

The only good thing about redzone is the bartender. Alexa was so amazing and absolutely on fire with a full bar--every drink came out with nearly no wait, which seems impossible because there was always 20 people ordering at the same time. Nicest woman I have ever met!!

What happened to red zone? I used to love the food there, but this time it wasn't good at all (haven't been in for a couple years). I couldn't tell there was seasoning on the fries, they use cheap ranch that honestly tasted old (I think it was kraft), the meat on my French dip was kinda tough, and the au jus was not hot at all. I'm sorry if others feel differently, and maybe it was just the day I went there, but I was really unimpressed. I'm not one to usually complain like this, but I feel they either need

Decent food, good draft beer selection, lots of screens to watch football. The prices are a little high. The sandwiches and burgers and wings are good but the philly steak sub is dry and chewy. The staff are good folks to gab with but don't expect to be waited on hand and foot. We love the place.

I would give 0 stars, better yet minus stars rating, if possible! Do NOT eat here! The bartender/waitress was great, so this review excludes her excellent service. But the food was horrible and I was sick all night as a result! My husband ordered a smothered burrito which came with beans and rice. It was served cold. The tortilla was so cold it had just come out of the refrigerator. Cheese inside wasn't even melted. He sent it back and I watched the cook nuke it, then stick his finger in it and send

The staff is fun and attentive. There is always something fun to do. Arcade games are awesome and they even have Pinball!! The food is amazing and the new menu is a big hit. Thanks to the Red Zone for picking Powell and giving us a great place to enjoy friends, family and make new friends!!

I have fried mushrooms and coconut shrimp! Omg.... they bed these on homemade chips... I took them to go.. the chips they r good. They also have arcade games and pool tables. Really cool place.

The food was great. Service needs works. It was slow. But I wasn't in a hurry. They have slot of games. But most are broke and the ones that aren't cost to much. Would be a wonderful place if they fixed the broken games. Got staff hired.

I love the food here, and the homemade fries are the best! I havent had food this great in a while. They are quick with the food and have games and activities to pass the time. I would come here again.

Got a QB club sandwich, ham was cold as well as the bacon. My bun was very soggy and falling apart. Asked for ketchup and mayo and waited 5 minutes before going to get it myself because our server and bartender was sitting at the bar on their phone playing games. The party I was also with had multiple issues that is wrong with their food. Do not recommend and I will never return here.

I love the bar atmosphere but the food is terrible. I ordered the Buffole chicken salad and wanted grilled chicken. My salad had no veggies and they used canned chicken. A great place to drink, but find some other place to eat.

Cooks who do the wings do not know how to cook them, as each wing had a knife hole. This made the meat inside fry and overall make the wings not enjoyable. Restaurant is in need of a major remodel. Want to watch the game? Go elsewhere, each TV is too small to watch your team win. The large TV?s stay on SportsMix on DirecTV, so no big screen there. Also, for a $75 dinner for 3 it just really wasn't worth it.

Bad service, never came around for drink re fills, was on their phone instead. Needed condiments and had to to go the bar to get them. Ordered ranch dressing and it was mixed with blu cheese. Fries undercooked, best part of the club was the pickles.

Spent 2hrs waiting for food 1 refill. ordered didn't get guacamole on the guacamole burger, any chipotle sauce on the chipotle chicken sandwich, the waitress decided it was better to do dishes instead of getting our bill, other waitress wouldn't get our bill either. When We finally got her to get our bill she refused to print it out and swiped my card to find out it was the wrong ticket the waitresses fix? Workout the difference with the other party.

Food was good. Staff was great. Poor young lady was bartender and wait staff both but she did an awesome job. Kinda expensive 9.00 for. Bowl of macaroni kind hurt.

Worst chili burger I've ever had. The beans were hard, and the only flavor was chili powder and burned bun. Hamburger itself was full of chunks of gristle. Won't eat here again.

Really good burgers and fries. Fast friendly service. Had the bacon mushroom cheeseburger and it was quite good... I'm looking forward to returning to try some more menu items.

Something for everyone. This is a very cool place. The staff is super friendly and the owner is very focused on their customers. They have pool tables as well as a decent sized arcade. This is a great place to bring the whole family.

Nice bar and restaurant with pool tables! Friendly staff! They were a bit short staffed when we got there, but it wasn't too bad of a wait for food and alcohol. One of the few bars in the downtown area that wasn't smoking ??.

Last time we were in there they only had 1 bartender working for dinner and it would take 20 mins to get drinks. It was a good thing we sat at the bar. 2 women ended up leaving cause they never got served.

The service was great...this woman kept my drink ful all the time. The fries were fantastic. The burger....um...not so good.. I'm not from here...but I figyred a ranching community would have the best Clearly a Applebee's type ...frozen seasoned patties....mine was like rubber and couldn't finish it. I've had better from the microwave at 7/11. And it's topped with a leaf of romaine lettuce.. When will restaurants learn that romaine sucks. ...crispy shredded iceberg lettuce is the sign of a restaurant that

We made a quick stop here for a snack and drink. We got the BFP pretzel. Gave us all enough in our bellies to get us to dinner. 3 of us. That was one Big Freakin Pretzel. Service was great. By the time we left, 5 ish other tables got the BFP. Will be back.

I am a woman who felt SEVERELY uncomfortable going there with a man I'd met that night. The bartender was so amazing once I explained what was going on! Definitely will be returning! Thank you to that bartender ??

Bart is a great bartender, very friendly. Great service and a very comfortable environment. Make sure to visit during power hour. Jukebox, games, board tables, and food before 9pm.

Food wasn't hot, barely warm. Au jus had no flavor at all. Waitress was great.

We love going here for date night. House ground burgers and a great menu, staff is attentive and outgoing, and we always have a good, relaxing time time. Highly recommend.

Great place! My friends and I get lunch here at least once a week. Great food, service, and beer selection. Rachel is the best.

I went out to lunch with some friends today and the food sucked, my meatball sub was overcooked and the meatballs tasted like they had been sitting out for days, the bartender was amazing but I definitely won't be eating there again.

Was not my first time going to red zone.. but first time after covid hit.. food was not the greatest.. drinks are not the same.. amazing service she did not mess up the tab.. if we do go back it will be for appetizers and the service..

I have never had a bad experience at the red zone! The service is great and so is the food! I appreciate a restaurant that makes good from Scatch not cans! Thank you Red Zone.

I take my wife and employees there on a regular basis. The food is always good along with the service. Highly recommend

Great little spot. I had a smash burger, it was pretty tasty

Service was good. The friends were even better. And, if you're into it, the karaoke was actually pretty good. The karaoke host was awesome.

Such great food! Most all of it was homemade, including the ranch!! ???????? No wait, friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Amazing food!!! Wonderful service all night. Great bartenders. I love eating there, there is always great food with good prices.

great place to eat. if you havent been make sure you try their house sauce it by far the best ive had.

Very good service, friendly server but not impressed with the burgers. Very dry and over cooked. Probably won't go again.

The French fries were soggy and over salted that I felt as though my organs were being mummified. The cook did not wear gloves, and the server wasn't too friendly. Server dropped our Rocky mountain oysters and didn't offer to replace the dropped pieces.

Was very disappointed was told they would have walleye dinner tonight. No walleye so we ended up having burgers. But the burgers were good and service was fast and friendly.

I'm an out of town-er and it's my first night in town. I'm gonna be here for a couple weeks and it's good to find a spot like this. Great place, great service, and most importantly great people.

James was our bartender and he nailed my favorite beer at his bar. Love it. So awesome! What an awesome place!!

A hidden gem in Powell, Wyoming. Great food, good service and plenty to eat. We had lunch, and we're looking forward to trying dinner.

I had bone in chicken wings and garlic, ranch Frys they are really good ?? and they have so many new beer on tap ?? ?? ?? ??

This is a nice bar and grill with a small arcade in a small city. The staff was very friendly. The food was good.

Garbage service, only to be coupled with garbage food. A real disgrace to WY. Makes me sick that such a business can be open in our fine town.

Understaffed constantly (like everywhere else), food is average. Tons of TVs. Bathrooms need updated badly.

30$ for 2 small Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches and it wasn't all that great. sat over an hour ordered 2 drinks when we got there and never got them!!

Awesome service and food. It was a great find

Refried beans were burnt on the bottom and dried out, taco shell tasted like it was a month old, fries were cold, spanish rice was disgusting

I've always liked this place. decent food and friendly atmosphere.

Good place for a beer and some sports if you You are into that...food is actually pretty f Good for a bar

Good sized space. 2 pool tables and quite a few arcade games, lots of TVs and it was clean.

Slow service and cold food. When only 3 booths of people there. But server very pleasant

Please stop in and see Alexa!! She rocks! The food was amazing, fresh, and cooked to perfection..

Great food, service is excellent and prices are reasonable. Recommend this place to everyone!

If it wasn't for great friends I would have left. Could not get a free birthday beer.

Love this place. Good food and the staff are friendly and attentive.

A lot of good food. We enjoyed our lunch.

Waitress / bar owner was very rude and unprofessional

They ran out of Blue Moon on Friday happy hour. Great service though

It was a great time, with awesome service from a very nice bartender.

The food and drinks were good and the service was fantastic!

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
