I was in town visiting, so we thought we'd find a bowling alley and found this one not far off of I-24 in Clarksville. It was nice and clean, and the price was top tier, lol. $10 bucks to bowl all I wanted til my arm got tired. I even ordered a pizza from the all-star grill, and it was good as well. The pinnacle lounge was pleasant as well, pool tables and a bar. Definitely kid friendly lanes with bumpers. There is plenty of parking too. ?? ??
Kris (with a K) was highly disrespectful. He was initially very upset with me because I brought an outside drink inside (sorry) Anyways, after he threw away my drink he decided to serve everyone before me, even the ones who walked in after. He then proceeded to do it throughout the night, other people were noticing and complaining on my behalf saying they were good if I was served first. It was that bad. We went as a team event and other parents complained to the manager aswell. Highly disappointed with the
This place absolutely sucks! Always has a league going on... today they have 150 kids from school bowling. The public never has a chance to bowl. Then get told well tonight at 9:30 we might have lanes for the public. They need to just make this place a private club. A total joke!!!
Attended the state tournament for the youth. The staff was great, the place was clean. It has an arcade, clean bathrooms and a wonderful kitchen area. Food was hot, served quick and affordable.
I was excited to take my family out to bowl for a birthday in the family. I treated everyone to Starbucks and went to the bowling alley. We noted that there were no signs saying no outside food or drinks. Only no out side alcohol, which shows a lot about a family bowling alley lol. Anyways when we were purchasing our shoes and lanes we were greeted with pure disrespect about our drinks. They also denied speaking to us for 5-7 mins while the workers were chit chatting and laughing. Will never take my family
The lanes are decent, that's the only good thing I can say. With this being the best of the 3 places to bowl here in Clarksville it seems like every other time that I come here they don't have lanes available because of bowling league's. Seems to me that leagues are valued more than customers who aren't in league's. They have all you can bowl times fto. 11am to 3pm on mon and we'd both those are terrible times as most people with 9 to 5 jobs throughout the week.
Fun time on a Monday night. About $35 to bowl for an hour. I hadn't been in years and years. Getting the bowling shoes was quick and easy and they had a little slide my friend?s daughter could push the bowling ball down with assistance so we didn't have to use the bumpers. Glad to see this place is still kicking. Would love to see there be a few more lighter weight bowling balls, other than that it was great!
We had the best family outing last night at Pinnacle! We came at a lesser busy time, but had a blast. Bowling alley is clean and well-maintained. Front desk folks were great and super helpful. The concessions made excellent burgers and the cheddar broccoli bites are a good surprise! Highly recommend this place for a fun outing with friends or family!
A ridiculous charge of $1.50 per cup for $9 you can get 6 empty cups for your kids birthday, We will not be coming back next year.
We had a good time but we really aren't serious bowlers, that being said, there was no music playing and the atmosphere was really dull, maybe they have a better time on the weekends but this wasn't a place with fun and joy in the atmosphere.
All kinds of fun things to do at this place. Our entire family had a blast checking everything out!
Told me there was a 45 minute, needed to be put on the waitlist so I went ahead and put my name down. Got here when they told me. Walked in and could not bowl. Said it was another hour wait and had to put our name back on the list. WASTE OF TIME
Awesome Halloween Costume Birthday Party! Delicious pizza, beautiful establishment , most definitely kid & family friendly!!
Really Nice. Everyone was very kind , to the person that asked my husband if he was on here I wanted to let you know it is him but he didnt know I posted it and I didnt hear what you had asked . So sorry but will see you again I'm sure
Fun times, kids bowl for free during the summer. They also have a family package if parents wanna bowl. Concession food is good.
Very friendly staff, customer service oriented. They had a fun added bonus the night we went where if a colored pin was in the front position and you bowled a strike, you won a coupon for half off a future game...my husband won one of these. We didn't have any food, but the pizza smelled amazing. Not crowded the night we went. Plenty of parking. Clean and laid back. We were visiting from another state, but if we were local, we would be regulars here.
Well up under the bowling alley we rented the space to have a wonderful baby shower.private area reasonable rates surprisingly no noise interruptions this place is nice clean plus fun! You cant go wrong @the pinnacle! ) Its a Boy!!!
It sucked bunnz we got there at 9:16 as we walk in oh they are having a league playing and the sign says come back at 10pm so we play the arcade games until 10pm then we wait there for 12 minutes and the dude that worked there didn't even look at us
Poor experience. Won't put bumpers up and down for older and younger kids. Food was less quality of a dollar general. The pins never set up right, causing incorrect scores. The entire lane broke and just to get maintenance to come took over 5 minutes and they didn't refund us of that time on the lane. The best services I got was the automatic doors opening when I was leaving
It's a bar! It's a bowling alley! It's a random place to host a press conference for! We had the Tried-N-True/NWA pop-up pre-event here and it was a lot of fun with a great turn out. Good space in the area for a few hours enjoyment.
My son had a birthday party here and it was fantastic! I didn't have to worry about anything. We only had to show up and there was a table decorated, gift bags for the kids, they got pizza, drinks, and ice cream... And Angie, our host, was an absolute god-send, always making sure we had everything we needed and there to help out any time! Totally worth it! The kids really enjoyed the other bowling games they could choose and had fun with the angry birds, horse, and spooky haunted one... The games were only
Always a good time. Decent prices for bowling, friendly staff and clean!
Great place! Had a lot of fun! Will be going back! The staff were the nicest people. Highly suggest to anyone!
Bad customer service! I went in for a great time with friends, we started off playing games in the arcade area, which seemed fun at first. The system was down, so we had to wait for the lady to set up a card for us. Later on, we hit the 1000 ticket big bass bonus on the spinning wheel mashine. The display showed insert coins 1/4. We didn't have any, so we figured to try spinning the wheel again and see if it says something different. I didn't, so we went to back the counter to ask for advice or assistance.
Went bowling with bunch of grandkids. Reasonably priced and nice employees.
My son took me for my Birthday after dinner. I actually enjoyed myself. I haven't bowled in years so my score wasn't as good as my son's score, but I still had a lot of fun.
I had a great time, but I disliked that the balls didn't have any numbers on them so it was a little hard to find my normal size. There was also a variety of bowling games if your not into the traditional one that can be selected on the kiosk, which is at each lane. The bar in the back is pretty cool as well. Great drinks with great music and karaoke on the side.
Trash this time worst experience we ever had and the staff was useless . Lane kept messing up only thing they did was tell us to reset it. Bumpers are broken. Blood was on the floor in our lane . Only good experience was the nice gentleman who cleaned it up. Waste of 36 dollars. Instead of upgrading everything else yall should of upgraded the lanes and fix them
Great bowling alley, only thing I didn't like is you pay for time instead of per game so if you have a larger family or group you may not get a full game in an hour. Good things they do have these plastic slides to help younger kids bowl. They also have shoes for kids as small as 3 years old, also bumpers but they have to manually put them up or down.
The pinnacle offers a distinctive old-school charm that evokes memories of classic movie scenes. While its dated aesthetic may not align with modern bowling alleys, this venue captures a unique atmosphere that appeals to those seeking a throwback experience. Visiting on weekends, however, comes with its own caveat. The popularity means that it can become quite bustling, resulting in wait times for lanes that can extend to 30 minutes to an hour. While this could be seen as an inconvenience, it's a testament
Customer service is not a priority! Been there 3 times and stood at the counter for minutes each time waiting for help while staff chatted a few feet away. Guys in pro shop were helpful when I asked about new ball. Just moved to Clarksville and was looking to get back into bowling after a long absence, but felt so unwelcomed, having 2nd thoughts since this is only option in town.
My family and I came here to bowl for an hour yesterday. They charged all 6 of us 43 dollars and some tax. They don't have the proper equipment for children that prefer to roll the bowling ball, they're using ?kid slides?. I was told by an employee that they have to ?manually? let the bumpers up and down because they're broken. My issue is the prices. They're overcharging for bowling but half of their stuff doesn't work. My family and I had to play our game with the bumpers up the entire game!!! Terrible ex
I love this place. Great wings and drinks too.
Waited in line for 20 minutes to get our lane and shoes. Only one person behind the counter and she was kinda rude. 15 minutes in line to order pizza. The lanes have the newer style screens with the different themes and games, but they don't have the automated bumper system that raises and lowers them for different players. The photobooth wasn't accepting cash and it doesn't accept credit/debit, just the arcade game cards. The pizza was good. No soap in the bathrooms. ?? All in all, it isn't the worst bowli
Had my nieces birthday party here on a Saturday night. We had to wait around 30 minutes to get side by side lanes. You pay by the hour here now, not by the game, which kind of sucked because any game over 4 people isn't going to be completed by the time the hour is up. The arcade is larger than it used to be. Food is decent, and they serve alcohol. There's a bar on-site. Overall, I had a nice time here.
It's sad to say that The Pinnacle has really gone downhill lately. Their ball selection is limited for people with bigger fingers, but you can usually make it work. However, today's visit was pretty horrible. Firstly, the lanes were constantly breaking down to the point of needing their staff to go in and fix them, eating away at the hour of playtime we paid for. When trying to get issues addressed, the staff member behind the counter at the time was extremely rude. They did try and keep giving us extra bit
We had my sons 9th birthday party here, and I've never had such a terrible experience like this. So much went wrong, the only reason I gave more than one star was because of Roberta. She handled the situation better than the manager and was very sweet about everything. The organization of this place is honestly sad. I was told the pizzas and drinks were not ready on time or *even started* because of shift change. The timing of our party changed for whatever reason. Therefore, I recommend better help and bet
I've been going to the Pinnacle Bowling Alley for about a year and for the most part it's been a good experience except for today. I was on lane 16. The lane shut down while we were bowling four times. The attendant behind the counter did not apologize for the issue and called the maintenance person in the back to fix it. She seemed reluctant to let us know what was going on. My friend got us two lanes, one for us and the other for his wife and kids. We understood that it was busy, so when we asked to add h
Good place for a birthday party or just some family fun! most of the employees were not friendly. Only answered our questions, never offering any helpful suggestions.but we still made it in to a good time
Nice atmosphere. Food was good for a bowling alley. Our lanes kept malfunctioning. We had to switch lanes once and then the one we got moved to wouldn't send the balls back. We had a good time regardless.
This place was such a terrible experience for my family and I. The staffs are friendly but super under staffed. From the beginning we arrived on time but still had wait extra time to get our lanes as I already reserved a head time. I also paid for 2 hours party package, unfortunately, the kiddos only got to bowl less than hour top. I had Roberta who was the one who fill my stuff in and said it be exactly 2 hours. She seems to be the only person that actually knows what's going on and know how fun the bowlin
Went here for a few hours for a birthday get together. It was clean and the bartenders in the bar where great. Front desk was amazing at getting us placed in 2 lanes bc of the amount if people we had.
The only positives of this place are the prices which are very affordable, and the amount of lanes. But I will not be returning here. We went on a league night, so we knew there would be limited lane availability. So a member of our group went early to get a lane before they filled up. Their policy is you can't reserve a lane until your whole party is there. There was ONE poor server who had to tend 32 lanes, averaging 5 people each. (I understand everyone is understaffed, I felt really bad for her.) The
Pretty good bowling alley, family friendly
Bowling alley looks nice and in pretty nice condition. The bowling shoes need to be replaced badly and the service was okay but could have been better. I arrived to the counter where two ladies were available to assist me and check me in; however, both looked at me, didn't greet and started to service someone behind me. When I got to my bowling lane and table, the table had a near empty pitcher on it and needed to be wiped down. I asked the front desk to please wipe it down or give me something to do it mys
Took my 3 old daughter today around 11:15. Paid for us to bowl 2 games each. Pretty good prices. The lady at the desk was rude. We get to our lane I go back to the desk to see how the bumpers work and let them know her name and lane the younger guy does the bumpers for us and gave her a light ball. He was very pleasant. When my daughter and I were getting ready to bowl she tells me ?mommy that lady (pointing towards the desk) is mean?. I told her ?that's ok you don't have to talk to her any more the man is
My son's lane kept getting stuck, but the league was starting soon, so we were limited on our pick of lanes. They added 5 extra minutes so he could bowl his last frame, and he got his first 225. Drinks a little pricey, but It's still lively.
Having a lot of fun...food is very good and service is friendly!!! Have fun with the kids bowl free times.
Had a great time. Went for a belated Valentine's Day night out. The place was busy but not overly so. We hit up the arcade while waiting a few minutes for a lane to open so we could bowl. Prices were a little expensive, but I understand that it probably costs more on a Saturday night when we went. I don't know that for sure, though. Nice, courteous and helpful staff increased the enjoyment of our experience there. Oh, and the automatic, LED scoreboards were great. Will be going back.
Our friends got here moments before we did and paid for the lane, so we figured we'd pay for shoes then head over and start bowling together to be told it doesn't work that way so we waited until they were finished to start to bowl together. In the meantime we grabbed some food that wasn't terrible and the service was fine. However the big issue came when their game ended and we needed to head to the counter to start another. The line was long and that's no one's fault, however we were told that because we
If I could give them a 0 stars I absolutely would! I'm not sure what was worse the raggedy lanes that constantly had issues or the workers who were extremely rude and uncouth. The lane we rented constantly got stuck. When asking for assistance the worker at the front seemed to have an attitude each time we asked for help. After the game, we strolled into the bar where the customer service also was horrible. The elderly lady who was running sound for karaoke had an attitude from the time we expressed interes
This place is filthy. Even in the middle of the day, it takes a very long time to get anyone working there to help. We stood at the counter for about ten minutes waiting for the guy to come over and ask what we needed.
Nice atmosphere! It was the funnel cake French fries that had me a hello! Lol! I enjoyed myself here, definitely will return! They also have karaoke, and a bar!! Drinks are good! Bowl, sip, and enjoy!!
Lane 1 kept messing up taking away our paid time. I'm can lift nothing over 10 lbs and was denied an 8 lb bowling ball.
Honestly this place isn't the best at all. The staff the work the bowling alley portion aren't helpful and very slow. Had a party for my daughter there amd the lady with the black hair was very rude to her amd didn't know what she was doing at all. She was crossing stuff off of our list that was needed like the kinds of pizza and drinks we ordered for the party and told me my daughter she couldn't get two pizza because it was a pizza per lane (which we had two lanes if she actually took the time to read the
I've had good experiences here, but only because of the people working there. Lately, seems poor at best. Nobody wants to eat messy Hawaiian food while bowling. They don't have my favorite beer, they used to. It's a bowling alley. Not a restaurant.
High priced. Nice bowling facility. Had an excellent worker in food service area, who even tho he never smiled was definitely an asset to the company. Had automatic bumpers for kids that was integrated nicely so no long waits for equipment. Definitely be returning, even tho it is kinda spendy, with my children as we had a great time
Though being here was a little fun the food took way to long to be done I ended up waiting for my food for about 20 min. In the back kitchen I saw a women eating above the stove. Also the bathrooms aren't as clean as I would like then to be. But it was still fun being. There with family but I will not be coming here for a while
It's a nice bowling alley with decent prices. We paid for an hour when we went which was great. However our balls kept getting stuck. Probably happened about 6-7 times on the hour and that ate up a huge portion or our time. We asked to get longer and were told no. Which is fine. But seems like they need to do some maintenance
Clean, affordable, family fun. They are set-up great for kids with bumpers and ramps to bowl with.
We had a blast , Can't wait to go back even though I sucked ??
Would not recommend for afternoon bowling. Couldn't get any draft beer because the bar wasn't open and wouldn't allow us to get a bucket because they only allow 2 beers per ID.
Came here with my girlfriend who is 5'0 and 120 pounds, we asked politely to use a 6 or an 8 pound ball for her, but they refused to let us use anything under a 12 despite having them in plain site. It was really uncomfortable for her to bowl with such a heavy ball, the staff were incredibly unfriendly and they had the bathroom closed almost the entire night. If you come here with anyone who's not decently strong or even good at bowling don't expect to be able to use a lightweight ball or even bumpers. Wome
I usually don't like snack bar stuff, but they're doing up at this place. They've shaken up the menu a bit, but I'm really into to onion petals and the thin crust pizza...made my mouth water!!!! You can get wings or strips and the hot dog is an all beef monster (I remember those days). Looking forward to actually bowling vs just going for karaoke on Fri and Sat. I think it's time I really settled in to this family spot. Good for dates too!
It's a really cool place , we're well maintained trained. The staff are all super friendly and accommodating. The food is good. Lots of bang for the buck. Fun activities in the lounge, trivia, pool, great libations and live music too. Check it out.
Very bad experience. The bowling balls were very uncomfortable and it was hard to find one that would fit your hands. We had a party of six and they made us play on two separate lanes. Half of the machines in the arcade were out of order and the others didn't work well. The workers had an attitude and the candy from the prize box was extremely old. The worker refused to count our tickets so we didn't even get half of the prizes we could have gotten.
The bowling lanes looks clean but we didn't even get to bowling. My group went for bowling but saw there was a bar at the establishment and decided on a drink or two before bowling. Our bartender Kris was wonderful and served us serval of his personal takes on cocktails. They were all wonderful and easily bested any other bartender. Would highly recommend adults that would like a tasty drink to see Kris. He is good company and makes the best drinks I or the rest of my company have had.
My family went here for the first time. We all had a lot of fun. The people working there were all nice. The guy working at the concession counter could smile a little more and pretend to be happy but our order came out correct and I didn't let his negative attitude change the way I treated him and talked to him with a smile regardless, maybe he was having an off day? The place was clean including the rental shoes and the bowling balls. The bumpers can be set to rise up when it is a young person's turn to b
The manager Josh is awesome along with the rest of the staff, Josh was very nice and also very patient with my kids even when they took forever making up their minds at ticket redemption. Thank yall for always keeping the place clean and always being kind.
The staff was wonderful! Very big bowling alley, with a decent sized arcade. The balls holes were either too big or too small, which made bowling difficult. The other patrons don't seem to have good bowling etiquette, making the staff have to put more away. Bathroom was well kept up with.
Lady at the counter was very pleasant. The place was very clean. The only that bothered me was my 10yr granddaughter had to use a ten pound ball which was to heavy for her. Do it made her bowling night a little unbearable. Food was decent. We made the best of it.
I called ahead to check availability (5pm) and was assured that there was space for my party to bowl. Upon arrival, to an almost empty building at 5:30, I was told that there were no open lanes until 9:30 pm and argued with about the validity of my earlier conversation. My two little girls were quite disappointed to say the least, as was I. This is not the first poor experience I've had at Pinnacle. I will not be going back here... ever.
My thoughts about this bowling place is first off when driving at night the worst is you can't see when looking for the parking lot entrance. I went inside and it's very outdated in some aspects. The food could also be better. Despite this I did enjoy myself and when we had an issue the staff help us so the rest of our game was smooth. Great time with friends.
I couldn't get their website to open, and when I called to get information about pricing and rates, I was treated very rudely and even hung up on. I was just curious on what measures we're being implemented to ensure a safe and virus free environment during this pandemic time. When I presented the individual on the phone with this question, they informed me that all necessary procedures we're being implemented to ensure a germ free and clean environment and if I wanted to know more I should come see for mys
My biggest complaint is the fact there is no option to turn bumpers on for select bowlers. Do they expect a 9yo to bowl without them. When I asked about them, thre front desk said our lane doesn't have them. What kind of good quality bowling alley doesn't have this option? I will not be coming back.
we usually come to this bowling alley because it's the only decent one in clarksville, so we were very excited when they started doing ladies bowl free night and other deals since we are not able to afford to come as often as we would like. however, ladies bowl free is advertised on tuesdays at 8pm and later, which is also league night. we have come right at 8 the past two weeks in a row and they have a sign up saying no more games will be sold. when asked about if they will sell games later in the night, w
The website says they're open til 2am. They close at 1am. We got there at 10pm and had to wait and hour and half for a lane. We waited and then only got to play 1 game of bowling because they were closing and don't let you purchase games after a certain point. The workers are super nice and polite though, so hopefully next time the wait won't be as long and we can get more than one game in.
WOW. The place lives up to its name! Clean, well organized, smoke-free, not loud, friendly, with good food and low prices. We went there for karaoke and had a great time.
Worst experience ever will not be going back. really overpriced, super run down, the lane did not work correctly, staff was super rude and would not listen they just had attitudes the whole time and just rolled their eyes at us. all of our food was cold and it took a half hour to get drinks I'm not the one to complain But this was horrible.
Not a big fan of the bowling alley, but Kris and Megan are probably the best bartenders in Clarksville! Top shelf ingredients at very reasonable drink prices too
Total disaster. We wanted to have a nice team event with the company members. But it was not possible to any of the staff from pinnacle to make a reservation for 1/2 lanes. Next step to add more people to the was also not possible. We wanted to sum up all the cost for shoes, games, lanes, drinks and snacks to be payed when we finished the event, but it had to be payed prior to start the game individually. Last but not least the company credit card was denied due to the fact that they didn't manage to use pi
Spacious, good for hosting large events...
Planning a good time for the family? Avoid this place! Their bumper policy is beyond ridiculous. The incredibly rude cashier/hostess explained that the reason for the policy was to prevent damage to the plastic bumpers. My 9 year-old daughter was denied bumpers because of the height requirement, however my 24 year old brother in a wheelchair (with rock hard biceps and triceps) was permitted bumpers. How does that make sense? But wait, the lack of competence doesn't end there. After receiving my bowling sho
The staff was nice, the bathrooms were relatively clean, there was no healthy foods but that should be expected of a bowling alley. Lots of junk food and few options. The refills are reasonably priced. The bowling itself is fun.
Honestly the worst bowling alley I have ever been to. First of all, there was easily 10 lanes open, no reservations or anything, stood in line with my wife for over 10 minutes to finally get a reaction from 1 of the 3 staff behind the counter, just to be told IT WILL BE ABOUT AN HOUR WAIT. Thanks but no thanks. The parking lot was damn near empty too.
My Family seemed to have a racist experience on Karaoke night. It's 2023 people no need for racial profiling give everyone a chance it could really turn out to be something amazingly beautiful and God made.
Laid back, and great concession pricing! Gaming area is small, and most of the games were out of order or had no tickets. They did however credit us for the missing tickets/tokens. My kids really had a great time.
This was just my experience but I went here with my wife for a date night and when I was trying to tell the people what we needed a young man behind the counter started making fun of the fact that I was stuttering. I am on more than a few meds after a decade in the army. Not everything functions as it should I get that, but this was the first time that an actual employee of a place I was trying to give money to made fun of me. THEN this guy has the audacity to come bowl next to my wife and I. I know that th
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
