Awesome place. Augmented reality. That was cool. Indoor go-karts were awesome. It's like Mario kart. There are spots on the floor you drive over that give you speed boost or shields. A small button on the steering wheel to use the collected item. Go karts were amazing. The laser tag was great. Usually there's more fog tho, so you can see your laser fire. Nice bug arena to play laser tag in. The escape room was fun. We did the Alice in wonderland escape room. The other was out of order unfortunately. My only

I almost never feel like I get my money?s worth going to game or entertainment centers anymore. To me, The Palace gave me my money?s worth and more. There was so much to do here - from the arcade games, go karts, laser tag, and augmented reality. All of the attractions are really nice. We didn't even have time to do the escape room or bowling, so we're already planning a second trip. The food was also good and incredibly inexpensive. I was shocked when I got my bill and asked if there was mistake. The robot

This place is super fun! I strongly recommend the Verse immersive. It was an interesting, interactive, and fun holographic theater. We did the unreal garden, the star walk, and the game astro League. The center itself has many arcade games, a bowling alley, Go cart racing, laser tag, and a place to eat.

I have only been here a handful of times but I must say they have the best burger I've had in a long time. I don't know what it is about it but it just tastes amazing. I have also tried their classic Crinkle cut French fries and their onion rings. There wasn't anything spectacular about the fries but they were tasty with some Ketchup and the onion rings were delicious. The service is ok and polite but it seems like they're understaffed on a regular basis. The wait time can vary between 30 minutes to nearly

The Augmented Reality experience at Verse Immersive which is inside this arcade is so much fun! You are in a darkened empty room until you put the goggles on then you are immersed in a magical 4-D world where you can interact with the holograms all around you. You can still see through the goggles (which makes it Augmented Reality vs Virtual Reality) so you won't run into other people or the walls and you don't feel vulnerable or unsafe. There is a windowless window so that people can observe you from the a

The staff are absolutely amazing! There is fun for all ages. The owner continues bringing new attractions in and is so supportive of the community. I have worked with staff planning birthday parties and a work event there. They can accommodate any group size and look forward to creating many more memories there with my family and friends.

I love going here and taking the grandkids! Finally a place that is affordable for everyone! They run specials for $20, you get a wrist band to enjoy all the activities go carts, laser tag, bowling, escape room, and a $10 game card ( good for the arcade area) they have an area where you can watch The Kentucky games ( Go Big Blue ) excellent food and appetizers at a price you can afford. You can follow them on Facebook to see when they're having their specials. The owner is kind enough to run them often.

Edited: We had a good time here. Thank you for letting me know about the wristbands. I wish we would have been informed of this then. We didn't have a birthday party reserved but still celebrated my nephews birthday here! The prices for bowling are a bit high. But all in all, we had a fun time. This was our first time here.

This place is absolutely amazing I've completely recommend going here for any occasion adult child is very fun. And a special shout out to Chase at the price room it was very nice and helpful

The Palace is a nice family fun center with plenty for everyone to do. We I believe went on a weekday and it wasn't to crowded. Bowling was $5 per person per game or $30 for a group I believe. There were go karts for $8 a ride, passengers ride for free if driving 2, escape rooms are $15 per person for 20 mins, laser tag, plenty of arcades, and inflatables for younger kids to play in. The did have food but we didn't eat there so idk about it. We had a great time, it is a bit pricey though.

We had our son?s 6th birthday party at The Palace this past Thursday, and I can't say enough good things about our experience. Our son uses a wheelchair due to cerebral palsy, and we honestly expected most of his fun to be limited to watching the arcade lights and listening to the music. But we were so pleasantly surprised?everything was wheelchair accessible. We had zero issues navigating the space, which is unfortunately rare. Even more amazing was that he got to actually participate in the fun with his

Great place for individual or groups to go. Lots of different things to do. Great food and drinks also.

We always have so much fun here! Bowling, arcade games, escape rooms, go-carts, pool tables, there's no shortage of things to do. Food and drinks are excellent, the burger I had last time was very tasty :)

We came for a birthday party and it was quite fun! There was a large enough crowd because they were also hosting an event with Verse Interactive. In my opinion, if they are going to host events, they should pause birthdays. It was pretty loud, but that is to be expected. The food was fantastic and the kids had a blast. The 30 min decorating time is a little frustrating, but we understand why. We plan to have a birthday party here in December, so we will continue to come back.

One of my now favorite places. Done absolutely amazing made my kids birthday party so much fun. The staff was so good! They made sure we had the food and drinks refilled and was there to assist anything and everything we needed! When my daughter got hurt they was ready to help get her cleaned up n the mess with no hesitate. I'd give 1000 stars if I could!

Great Augmented Reality experience with vibrant visuals in an interactive game/puzzle environment. The staff were all cheerful, informative, and fun too. We had a great time.

Very nice. The place is pretty clean and not as expensive as I thought, except for their VR experience, which is $25. Their restaurant has really good food and service. It was $46+ tip for three of us, so not too bad, and there was plenty of food.

Me and my friend went here about a month ago specifically for the escape room. We were sold the wristbands, $20 each, because the person at the counter said we would be able to do the escape room along other things for a more affordable price. We get over to the escape room and it's closed. the arcade was fun though, and the wristbands do include game cards. We came back this Friday for the escape room and we buy the wristbands again only to be told that the escape room doesn't apply to the wristbands anymo

Great place for the whole family! We went on a Thursday and only paid 10 bucks per child and the adults got in free! The people were friendly and the place was clean. They offer arcade type games, basketball, wii games, nerf wars, lazor lair and inflatables! We will definitely be going back!

Drove hours to take my grandbaby to see the verse immersive..Saya 7 and up..but when we get there..they won't let us in..said they decided to make it 8 and up!!..if they gonna change things..need to change the website!.ruined trip. Wont be back!!!

I took my daughter (15) here last night for some fall break fun. We had never been before bc we live over an hour drive away & had never heard of The Palace. We went specifically for their newest feature, the VERSE AR experience, and we were NOT disappointed. This place had more ppl out enjoying themselves on a Wednesday night than most places I've seen! ?? Most guests we're either bowling or their kids playing various games (win tickets). There's even a bar inside with very friendly gals! No one was at t

Had a wonderful time. The augmented reality was pretty cool. Arcade was a ton of fun. The food at the restaurant wasn't anything to write home about but still had an amazing time.

Came for a homeschool field trip. On a Friday mid-day. They went above and beyond to care for us while we visited. All the families had a wonderful time and even the 2 & 4 year old were occupied and had a good time. We will be coming back for a bowling night. Pizza was also a big hit. Very clean facility and games.

I had 3 kids there 3/22/25 for 3 hours. We were all hungry and thirsty, but couldn't get anyone to wait on us. I went to the bar to order something and the girl ask me were we were sitting and said she had 3 ppl in front of me. After waiting 35 minutes we gave up, bowled and left. So disappointed. Elisabeth

Lots of games bowling and go carts. Golfing game big screen. and bars two bars... Escape room some things were out of service.. Herd food was good $$$$$,Classic games with fifty ish games each one..

Great place to enjoy your kids/grandkids. They love the track. Staff was nice as well.

This place kinda sucks. We go there for a field trip and barely anything was open. The golf simulator was shut down, the people never opened the escape rooms. The people were rude as well. Would rather go to Kroger for 2 hours than this place.

My family had a really good time there, staff was very nice and laser tag and all the other games were really fun as well. Definitely a good place to bring the family.

I absolutely love spending time here. Everyone is super nice. Madison and Karen are some of my favorites! They always have a smile on their face and are happy to help in anyway they can!

The staff at this place were GREAT!! We will never have a birthday party anywhere else as long as this place is open! Enough time for presents, food & play time. I would give ten stars if I could!

My kids love this place! It's great to have something like this locally and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure we always have a great time.

I was only there to attend my grand daughters birthday party.. But it was a blast. And my daughter who rented the place said it was reasonable price. So that's a plus too. It was clean and staff is friendly..

Checked this place out this weekend. Cant speak for the rest of the attractions but the bowling alley is TOP NOTCH! Great technology and very responsive blowing equipment.

We did the Virtual garden and really enjoyed it. There are many activities and a deli at the Palace.

They have a lot to do, especially for groups, the area is clean, many games and laser tag, escape rooms etc., a food court, bouncy castle. One side is a bowling alley. The kids looked like they were having fun, and I had a good time too.

This place is awesome I take my autistic son almost every weekend. Prices are very fair the staff is amazing. The bowling and go kart racing he loves the most but it's all great for a fun family day.

Excellent! Great food and drinks at a great price. Bowling lanes and atmosphere superb! There are lots of other great games and experiences as well!

Has a lot of games,a go kart track and a golf simulation area and of course really good food.

There are many interesting things for kids to take part in but most are not well maintained. The Nerf Wars Arena had few guns that actually worked, the air hockey table didn't have a disc and there was not a functional amount of air coming from it anyway. It was a decent way to spend a few hours indoors, away from the heat but it was somewhat overvalued in my opinion.

Such an entertaining place to take the family for some fun things to do. They have bowling, escape rooms, gocart track, laser tag, golf simulation and a ton of games to play. I guess you could compare it to Malibu Jacks if you are familiar with that establishment. They also have a couple large rooms dedicated to birthday parties or other gatherings and an indoor/outdoor bar/restaurant with pool tables. It's a really nice and clean environment. The prices for games and game cards are really budget friendly as

First a machine took 20 credits which is 5 dollars and it didn't even let me play they wouldn't give me my money then a change machine took 5 dollars and the front desk wouldn't give me my money and some of the employees are rude af.

Super fun! Kids loved it all and so much to do!

First time going there w/ the family on Saturday. I really enjoyed myself, and just seeing smiles on my Girls faces, was the BEST!! Excellent food....one of the best Burgers I've ever had in my life, and got to watch Kentucky play while I ate. I'm definitely gonna be going back ASAP. Ty to the staff for a great first time experience, we absolutely loved it!! If you like music, children of all ages, great food, gaming and having fun...then this is your place... enjoy!! ??

A lot like Malibu Jacks. Has bowling, go carts, video games, and AR/ VR experience. The AR is ok. Not what I was expecting. I prefer VR experience.

The first trip I ever took here was absolutely GREAT & our server was phenomenal. And the food was so good. But this 2nd trip my husband and I took here was not so great. And neither was our server. The restaurant area was practically dead besides us and 3 at the bar. She was in such a hurry to leave from the table when ever she did manage to come back over. And we'd have to flag and chase her down to get refills. Not saying this is a bad place and I can understand if the server was not having a good da

Our first time coming to check this place out and had the moat, absolute worst experience. We entertained the bowling side. The guy at the counter had no care in the world and did not want to do his job. We asked to switch to a lane with the bumpers up. He did not want to but finally did. My kid got a ball stuck in between the bumper and the guy refused to come get it out. The bumpers went down during a game and we asked for them to come put them back up. Instead of putting the bumpers back up, he got the b

We were visiting from North Carolina..This place was very family friendly..

This place is amazing! Just for a day of fun, birthday party or any other event!

Honestly don't agree with having a bar ?? right next to the gaming room they should have it divided off so families aren't having to look at it and have their kid's around someone that drinks, we were there today and a lady staggered around just about to fall down not even knowing what she was doing, It was our first time visiting and probably our last, Our than that everything was okay, And I'm not throwing down on people that drink what they do is their business but it shouldn't be visible for children no

My favorite place! Kid friendly, food is awesome, good people

We had an amazing time! Pizza was great. We never ran out of soda the entire time. We had Debbie as our host and she was really nice and helped up set up and kept coming back and checking on us. We will definitely be back my little boy had a blast!

Nice place to spend an afternoon, an arcade, a small indoor go cart track, Lazer tag, a Cafe, and bowling alley. Plenty of parking available, the facility has party rooms available, easily accessible at a traffic light. You put money on a game card and scan the card at each individual place in the arcade, go carts, and Lazer tag. The credits are deducted from the card for each item scanned, the games and events have a variety of credits for them. Granddaughter and I spent 2 hours without realizing it. D

Overall, this a great place! The facility is very nice with options for all ages. The bowling lanes are very nice. Food is very good also. The reason I gave it 4 stars vs 5 stars is they are under staffed and at times it just seems disorganized. I am hopeful it will get better over time.

This place is incredibly fun! I'm from out of state where I have the largest laser tag arena in the area, but this arcade has much more to offer! Lots of arcade games, bowling, laser tag, go karting, and a whole lot more. Will definitely be back if I'm back in the area again!

They accept kids bowl free, its not bern crowded. Very clean. Laser tag vests occassionally dont recognize being hit and laser tag staff often wont let you choose your team. Go karts are a favorite even if there slower than most places, but there local. Foods ok, bathrooms usually clean.

Never been bowling but been going here now twice a week for roughly 8 weeks with some guys that I work with. Shoen is an up right man the owners definitely have a good operations manager that definitely makes you feel more than welcome and will help if you need it!!!

They never opened the golf simulator and most of the arcade games weren't working

I was very disappointed in the escape room. It was a waste of money I called for, and got my reservation for seven got there. They said go on back, but they had no employee there. Then one walked up from another area and said he was giving breaks right now, and if we would come back later, he would be there to help us, but at the same time after we did do it, it was the worst escape room I've ever ever been and do not waste your money.

We had a absolute blast!!! They have all the things to have fun here!!!

Went to get food, no one greeted us only seen a sign that said "please be seated someone will be with you shortly." Gave it a benefit of the doubt an had a seat. Waited and waited, bar tender and several workers seen us but still not greeted or asked if we had been waited on. All in all we had to leave an that to me is very poor service. More than likely will NOT go back.

It's a great place and the prices are great too. However, instead of checking on my father when he fell while bowling?we were told they were going to turn the lane off if he did it again. Y?all, it was an accident. My father is almost 60 years old. Be nicer. That's the only reason for the two star.

Terrible place to go to, employees were very rude, would not help me or children with getting adjusted to go carts so I just decided not to even get on one . Several of arcade games were not working. No seats inside of viewing room on Lazer tag, can't see to tell who is in the room, plus no instructions were given before on how to do games. I will never go to this place again, it' was a terrible experience and costly!! 07/5/24 I know the problems with this place will not be addressed because I tried to talk

I would have made it 5 starts but the place so cold inside, for me. It was cold outside that day but...wow. Anyway, went there for a child's birthday party. I had no clue bowling was back in London. There are, I think, 10 alley setups...lots of video games...a go kart racing layout for young and old and plenty of room to sit down and relax...a bouncy house too for the little ones. There are 4 or 5 party areas...clean and lots of tables. You bring the decorations and you can purchase pizza, wings, fries and

Overall a great place. Bowling, Laser Tag, Escape rooms, Go Karts, etc. My only issue is that about half or more of the arcade games are out of order. Would be 5 stars, if not for that.

My boyfriend and I went bowling, go kart riding, and we played some games in the arcade.(all games in working condition) Everything there was fair priced. Everything was clean, including the bathrooms. All of the staff that we talked to were friendly and helpful. We were really impressed with the bowling alley and played two games instead of just the one like we had planned. Great job London Kentucky. We will be back soon.

This was a good birthday party venue for kids! They have 4 or 5 huge blow up slides and obstacle courses, a half basketball court, free arcade games, an air hockey table, an ping pong table, a Wii bowling double lane, and 2 rooms to have parties and eat... All at a good price per hr! They say no grown ups going through the blow ups but they are flexible as long as u aren't making it dangerous for the kids... It was a great time and I know all the kids really enjoyed it!

I wouldn't say this place is bad. It has a lot of neat and fun things for kids/families. But the open bar in a children's play area doesn't seem right. A child can't go into a bar. Therefore, I don't see how alcohol can be sold in a place meant for children.

Arrived around 8:30 on a Friday. Party of 2. Was not busy in the restaurant area at all. Couldn't get waitress to acknowledge my party, take drink orders, or anything for 15 minutes. We even got up and came back because we weren't sure they were still serving food. We saw another group sit down and their order was taken. So we came back. Waitress still didn't take order and had us wait. Another staff member finally helped us and put our order in. When pizza finally came out, we weren't even given plates.

I was simply in wonderment the whole time I was there. I only stopped in to check the place out. There are so many things that I can't imagine anyone not having a great time and with enough space to keep you feeling comfortable and safe. I had a blast just from just the positivity of the place.

Had some issues opening weekend but it shouldnt take long to sort out. Weve been 3 times, kids have a great time and thats something we really need, especially with winter coming soon. Update. Theyve been open a little over 6 months, we've rented for birthdays, been to birthdays, stopped in for special events, and on random days, probably close to 20 visits now. It's great. They've done a fantastic job and anything something goes wrong management has fixed it quickly. 10/10 rating from my family of 4 But

Come in during the 20 dollar special at 230. Was ok with the how busy they was. But because of the waiting list. Couldn't do anything. Basically paid 63 dollars for 30 game card. Could not bowl due to wait list and could not do escape room. The go carts and lazer tag had very long waits. . Should have been told about this before we paid. Especially with how busy they knew they was. Co owner said there was nothing they can do about it. Just felt like we was cheated.

Most of the games were working and the go karts reminded us of Mario cart! Super friendly staff but the bowling alley was crazy busy. Get here early if you want to bowl but otherwise you're good to go!

Went bowling, all lanes were full and everyone was having a blast. Arcade games are plentiful and fun. Food and drink were available and could be enjoyed by the bowling lanes. Alcohol served at the bar. Go-cart track, Lazer tag, escape room this place really has everything.

Family friendly, we thoroughly enjoyed it!

I've always heard great things, and even had fun there at other parties we were invited to. However, not this time. My kids had a cake fight. We made them quit but by then they had done threw cake on each other. They were trying to clean up in the bathroom so they could play. But the lady working kept yelling at them over trying to go to the bathroom because it was in the play area. So they used the women?s bathroom on the outside (7,10,11 year old boys ). The bathroom smelt like actual sewage and there was

Lots of potential but major problems. The credit bonuses make no mathematical sense. The bowling alley scorekeeping was inaccurate. The worst part was the man that followed me and my wife around uncomfortably close and even went as far as to throw one of our balls while we were playing an arcade game. Some of the staff was addressing him by name so they were definitely aware of him. We had to ask to move lanes when we were bowling because he wouldn't leave us alone. After a good deal of waiting they moved u

Fun entertainment complex with a variety of things to do and the food is decent. A little spendy but the place is clean and the staff is friendly

Awesome deals, great bartenders and cheap prices for wha

This is a great place for parties or any kind of get together that you are wanting to have. My husband and I had our baby shower there last year for myself, and this year (well here in the next couple of weeks) we will be celebrating our sons first birthday there. It is a great place for the kids to run and play, for the adults guys to play basketball lol, and for the women to hang out and talk and and have a great time. The staff there is very friendly and the building is always very clean. We will definit

We couldn't buy an unlimited wrist band because apparently from the rude worker it was 5pm and they stop selling them then when in reality it was 4:50pm barely even 5pm. We tried telling him that it was before 5pm and it's advertised too that you can buy unlimited wrist bands before 5 and it was before 5, but I guess anything after 4:50 it's already 5 and you can get it. It's ridiculous to advertise this when you don't get the wrist bands before 5. It's not worth dealing with that kind of business.

My son always enjoys himself!!!

It was good but my kids did not jump at all the were either to tall or to small or to young or to old like the bumper cars my kids were to young one was nine and a half years old and they were turning nine in one month so this is a two star experience sorry

I was invited to a 10yos party here, it was basic but fine until the older desk lady started ripping nerf guns and corn hole bags out the hands of several kids and another invited parent, citing that the party ended at 10 till and not at the top of the hour. She did not verbalize this before she put her hands on several young children. Won't be back simply due to the risk of someone putting hands on the children in the family.

This place is pretty amazing. The food was excellent and our server was on point.

Our family absolutely loves this place when we come back to my hometown! It's so nice & clean entertaining, their employees are always polite & helpful, and their food is delicious as well! ??

It was the best! Karen and Emma went above and beyond to make our experience off the charts! Would highly recommend this place whether a night out or a party. Thank ya'll so much!

So proud of Leslie and Craig doing something to give our families in this town something nice to spend quality time together. Great price on food as well. PLUS bowling!!!!! THANK YOU!!!

The staff were super friendly! Go cart races were so much fun. The lines for things were a little crowded, but so worth the waits!

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
