Awesome place. Augmented reality. That was cool. Indoor go-karts were awesome. It's like Mario kart. There are spots on the floor you drive over that give you speed boost or shields. I almost never feel like I get my money?s worth going to game or entertainment centers anymore. To me, The Palace gave me my money?s worth and more. There was so much to do here - from the arcade games, go karts, laser tag, and augmented reality. All of the attractions are really nice. This place is super fun! I strongly recommend the Verse immersive. It was an interesting, interactive, and fun holographic theater. We did the unreal garden, the star walk, and the game astro League. The center itself has many arcade games, a bowling alley, Go cart racing, laser tag, and a place to eat.

I have only been here a handful of times but I must say they have the best burger I've had in a long time. I don't know what it is about it but it just tastes amazing. I have also tried their classic Crinkle cut French fries and their onion rings. The Augmented Reality experience at Verse Immersive which is inside this arcade is so much fun! You are in a darkened empty room until you put the goggles on then you are immersed in a magical 4-D world where you can interact with the holograms all around you. The staff are absolutely amazing! There is fun for all ages. The owner continues bringing new attractions in and is so supportive of the community. I have worked with staff planning birthday parties and a work event there. They can accommodate any group size and look forward to creating many more memories there with my family and friends.

I love going here and taking the grandkids! Finally a place that is affordable for everyone! They run specials for $20, you get a wrist band to enjoy all the activities go carts, laser tag, bowling, escape room, and a $10 game card ( good for the arcade area) they have an area where you can watch The Kentucky games ( Go Big Blue ) excellent food and appetizers at a price you can afford. We didn't have a birthday party reserved but still celebrated my nephews birthday here! The prices for bowling are a bit high. But all in all, we had a fun time. This was our first time here.

The Palace is a nice family fun center with plenty for everyone to do. We I believe went on a weekday and it wasn't to crowded. Bowling was $5 per person per game or $30 for a group I believe. There were go karts for $8 a ride, passengers ride for free if driving 2, escape rooms are $15 per person for 20 mins, laser tag, plenty of arcades, and inflatables for younger kids to play in. The did have food but we didn't eat there so idk about it. We had a great time, it is a bit pricey though.

We had our son?s 6th birthday party at The Palace this past Thursday, and I can't say enough good things about our experience. Our son uses a wheelchair due to cerebral palsy, and we honestly expected most of his fun to be limited to watching the arcade lights and listening to the music. We came for a birthday party and it was quite fun! There was a large enough crowd because they were also hosting an event with Verse Interactive. In my opinion, if they are going to host events, they should pause birthdays. It was pretty loud, but that is to be expected. The food was fantastic and the kids had a blast. The 30 min decorating time is a little frustrating, but we understand why. We plan to have a birthday party here in December, so we will continue to come back.

One of my now favorite places. Done absolutely amazing made my kids birthday party so much fun. The staff was so good! They made sure we had the food and drinks refilled and was there to assist anything and everything we needed! Very nice. The place is pretty clean and not as expensive as I thought, except for their VR experience, which is $25. Their restaurant has really good food and service. It was $46+ tip for three of us, so not too bad, and there was plenty of food.

Me and my friend went here about a month ago specifically for the escape room. We were sold the wristbands, $20 each, because the person at the counter said we would be able to do the escape room along other things for a more affordable price. We get over to the escape room and it's closed. the arcade was fun though, and the wristbands do include game cards. Great place for the whole family! We went on a Thursday and only paid 10 bucks per child and the adults got in free! The people were friendly and the place was clean. They offer arcade type games, basketball, wii games, nerf wars, lazor lair and inflatables! We will definitely be going back!

Came for a homeschool field trip. On a Friday mid-day. They went above and beyond to care for us while we visited. All the families had a wonderful time and even the 2 & 4 year old were occupied and had a good time. We will be coming back for a bowling night. Pizza was also a big hit. I had 3 kids there 3/22/25 for 3 hours. We were all hungry and thirsty, but couldn't get anyone to wait on us. This place kinda sucks. We go there for a field trip and barely anything was open. The golf simulator was shut down, the people never opened the escape rooms. The people were rude as well. Would rather go to Kroger for 2 hours than this place.

They have a lot to do, especially for groups, the area is clean, many games and laser tag, escape rooms etc., a food court, bouncy castle. One side is a bowling alley. The kids looked like they were having fun, and I had a good time too.

There are many interesting things for kids to take part in but most are not well maintained. The Nerf Wars Arena had few guns that actually worked, the air hockey table didn't have a disc and there was not a functional amount of air coming from it anyway. It was a decent way to spend a few hours indoors, away from the heat but it was somewhat overvalued in my opinion.

Such an entertaining place to take the family for some fun things to do. They have bowling, escape rooms, gocart track, laser tag, golf simulation and a ton of games to play. First a machine took 20 credits which is 5 dollars and it didn't even let me play they wouldn't give me my money then a change machine took 5 dollars and the front desk wouldn't give me my money and some of the employees are rude af.

Nice place to spend an afternoon, an arcade, a small indoor go cart track, Lazer tag, a Cafe, and bowling alley. Plenty of parking available, the facility has party rooms available, easily accessible at a traffic light. You put money on a game card and scan the card at each individual place in the arcade, go carts, and Lazer tag. The credits are deducted from the card for each item scanned, the games and events have a variety of credits for them. Granddaughter and I spent 2 hours without realizing it. D

Overall, this a great place! The facility is very nice with options for all ages. The bowling lanes are very nice. Food is very good also. The reason I gave it 4 stars vs 5 stars is they are under staffed and at times it just seems disorganized. I am hopeful it will get better over time.

This place is incredibly fun! I'm from out of state where I have the largest laser tag arena in the area, but this arcade has much more to offer! Lots of arcade games, bowling, laser tag, go karting, and a whole lot more. Will definitely be back if I'm back in the area again!

They accept kids bowl free, its not bern crowded. Very clean. Laser tag vests occassionally dont recognize being hit and laser tag staff often wont let you choose your team. Go karts are a favorite even if there slower than most places, but there local. Foods ok, bathrooms usually clean.

Never been bowling but been going here now twice a week for roughly 8 weeks with some guys that I work with. Shoen is an up right man the owners definitely have a good operations manager that definitely makes you feel more than welcome and will help if you need it!!!

They never opened the golf simulator and most of the arcade games weren't working

I was very disappointed in the escape room. It was a waste of money I called for, and got my reservation for seven got there. They said go on back, but they had no employee there. Then one walked up from another area and said he was giving breaks right now, and if we would come back later, he would be there to help us, but at the same time after we did do it, it was the worst escape room I've ever ever been and do not waste your money.

Went to get food, no one greeted us only seen a sign that said "please be seated someone will be with you shortly." Gave it a benefit of the doubt an had a seat. Waited and waited, bar tender and several workers seen us but still not greeted or asked if we had been waited on. All in all we had to leave an that to me is very poor service. My boyfriend and I went bowling, go kart riding, and we played some games in the arcade.(all games in working condition) Everything there was fair priced. Everything was clean, including the bathrooms. All of the staff that we talked to were friendly and helpful. We were really impressed with the bowling alley and played two games instead of just the one like we had planned. Great job London Kentucky. We will be back soon.

This was a good birthday party venue for kids! They have 4 or 5 huge blow up slides and obstacle courses, a half basketball court, free arcade games, an air hockey table, an ping pong table, a Wii bowling double lane, and 2 rooms to have parties and eat... All at a good price per hr! They say no grown ups going through the blow ups but they are flexible as long as u aren't making it dangerous for the kids... It was a great time and I know all the kids really enjoyed it!

I wouldn't say this place is bad. It has a lot of neat and fun things for kids/families. But the open bar in a children's play area doesn't seem right. A child can't go into a bar. Therefore, I don't see how alcohol can be sold in a place meant for children.

Arrived around 8:30 on a Friday. Party of 2. Was not busy in the restaurant area at all. Couldn't get waitress to acknowledge my party, take drink orders, or anything for 15 minutes. We even got up and came back because we weren't sure they were still serving food. We saw another group sit down and their order was taken. So we came back. Waitress still didn't take order and had us wait. Another staff member finally helped us and put our order in. When pizza finally came out, we weren't even given plates.

I was simply in wonderment the whole time I was there. I only stopped in to check the place out. There are so many things that I can't imagine anyone not having a great time and with enough space to keep you feeling comfortable and safe. I had a blast just from just the positivity of the place.

This is a great place for parties or any kind of get together that you are wanting to have. My husband and I had our baby shower there last year for myself, and this year (well here in the next couple of weeks) we will be celebrating our sons first birthday there. We couldn't buy an unlimited wrist band because apparently from the rude worker it was 5pm and they stop selling them then when in reality it was 4:50pm barely even 5pm. We tried telling him that it was before 5pm and it's advertised too that you can buy unlimited wrist bands before 5 and it was before 5, but I guess anything after 4:50 it's already 5 and you can get it. It's ridiculous to advertise this when you don't get the wrist bands before 5. It's not worth dealing with that kind of business.

I was invited to a 10yos party here, it was basic but fine until the older desk lady started ripping nerf guns and corn hole bags out the hands of several kids and another invited parent, citing that the party ended at 10 till and not at the top of the hour. She did not verbalize this before she put her hands on several young children. Won't be back simply due to the risk of someone putting hands on the children in the family.
