My son was having his birthday party with three friends there today. We were so disappointed. I had found this place online and saw all of the activities they had there. We had told everyone that the plans were they could do everything. Two of his guest drove over an hour to attend his party. Once arriving we were told the go carts, mini golf and bowling were all not working. I paid almost $200 for the four kids to jump, play laser tag, ride bumper cards and get a $10 game card. I understand that during the week there aren't many people, but for those who do come, they should get to have a good experience. No outside food or drinks, okay open the concession stand. If you come during the weekdays, you can jump and or play in the arcade while being ignored by every staff member who decides to show up. Signing out the wavers and purchasing our tickets were easy, the workers were very kind! We had a great time in the soft play area. Kaitlin was a very friendly worker, ensuring the kids were safe. The indoor playground was very attractive for our young kids, they chose the playground over the trampoline park. We will be back!

Opted to have The Max host our daughter's birthday party, and 10/10 would recommend! They made the process super easy and fun. All the kiddos had a great time and the food was delicious.

The Max Family Entertainment is really ?? cool and entertaining for Orangeburg, This is a Great establishment for Orangeburg and the surrounding areas. Awesome for the kids especially so they don't have to travel to Columbia. I still think it's a little pricey but hey I'm cheap ??. Held my daughter's birthday party here. My wife did all the planning from out of town (we don't live here). The pizza was excellent as were the wings (shout out to the chef). The kids had an fun time and love coming here when they visit family.

What a fantastic place! My family and I were passing through on our way to Florida and found this gem! Trampolines, bumper cars, ball pits, arcade games kept our boys entertained on a much needed stopover. The staff were nice. The facility was clean. As the facility is new there was little signage outside and the parking lot wasn't paved. Overall, it was a great experience for both my 18 month old and 9 year old!

Was passing through on a road trip with my toddler and needed to let him burn some energy. Took my two kids here recently (they were 22m, and 6y). Opted to just do the trampoline jump for an hour. They asked if I wanted to go out there with them and just not jump so of course i said yes since our littlest was so much smaller than the other kids out there. Hosted our son?s 5th birthday party here and would highly recommend! Staff was friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was perfect for entertaining everyone which allowed us a great time. Well worth our time and money!

The jump area is big with lots to do, it is quite hot and u can't bring in outside drinks. The laser tag is very cool, dinosaur themed. Plan to spend at least $40 per person

The experience was horrible. We had a party there for my granddaughter and we did not get everything that came with the party. The hostess was absent. She came once to drop off pizza and didn't see her again. They gave our tickets to someone else. Horrible experience!

No water fountain??Be prepared to be forced to buy over priced water in a bottle or let your kid be thirsty. This place needs to consider their customers and not profit. How can you not have a water fountain in a place that promotes physical activity? Make it make sense? Also don't even place an order for food unless you plan to be there for at least two hours. The wait on orders is at least 30 minutes at the minimum.

This place is a great stop at noon on a weekday to let the kids run around a bit. I just recently visited. It was my first experience. I came with my niece and her children so they could have fun. The games were cool but the staff mostly stood around whispering amongst each other, staring at you, or acted as if they didn't know what was going on. We arrived from NY to visit family in Orangeburg during the school summer break. My daughter had a great time here, and the staff was excellent. Can't wait to return when the go-karts are there.

Great time, great place! The Max has it ALL! The best soft play area for small kids, a trampoline park, laser tag, arcade, a little something extra for parents! Took my son here for 1st time today. Place is very fun and affordable. Only 2 things I didn't like. 1st was it didn't have enough sitting areas for the adults watching their kids jump and 2nd for the parents that wanted to just watch their kids closely still had to pay to go into the jump Area even if you wasn't jumping. Other then that my son and I had an amazing time and we will definitely be back soon

If you have not been here, I don't know why.. The bartender Tempest was absolutely great, very reasonable priced. very friendly staff. Will definitely go back. my teenagers only complaint was they'd like to have had more video- arcade games. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the woman's restroom had a few stall where the toilet lids was broke. and the escape room wasn't open.

My 3 1/2 year old had a blast. We went on a Saturday at noon right when it opened. We had plenty of time on the trampolines, then we did the arcade, and finished it off with an ICEE. Great facility, clean, and friendly staff. Will return again.

Not handicap accessible! The handicap parking is on the side of the building. After you park, you must go thru gravel and rocks to the sidewalk ramp. Then, the ramp to the trampolines is 3 to 4 inches off the ground, where you should be able to roll up or down from the floor. The ramp is in an area where you can not maneuver to go up the ramp. The trampoline area was pretty nice but the arcade and spin zone was laughably small. Parking is not defined except for handicapped; so, you don't know if you are in a legit parking space until security comes out and makes you move. Customer service leaves much to be desired as well. I love to support local but in this case we will travel for a better experience in the future.

I needed a place to spend some exciting time with my two year old granddaughter and thos place did not disappoint. She had so much fun and two hours flew by so quickly.

This place has so much potential but they need to hire proper contractors to come straighten the place up. The work done is horrible. The bathroom was flooded due to the sink falling off the wall. Alot of machinery was down like the icee's, a few arcade games and the spinning thing on the trampoline side broke after we played on it once. We did have a good time though. Laser tag was our favorite.

Well for one, We couldn't even find the place. It's just a plain tan warehouse looking building with a gravel parking lot. When wr found the building we didn't know where the front doors were so we kinda hoped for the best. Inside was a shame. Only about half of the 17 arcade games were working, there wasn't any staff at the tiny bumper car area even if we didn't want to play and the trampoline park was just ok. THIS PLACE DOES NOT HAVE ESCAPE ROOMS! If I could give zero stars, I would. We drove nearly an hour because their website says they have escape rooms, laser tag, trampolines, plus more. We went especially for the escape room and intended to book laser tag and trampolines as well. They said they didn't have an escape room. I pointed out that their website, in-house TVs, and brochures say they do. The guy says, "Oh we do, but it's closed". Upon reading other's reviews online, this has happened to other people

This place is a joke!!! I paid $36 dollars for one kid to jump for an hour because of the spectacular charge. No I'm not leaving my 4 year old alone so we paid it. We've been to dozens of these places And have never had to do this! Plus it's really tiny And not cool at all. She was ready to leave before time was up. Disappointed that they would put a bar in a place where there are kids and families are suppose to be spending time together. That space could be better used for more seating to eat at. They need more staff, and someone to check the bathrooms more because there was no toilet paper in any of the stalls or the single use bathroom.

I'm visited from Columbia, SC and was in town visiting family. I grew up in Orangeburg, and I was presently surprised that Orangeburg had a family entertainment of this quality. Our kids loved it. The entertainment packages were reasonable.

My wife was tOld to come in and book an escape room. She gave them the date and time along with how many. So I drove there to find out oh it's not open during that time. Don't waste peoples time to get them to come in. My kids have been here a few times I can't believe the we don't care for our mistake factor.

He really enjoys going. This day the bumper cars and laser tag were not available. Only on the weekends or maybe when school is out over here. Still had fun and got some exercise! ??????????????

When we went there I paid for everything then they told me only 2 things were open I said I'll just take a refund it charged my card $54 and I have proof and showed her and they said it didn't come up in their system after I just paid and show them that it came off my card I never got my money back smh

My brother got a gift certificate from his school and no where on the certificate has a date that it expires and theu told us that could not accept it, the Manger person was rude about it.
