We absolutely LOVE our new Legacy Cumberland pool table from Man Cave Warehouse! It's now a feature of our house and is visible when you walk in our front door (it's in our lanai). We really like the look of it with the exposed dovetail and natural wood grain, and it plays very well too! We have already had many fun nights playing pool with friends and look forward to many more. Al was wonderful to work with and was able to expedite our delivery and installation. Thank you, Al! We have LOVE our pool table!! We love watching a movie and playing pool.. when it's too hot out, or raining, it has come in handy for entertaining ourselves, and my out-of-town guests! What great service! I bought my table a few years ago and had it set up ready to go. My kids left some stains on the table so I called to get the felt replaced. It was a great price at the Man Cave and Al took care of all of the details. Within days I had the felt replaced and my pool table is again like new.

Absolutely great experience! No pressure salesman and answered a hundred questions for me. The most impressive part was the delivery. They spent three hours at my home, making exact measurements while building the pool table, ensuring it was balanced throughout and precisely equal distance from the wall where I wanted it. I researched online prices before purchasing and they were lower than advertised prices from other places on a few of the pool tables I was considering.

We purchased a 7ft pool table. Delivery and set up took about 3 1/2 hours. Everyone was very professional and they did a good job during the install. A day or two after install we noticed an issue with all of the pockets - scratches and dents in the leather. They immediately replaced them all the next day. Highly recommend. Great pool table selection in the store.

We purchased the 96 inch bar with 4 stools, 12 ft shuffleboard, dartboard with wall cabinet and poker table with six chairs. Staff and owner are extremely professional and courteous. We made a few visits over and after listening to Sean and doing some research we decided to go with an 8ft Olhausen with Sinomis tournament cloth. I was sold a Arcade Legends 3 video game from this company(The Man Cave Warehouse). I was told they would come out and service this machine and that if I have issues then they would assist. This is far from the truth as I have had multiple issues now and each time this companies sends me to the manufacturer to get the fix and requests me to fix it myself. I have owned this machine for 17 months and now they are refusing to come out and help with this issue. This is a far cry from what they sold me!! Now

HORRIBLE! This place is fraudulent and should be shut down! Bought Pool Table from them. Reached out weeks later to purchase a top they said they had. Charged me a $500 deposit and called several days later trying to sell different products. Absolutely terrible customer service. One and done, will never buy anything from them again. I contacted the store and sent pictures of the merchandise, afterwards the manager automatically accused me ruining the merchandise. Finally, the manager exchanged the felt for another one after going back and forth for awhile.
