Went for a birthday party and they didn't seem aware of the booking from a month prior room wasn't set up or ready and initially they tried to act like the total wasn't already paid. Older woman who was working and running events tried to act kind but it seemed very fake and forced. My co workers and I love going here! Can't beat the price for laser tag, mini golf and mini bowling. My team are all students from GVSU. So it says a lot I think that we all find it worth the drive. We called yesterday to confirm before driving out and Melanie was so helpful and accommodating. When we arrived there was a guy that helped us all out. Thank you so much for being a fun spot to stop, great price point and a cool break from the outdoors.

Fun night for three teens and Mom and Dad too. We were in town for a Midwest vacation and spent an evening here. The guys liked the laser tag and ski ball is always a win. All the games were working, in good condition, and clean. The teens still wanted to turn their tickets in for some swag. They might be teens but still like their tickets. Celebrated my birthday today with a spontaneous trip to our local arcade spot and I don't regret it! We spent a good hour and a half playing Route 66 bowling, arcade and glow in the dark golf for less than 80.00 for our family of 5!! New games have been added and a great prize selection as well!

The mini golf is always a hit with my young boys. Place was pretty empty and just like the other reviews said super clean! I know we have 3 places for family fun in Holland and I hope enough people can find it in their budget to keep neat little spots like this around for years to come.

We hosted a birthday party for our child here and it was a great decision. Melanie & Jacob were working that night and went above and beyond to make it a ton of fun. They had a room setup and waiting for us, had a schedule, and were constantly checking in to make sure we were taken care of. If you are looking for a place to host a kid's birthday party I know all of the kids left and thought it was the best.

We went on a Sunday evening. First, they lost our reservations. And they only had 2 people staffing the entire place. One lady was staffing the main counter, the food counter and the prize area all by herself. Although she did the best she could for the situation she was in. And I thought the arcade/building was quite small for a venue like this.

My son spent his 11th birthday at the Lost City ... 10 boys playing laser tag, putt putt and arcades for 2 hours? YES, please. The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. And the space is just the right size to let kids be free for a few hours.

Ashawna & the gentleman running from laser tag to kitchen deserve a pay raise. They did amazing for Sunday madness. You would have never guessed there was only 2 employees. Definitely looking forward to our next visit.

Booked my sons birthday party and not only was it easy to book but my kids and their friends had so much to do and definitely kept them busy the full 3 hours we where there! We hosted our event at the lost city and had a wonderful time. The staff there are very kind and helpful, the assortment of arcade machines is nice and the pizza is good! Lazer tag is complicated at first, it took us a round just to figure out what was going on, but thanks to a great Friday night deal they run here, we got unlimited rounds, so once we got rolling it was a blast. A good variety of games as well as laser tag that looked like it would be a fun time for kids. They have old-school tickets that you get to collect from the arcade games. Not a huge selection for prizes but I was able to walk away with some miniture Holland clogs as a nice souvenir from a weekend vacation.

I planned my son's 10th birthday at The Lost City and everything was amazing! We did the Ultimate Package for 3 hours for 20 kids. They require that you order food and pizza through them, which I was more than a little apprehensive about. I didn't want it to be cheap quality, frozen style pizza. I was so wrong! Great time playing random games and laser tag with family members. Was not real busy when we went and got free rain of the place which was nice. Part of our party package was pizza and soda. Sadly the pizza may have been one of the most greasy pizzas I have ever seen. Over all it was real blast and everyone had fun.

Ryan was absolutely fabulous. We had grandchildren with us and he explained all the games, solved any problems we had with the games ASAP, and most importantly was kind and caring. HUGE shout to Kev & Shawna. We brought our Fruitport High & Middle School Campus Life groups down & they were incredibly helpful & accommodating. I love their laser tag, but every time I come here and play, I get sick for 2-3 days. Last year, I got a fever, six months ago, I got Covid, and last Sunday, I got the norovirus. All three times I got sick and missed work last year just happens to be right when I play laser tag. I don't know if it's happenstance or I get the equipment from someone who was sick, but I am destined to get sick if I play.

The laser tag was great! Ryan made sure the kids had a great time, he was great! The mini golf was your standard mini golf. The arcade was SUPER over priced! You ran through credits like crazy, because most games were 30+ credits per play. The art work was awesome!

Had our youngest son's birthday party here. The staff was professional and the party was a blast and well run. The staff scheduled out the activities well, so we were able to pace out the activities during the 2 hour party without feeling rushed or bored between them. The pizza was also surprisingly good. Travelled to Holland from the SE side of the state for a week stay and had this place eagerly pegged for a rainy day activity. UPDATE: a year after our first trip we came back and still in great shape. Staff was friendly (which is rare in arcades). ORIGINAL: As an adult couple, we enjoy going to play interactive arcade games at various locations, and this one didn't disappoint. We went here for a youth group event and the staff was extremely accommodating. They met all of our needs and our students had a great time and already want to go back. The ?Fire Til You Tire? was a great experience and the best laser tag that any of us had ever done. The quality was top notch. Wow, just left this place and soo disappointed. We went in to play mineture golf and enjoy the arcade but due to the lack of any form of AC or even fans to move the air, it was ridiculously ??hot. This arcade and laser tag venue has a cool old school vibe to it. I live over an hour away, but it's always worth the drive to me. The laser tag room is big and multi-layered, a ton of fun. The tokens for the arcade games are super affordable, and the machines give enough tickets to make it fun. Staff was friendly and seemed happy to have you there. The laser tag is awesome, and it was recently updated. The arcade needs a little work but it is still fun. The mini golf can be a little clunky but not bad. The mini bowling is a little finicky but really fun. The prices are very reasonable and I would say cheap.

Attended a pre booked party here and everything was terrible. Severely understaffed, horribly over booked and just plain overcrowded. Far too many parties were shoved into a tiny space. 5 pizzas ordered came out sporadically over the course of 1.5 hours. I reserved a 2 hour time slot for my IT department Christmas lunch here and we had an amazing time. The laser tag arena was a good size and had a variety of levels and features. The equipment was top notch and the staff was awesome. We had pizza about 1/2 way through - which tasted great. I love going to this place. I find it more affordable for me and I like the options. The laser's tag is fun and has different modes you can play as. I am not there to eat food, but their drinks are a bit pricey, but most arcade places' food options are. It has a small town feel and is a fun rainy day activity. I have been going here for over two years now. My family members and I have ALL purchased memberships by now which are a great way to save yourself some money and track your skill level! Good place to take the kids, and Entertaining for adults. Place is fairly clean, considering kids tend to be messy sometimes. Staff are very patient with the kids, which makes a big difference. Laser tag is well designed and equipment is good. If you are going for laser tag, you should check on Google to see how busy the place is. Busier is BETTER in this case, so there's competition for laser tag.

Absolutely love this place. We take our son here quite a bit, and my wife and I have gone just the two of us also lol. Arcade games are very reasonable, the mini golf is a smaller course, but it is a lot of fun. The laser tag is very reasonably priced and run for 15 minute games, not only 5 minutes like most places. On the weekends for a good cardio work out check out their 3 hour laser tag games.

Honestly, I wish I could rate it lower if I could. One they didn't even give us tickets for any of the games we won, spent over $100 there and didn't leave with anything?why? Because we didn't receive our tickets. Went to ask for help but the workers were all in the back and never came out when I was standing there for a long time, only time she came out was to grab her KFC, and all the workers were very unprofessional and were running in and out of the store. Won't be coming back here.

The whole family loves an afternoon at The Lost City they have laser tag, miniature golf and tons of arcade games, even the old school ones. Bang for the buck! Being inside didn't let that hinder the fun. Awesome multi-level Lazer tag with multiple different game settings, arcade games for all ages and average priced, small indoor miniature golf to test your pro skills, they've got pizza at a resononable price amongst other things and to put a cherry on top... Staff was friendly and accommodating. Only issue I saw was lack of seating in the event of being busy.

They've updated everything so it looks really good in there. Definitely worth checking out if you haven't been there recently. The kids love the laser tag and it's fun for adults too.

Had an awful time when we drove 2 hours to come enjoy the day. Had a group trying to play during our game and when we talked to a manager to get money back they had an attitude and proceeded to the entire time while they did a refund for the things we didn't do; we decided Craig's cruisers will be a much better experience. Don't waste your time here just go a little ways away and enjoy that instead. I definitely will not be returning here for any reason.

Showed up just in time to be rushed into the "tornado shelter" because the weather outside was horrendous. Once done with that my group played a ton of fun games and had a great time. The selection of activities is well curated and this is a good place to go to kill time.
