The lazor tag was tons of fun and very decently priced compared to others I've been at. The pizza was pretty good too. My only complaint is that in the arcade area, some of the games don't give you your tickets on your card at all. My son won the jackpot on 2 games and it only gave him the tickets for one(however they did correct it and put onto his card since i had a picture). And my other son didnt get all of his, but I couldn't prove which games didnt give him the tickets. He had $55 worth on his card an

No ice in the machine , stuff on the tables, tape on the walls, stuff on the floor. I used to come here all the time when I was younger and loved it! I came the other day and it's still so much fun, employees are helpful and kind! Overall a really good atmosphere and a great way to spend a day!

Went there for the adult night unlimited pizza, Lazer tag, beer and white claw. It was a great night and a lot of fun. The course had 2 stories and was expertly put together. Newer guns and vests. Pizza was what u would expect and u could only drink out of a small cup for the beverages but still got the job done. ??

It was ok. The arcade portion was the best part, although not all games give points back on the game card for prizes, which is disappointing. The food isn't geared towards adults. The laser tag was kind of boring, to be honest, but we didn't play teams, so I didn't really see the point.

We just had our son?s party there this weekend. The private party option made it so easy to keep track of the kids. The laser tag was so fun, and the kids enjoyed time with the arcade games. The owner of the establishment took care of every detail and wouldn't let me do anything, which was AMAZING! It was stress free and very reasonably priced. I recommend The Lazer Factory as a wonderful birthday party option.

We recently threw a great party for my 10-year-old son's birthday, and it was fantastic. Riley, our host, did an excellent job ensuring everything ran smoothly. He was attentive, making sure we had what we needed and addressing any questions or concerns we had. The venue was clean, providing a pleasant environment for our family and friends. Everyone had a good time, and it was a memorable celebration. My son had a great experience and definitely will remember how his 10th birthday party was awesome.

Small arena yet very fun environment. We were invited for a birthday party and kids had lots of fun. The laser tag was in particular fun for everyone.

Our family has been coming here for several years, we spend the day there playing laser tag and arcade games. The owners and staff are so friendly. We have also had birthday parties for both our kids there and they loved it.

I had no idea this place even existed until my son was invited to a birthday party here. It was a little tricky to find since I thought I knew where I was going, but once I spotted it, it was easy. My son had a blast there for the party, and I stuck around afterwards with him to try out some of the arcade games. The facility is new and maintained well, the games are up to date, and they have a nice selection of activities for the kids.

My kids love it here. I love taking them cause they get to run around have fun and by the end of the day they're super tired. Which for us parents it's a very good thing! Lol The setup they have is really nice. They have a very nice viewing area that you can watch them play while your up high laughing at the things the kids do! I wouldn't give them a star at all. The bathrooms are very dirty.The ice machine was out of ice the entie 3 hours me and my grandkids were there. Its hard to get anyones attention to help at the prize counter.Anytime you ask for help with any issues the management and staff are just rude . It was really fun. Very low key and very affordable. It's 8 dollars a laser tag game and 15 for an all day pass per person. I took my 3 children. It's out of the way so it wasn't crowded at all. We enjoyed ourselves.

Good game of laser tag. The staff is usually pretty friendly. The room in which the actual game of laser tag is played is very nice, but, and gives off a cool vibe. Definitely suggest coming here and getting the unlimited games pass, definitely worth it, and bring lots of money for the arcade if you are bringing kids. Was going to book for a child's birthday but why do all the parents attending a 6 year olds birthday have to pay just to supervise? So 10 to 20 parents paying to just stand their and watch? Had an absolutely amazing time for my nephew's 8th birthday, the three gentlemen running the factory today were very helpful and courteous! All the kids had an absolute blast playing the arcade games and in the actual laser Factory itself! 9/10 definitely recommend, the only lost a point for me because in our last battle right before we are about to leave I got stung on my arm collarbone lower part of my chest by either a wasp or hornet while we were playing so I had to excuse myself because of the burning.

I had my son's 8th birthday party here and was very satisfied. I chose the lowest party package that included a party room with a host, 2 games of laser tag, pizza, unlimited drinks, and 10 tokens for 8 children. This is a small set up, and two hours was more than enough time to do everything a few times and eat. A little hard to find from the road. Up on top deck of laser room the music was so loud. The arcade is small a bit to expensive on games. Has a bounce room with only on bounce. Kids liked the lazer tag was fun to glow and I want to play next time. Our son and his freinds had a wonderful time playing and celebrating his 7th birthday. The facility was clean and the pizza was delicious. Even the teenagers participated in the laser fun.

Our children are 6 and under. We did not try out the lazer tag this time but hope to in the future. The indoor playground was fun for our kids, but it is smallish. There's a better one just down the road, but minus a bounce house. They also have a video game room as you walk in where you can win tickets for prizes. Pizza is on the menu, not sure if they sell any other food items beyond pizza and drinks. Not a bad place overall. I'm sure we'll be back.

This place is trend for a birthday party lately, besides sky zone or get air. It's in the middle of nowhere.. Love this place. My 6 and 4 year old had a great time. The only thing was that I paid for one game to see if they liked it. I wanted to upgrade to the day pass but would have to pay full price rather than the difference. But now that o know they love it we will go back.

Had a birthday party for my son there. I was charged an extra $18 for a sibling that was brought along who did NOT play laser tag. We were told it was because she ate.. But... We also purchased several extra pizzas!! So adults ate too! Why were THEY not charged like she was?? Also, our party "host" was nowhere to be found.. He walked kids back to laser tag twice, but nothing else.. Didn't help serve cake or pizza, or help clean, or ANYTHING. Did absolutely nothing. I had to run around the place to find him

I had always loved playing with my friends in laser tag, although the workers at the lazer factory need to show enthusiasm but I guess I wouldnt be hype talking about the same thing every 20 min or so. The Laser tag room was great but the temp in there was much hotter then any part of the facility.

This place is for young kids. If you want real lazer tag, visit the lazer dome. I live in Palmyra and it's definitely worth the drive to Manheim for a more active game. Facility is too small, there are no places to hide and the guns shut off for 4 seconds if your hit. I had a couple 10 year old kids follow me around and keep shooting me every four seconds. No place to go, nothing to do, just totally unable to play. There is no thrill. Everyone just walks around trying to shoot, but mostly being disabled dur

WORST experience ever! Payed money just to have the marshal cheat and point us out to another player that had access to the staff room and behind the booth! The marshal would stand in front of her so she wouldn't get tagged by the laser. It's a awful place that doesnt get many customers and I can see why. I do not recommend this place at all.

The lazer factory is a dying business, with a small selection of games in the arcade and a poor quality version of laser tag, this place could really use an extreme renovation. If your looking for quality laser tag that's worth the money then go to "Adventure Sports".

Sometimes these guys close like an hour before they should with no explanation. Tonight was one of those nights. They literally watched us pull in and locked the doors. Update: called them up and spoke to the owner, super helpful resolved very quickly.

Where else can I go to blast children with lasers? Those little creatures are cocky, but no match for me, for I have no sympathy for them and their tiny uncoordinated bodies. Plus, there's an arcade there too, and sometimes you can find abandoned tokens for the machines on the floor.

Very fun but bring lots of money so you can do many fun activities. The only thing I would want more is that the cups for infinite drink would be plastic cups instead. Otherwise it is perfect.

Please read this if your thinking about going please don't waste your time going, its not the same, they moved to this location and its so much smaller we went there 4 months after they moved and asked her if it's the same she said yea, that's not true it's to close and only one tower and I use to be a regular playing there skyzone in Lancaster is my new favorite place

We love the Lazer Factory! The staff are always friendly and polite. The prices are fair and the facility is always clean.

Smaller and less to do, than its previous location. It did have a second floor with a catwalk leading to another section, fences and access to the top level from both sides at the location in Anville.

I think that the more time the arcade is open, the more chances of a bigger crowd coming in. I remembered when it first opened and it was open for eight hours every day. Bring more hours in.
