The lazor tag was tons of fun and very decently priced compared to others I've been at. The pizza was pretty good too. My only complaint is that in the arcade area, some of the games don't give you your tickets on your card at all. My son won the jackpot on 2 games and it only gave him the tickets for one(however they did correct it and put onto his card since i had a picture). And my other son didnt get all of his, but I couldn't prove which games didnt give him the tickets. He had $55 worth on his card an

I cannot rave enough about how affordable and fun it was! Thanks to a great party host, Riley, the event was definitely a birthday to remember ?????? i recommend it for groups of all ages! We even had an adult vs kids battle ?? great time had by all!

No ice in the machine , stuff on the tables, tape on the walls, stuff on the floor. One of my guest stepped on candy before walking in the room. kids kept coming up to me to cash their tickets in and couldn't find an employee. 3 people working and no one on floor. Not worth the money. I did not demand compensation. You didn't talk to me. Your manager after the initial conversation, in front of a group of guest stated pay or get out, never did I say I wasn't going to pay. If you're paying over 500 fo

I used to come here all the time when I was younger and loved it! I came the other day and it's still so much fun, employees are helpful and kind! Overall a really good atmosphere and a great way to spend a day!

Went there for the adult night unlimited pizza, Lazer tag, beer and white claw. It was a great night and a lot of fun. The course had 2 stories and was expertly put together. Newer guns and vests. Pizza was what u would expect and u could only drink out of a small cup for the beverages but still got the job done. ??

It was ok. The arcade portion was the best part, although not all games give points back on the game card for prizes, which is disappointing. The food isn't geared towards adults. The laser tag was kind of boring, to be honest, but we didn't play teams, so I didn't really see the point.

We just had our son?s party there this weekend. The private party option made it so easy to keep track of the kids. The laser tag was so fun, and the kids enjoyed time with the arcade games. The owner of the establishment took care of every detail and wouldn't let me do anything, which was AMAZING! It was stress free and very reasonably priced. I recommend The Lazer Factory as a wonderful birthday party option.

Great fun! Employees were awesome, people attending Lazer factory were awesome. Good price for all day fun ($25). We'll definitely be going back!

We recently threw a great party for my 10-year-old son's birthday, and it was fantastic. Riley, our host, did an excellent job ensuring everything ran smoothly. He was attentive, making sure we had what we needed and addressing any questions or concerns we had. The venue was clean, providing a pleasant environment for our family and friends. Everyone had a good time, and it was a memorable celebration. My son had a great experience and definitely will remember how his 10th birthday party was awesome.

Small arena yet very fun environment. We were invited for a birthday party and kids had lots of fun. The laser tag was in particular fun for everyone.

My parents, husband, and I come here for the adult night (unlimited seltzer, beer, laser tag, soda, and pizza) and love it every time! Definitely worth the cost, and we always have a blast. The arena is a decent size, and there are arcade games to occupy you between rounds. You get to see your individual score on the board afterwards and can watch other games from the observation deck as well. The pizza is below average, but don't expect much from a place like this anyway. Prices are decent, especially if y

My 5-year-old had a great time playing laser tag and in the indoor playground, as well as the arcade. We got a pizza from the snack bar which was standard, no complaints in either of those areas. However, at the arcade prize stand, in my head I was just adding up the points my son had and he was picking things out. The attendant was handing them to him as he picked them, and then just took his arcade card and walked away with it. Never scanned it, never deducted points off of it scanning the prizes that s

Such a great place for kids and get their energy out. Staff was so friendly!

Amazing place to get together for the community and family they offer all day fun at an affordable price. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!

We had a party with you guys at Lazer Factory for my daughter?s 9th birthday today and I was so moved by the attention to detail, and accommodations made with ease for my group. My daughter said this was the best, most memorable birthday party she's ever had, and her friends and our family had an absolute blast! Thank you for making this day so special for her, taking care of all the details, being so incredibly kind, and making the experience literally stress free for me and my Husband. I will recommend L

Our family has been coming here for several years, we spend the day there playing laser tag and arcade games. The owners and staff are so friendly. We have also had birthday parties for both our kids there and they loved it.

I had no idea this place even existed until my son was invited to a birthday party here. It was a little tricky to find since I thought I knew where I was going, but once I spotted it, it was easy. My son had a blast there for the party, and I stuck around afterwards with him to try out some of the arcade games. The facility is new and maintained well, the games are up to date, and they have a nice selection of activities for the kids.

My kids love it here. I love taking them cause they get to run around have fun and by the end of the day they're super tired. Which for us parents it's a very good thing! Lol The setup they have is really nice. They have a very nice viewing area that you can watch them play while your up high laughing at the things the kids do! Got to make a reservation for my sons Birthday coming up soon. Almost forgot about that!

I wouldn't give them a star at all. The bathrooms are very dirty. The ice machine was out of ice the entie 3 hours me and my grandkids were there. Its hard to get anyones attention to help at the prize counter.Anytime you ask for help with any issues the management and staff are just rude . They are over priced especially for this type of service. We won't be going back.OWNER what are you talking about Sunday, party, wanting a discount? I took them Friday 10/6/23 and I have my receipts to verify. I never aske

It was really fun. Very low key and very affordable. It's 8 dollars a laser tag game and 15 for an all day pass per person. I took my 3 children. It's out of the way so it wasn't crowded at all. We enjoyed ourselves.

Good game of laser tag. The staff is usually pretty friendly. The room in which the actual game of laser tag is played is very nice, but, and gives off a cool vibe. Definitely suggest coming here and getting the unlimited games pass, definitely worth it, and bring lots of money for the arcade if you are bringing kids. The arcade machines do break a lot though, so if you lose money, don't be afraid to go up to the desk and tell them and they will reimburse you with more tokens or tickets. Food is okay, but t

Was going to book for a child's birthday but why do all the parents attending a 6 year olds birthday have to pay just to supervise? So 10 to 20 parents paying to just stand their and watch? Sorry can't recommend or give more than one star. Your reply respectfully makes no sense. If I'm renting the area out for 20 children Regardless if it's private or public why would parents who are just supervising have to pay? Its already rented and paid for and closed to the public. Their not eating, their not playing

Everyone was nice, very small arcade but I understand laser tag is their specialty. Very small prize counter selection but again, to be expected. Can't say much else as I was just here for the arcade.

Great place for a party. Smaller arcade area but the Lazer tag is medium sized. The staff was excellent supporting our birthday party. Great Lazer tag viewing area.

Had an absolutely amazing time for my nephew's 8th birthday, the three gentlemen running the factory today were very helpful and courteous! All the kids had an absolute blast playing the arcade games and in the actual laser Factory itself! 9/10 definitely recommend, the only lost a point for me because in our last battle right before we are about to leave I got stung on my arm collarbone lower part of my chest by either a wasp or hornet while we were playing so I had to excuse myself because of the burning.

I had my son's 8th birthday party here and was very satisfied. I chose the lowest party package that included a party room with a host, 2 games of laser tag, pizza, unlimited drinks, and 10 tokens for 8 children. When we arrived, we were greeted by Alyssa (our party host), taken to our room, and given our itinerary. Our party was from 12-2:00. We had our laser tag games at 12:20 and 1:20 and pizza was served promptly after our first game, at about 12:45. I think the party was planned with the perfect amount

Great place! We had a birthday party there today. The kids had a great time and all the employees were very friendly and accommodating. Can't wait to come back again!

It was fun and my son loved it, that's what matters. Laser tag is fun and very spacious. The arcades throughout were a bit questionable. A few did not work but we had fun either way.

While I have read some bad reviews I can not say anything really bad about this place. This is a great place for AFFORDABLE entertainment. While this is not the top notch laser tag some might be expecting they do offer a small arcade as well as some food and drink at REASONABLE PRICES. I brought my kids here and they loved it. The staff is friendly and helpful. It does get busy and chaotic at time but what do you expect when you get alot of kids of all ages and sizes together. If anyone has had a bad experi

Took one of our children to a bounce house party here and hung around with our other children in the arcade. This is a small set up, and two hours was more than enough time to do everything a few times and eat. They did seem short staffed as often I watched people stand at the counter waiting for help for several minutes and no one manned the prized counter until the very end of the night. To be fair, it did seem very busy for a Wednesday night. The establishment seemed clean. We ordered a pizza and we were

Such a blast. Haven't don't laser tag in a long time. Got to celebrate my oldests 9th birthday. Other families that were there were friendly just like the staff was. Can't wait to go back!

A little hard to find from the road. Up on top deck of laser room the music was so loud. The arcade is small a bit to expensive on games. Has a bounce room with only on bounce. Kids liked the lazer tag was fun to glow and I want to play next time. We paid for day but kids had to stop every 10 min to take off gear leave wait 10 min put on gear enter room again 5 times we did this with 5 kids

Our son and his freinds had a wonderful time playing and celebrating his 7th birthday. The facility was clean and the pizza was delicious. Even the teenagers participated in the laser fun.

Our children are 6 and under. We did not try out the lazer tag this time but hope to in the future. The indoor playground was fun for our kids, but it is smallish. There's a better one just down the road, but minus a bounce house. They also have a video game room as you walk in where you can win tickets for prizes. Pizza is on the menu, not sure if they sell any other food items beyond pizza and drinks. Not a bad place overall. I'm sure we'll be back.

This place is awesome...love it. The guy is so nice he was very good with the kids. He's the best.

My daughter, her brother and their father all went there for a random family activity & my children had a blast! We literally played laser tag all day and when we took breaks in between, they played in the arcade. It was a great experience overall.

My family went on a Friday night and had such a great time! The staff was amazing and we had the whole lazer tag to ourselves. The arcade was nice and we will be back to try the bounce house and the maze! We really enjoyed ourselves.

Kids had a great time and learned a true meaning of patience at this place. Brought my family and a few of my children's friends out tonight. Asked a bunch of questions at the counter about how it works since we were first timers. He explained it well. And I asked how it worked since we would be a group of 12. He said you won't get split up it doesn't happen too often. It's rare. Our first wait which took 15 mins we were cut off as a group and were told it was not enough room. The very next time we went t

Business owner never entered our fundraiser that I scheduled for our wrestling group. Staff had given me tickets to pre-sell. Our group showed up the night of the fundraiser and it was closed at 6pm due to weather that was to occur at 10pm. She gave me an additional 2 weeks to sell tickets and informed me that if we had our group name written on the back of them, they would accept them at any time. She is now not accepting them stating she told me they needed to be used in one month (that was never mentione

I love the new facility. Amazing staff and the food is awesome!!!

Fun place to take the kids, prices aren't too bad and lazer tag is really fun. I wish they had more games, seems like there are fewer everytime we go. You can also have parties there if you want to rent a room. The playground/bounce slide is great for the smaller kids who can't play lazer tag. Definitely makes a fun night out. The prize selection for tickets won isn't the best though.

This place is trend for a birthday party lately, besides sky zone or get air. It's in the middle of nowhere.. They have laser tag ( mostly for bigger kids ) indoor playground with bounce house for smaller kids. They have 2 private party rooms and Upstairs they have open room, that can turn into party. They also have observation room. You can see what they did inside, whole playing laser tag. They also have arcade too! Kids loved it! They also serve foods too. Kids definitely love to play and keep coming bac

Super fun!! Great concept and great set up....Definetly love the laser tag!! $15.00 all day price is very fair for kids!! Worth the trip. Video games are high priced though. Thanks for the fun times

Love this place. My 6 and 4 year old had a great time. The only thing was that I paid for one game to see if they liked it. I wanted to upgrade to the day pass but would have to pay full price rather than the difference. But now that o know they love it we will go back.

Had a birthday party for my son there. I was charged an extra $18 for a sibling that was brought along who did NOT play laser tag. We were told it was because she ate.. But... We also purchased several extra pizzas!! So adults ate too! Why were THEY not charged like she was?? Also, our party "host" was nowhere to be found.. He walked kids back to laser tag twice, but nothing else.. Didn't help serve cake or pizza, or help clean, or ANYTHING. Did absolutely nothing. I had to run around the place to find him

Had my daughters birthday party here..private.. staff was nice... the pizza was horrible but I still give it 5 stars.. the kids had a blast..update stopped by yesterday.. what happened.. the arcade was terrible all games no one wanted some broken... and the prize section looked like they got the stuff off the clearance rack at dollar general.. what a disappointing experience!

Came with 5 11yr olds for a birthday and the boys had a blast. $20 unlimited games plus 2 pieces of pizza and unlimited soda was a good deal for how many games they were able to play.

Gotta say the kids went here with a friend. They did not want to go. When i got here i thought man this place looks boring. But i left the kids and didnt hear from them all day. Its cheap and the kids had a blast. They loved it. I gotta say i was very surprised. But i would definitely take them back.

I had always loved playing with my friends in laser tag, although the workers at the lazer factory need to show enthusiasm but I guess I wouldnt be hype talking about the same thing every 20 min or so. The Laser tag room was great but the temp in there was much hotter then any part of the facility.

Great place for family fun and definitely can't beat the price for all day fun. Very nice staff! And just an awesome place

This place is for young kids. If you want real lazer tag, visit the lazer dome. I live in Palmyra and it's definitely worth the drive to Manheim for a more active game. Facility is too small, there are no places to hide and the guns shut off for 4 seconds if your hit. I had a couple 10 year old kids follow me around and keep shooting me every four seconds. No place to go, nothing to do, just totally unable to play. There is no thrill. Everyone just walks around trying to shoot, but mostly being disabled dur

Kids had fun. Older kid played laser tag; younger kid played in the play structure and bouncy house. Both did some arcade games. We stayed for 2 hours.

WORST experience ever! Payed money just to have the marshal cheat and point us out to another player that had access to the staff room and behind the booth! The marshal would stand in front of her so she wouldn't get tagged by the laser. It's a awful place that doesnt get many customers and I can see why. I do not recommend this place at all.

Had my oldest daughters birthday party here. Had such a excellent time! The staff were super friendly and the facility was very very nice! Highly recommend this place.

The lazer factory is a dying business, with a small selection of games in the arcade and a poor quality version of laser tag, this place could really use an extreme renovation. If your looking for quality laser tag that's worth the money then go to "Adventure Sports".

Fin place for smaller kids. Inexpensive food. LAZER TAG: $9/GAME OR 2 GAMES FOR $16. $8 for the bouncehouse / play area. Older, but still fun arcade games. Small prize area.

Kids had fun. Great deal for the laser tag. Game room was kinda a rip off. Play room is great for younger kids. Staff was friendly.

Very small and over priced

Great place to take the kids.

Sometimes these guys close like an hour before they should with no explanation. Tonight was one of those nights. They literally watched us pull in and locked the doors. Update: called them up and spoke to the owner, super helpful resolved very quickly.

Where else can I go to blast children with lasers? Those little creatures are cocky, but no match for me, for I have no sympathy for them and their tiny uncoordinated bodies. Plus, there's an arcade there too, and sometimes you can find abandoned tokens for the machines on the floor.

Very fun but bring lots of money so you can do many fun activities. The only thing I would want more is that the cups for infinite drink would be plastic cups instead. Otherwise it is perfect.

Staff was friendly and adult night was fun!! The only thing I'd change would be the choice of drink but that wasn't even an issue we had so much fun!!!!!

My youth group does a fundraiser here and it is so fun the owner and the employees are so nice

Please read this if your thinking about going please don't waste your time going, its not the same, they moved to this location and its so much smaller we went there 4 months after they moved and asked her if it's the same she said yea, that's not true it's to close and only one tower and I use to be a regular playing there skyzone in Lancaster is my new favorite place

This place is a wonderful venue for anyone wanting a fun family or even date night out. The Lazer Factory has improved greatly over the years and has a very fun atmosphere for all ages.

Great place for a party or a fun time ! Clean , and staff is very friendly!! Will definitely be planning more time there this winter ! ??????????

Great friendly atmosphere and staff, clean environment, affordable! Fun for the whole family!!

Great place for parties. Many option for kids of all ages. Rewards to tickets in the arcade are not the best but when are they ever?

Cheap prices, good for my 5yr old to run around.Even had his party there.

My family has enjoyed spending time here for years. The staff has always been kind and helpful.

Super friendly staff. Decent prizes. Food was better than I would've expected. Reasonable laser tag prices

Always a fun time. Only complaint is they are a little slow sometimes at starting matches for laser tag and don't seem to enforce the no running rule.

Would be nice if they had a bigger arcade, but nice atmosphere!

We just moved from northwest Indiana to Pennsylvania and this place beats everything in that area ( Including Jak's ) for Lazer Gaming and Pricing of the games. More space AND multi-level !!!

The Lazer Factory is an indoor laser tag and family entertainment center with locations in several states in the United States.

We love the Lazer Factory! The staff are always friendly and polite. The prices are fair and the facility is always clean.

Smaller and less to do, than its previous location. It did have a second floor with a catwalk leading to another section, fences and access to the top level from both sides at the location in Anville.

Play lazer tag with my kids here every time we're in the area great unlimited games pricing. Arcade games too.

Lazer tag was a lot of fun. The food was okay. But over all we had a great time

Not the greatest selection of games, kids loved the laser aspect. Convenient when you are awaiting games at the rink.

Friendly staff Riley is an awesome employee.

my son loves it here! definitely fun for the kids

Fun for all ages. Affordable excitement for the entire family. Not too far from home.

Fun I won two 500 ticket bundles on the claw machine and my best score on lazier stage was third place

Place got a little too packed. Cute little place. The staff tried hard but I think it got to be a little too much. Maybe need a max number of people?

Great experience! A+ friendly staff, 20 minute round lazer games in a really cool environment.

I think that the more time the arcade is open, the more chances of a bigger crowd coming in. I remembered when it first opened and it was open for eight hours every day. Bring more hours in.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
