What a fun time! We are visiting from Delaware (I used to live here back some 30 years ago) for my son?s birthday. They loved the retro games and the lady at the counter did a great job explaining the rules, layout, and how to of the place. We stayed for hours and absolutely loved our time.

This place is so freaking cool! Such a great deal for all day play! Literally no better value out there. Would be even better if they expanded a slight bit to have more food and snacks.

Visited with some friends and had an absolute blast. A fun mix of nostalgia games and games I've never heard of. Plus ddr? Omfg my childhood. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and what a perfect way to spend a rainy day

We used to attend the Milwaukee Gaming Classic event, but if you missed the date, this is the best alternative! We spent the whole afternoon here. ????$20/ per person for unlimited play. ???? I recommend eating before you go, as they only sell snacks. ????You can also come and go throughout the day within the same opening hours with your bracelet. This is a family-friendly destination for both adults and kids, with a wide variety of pinball machines and arcade games. I saw they sterilize pinball machines

A great place to play classic arcade games and pinball. Is a nice low rate and offers a lot of variety to play both new and old games. Is worth a visit and stopping in again as they add arcade cabinets from time to time to keep things fresh.

We had my daughter's 13th birthday party, and couldn't have asked for a better time. Pizza came hot and ready. They were very understanding of our large crowd, and how we took over the place for a bit. Highly recommend, for all ages, great priced!

I recently visited The Garcade in Menomonee Falls with my girlfriend on February 15, 2025, and we had a great time immersing ourselves in the nostalgic atmosphere. The flat-rate admission of $20 for adults offers unlimited play, allowing guests to come and go throughout the day ? a fantastic value for arcade enthusiasts. The extensive selection of over 150 arcade games and 30 pinball machines caters to both classic and modern gaming tastes. We particularly enjoyed the variety of pinball machines and vintag

Awesome retro arcade and reasonably priced for game play all games are set for free play and you pay for the day. Almost every game was up and operational and worked the way they are intended.

What an incredible place to spend the day! $20/person for unlimited play. No need to mess with quarters or tokens, just get a wristband and play as much as you want. So many pinball machines and arcade games, clean facility, every game was working (nothing out of order), friendly and helpful staff. Absolutely amazing place!! My husband and I had a blast!

This place was so fun! We came up from IL to Milwaukee with a teen girl and wanted to something else besides shopping. My husband and I love old games arcade games and don't have anything near us. Just a quick drive north and we found Garcade! $20 unlimited all day play! Has great machines, super clean, and amazingly friendly staff! I'm a pinball fanatic and had a blast playing literally all of them. Wish we lived closer because we'd definitely come more often!

Every arcade came from my childhood is here. I brought my son and his friend who are in grade school and they absolutely loved it too. The all you can play with wristband is affordable and worth every penny.

Walking in hearing air hockey being played over the sounds of pac man, super mario, pinball machines and a juke box blasting "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air Theme Song," was like stepping back into a time machine. We absolutely love playing retro games any chance we can get, so this was just paradise for us. There's no food and beverages, just some candy to purchase at the counter. You know what this means? No sticky joysticks or disgusting crumbs caking up the machines! Everything was in great condition and

This place is awesome! My brother, dad, my son, and I went here today for the first time. It was a great experience, we were able to beat games that we weren't able to in our childhoods. My son is 7 and he had an absolute blast, he was sad when we had to go. We stayed about 4 hours, and hardly scratched the surface on the games. The staff was very kind and helpful. We are planning another day at the Garcade this winter.

Games are great and the price is not bad, but the staff is really rude. What a shame! I had a great time until I was treated like crap. No thank you! You need to hire some decent people who aren't clearly hungover and don't smell up the bathroom something fierce.

Awesome experience very fun. First time here and already planning to come back. Great for all ages. Great that kids 4 and under are free.

Went there recently for the first time with family. IGreat arcades and pinball machines. A good mix of a well-maintained collection of vintage and newer games including a few DDR types and Guitar Hero. We were there about 3 hours and only discovered two games with joystick / gun issues, and on both the games were still playable. All trackball games I played were perfect - lots of times trackballs are so loose it makes for crappy play. And I think there was only 1/2 of one game out of order in the entire pl

They had every classic game I hoped for and plenty to keep even my four year old engaged. Love the step stools!

Love this place! Great for kids and adults. Nostalgia bug itched! Old school arcade games all the way up to some of the newest. Fantastic pinball selection as well.

A decent price to get in and they allow you to come back throughout the day. The machines are well taken care of and they have a big selection. It was an awesome time.

Great place and atmosphere. Love the pinball action. I'm a Stern snob so insider is great. Judy's usually there to greet me on the weekends. Well worth the hour drive for 20 bucks to play all day.

As of 3/8/25,$20 for a day pass, no other options. Kind of expensive if you only wanted to play for an hour or two. There were a couple of pinball machines in accessible area for cash though.

Had an awesome experience here today. Great customer service and a great selection of games in good working order. Came out specifically to enjoy their pinball collection and they really have got a great selection to choose from. It's a bit of a drive for me, but I hope to return!

Soooo much fun! Brought my teenage boys there for some fun on Friday. I love all the pin ball machines. My boys enjoyed pinball and playing all the old arcade games that my husband and I grew up on. They laughed at the basic and simple graphics and dorky games, but we all had a great time!! Sorry, didn't take pictures of the video games....

I love this place! For me and my son it was only 35 dollars for about 4 hours of game play and compared to other things such as escape rooms or trampoline parks that kids enjoy this is a steal! Highly recommend this arcade! Even has a free jukebox you can play older music.

I absolutely loved coming! So many nostalgic games and pinball. You can play all day for a set price. I had a blast and also wanted to stay longer. I'll be back! Good for family, parties, friends. Everyone seems to have fun, you will never see a sad face here!

A great place for kids ages 5 to 65. They have great pinball machines, retro arcade games, driving, shooters, maze and fighting games.

Twenty bucks for unlimited games, and you can leave as many times as you please, and then come back, not really a better value out there. Lots of pinball, probably 100 machines. Racing games, donkey Kong, pac man, and a lot of nostalgic games. Sports games, and all that stuff. No complaints, will definitely be going back if I ever find myself in the Milwaukee area again.

Terrific arcade! They have all you can play wristbands which is the best way to experience a place like this!

So grateful for this place! Stopped by for the first time yesterday, and I was such a treat. Love a sober hangout<3 The atmosphere was great, with lots of families and friends playing together, as well as solo visitors. Feels like being transported back in time. The pinball machines are well maintained, and there are so many of them. It's so cool to see the old school mechanics and actual moving parts. DDR, Guitar Hero, House Of Dead. It's worth every penny. Thank you to the staff and owner and everyone! Ya

Awesome staff, met an owner. Great atmosphere. Awesome games. No lag, all shooting games were synched and accurate. Juke to pick music from, included as well. 92 games to pick from. A lot are multiplayer so people can just jump in. Loved it, my son loved it too. Will definitely be back. Very good price too! All day play. Was there for 4 hours, flew by. Close at midnight, mill probably sneak away again and go play after the kids go to bed.

Tons of retro games to play all included in 1 flat fee for the entire day! So many games, we couldn't play them all in the 6 hours we were there. Friendly staff and not crowded at all. We'll go again for sure.

My kid raves about this place. You pay $20 and can play all day! Leave and go back if you want! He loved it so much he wants to do that for his bday!

Sizable arcade decent selection of pinball machines. Everything seemed to be in good working condition. A solid effort by the owner. If you live in the greater Milwaukee area you should definitely set aside a day to visit it

i love the garcade. overall, it's a great value with an excellent selection of arcade and pinball games. once price for the whole day and you can come and go as you please.

A magical trip back in time to the old fashioned arcade. We love this place - the atmosphere, the games - all of it. If you're looking for old school games to play, this is it!

This is a true gem They have all the games from the my childhood Everyone loved it and I can't wait to go back

One of our new favorite places! So many games both old and new. Love the unlimited play and come and go policy. I love pinball and there are so many!

Really awesome arcade and great customer service!?? $20 unlimited play is great if you're going to be able to spend some time there, however some other options would be nice if you're only able to stay for a short period.

Great place to unwind and relive your childhood. A very wide selection of games, pinball, driving games and table games. Twenty bucks all day, come and go as you want for unlimited play, fifteen for kids under 12. Been here lots, will be there more. The place is clean, hand sanitizer everywhere. Definitely recommend.

Okay this place will be our arcade go to. No buying annoying coins, scannable cards, you just pay up front, get a bracelet and play unlimited. The pinball selection is pretty big too.

Amazing place very family friendly and definitely give a 70s-80s vibe...love love love. I'm not from around here but this business definitely deserves praise price is well priced and not just that but as long as we have our tag we're allowed to come back. Just amazing. -as a photographer I also love the lighting and how experimental I can get with it.

AWESOME! Great atmosphere with a caring staff, that works hard at keeping the place clean. Great pricing for all day video adventures.

Great experience as always. Brings back alot of memories from childhood. Get to play games I never played growing up. And Fix it Felix was great. Only thing is I wish they had food and drinks so you could hang out longer.

Brought back so many great memories. If you like the old time 80's video games this the place for you. My son and I had a blast for over 5 hours.

This arcade is super clean, safe and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Garcade had a variety of stuff ranging from newly released pinballs to vintage arcade classics to air hockey. I noticed they nearly doubled their collection during the pandemic which was a big surprise and I could not get over how nice everything was. Great entertainment for families, teens and date night! Loved it!!!

Great selection, friendly staff, and the bonus of food and snack options when you need a break.

If you like pinball and retro arcades, there's no better place in wisconsin than the Garcade!

The games were fun but I like games with tickets so you can get a prize

Favorite spot to visit, the owners clearly love their line of work and it shows with the level of care they put into every machine. Highly recommend you bring your kids or S/O here for a fun day/night out. Stop in if you love pinball or are craving that old arcade feel.

Hands down the best arcade I've been too. The staff is very helpful and friendly! Mara is the best!

What an amazing place that brought back old memories form my childhood. Will be coming again. If you've ever pumped hundreds of quarters into arcade machines decades ago then you need to check this place out.

My family is into video games and we really enjoy retro games and pinball. The Garcade is more than perfect for all of us. Even my wife - not really a gamer - was active the entire time we were there. All the games are ready to play after you pay the entrance fee - $15. This even includes music. Make sure you look around, you might miss a game you wanted to play even though you are there for 5 hours! We are an hour away but we will make time to hang out at the Garcade again!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! CUSTOMER SERVICE A+ CLEANLINESS A+ FUN & EXCITEMENT A+ KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE OF STAFF A+ You couldn't fathom the secret treasure inside from the view of the building from the outside. Once you step foot into The Garcade you cannot help but to feel like you've traveled back in time! I was greeted immediately with a smile and a welcome. While inside I felt reminiscent of my childhood and I couldn't have gotten this from anywere else. Who knew a place like this even existed? The women wor

This place is great. Such a great place to come to and get out of the house and play some real games. There are games that I've never heard of before and games that it has been a long time since I've see them. The pinball games are so cool too!

If you missed having the feeling of old time arcades, this is the place for you. It's 15 bucks for an all day come and go pass and all of the machines are free to play. And there is a lot of them. Pinball on one side, air hockey on the other, and a jukebox. Some of the machines are in better shape than others, but overall the quality is pretty high.

Fun place. My kids and I have been here twice this week for their break. You pay one fee and come and go all day without having to pay again. Variety of games for the kids to play.

This place is great. Great old school arcade feel. Games in great condition. This out of towner will be back.

So much pinball, so many arcade games. A flat fee to play them all. That also includes DDR & air hockey. Great place for a date, to bring the kids, or hangout.

This is an awesome place! It has a variety of games, loads of pinball machines and it will definitely leave you feeling a bit nostalgic. The staff is very nice and I he place is very tidy. Bathrooms could be a little better but hey the rest of the place is nice. They do offer some snacks a beverages which is very nice!

It's a really cool place! I've gone here many times and they always have something new to check out. $20 all day is such a fantastic deal you can't beat. The only negative thing I can say is it's a little dirty nothing to push me away, but just a little more TLC.

Like going back to the past for a few hours. One great memory after another came back to me. Nice to be able to come and go.

An amazing local classic arcade. All great games set on free play with no redemption games in sight. The owners are very friendly and you can tell this place truly is a labor of love for them.

Play free, no tokens, all day. Just pay for the daily wristband. Need to leave for a bit? Just keep your wristband on. Come back later and play more. Mostly 80's and older games. Our kids still had fun. Lots of adults playing too.

As a nerd, I've been looking for a place like this for a while! I met a couple of the people behind it at the Midwest Gaming Classic and had to come check it out. You pay once and play all day. They have over 100 video games and over 30 pinball machines, and you get a wristband so you can leave and come back. It's especially fun when Menomonee Falls is doing something in the downtown area, since you can walk there from the Garcade. The staff is really nice and tells you how it works if you've never been the

Really fun. Good humored place; rules were fun to read and there was another humorous one about the pinball machines. No food or drink unless bought there and in designated area but wristbands for entry work all day.

Love this place since the day they opened. Couldn't believe they had Race Drivin'! Sadly, it's been off the floor for a number of years now due to maintenance and trouble acquiring parts. But other than that, it's one of the best nostalgic places around and I'll always support them.

The only place to play video games from the 70?s and 80?s. You can play all you want for around 20 bucks. Staff is friendly, price is great

This place is awesome! Tons of games, great atmosphere, and frankly, $20 for all day, open to close, come and go gaming?! Can't beat that. All the machines work, and work great at that. Even if a machine is out of order, it's usually no longer than a day or two. No goofy prepaid cards or tokens. There's also a ton of nearby food options for lunch or dinner, and they're open until midnight on the weekends! Seriously, check this place out. If you're nostalgic for the old days when the arcade reigned supreme,

I took my son here to celebrate his birthday. We didn't do a big party or anything, though there are options for that. It was just the two of us, and we had an absolute blast. It's clean in there, it's comfortable, it's not insanely loud. We stayed for 4 hours straight and never had an issue with any of the games we played. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will absolutely be back. What an amazing arcade. $20 to play all day, come and go as you like. $15 for under 12 years old. I highly recommen

Great place for kids and adults to have lots of fun. My son went for the second time with a friend and enjoyed himself.

Totally awesome place to spend a day, affordable for the whole family.. staff is super nice and helpful...

This place is great! I highly recommend it. It costs $15.00 for an all day wrist band. You can come and go as often as you like for the whole day and play as many games as you would like.

The Garcade is an awesome experience for both young and old. They have a huge selection of amazing pinball machines, racing games, and all the nostalgic classics you could dream of. They also have a jukebox that is free to play with all the greatest hits from the 80s. I went with a group of adults and we felt like kids again when we went to the Garcade. It was a wonderful experience and I'll absolutely be coming back.

Probably the best experience I've had hanging out with the kids in a while! Old school games that I was thrilled to see and some new school stuff, whole wall of pinball, this place is the best

Awesome place good for all ages and affordable fun

Awesome old school Arcade! I paid $20 for an all day pass, it was $15 for kids..If you get the all day pass you can leave and come back if you choose to, just has to be the same day. I ended up staying around 3 hours. Plenty of good nostalgic games to keep you busy. You'll probably feel like you got a workout in because of all the standing and interactive gaming. It was a good experience! I'd recommend it.

Such a great place to go to. Always fun. Everyone there is soooo nice. You can spend hours on top of hours having fun

Went with the family and had a lot of fun. We were recommended by a family member of the owner. My son is still talking about going back. I loved the pinball machines

This is such a great place to relive your childhood. And my kids love getting to play all the newer games too. We spent 3 hours here and it seemed like 5 minutes. The pinball machines are so much fun too. And the idea of an all day band instead of quarters if so smart. You can come in at open and stay all day if you want for one price. Love it

My partner and I have gone a couple times, both as a date and with our blended family. It has things for kids of the elementary school age and up. So much fun for all! Love that it is ?free play.?

Love it here. Great selection of classic arcade machines and pinball machines.

Was a lot of fun to play Old Time video games again. For $20 all day what a deal

This arcade is great! I was able to reconnect with my younger self through their retro games. Very fair entry fee and time to do whatever makes you happy. Great times are had here.

Great. Piece of nostalgia right in the heart of menominee falls worth the 20 bucks. Fantastic place for a small birthday or just get together for young children and adults. Party packages available reach out for them. Pinball, just about every fighting game. You can think of shooter ski ball. You name it.

Very cool arcade. Huge selection of machines. A ton of pinball machines. Cool mix of old and new.

Clean and friendly atmosphere. Definitely worth the money. I love going here and playing games

We were very impressed with this place. We love the open floor concept and the unlimited play. They have cameras so that you can watch your children play safely. The owner was very nice and personable. We felt very welcomed and the kids had a blast. The place was exceptionally clean for a place that has many children . We have been to several arcades and had to keep purchasing game play. At Garcade, you pay a 1x fee and can play as long as you would like. We would definitely recommend and will be back to vi

Love this place. It's clean, extremely cheap, and the staff is pretty nice. $20 may seem like a lot, but you can come and go so you can end up playing the entire day.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Are pinball tables still good in this modern age?

Yes, pinball tables in arcades remain a blast. Their hands-on, skill-driven gameplay delivers a thrill digital games can’t match, blending nostalgia with modern flair. Newer tables from Stern and Jersey Jack feature LCD screens and themes like Avengers or Stranger Things, keeping things exciting. Arcades are seeing a pinball resurgence with vibrant scenes and tournaments like IFPA events drawing crowds. Though less common than video games, pinball’s tactile charm and community vibe make it a standout arcade experience in 2025.

Are retro games in arcades still good in this modern age?

Absolutely, retro games in arcades remain a thrilling draw in 2025! Classics like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Street Fighter II offer simple yet addictive gameplay, blending nostalgia with timeless challenge. Modern arcade cabinets often feature crisp displays and restored controls, enhancing the experience. These games thrive on quick reflexes and strategy, with vibrant pixel art and iconic soundtracks that spark joy. Arcades host tournaments and leaderboards, fostering a lively community. While modern games dominate, retro titles provide a unique, accessible thrill that keeps arcades buzzing.
