Held my son?s 10th bday party here and we had a ball. I did the laser package and the kids absolutely enjoyed. Amelia was a great host and she basically gathered the kids from the party room and took them around as a group to enjoy the festivities. No stress or hassle for birthday momma. Will definitely be returning when the summer hits for the water park

I took my son and his siblings to this place for his 7th birthday. His siblings and friends were of different ages and they all had a blast. The older ones enjoyed the arcades, amusement rides go kart and bowling the younger ones enjoyed the foam frenzy, arcades, go kart and bowling. The food court wasn't too bad, the food was decent and had some good variety. Only takeaway is one has to make extra purchases for arcade games even after paying for the unlimited rides. Not a happy experience, if you use Groupon, you have to wait until after 6pm??? Super crowded, parking was horrible, my daughter went on the go karts and was stopped twice because a girl got sick, so she asked if she could go again for the inconvenience and was rudely told no ?!? Anxiously was upset for waiting so long and not enjoy her ride!!! Had to purchase expensive regular price and went home not happy!!! Overall a terrible experience!

I go after 7 pm because prices drop from 7 pm to 11 pm. They have season pass and yearly pass. The staff is not well train on the promotions nor prices. Note you pay a price for rides and another for arcade games, and some games are separate.

Great place to take your kids on a bad weather day. Humongous building with bowling, Go-karts, arcade games, amusements, food. Everything seemed to be working and in good condition. There was no line to get in on a Saturday. Everyone over 36'' will need to purchase a wristband. For admission, it included all the rides, 4D game, bumper cars, obstacle course, go-kart, lazer tag, an hour of bowling including shoes, and 10 arcade credits. We bought an all year season pass at the mt laurel location. We came to visit here and unfortunately a season pass is only good at the location it's bought at. We drove an hour an a half to get here. Yes I bought a day ticket for my daughter and I because I'm not going to ruin her day. $102.02. We had a fun time here. Some workers didn't want to run the rides they were in charge of. Reverse time, drop tower, and warrior challenge workers didn't want to work at all. Probably a one time visit for us.

Will never return. My wife and I brought our 11-year-old daughter and her friends here on a birthday trip for an experience and not only was it scary but it was woefully disrespectful and filled with nasty people. Used to love bringing my 6 and 2yo here but they just made it so that no kid can enter without a $50 wristband which is ridiculous. Today was my first time going to The Funplex and I loved it and my kids want to go back. The waterpark is small but very good with a variety of pools. The staff is very friendly and professional. The food is delicious and everything is very good. The arcade area is super fun.

Had a blast with my daughter for her birthday at the arcade and water rides it was a beautiful day. I gave it 4 stars cause I just wish it was a bigger place with more water rides but it was fun to get away but still close to home.

It's a indoor amusement park with a large outdoor water park, electric race car and bumper car. Some arcade games and rides are also available. You don't have to buy a day pass if you don't plan to play everything. A fun card can be filled or refilled anytime. Bowling is $25 per hours, and shoes rental is extra.

There's a lot to do there for all ages for sure. $25 to get in includes a game card preloaded with 60 credits. However they force you to buy a $25 card for everyone that goes in. I really understand that we are not aloud to bring food from outside and I agree with that. But there is no one to check inside of my wife?s bag. There are under clothes maybe which we don't want anyone to see. Maybe there are thousands of dollars. If you see someone eating food from outside you have right to fire them but you can not look at inside of a bag. I update your rating to 3 because you improve the company better then last year. This is surely the greatest place around! Hands down... So we came here without doing any research or anything. We were totally surprised how big this place is. First they have a lot of arcade games. This was my first time going to this place. It was my cousin's sons birthday. This place is big. There is so much fun to do for the kids between the bumper car to the laser tag. They have a food area where you and you family can have a good meal. Its just like most fun place but with more of a carnival feel to it. It is a bit far away if you live in the bronx, you would need to have a car to drink out to the place but it is a great place to bring friends and family. I will be back again with the kids.

Great place to explore. Not from the area but it was so much people could do and for the price of admission, this was worth it. I was able to purchase tickets for my children to pretty much do all the games and rides and then I was able to do tickets for myself and my husband for pretty much the arcade area. These are exactly the different price points and levels that are affordable and feasible for all skill levels. If I ever come back to jersey, I definitely will consider coming back to this place.

This is one of the best places to go if you want to have fun for your kids. My child went here for his birthday. He had a bunch of fun, Especially on the laser tag.

Funplex has been upgrading services, when my children were younger there wasn't a section for a water park, but now they have pools, slides and outside activities to go along with the fun inside the arcade. Great place to take the children on a hot summer day for all of the available fun things to do or just do an inside event anytime of the year.... Highly recommended. Kids had a fantastic time. ????????

Not worth it for the price. The water park section was sold out when we got here and the indoor arcade with rides is pretty boring. I would rather much pay for Six Flags which comes close in price. For both events Jacqueline was amazing to work with on getting everything set up and ensuring everything went perfectly. Over all it was fun but the little game where you have to get the S into the slots or something it's was a scam. I put the S in the middle of the number 1 slot and I didn't get anything. Also I paid 4 credits to do a claw machine and I also had 200 something credits and after I paid I only had 9 credits. This made me really mad and I don't look forward to coming back here.

This place is really amazing for the kids I even had fun . The only reason it's getting 4 stars instead of 5 is because the day we went the ball room wasn't working properly and no one seemed to care about it nor did the employees seem to know what to do . You're not going to find a better value for your money if you come here on a weekday. The amount of things you can do for the price of an unlimited band is fantastic. The staff was remarkably friendly and overall the place was really clean. (With the exception of the foam ball play area which looks like it's been neglected for quite some time) I'm sure it's absolutely packed on the weekend, but during the week this is like striking gold.

The customer service here sucks the security guard is so rude spending over 1000 dollars for a birthday party and telling a kid he can't use the bathroom because he doesn't have a wristband on yet is outrageous . From an adult perspective, Funplex is not a fun place to Visit. Most of the Rides are just for kids, the place is very small for the amount of crowd it draws. We got the unlimited ticket with many rides like Bowling, Laser tag etc included. Laser tag had a 2 hours wait time, so you won't be able to do it multiple times. The bowling alley didn't have any waiting time but multiple lanes had technical issues so we had to be moved from one lane to another and finally we left. The XD ride had technical issues

I've taken my kids for some fun and even had my 7yr olds birthday party. They never disappoint. Both times were a hit. The party planner could?ve been slightly more organized but other than that the kids loved it. Lots to do for a good price.

I had my daughter's 7th birthday party and the service was on point, we had our own private host throughout the entire 3 hours (service based on package chosen) and he was able to get all the kids in my party enjoy each of the rides based on our schedule. Clean place with a good selection of games and rides. Be prepared to drop at least $50 per person, especially if you're planning on playing the arcade games. The staff aren't very clear in explaining the packages though there are signs posted that indicate the different levels. They also clearly state that they don't do refunds.
