Awesome venue for kids birthday party. The guys take care of everything and it's just so nice to show up and have a safe environment where kids can just be kids. We had so much fun battling kids against parents in laser tag. They ran around playing games and winning prizes having old school fun.

5 Stars! Had my sons 9th birthday party at The Fun Warehouse with 20 of his friends. 3 different affordable party packages including pizza & laser tag. Lots of newer arcade games ($.25-$1 per game) kept the kids busy in between laser tag games. A lot of fun for both kids and adults to hang out.

They have a new Thursday "unlimited play" deal. We brought a group from church and had a great time! We will definitely be back. Everyone had a lot of fun. The staff was engaging and fun as well.

The laser tag here is epic! We had our sons birthday party here and the kids and adults all had a blast!!! Staff is also super friendly and very helpful! Anytime I had a question they were there to answer! Truly appreciate them! Thanks guys for making my kids birthday so much fun and memorable!!!

Awesome federated laserforce laser tag arena. Has a small arcade that makes for a great birthday party package for teens/adults who are into that sort of thing. Best place for laser tag in cny. Get the 20 Dollar lifetime laserforce membership period. How did I make it to 40 in cny as a super nerd and not know this place existed.. see you on Friday night. Bathrooms could use clean up.

I've been visiting this arena for a lasertag tournament in February. It's equipped with the latest generation of laserforce vests ( Gen8 ), recent software updates and the arena is very well designed keeping competitive play in mind as well. Prices for everything ( incl. drinks and snacks ) are fair and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a visit :)

i find the play has a 80's style to it. not the best of places. but its a fun place and laser tag for 4 hours for 23 bucks is worth it and also being a member for 20 bucks makes the price drop 2 dollars every time you come back. i would recommend it as a stress reliver and pure fun and adrenaline shooting people in the dark.

Great place for a party! Laser tag was awesome, the food and drink was ordered out (pizza & soda) was good as well. It's a little old and dark inside but still fun..

Although it's fun for kids and the small arcade area is cheap the rest room areas need to be cleaned! The bathrooms are absolutely gross and I don't know the last time they were properly cleaned or disinfected.

We go often as we enjoy playing and there's not many other places to do it. It has potential to be a great experience with a few tweaks. It has a cool selection of arcade games. Unfortunately many are often not working. Laser tag room is awesome. Unfortunately they crowd soo many people in for each match that it takes the fun out of it because there's someone next to you at all times. This last time there were apprx 35 people in at a time and none of us enjoyed it.

Old school! Birthday parties are pretty simple. They set up everything, pizza comes from the Wildcat, laser tag games are announced from the loud speaker every 15 minutes or so. A ton of fun and well organized.

We had our 8 year olds birthday party here. Everyone had a blast, kids and adults. Many of us will be back for more laser tag. The employees were incredibly friendly and helpful. Pizza was delicious (came from the Wildcat). My only thing was I wish there was a little bit more room in the party areas as they can be cramped with kids and their parents (which really isn't doable there), but I would still host another party there! We are members! This is the first time my son has had a party here. The staff is always amazing with the kids! We had a great time and I appreciated everything they did for us!

This place was pretty cool! Nice variety of games and some legit classic arcade games, which is pretty rare! Took my daughter and she had a blast. The staff are super friendly and helpful too. We will likely book a birthday party here in the future (assuming they do that).

We brought our 2 teenage nieces to their Friday night, all you can play for $20 6pm to 11pm and had a great time! The laser tag games are different each time so the objectives of the games change so keeps it interesting and engaging. The staff is very friendly and inclusive and explain things very well. Really fun for all ages!

Good clean fun. Inexpensive Dated, true. (I actually love the selection of old nostalgic arcade games). Would recommend an update with laser tag perhaps some raised platforms like fun junction had, makes for more variety. Still had a lot of fun with the kiddos. Staff seemed to need a bit more assistance though (reason not 5 stars). Transitions from one laser tag group to another seemed to be a bit held up due to only 2 staff and large crowd. Otherwise no complaints.

My granddaughters, went to a birthday party there, and they said they would go there a million more times and never get bored. Laser tag was the best. They also really enjoyed the arcade.

The best in laser tag around! It was an hour drive one way for us, but WELL WORTH IT!

Best laser tag place we have been to yet! Was a little bit of a wait but worth it! Location is about 1 1/2 hour drive from our home but we were in town for Lion King musical and this was a great idea to go to after sitting for so long. We played two rounds and it's a pretty big space to play for the four of us which was great. We could hide on each other and shoot each other's "home base" for more points. It was fun! Staff was wonderful. Just might go again next time we are in town!

What a hidden gem. This is the only old school arcade left in the area. Newer games included, but love the older ones. Fairly priced, incredibly friendly staff, and not a huge sensory overload regarding level of volume for arcade games.

This place is awesome. Great place for a kid's birthday party. The Lazer Tag equipment and room are fantastic. The staff does a great job of scheduling games of tag in between pizza, cake, presents, etc. When the kids aren't in the laser tag arena, there are plenty it video game cabinets to keep them occupied.

Took my son and his friend here for a day out. Was a bit of a drive to get there but it was well worth it: huge laser tag area and great prices, much better than we have local. Boys had great time at the laser tag and arcade!

Always a great time. The staff is amazing and always ensures everyone is taken care of. They offer a fair price and a fun time no matter the age. Remember to ask them about a membership. The arcade area is quite dated and limited in options. Would love to see some fresh paint go up and maybe update the games. Regardless, we've done a birthday party here and have come back a couple of times because the price is affordable and the kids have a great time with the laser tag!

Had a freaking blast here. Brought my wife and daughters and got the Family and Friends Fun Pack which got us 5 hours of unlimited laser tag, 4 drinks and a large pizza delivered from some local joint (and it was pretty good!). That ran me $85 and I wasn't mad about it in the slightest. They also had an arcade complete with ticket exchange counter. Found my second family here. I've been playing tag for the better part of 6 years now and have completed in many Laserforce tournaments that have been held here. Stop in and play a game or two, you'll love it! A great place for ages 5+. They also have a full arcade!

I have been coming here for over 5 years, driving multiple hours to go and play laser tag here. I have hosted numerous parties and had them host a few private events for me as well. The staff and management is top notch and is by far the best entertainment center I have ever been to. If you haven't visited The Fun Warehouse, you're truly missing out!

The place is a little dingy. The arcade area is ok but there's a lot to be desired. The laser tag is decent but pretty expensive. I don't like that there's a bar next door with people standing outside smoking as kids walk into the ?fun warehouse.?

The kids had a ton of fun at my 8 year olds birthday party today! The staff is helpful and flexible (we waited to start our first game until alllll of the kiddos arrived). There isnt a party 'attendant', so it seemed a little chaotic wrangling them all up, but it's so much fun. Next time we would plan better to make sure we get the kids moving on eating so we could make the next game. Parents can play, too! Highly recommend!

I swear, these people run the best game in town. Friday and Saturday nights have a 5 hour block for $18. It comes out to about 10 games, which makes it an awesome deal. If you are an adult, it also makes for a great workout. I've worn a heart rate monitor and found it to be the equivalent doing 15 minute intervals for 5 hours. Hence, it's also a great workout.

We spent 3 hours and $30 here and never saw a single employee the entire time we were there. I'm pretty sure the newest game there was released in 1997. Almost every game is $1 per play. It's dirty and dark, and the entry way, along with the first 50 feet from the door stunk like a dirty ash tray. They have two air hockey tables and one has so many dead spots you almost can't play unless you have arms that are 4 ft long. Had a amazing time here playing laser tag the staff was great and it reminded me a lot like what the fun junction used to be at shopping town mall. I would highly recommend this place will be back soon.

Amazing. Fun junction in Shoppingtown mall was really good and they closed. This is a great accomodation for that. Lazer tag was amazing and the arcade was really nice. All the people working there were really nice. (One guy is a certified Lazer tager in the U.S. he's really good) there is also good and drink available to purchase. I really recommend it!

As of tonight I was very disappointed when the store manager informed me my son was too little to play and told us we weren't allowed to play laser tag at all after having already been there for an hour or more playing. I had a bday party of 12 kids. Great time! Plenty of space to play in between laser games! Everyone had a great time! I'm coming back for some adult play time!

A little on the expensive side, not many arcade games and some dont work. The front area where the arcade, food area and party areas aren't the cleanest. But overall still great with the laser tag!

Kid running laser tag did not enforce the rules that he said we should all follow. Someone actually pushed my gun down twice. Kind of a scary atmosphere. Will never go back, I don't care how cheap it is...

Had a great time with the kids and grand kids. This grand dad won for the red team 1st game. And was in first place for a while in the second game until they ganged up on grand pa. Very fun exercise too

Tbh I've never went to a more fun place in New York I've been going for 2 years I think and they have great arcade games, a jukebox, and really fun laser tag. I'm really happy it opened again

I took my kids (13 and 11) here. It was a little bare bones - a little seamy - threadbare. The kids enjoyed it but there's not a whole lot to do.

It was pretty great with different gamemodes and fast paced games. The gamemodes were super fun to play and I had a great time overall. I would definitely recommend this place.
