What a fun way to end our Spring Break! We spent 4 1/2 hours there (kids age 7 & 11), we did all the things, we had the wildfire taco pizza for lunch (delicious!) and we played all the games. The staff is happy and kind, the facility is very clean, the restaurant and concessions are reasonably priced and delicious! Definitely going back some time!

OK, this is too much of a hidden gem, I live only 2 miles away and didn't know it was here and I regret all the missed times of fun we could?ve had but guess what not anymore! I took my son and his friends and neighbors on a Friday. We are here right now having the time of our lives even as adults. This place is absolutely amazing. We did our son?s 5th birthday here and I have never seen him have so much fun. Every kid there was all smiles and each family ranted about how much fun they had. Not sure what happened to the Fun Lab. When we arrived around 5:30pm it had a sign on the front saying it was closing at 7:45 to host an adults only night. Great meme?s on the wall-all with a science theme; they are quite cute. The employees all run around with white lab ?? coats; a perfect uniform ??. They have a really fun jungle gym in the center of the facility with these really cool soft balls that you can launch with air, it was quite entertaining. Lots of fun kids (and adults) of all ages!

Visited here first impression upon walking in was it was clean. This place has tons of games for kids to emit themselves including vr. Has an area where you can purchase food. Also for the adults who drink they serve alcohol beverages.

The staff is great and most of it is up and running. The time-based cards are terrible if it is busy. The kids end up waiting in line to use what you paid for. Cool new place! Food was pretty good and the food portion were adequate. There is quite a bit to do and explorer, so be sure carve-out two and a half to three-hours for your adventure. If you have an additional extra hour the arcade is also worth experiencing.

Had my son's birthday party here. The staff was amazing and guided us to each of our activities. It was very smooth transitions and the kids, most importantly, had a blast.

It was OK. Not as much stuff to do as it appeared on the website. We got the medium $29.99 pack, and adult were $5. Thank goodness! The thongs we did were fun, but we only aha 2.5 hours, and spent most of it in line. We then ordered food, and pretty sure they forgot about us, and some others. About a 45 minute wait for a couple pretzels. Mostly young staff, and apparently very short staffed. Everyone was polite, but overpriced for what we got!

Tried this place out on a Sunday. Went with my nephew 5yrs old and my teenage daughter 17yrs old. We got there early around 11am. I left around 12:45pm and it was starting to load up. Since it's a time base pricing, waiting wouldn't be great for the price so get there early. Arcade is additional meaning you have to pay tokens per play. The price on games was expensive like D&B. I had purchase 100 dollars worth of day pass, I could not use anything at all. Everything was crowded and people would budge in line no one monitored how people were bugging in line. What is worse the parents allowing it. I would not waste your money on anything with some much rude people here. like grand slam, David buster sky zone is not as bad as this even Chucky cheese is not as bad as this place!!!!

This was a fun place to take the kids during winter break. We had gift cards to use. I would recommend getting the highest level of ticket so your kids can do all of the activities available so long as your kids are over 3 as some of the attractions are age limited. Fantastic experience hosting a birthday party for 12x 7 year old boys! The reservation process was straight forward and our party host was great with the kids. I had low expectations of the pizza and cupcakes, but was pleasantly surprised. No surprise fees or add ons. Thank you for a great time!

Went in for my kids birthday, first time there. The play place was legit, the arcade games were a blast, and the staff is friendly and helpful, and it was clean! I'm only giving them 5 stars because they resolved the issue, but I'm unlikely to return. They need to clearly communicate party reservations upfront, ideally at the point of sale. My kids had to wait in line for 15 minutes at two different attractions, only to be told they couldn't enter because of a party reservation. This is frustrating for children and cuts into their limited time. While I don't oppose party reservations, having so many throughout the day makes it difficult for regular visitors to enjoy

This place is so much fun! We did an all day pass and spent the entire day there from opening to close. My youngest is 6 and she was able to do everything too. The staff was very friendly and the food was great too. They really have it all here!

Took students on a field trip to Fun Lab and we had SO MUCH FUN! I would recommend this place to anyone the kids had a blast. The staff was kind and so accommodating for our group. We had our corporate lab event here with over 20 adult members. Everyone loved it! They have a lot to offer. Laser tag, multi player arcade games, XD dark ride, and bumper cars were amongst our favourites! Their event manager Kristin helped us find the right package with good discounts. All in all, would highly recommend this place!
