I go to the fun factory every single year and it is always so much fun! I love riding the go-carts. I always love playing the arcade games . But while I was there there was a lot of arcade games that were out of order. And the food in the pizza factory is really good too! Overall it is a great place to go with your kids and have some fun!
Absolutely fantastic establishment!! The games and deals here are incredible. They have terrific options at a price point that is not through the roof, and the variety of different games and attractions is amazing! My family and I came here with a group of 14 people and had an incredible time, I'd highly recommend the laser tag. We are from out of town and made the trip based on a recommendation, and boy, am I glad we did. Even the food is pretty reasonably priced, especially for entertainment food. I didn
Always a fun time for the kids. The jump factory is fun for kids and adults alike. Both kids loved the kiddie area, but they have outgrown that. It is a cheap flat fee with unlimited play time. There are some games that we just keep going back to and some that don't look like they're ever used (bumper cars, some of the smaller kiddie games). When nothing else to do, go to The Factory!
Took toddler granddaughter for the first time. She didn't ride a lot or play many games, but she had a blast running through the place. She loved the carousel. Will definitely take her back on her next visit.
Went here the other day with my friends, it's been well over a decade since I've stepped foot into this building, things have changed. When I went, unfortunately a number of games were down or out of order, Time Crisis 4 one of my favorite arcade games of all time was out of order as well as the Beach Head 2000/ Air Raid/ Air Strike cabinet was out of order too. The truest loss for me was one of the old games that is no longer at the factory but the old milking cow game's cow is sitting outside of the front
We drove nearly 2 hours each way for a family outing, but the experience was disappointing due to accessibility issues. The go-karts, bumper cars, and carousel were unattended, requiring us to track down staff to operate them, which we chose not to do. Three of my children have special needs, requiring constant hand-over-hand assistance. The staff insisted they use separate trampolines, an impossible request given their needs and small size (35 lbs). Additionally, propped-open doors leading outside posed a
Great arcade in Franklin. Has a trampoline area, bumper cars, Lazer tag, and go karts. Prices are reasonable. 4 stars because some of the arcade games are broken and not marked as such, so I wasted money on a couple games without playing. My kids absolutely love this place.
Not a lot to do in this town so this is a great option! Tons of games for all ages. Mini golf and there's is the trampoline area as well. They offer pizza and other food as well. You can save up tickets and get prizes as well!
Go carts, food, bounce area, laser tag, tons of video games. Small area for young kids, ice cream shop, miniature golf, virtual game. I'm sure I'm forgetting some things but such a great place!!! Something for all ages! One of my absolute favorite places in town. You won't be disappointed!
Huge space with lots to do! We went primarily for the jump area. There is a whole other section of arcade games, climbing play area, vr, etc. The jump was 24$ for 2 hours, which is what we did. Everything else was pay to play and not worth it for us as we had limited time. Staff was kind and the entire place was clean, even bathrooms! Not busy, as you see. A kid friendly place that is comfortable for adults too.
We brought our grandkids and autistic son and they LOVED it!! So many different things to do Are son Grant left his iPad behind and not only did the manager take the time to find us but also had gift certificates for our next visit
The workers told me and my group that we would be able to go on the go carts so we waited for a hour and 30 minutes and at the last minutes said we couldn't go. The workers were very rude when we asked why and said we would have to suck it up. Overall it is not worth going too
Wow, just wow! This place is amazing. Kids and parents alike can have a blast, and it's not overpriced at all. We will for sure come back! Indoor golf! Laser tag! Go carts! Jump zone! Whew! I'm beat just writing about it!
Not a lot of variety for their games. Decent pricing but they recently changed up most of their prizes for dollar store items. Tried their pizza in the factory and wished we hadn't. It's a good place for wasting a few hours during a rainy day but it's gone downhill over the years.
Neat place to take the family. Lots of video games, a trampoline area, go karts and bumper cars. All of the staff we met were friendly. Went for the karting which was okay. Not overly expensive.
Alot of games and fun to be had here. Not the biggest or best we've been to but worth the stop.
I get the extra stuff would be fun for kids but I was expecting a better arcade. Half the games were broken. Some were very overpriced for what the game was.
They tried to scam my 12 year old daughter out of $15 on her card. The machine took money out 3 times on one game and 4 on another and then agreed at of the machine rebooted. Check your kids cards.
My kids favorite place to do stuff. Closest I've seen to an arcade in forever so I like it too. Plus bomb ice cream.
This is a wonderful place for kids! Lots to do and very affordable.
Our granddaughter?s birthday party was held at the factory. It was everything we hoped for and more! The decorations were beautiful, food was great, staff was exceptional, and the activities were amazing!!! Highly recommend!!
We love the Fun Factory! Such a gem, especially compared to similar places in the Atlanta area. We normally try to do outdoor activities when we're in the mountains, but this is a perfect spot for families in the evenings or on a cold or rainy day. Bonus: They also have a great Cuban restaurant inside- Don Lalo. It's delicious and they are now serving milkshakes and ice cream as well. 100% recommend!
Always a fun time here with the kids! Go Carts were a Blast, Tons of games, Laser Tag, Bumper Cars, and a Jump Zone! This place is full of fun stuff to do. They have drinks and snacks too.
This is an awesome way to spend time with your children and they offer fair affordable packages for any budget. There's something for all ages to do.
First time with the family and we loved it. The kids had a blast and it was all very nice. It's definitely a place for the whole family. Even the moms and dads have a billiard area
Great for kids of all ages. Arcade games, minature golf, hoops and many more games. Food vendors offer hot and cold foods. Restrooms are very clean. Plenty of parking available. Cash tickets in before you leave for prizes or candy.
Kind of disappointing. Multiple machines where broken and we had to get employees on three occasions to put tickets in machines that where out. Not a bad price though we payed $25 and got an extra $10 free for the arcade. We didn't try the trampoline/bounce area, mini golf, or go carts so it does have options (though they do cost more). It just seemed to need some TLC on the actual arcade games.
We had a good time. Especially liked the Bumper cars!
Went this past friday(Oct 22). We were on our way home from a trip and saw the sign that said ice cream as me and my wife were looking for a place to get some. Realized it was in The Factory. Looked fun so we looked it up and decided to give it a shot. The prices were very reasonable. Got a $30 card and got 10 free. They had a lot of games I hadn't seen in a while so the nostalgia was great. The ticket games were fun as well and the prices for the games were nice.. 75-2.50. The only drawback from the arcad
We had a lot of fun! Unfortunately the Lazer tag game doesn't give you a score on who wins at the end. We were bummed.
Rented one of the rooms for a lunch function. Nice place and love the mix of activities for the kids. Love that they have the trampoline area, go carts and fun station. It's a huge place and fun can be had by all ages! I definitely want to go again!!
A lot of fun and a great place for kids. Also very affordable
The best place to go, especially if the weather is questionable on vacation. Don't stay cooped up in a cabin or hotel room with kids bouncing off the walls. Go to The Factory! They seriously have it going on their. Laser tag, putt putt golf, bumper cars, extreme bouncing arcade games, pizza cafe...etc.
We love this place! Especially the go carts! Lots of fun!
Clean, spacious, rear restroom on cold side. Daughter loves it. Will be back. A couple pics of birthday party glow room. Staff was great and kids had a ball.
Kids had so much fun jumping, playing the arcade gamesvand eating pizza! Very safe, clean and well staffed. ?????????+
HORRIBLE WAITED IN LINE FOT GO CARTS FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR JUST TO BE TURNED BACK, I GOT SUNBURNT AND MY TIME GOT WASTED I WASTED $40 DOLLARS FOR THIS. NEVER COMING BACK, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Had a great experience with my son! Jonathan was very professional and helped us with our purchases and laser tag experience! For such a large facility, I was impressed with how many of the games were in working condition. In this day and age, games have a lot of moving parts and get beaten on pretty badly, so you're going to have some down time. They seem to do a great job keeping things clean and working. Highly recommend.
We went to the jump factory for the kids birthday (both July 28th, 7 years apart) The kids loved it. We were told by staff that we were too late to enter but they worked it out for their birthday.
Great place for kids and teenagers to have fun in the Franklin area. They have a trampoline area, they have go carts, food, mini golf and arcades. The parking is very big and the place is nice. Bring your family to have a great time. There is a Jack the Dipper ice cream shop and Don Lalo a Cuban Restaurant with excelent food.
This is a fun place for kids and young adults if you have a group for laser tag or the bounce area.. But be aware that they are pretty pricey. The arcades were typical as were the prices. The mini golf course was large but there was not a lot of light, which was just a tad sketchy!
For us, the trampoline park was probably the best part. There's not a lot to do for the little kids that are like under six years old. They have a very small kid zone but overall, if the kids would?ve been a little older, I think they would?ve had a awesome time, but we completely loved the trampoline park.
Affordable and fun. Kids had a blast. So did we adults.
Even though this place is fun for the nostalgia, it's a scam. And very dirty. Everything is covered in a thick layer of dust, every trash can and game and ride is covered in sticky soda and dirt, and I don't imagine anything is disinfected. As far as being a ripoff, at least 7 games were broken down, 4 took our money without letting us play, and 3 gave us no tickets at all after winning. The food is awful. We threw away our $12 soft pretzel and had a hard time finishing the pizza. The carpeting has to be 20
Those who don't live in the area may not realize that this place is answering a need in the western Carolina area, which is a need for fun, safe, indoor FAMILY entertainment. This was our first visit and I'll definitely be bringing my friends and their kids back with me. (From Bryson City)
Always have a great time here! Been going since I was a kid, but the new VR system is insane!!!!!! Definitely worth checking out!!!! Kids had a blast and I even got to play with them, had so much fun!!!
Wow! Such a big establishment! Definitely exceeded my expectations regarding all the options of gaming and other fun for kids as well as adults! My daughter loved the jumping area with trampolines and big foam pits. The arcade games varied in prices and not all of them sput out tickets after playing them. Definetly be prepared to come with nice chunk of money. You will have fun but you will pay for it! ?? Also not impressed with food options. My daughter's friend held her birthday party at a Party Room whic
Over priced games barely get any tickets nothing works staff acts lost ain't worth the drive or the money
Awesome experience for families. Large comfortable seating for parents with full view of their kiddos and staff is very attentive to kids safety. They are strict about time if you pay for 30 min they will ask you to step off the floor and purchase more time if you want to continue jumping. Works wonderful for our young kids who are reluctant to leave. Overall our favorite fam outing.
Go visit the Ice Cream store! Moderately priced, huge cones, and a home-made tasting delicious treat!
We were very disappointed in this place. It's one of the only kid friendly activities in the area and coming from out of town, I was very surprised with the customer service from the moment we walked in. First, we got there exactly 1hr and 10 minutes before closing. We thought it'd be plenty of time as we only wanted to go on the trampolines. They had already closed down everything but the arcade. No other games or food was available. On top of that they started closing down the games 30 minutes before clos
Lots of options except go carts was closed. Indoor bumper cars was so much fun. Lots of games, jumping course, laser tag. Worth the drive from Blairsville
Kids had a great time, playing games, laser tag, bumper cars, and go karts. Everything was nice and clean, the prizes were just like all the typical ones you get it most arcades. Seemed like a very fun overall. The food was pretty good from the attaching restaurant, only advise there, is order your food in advance. As the staff kept locking the door anytime they got overwhelmed. In their defense, it seemed like there was only one person cooking in the back, and one person in the front. The ice cream shop ne
Awesome place!!! First time here and we will totally be back. HUGE arcade and games area and the trampolines we're a blast!!!
We always have a blast playing at the factory! We went on July 4th and jumped for an hour and enjoyed our round of putt putt. It's a cute little course and we love that it's indoors. Already looking forward to our next visit ??
Really awesome entertainment facility. We played the Putt-Putt miniature golf and games and ate pizza all for under 40 bucks. my kids enjoyed it and anytime I'm in Franklin we will definitely be back.
My daughter loves the Factory. Has plenty for her to do even though she isn't tall enough for some or the options.
Staffing is horrible! The place is ran down. I took my daughter there for her 2nd birthday and they have a cool section towards the back for toddlers and little kids but no one was there for 2 of the activities so she could play on and they close them attractions way to early! We were under the impression it closed when the whole factory closes so she only got to play for 15 mins until the staffing said we had to leave, then the staffing stood around talking to one another for another 30 mins. And the other
If you are a child between 3 and 12 this place can be fun with lots of activities and games. Any older though and the novelty will wear off quickly. The staff are generally teenagers who obviously wish to be elsewhere. A quarter of the arcade machines were broken or out of order. If you want to ride the go-karts you will have to wait as they do not run them until enough people are in line. The golf course is indoors which is nice on a hot day but the course is not long. We are from out of state and we're tr
Place is a fun Adult/Kid playground. Awesome, hidden gem for my birthday. It would be cool if they added in a higher level and built some adult rides/roller-coaster.
Kids had a great time, staff was friendly, putting was awesome... Caught a sale... Clean very interesting place
Second time visiting on two consecutive years. Last year's experience was great. On this visit, after spending over a hundred dollars on cards for the arcade games for two boys, I counted 15 separate games/stations that were broken and not in service. Two of the games did not even dispense the balls to even play the game. There were numerous people, including us, that had huge handfuls of tickets from the games to redeem. However only 1 of the 5 ticket redemption machines were functioning. Someone eventuall
Horrible place. Waited one hour just to be told to go back. Some cars didn't even work and the workers were rude. Never coming here again.
Cool place to bring the kids... Was virtually empty while we were there
Always changing, definitely not the same as when I was a kid. The play area for kids is still there and some classic games. Quite a few of the games were not working. The go carts were fun. The dancing tires in the back was the funnest thing to ride.
This place was comforting to know that they had children friendly activity center nearby! We had a reloadable card given to us. As we got there around 3-4 pm. My son?s first time going, we went to the desk where to pay, there were 5 employees behind the counter, yet one girl helping us so seldom in explaining anything! Although, we asked a simple question. She was impatient, unprofessional and rude! She did not explain anything given the fact we tried to explain we were NEW, and had never been ! If matt
First time there. and it was really nice time they have a lot of things to do. I was there for a birthday party.
Super fun place for the kids! Went there with family with kids of all ages and there was something for everyone!
The family and I spent 6.5 hours here today and we really had a lot of fun. From Lazer tag to jumping on trampolines to putt putt to go carts to video games to a pizza buffet we had a ton of fun.
I have been going to the factory myself since I was a child and now I take my own children there too! Lots of fun for the family could easily spend a day there or just a couple of hours for a quick fun trip.
My kids loved it. Good selection of entertainment. Wish the carousel was open and the bumper cars but other than that great restaurants best I've been to in years. Totally suggest the Cuban sandwich
Fun place to go play arcade games and other things! Friendly staff - a nice guy helped us get our money back that a few out of order games took and then someone else went to inspect each of them to try and fix them. I will say though that we got some soft pretzels with cheese and they were not good, gave us a stomach ache.
Amazing. New games and great friendly environment. Franklin is so very fortunate to have such a great attraction.
Great place to take the kids. My son loves it. The games are fun and they have cute little things for them to get with tickets. I also like the put put
The staff was nice but, unfortunately, a LOT of the games we tried to play were broken. I remember this place being great when I was a kid, but it doesn't seem like management tries to keep up with anything anymore. Off the top of my head I can tell you that the air hockey was broken, the deal or no deal game was broken, the Photo Booth was broken, the ball dropping game was broken, etc. and these all basically took your money BEFORE telling you they are broken. Also, they have the worst prize counter by fa
Great place for cheap thrills. But some of the machines were not up and running. Would go back when we visit the area again.
A kid had thrown up, and all the teenagers that work there refuse to clean it. So my party only got to experience half the jump space.
My group had a fantastic time at Factory. And I appreciate the way they do group tickets. Thanks to Josue for leading our laser tag games. He was vary patient and kind to our younger kiddos
We love The Factory! All the staff are so helpful and friendly! I feel really bad for the staff that get treated so badly, grown adults being rude and cursing at the young employees( many that are working their first job :) ) The Factory is a huge supporter of the kids in our town and we support them 100% Thank you !!
Heather was phenomenal. I will be recommending the birthday party package to my close friends and refer them to Heather. Attentive and super hands on. Thank you Heather!
I was really happy with this place. I'm 37 so I come from the days of places having arcades in them. This was my first time visiting. It is fun for the whole family and you can spend a lot of money or as little as 10 dollars. Either way the games are fun you get a lot of tickets and it's all the way around a good time.
Great place for family fun and excitement, enjoyed the laser tag. Also great pizza ??
Just trust me. I've tried many Cubano sandwiches. This is the best of the bunch!
Cool place to hang out food was pretty decent too
I loved the place but all the video games and machines are off. Wasn't aware of this or i would not have gone. The jump area was all we ?ould use and that area was a hit for all young and older
Fun time but d8fficult swiping to get machines working. Staff is friendly.
We ate at Don Lalo's Restaurante Cubano. My-oh-my it was good! The portions were generous and the flavors just right. The Georgia Pan Con Lech?n would be an excellent choice as would the plantains. The venue would be a great place to take the family. There's an ice cream shop featuring Hershey's ice cream and an extensive arcade.
Great place for the whole family, dates, birthday's everything! Love spending hours in there playing all the games! Also great staff and very helpful!
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
