The Dogpound Sports Bar and Arcade

This is a strange place in a strange town. It's almost like it's all a money laundering front or a ghost town. I was going to give them some money and maybe get a beer but I'm not going to get buzzed at 3 pm and they have no food till 6 ?? ok make it easier to go elsewhere lol

Can't rave enough about this place. Friendly, fun, and well-stocked (drinks). Owner does an outstanding job supporting her community! Kid-friendly too.

Went here for a fundraiser for Autism and the staff and people were very supportive and great. loved the food trucks. dancing and fun. The arcade games were great and I thought reasonably priced. Great day of funnfor my kids.

We had our company outing/team building at AOK last night and everything was fantastic! The food from Krispy Rooster was awesome, the drink selection is great, and the one on one instruction for axe throwing was very helpful. We'll definitely be back!

Checked this place out a week ago and had a good time with the games. Not a huge variety but enough to keep us entertained. A little disappointed there wasn't hatchet throwing or a few other things I've seen in pictures. Most of those reviews seem to be a couple years old and I've seen AOK mentioned. Perhaps that was a previous business at this location? If no I would think the older reviews would be removed as it's part of the reason I even stepped in.

Had a great time here for a holiday party for work!!! The only thing was the bartender didn't tell me I could pay $1.50 surcharge for my soda but said the card had to be a $10 minimum, but told my coworker she could pay the $1.50 I was definitely annoyed by this that's why I only gave 4 stars. The inside was clean and all the arcade games looked fun.

My sister lives near the area and our favorite place to stop and get a drink. Love the atmosphere and decor. Will be back for sure.

I went with two friends. We had never thrown axes before and wanted to try a new experience. We were coached by Zach. He was very friendly and tips and tricks were offered without hovering. The owner Sean has a great vision for Axe of Kindness and I would love to see his vision realized. There are arcade games, billiards, axe throwing. There's even a date night space available. The venue is kid friendly, although I would recommend 12 and up. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

Looks like a fun place but you should probably remove sports from your name. I stopped by last night to watch the ncaa basketball tournament and went to sit on the patio which has 4 large TV?s but every single tv was off.

Great and amazing place! Great small business in zephyr hills! First time at axe throwing and they set the experience just right! I highly recommend for all families or groups of friends. Easy parking and great drink selection!

Honestly whittle food shack has some of the best Food Truck food I've ever had, better than any store bought and the fries were amazing the Barcade is awesome too, super friendly staff and a great environment to be in to just chill and watch sports

Had a good time here. I was terrible at the axe throwing but they spent a lot of time trying to teach me. The kids loved the arcade games also. Great space.

Me and my husband have a very good time here,he said he found a place to good and have fun with the family, the staff was very friendly the place was nice and clean you can even take your children here cuz there's a lot of games for them to play

This place is so fun!!! Me & my brother decided to enter the bar for a couple of drinks! I wasn't sure what to expect as I've never been here but it was so nice!!! The owner was so welcoming and the bar was so fun. The interior design is incredible and the drinks are reasonably priced! Definitely stop in if you get the chance!!!

The Dog Pound Arcade was a major disappointment. The place was dirty, and most of the machines were either broken or malfunctioning. I even lost money trying to play several games that wouldn't start, which was incredibly frustrating. When I tried to redeem my tickets for prizes, the ticket machine was also out of order with no signs or staff warning customers about these issues. They had a karaoke kid party. It was great. They accommodated everyone. Played games for all abilities. Snow cones available. Food truck outside. Arcade for the in between times. We appreciate the thoughtful free kid event!

This place is awesome! Very welcoming to all age groups. There's something for everyone. We brought our family here multiple times and will continue to do so.. The kids played the arcade games and the adults played pool. Everyone is super kind and the music is great! Havnt tried the food truck that comes yet but I'm excited to the next time it's there!

This is truly a great place with nice owners and a fun, laid-back vibe. It's not a dive bar where you go to drink yourself into a stupor, nor is it a kid's arcade. The owners go out of their way to ensure there is entertainment available nightly. So, ditch the grungy, dirty bars that Zephyrhills has to offer and make 'The Dogpound' your new hangout.

Went for the first time and we were pretty disappointed. Several of the machines were out of order (there aren't many to begin with) and the few that we tried, half of them didn't work. We definitely should have looked before buying the cards. The cards struggled too, we kept getting an error. It was super frustrating. As a sports bar, probably going to be okay. As a arcade, very disappointing.

Went there for my second time yesterday, and all I can say is I wish I lived closer, because I would be there all the time! It's a very casual and fun environment, the staff is friendly and upbeat, and always smiling and helpful. Went there for the end of a birthday celebration and were greeted with the most pleasant staff, and good beers to boot. The mead was especially excellent. Gabe helped us with airsoft and Shawn (Sean?) the bartender was a real gent. Really good vibes all around. Two thumbs up.

The coolest place to go in Zephyrhills. Right in downtown too. They have the best games to place. Even a cool spot for private birthday parties for the kiddos. I just had my sons 10th Birthday party there. We had 15 kids attend with all thier parents. There was a room we used that allowed us to have a personal moment together with everyone which we appreciated very much. The food truck that was there made our job so simple. Instead of just getting pizza we basically had our own catering company at our service. Between the games food and drinks you could not beat the price. I'm talking well worth the value. As a Zephyrhills local A.O.K. Is exactly what this town needs. A great family friendly environment with plenty of games and entertainment for people of all ages. The owner Shaun, brings in fantastic food trucks regularly and they have all kinds of games for kids of all ages.

Place gets better and better every time I visit. I love how it's bringing the community together. Now has a bigger variety of craft beer, airsoft range and arcade games. Fantastic family venue.

Its a good place to go staff is friendly and its good for adult's and kids they have music on the outside where you can have drinks watch sports or enjoy good conversation theres two guys ronnie and zack that works there you dont have to wait long on your drinks or food. Good place but I went there and it says open and they were closed and also they stole 1 dollar from there quarter michene it got stuck and the worker was saying he would come and fix it and he was talking to a friend and drinking beer I think that it should be 3.5 but I'm giving them a 4 star

We had trouble with the points card that is used for the photo machine but they reimbursed us so it's all good.
