This place had amazing customer service. Something that has seem to be missing alot these days. The machines make it actually playable and if there's a prize that the claw clearly can't reach, they will reposition it so it's more attainable. I never win at claw machines and I was happily able to obtain one! A fun surprise was they have gatcha ball machines. My daughters and I came to Oklahoma to visit my sister for the week. The Claw Factory was one thing on the list of things to do while we were here. Everyone had a blast and left with so many plushies. We will always remember this day. Thank you Avery for making sure this day was special for us.

As an adult who enjoys claw machines, I recently took my boy to this arcade and had a fantastic experience. The machines were easy to operate, and the arcade?s inviting decor added to the fun atmosphere. Before leaving, my boy tried the ?scissor machine? and, to my surprise, won in just three tries! My son was overjoyed! Love this place!

Super fun! Great place to take the kids and their friends! The games are actually winnable and the prizes are absolutely adorable. Not to mention the A+ customer service. Avery greeted us as soon as we walked in and was more than happy to explain how everything worked. What an awesome place! Firstly the staff and owners are all absolutely wonderful. They took great care to teach us how to play each machine and were more than willing to make sure we didn't leave empty handed! Haha All sorts of claw machines and prizes. I took my teenage son here. He had such a fun time! The games were just the right balance between challenging and winnable. This place is amazing , I took my wife and daughter out for the evening and saw this place on maps when I was looking for something to do. We had to drive an hour but it was It's worth every dollar and your almost guaranteed to win something out of the claw machines they work very well, the lady even set it up where my daughter just bumped it and she won . My kids had so much fun at The Claw Factory. The prizes were so cute. The tokens went fast, but the customer service helped my kids out a bit with repositioning and tips on how to win. The kids were really happy with their wins, and said they would love to go back sometime. One kid loved the chip machine, especially.

BEWARE CHINESE KNOCKOFF PRIZES** Edit: All of the claw machine products, despite having the word nintendo and pokemon on them, are all cheap Temu knockoffs. All of the Plush Toys are official Pokemon & Nintendo products, which is awesome for the price. UNFORTUNATELY, the high point items, such as the Gengar Statue, is a Chinese Knock-off of the official statue, and is not Licensed or Trademarked by Nintendo or Pokemon. I don't know where these other reviews are coming from but this place is a scam. They grab on, sure . . . until it reaches the top and slams so hard it knocks it out. I regularly win prizes from other claw machines, it's not like it's a skill issue. We tried a variety of machines and the issue was constant, including plushes that were well positioned and sized for the claws. This is one of our new favorite places! According to my Pokemon loving 8 year old ?it's a dreamland!?. We had so much fun and the owners and staff are incredibly helpful and kind. Pricing is great, you can get 22 tokens for $20 and most of the claw machines are only 1 token to play. We are planning another trip very soon because my son is already asking when we can go back! I think I had just about as much fun as he did!

I absolutely love this place! I've been a few times and I always walk out with atleast 3 or more plushies! The people are very sweet and my friends love it aswell! I definitely loved when they did the nail claw machine, I hope they bring those back!

Surprisingly inexpensive. You can drop $20 and come out with 10 head sized stuffed animals. The machines are easy to win on. My 5 year old won first try on one of the claw machines and we left with a full bag of prizes. 10/10 will visit again.

this is the absolute worst place I've ever been to win claw machines. rigged beyond rigged. id say chances are winning once every ten to twenty tries. i spent 20 dollars and came back with THREE prizes. drops everything completely before even hitting the top. don't waste your time and money. prizes are also the cheapest things I've ever seen.

Everyone is so nice and respectful! The place is extremely clean and vibrant! They offered us a piece of candy and respected us when we said no we are diabetic and we're extremely kind. I love the variety and selection of toys and anime. It was real fun to go in and play a claw game and have good clean fun again. I definitely recommend going and checking them out.

I loved visiting this arcade! I'm a huge fan of claw machines and had driven by this location several times and kept making a mental note to check it out eventually. The prices are reasonable, the claws have good prizes and are well-stocked, plus the prize wall had so many wonderful goodies to choose from. We decided to stop by based on the reviews. I will say the staff is friendly, but we quickly found out most the machines claws are loose and won't hold the prize once it retracts to the top. We went when it was busy, a lot of people with not a whole bunch of room to move around. Clean, staff moved around items so my daughter could try to get something easier, didn't help. The only issue I had was me 6 year old continually picked things up, only for the claw to open up when it reached the top releasing the prize. And this happened on the same machine about 5 times in a row. Spent $30 came out with nothing.
