Booked for a birthday party, booked catering so all I had to do was show up. We arrive, absolutely nobody to be found, catering had not arrived or been set up. I called 306, they informed me it was ready, Finally they got it across the street. Then someone eventually came in to run the boiler room. Upon arriving, floors were sticky, no garbage bags in the garbage cans, no paper towels in the restroom, first restroom was filty, had over flowed. Last not least for $550 (2 hours) I shouldn't have to pay for a
We used to go often, around 5 pm with our kids. They loved the chicken fingers and the arcade games. It was great. Now, the new owner has let it go. The games are all broken, missing parts. The chicken fingers are frozen, really gross. The new owner clearly doesn't care about the quality. We will be finding a new place to have family fun. The waiter/bartender is super nice and great however. The staff in general is great.

First time going there! The greeters was nice and walked down the steps and looked around at the bowling lanes and other areas. I went to the bar where 3 waiters was standing and asked for a beer and she said to go to the bar !! I said thank you and left the establishment! Definitely not what we need to show our out of town guests!! Why are we not nice to our patrons? I will not recommend this business to anyone!!

We took our family here tonight. I was perfect. We went between 6-8 bowled, ate and played games. It was great! Friendly workers and my kids had a blast.(kids all under 7 years old) We will definitely do this when we are in town again! Cannot recommend enough!
My nieces rehearsal was held there, band was so loud you couldn't hear anything, we didn't eat, just had drinks but it was fun in the Photo Booth and playing shuffle board
Great bar with a bowling alley! We rented the bowling lanes for our business Christmas party and had a blast! We didn't even know this place was there...but will definitely return. Great atmosphere with the private lanes made for a wonderful time with our friends. Good food and great bartenders/service. Very friendly staff that kept checking on us throughout the evening. Highly recommend checking it out!!
Came to town for the weekend and wanted to check out some newer things Florence has to offer since I was in college years ago. My husband and I had a great time at The Boiler Room and we are glad we decided to check it out. Great signage since it shares a building with other businesses. Very clean, friendly staff, lots of game options. Music was awesome. Didn't try any food but drink recommendations from staff were excellent.
This place is extremely cool! The establishment is located underground, and there is a bowling alley, skee-ball, shuffleboard, darts, photo booth, and other games. The bar serves a wide variety of original drinks, plus great food. The staff are friendly and down to earth.
Fantastic food, atmosphere, and staff! I would highly recommend going on Thursday nights and participating in some trivia. Make sure to get some drinks from Dylan while you are down there! He is the best to do it!!

I drove over an hour and a Half to perform at the Comedy Open mic a few weeks ago. Great service and food, can't wait to get back and do some more jokes soon! Great crowd and very professional show!

Great little hole in the wall bar, but it needs a lot of improvement. One, what type of bar is this? A speakeasy? A dance club? A sports bar? It has too much going on, dial back the music or remove the tables and bowling lanes, everything is just off. Two, drinks and service were pretty mediocre. You know the drinks are good when the bartender has to look at the drink recipe, bonus points when the bar only has like 6 signature cocktails. Absolutely love this place. Disappointed there were no pool tables. We been searching for a good place to shoot pool and there is no where in Florence to go. Very sad! My son has a passion for it and would literally be there everyday. It sure would be a great way to bring more business to this establishment. Thank you so much ?? ????
Tonight was our first anniversary so we went to The Boiler Room.We had a blast!! Bowling was so much fun,The servers were so sweet and helpful..The couple that was singing did some great songs and are really talented..The atmosphere was laid back and relaxed..The place was packed and everybody was having a great time..This place is a hidden gem..so glad I found it!!
Had the place to ourselves. Bartender was super! I got the nachos, and while good, I was disappointed they used potato chips and not much meat. Still a good experience.
Very cool small bar. Virtual reality station, 2 lanes of bowling, darts, shuffleboard..Couches and a few tables to sit at. Liquor selection wasn't extensive but they can cover the basics. Cool place and atmosphere. Live music the friday night I went
great place, everything its great here but defeniley they need better live music like rock because I almost fall sleep with the acoustic guitar and sad songs they play.
Great place to go for a relaxing drink with a friend or to go have an active evening either bowling, playing darts or foosball. This place has it all. You can order food from the menu and all of the choices are great. Good atmosphere great people. The bartender is great. If they don't have what you want they will try to make it. I would highly recommend this great place.
My friends and I celebrated on February 4th for my birthday and we had the best time. The Boiler Room is definitely our new favorite spot and we can't wait to visit again. Shout out to Mercedes for the awesome service.
If you go I would refrain from bowling. Slipped on the floor multiple times, all of our balls got stuck behind the pins 4 or 5 times and the bartender needed to walk back there to retrieve them and told us to bowl slower. Screen froze on our lane. Not worth the $30/hour for bowling
Great place to go have a drink in Florence, Alabama! If Florence had great places like this 30 years ago, most of my graduating class wouldn't have high-tailed it to bigger cities! Check it, and the other Florence night life, out!

Had a blast!!! Took my boyfriend on an intimate date. They had a bar, live music,darts, skee ball, bowling, a photo booth, and virtual reality!!! Sooo much fun, can't wait to go back!!
The boiler room has to be the biggest waste of money in downtown Florence I have ever experienced in my life. TERRIBLE service. and drinks you can literally get 50% cheaper anywhere else on court street. We were there for three hours last night and never got a turn to bowl and were told we weren't going to be argued with when we asked how they lost our spot in line so many times. PJs old bartenders, if that tells you anything. Don't waste your time or money. Might be a good place to take some kids.
I guess a better way to describe it would be as a hole in the wall. The pretzels were good. The mixed drinks could use an update ??
This was a neat little dive bar. I was a bit weird closing a bar down at 11:00 pm but it is a small southern town. It has a couple lanes for bowling and foosball! Good guacamole!
