We had a blast here!! Such a fun & adventurous place for families and or date night. We visited to see the new stitch movie. The staff were friendly and the environment was clean and safe.

Took the kids to run off some energy and definitely did that ,we were able to do the mini golf ,arcade,bumber carts,and the indoor playground was perfect to end the night! Can't wait to go back for a movie or bowling next time!

We had a great experience with our oldest and youngest grandsons, the bowling alley was a disappointment when we discovered the pins were reset using cables that ran through the pins from top to bottom, but the arcade was well worth the hour it took us to get there!

Had a blast there perfect for all ages. The staff are amazing and so helpful and patient. Food ready and fresh tasting good portions for the prices and there are a lot of things from bowling , Lazer tag,mini golf, arcade ,movies,bumper cars.. one building so much fun.. All ages

Had the twin grandchildren's birthday party here, and it was great! All the kids played devoured pizza and a piece of cake or cupcake, then went straight back to playing. The staff were more than accommodating and very helpful and yes patient when it comes to Birthday parties. Clean up was easy, and the only complaint was that we had to go home! Highly recommend

We went for my nephews birthday party, & my son, 11yrs old, & my grandbaby, 2 yrs old, had a blast..!! Im not sure bout prices of the games or the party. I do know that the drinks were a little pricey. A large Dr. Pepper & a small, (very small), ice water was $5.50..but other than that, kids had a blast..!!

Had a blast in the Playland and all the arcade games they got a giant space Invaders and a giant Pac-Man is very modern at the same time very nostalgic it's a great place for any adult and kid to have a great time and create new memories

The Big E has a huge variety of things to do while you stay. If you want to have your kids to have a fun filled day this is the place to bring them. We went to see Lilo & Stitch. The only thing I'd have to say is, yes. The place needs some renovation and also the lights took forever to dim in theater 8. Only complaints I have all in all great experience

I would give a zero stars but that's not an option staff and MANAGEMANT are very unorganized very rude and very unprofessional.. date 6/24/25 spoke with a young manager in a red shirt she was not concerned with the staff giving mis information with issues about the kitchen.

This place is a gem. The prices are decent (I attached a picture of the price board as of fall 2021) and the place is always clean. They have movies, bowling, laser tag, a huge play place, bumper cars, a climbing course, mini golf, and games. The games always work too. We always walk away with 500-1000 tickets for 20$ usually. Come here for my niece's birthday. The arcade here sucks. Mainly just gambling machines. Also, unless you get the full collection, the tickets for the coin/ticket machines are just worth that ? one ticket. If providence does strike, and you get the full array, congrats, that's 500 tickets. Which is inane considering the difficulty in getting them. Very rude woman white hair black shirt. Not sure who decided this was someone to work with children. Hostile from register to play ground. A smile goes along way in a customer service environment not to mention a supposed fun place for children. There's a large sign up stating that adults are welcome with a wrist banded child but evidently not adult siblings if you didn't bring a birth certificate you cant watch over kids.

This place is great to bring kids from age 2+. The play/climbing area is amazing for kids around 10 and under. It's a large area, and is restricted to under 54", and parents can climb with children (see pics). The arcade has lots of options, mostly 75 cents to $1.50 per play. We just got back from watching a movie there. The movie was awesome the chairs were so comfort that my friend fell asleep during the movie. The graphics was great they have an awesome HD picture and the sound amazing!! The definitely have us service with a smile they were very friendly. The only reason I'm not giving them a five is due to the extremely high prices of the snakes and drinks. This place also has bowling, laser tag, a bar, arcade games. Tried for a week to speak to someone about booking a party. No answer and no return call. Finally got in touch with someone up front and asked could we just use the tables and bring a cake. Nice lady said no problem. Asked if we could by pitchers of drinks. She said yes. Got there today. All the tables were dirty and or super wobbly. I asked for a pitcher of drinks and was told that's for paying birthdays only. No big deal. Got 3 drinks with refills. Went and bought 90 dollars worth of cards no issue. Tried

Great place for adults as well as children. Lots of arcade games, bowling alley is clean and well taken care of. Movie theater are clean. Prices are reasonable. We love taking the grandchildren here so they can run and play.

Our grandson had his birthday party here. This was a really fun place. There is so much for kids to do, and prices are reasonable. We could have spent the whole day here!! Will definitely go back. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

We had a birthday party there this weekend. It was a blast for the kids and it was so easy and convenient for me! Caroline was awesome to work with during our party. I brought in lots of decorations, but you can literally show up with a cake and have the perfect party. They are awesome here!

We went to the movies tonight. It was so cold you could hang meat. We downloaded an app to prove to them how cold it was, it was 61 degrees. I called them while in the movie, was put on hold after explaining we were freezing, I finally hung up. You could feel the cold air blowing. Afterward, we were told they knew heat was out in 3 but didn't know about 2. Well now you do.

Went with my daughters today to watch Wolf Man. First off service was great. Staffed very well especially with the crowd. But and a big but we where in theater 3 for the movie and a speaker is broken in the theater and on every preview and suspense part of the movie it sounded like the speaker was in the trunk of a car and license plate was gonna rattle off. The girls thought it was comical and for me just took me out of the movie

Great time! Great Place! Great Staff!!! It all started with Ke?Asia! She seemed happy to serve our group of six (3 young men with autism and 3moms.). Ke?Asia explained the details and discounts of the game card?.later happily answered my questions about the bumper cars. Another young lady helped us with the bumper cars and took awesome pics of our group. The bowling alley staff were great and we enjoyed an hour of bowling. We left exhausted and happy. We will be back soon.

Cool place! We went for a movie bit grabbed a burger and hot dog at the snack bar prior to the movie. This place also has video games, a bowling alley and a kids playground. Great place to take young kids!

This Entertainment center is composed of 4 sections, A theater, an arcade, a bowling alley, and a mini golf course. Theater - Good condition I give it 4 stars, it is well kept and not nasty in any way shape or form, bathrooms are clean as well. Arcade - I give it 3 stars, because it is quite small, probably only takes 20-30 mins to try everything out. There is an indoor bumper cars but it is small as well. Really enjoy coming here. Pretty cool variety of things to do within. The staff are awesome, they have comfortable theater seats, and the food is not bad. The best part of coming here is that the prices are fair. The only downside is that it is open on weekends only. Other than that, I feel you and your family will have a good time.

Manager didn't accept picture copy of id for a movie but let someone younger than me with no id in the movie. Poor management highly disappointed!!!

My family and I visited this place on a Friday night around 8:00pm. Lots of entertainment options here from the movie theater to a bowling alley and various games the whole family can enjoy. They also have decent seating and concessions stand with a variety of choices from popcorn, soda and candy to pizza. Great place for a night out.

We love going to the Big E to bowl. Would give 5 stars if they maintained the lanes a little better. They are so glitchy. Constantly have to be reset, or ball/pins gets stuck, screen not displaying correctly.. plus, it's a little pricey. But what "entertainment" isn't?

My company brings us here for our quarterly meetings. It's actually a pretty good choice for this. They rent out a whole theater for the meeting itself, and then cut us loose into the main for team building. Team building options include bowling, mini golf, go carts, arcade games, even just go watch a movie. This place is huge! The service is great, pizza was sub-par, and prices were reasonable for the entertainment portion. The cost of food is similar to a movie theater (probably because they are a movie theater). The bathrooms weren't bad considering there were 3 buses of kids there the day that we went. You can't even hear the bowling alley portion in the arcade and play area. We love 45 minutes away and my son has been asking me daily to go back.

Love this place. I've taken my kid here her whole life. Never disappoints. I really wish the machines were updated, with all the equipment they're supposed to have. Like the cup games and the other ones that require the small balls.

This is my first and last experience here. We came to enjoy the day here and got the worst experience. We paid for 2 games of bowling and 4 shoes. With over $200 worth of food the asked us to move lanes not once but twice because they overbooked the lanes. We didn't even get to bowl and then had the nerve to have the worst attitude about the situation. 8 of us left unhappy.

I was a little underwhelmed at the place. The kid's play place is okay, but there is no quick way to get out of the far end if your kid needs to use the potty. For a kid place it would probably be wise to have an exit on both sides so that kids can get out quickly, otherwise they end up wetting their pants because they can't get out in time. - _

We had our granddaughter's 7th birthday party. This was the 2nd birthday party we have had here and the kids love it the staff was very nice. The pizza is good they bowled did Lazer tag and played video games. The grandkids say this is were they want there party.

We love this place. We have had a lot of successful birthday parties there over the years. 3 stars, because of their unaccommodating playland height restriction. My 3rd grader is unable to play in an area that is clearly not designed for toddlers. She went to play with her friends, and had to sit out because she was too tall. Love this place! The bowling alley is large enough isn't that long unless it's a weekend plus they have a bar. You have to stay in the bar to drink but they do at least have the option. The arcade games are also really really fun, and there's a huge play area for smaller kids. and to top it all off there are several theaters to watch many different movies and the seats recline and it is so comfortable to sit back and watch a movie and such a great theater. Me and my family will definitely be going back soon

There are plenty of bowling alleys for not being a bowling specific place. They have a high ropes course and mini golf section outside. I went here with my son who is a student at Limestone University nearby. We bowled to pass the time and visit. My only complaint was the seating in the bowling area. It is too small and needs to be widened. Your whole party has to sit on the same side of the table unless you rent two lanes.
