We had a blast here!! Such a fun & adventurous place for families and or date night. We visited to see the new stitch movie. The staff were friendly and the environment was clean and safe.
Took the kids to run off some energy and definitely did that ,we were able to do the mini golf ,arcade, bumber carts, and the indoor playground was perfect to end the night! Can't wait to go back for a movie or bowling next time!
We had a great experience with our oldest and youngest grandsons, the bowling alley was a disappointment when we discovered the pins were reset using cables that ran through the pins from top to bottom, but the arcade was well worth the hour it took us to get there!
Had a great time Saturday, Feb 08, 2025 at The Big E during the 21 T?s event for helping to get at-risk teens on the right track. Great service, helpful staff, good food and a welcoming atmosphere. Very clean and positive vibe!
Had a blast there perfect for all ages. The staff are amazing and so helpful and patient. Food ready and fresh tasting good portions for the prices and there are a lot of things from bowling , Lazer tag, mini golf, arcade ,movies, bumper cars.. one building so much fun.. All ages
Had the twin grandchildren's birthday party here, and it was great! All the kids played devoured pizza and a piece of cake or cupcake, then went straight back to playing. The staff were more than accommodating and very helpful and yes patient when it comes to Birthday parties. Clean up was easy, and the only complaint was that we had to go home! Highly recommend
We went for my nephews birthday party, & my son, 11yrs old, & my grandbaby, 2 yrs old, had a blast..!! Im not sure bout prices of the games or the party. I do know that the drinks were a little pricey. A large Dr. Pepper & a small, (very small), ice water was $5.50..but other than that, kids had a blast..!!
Had a blast in the Playland and all the arcade games they got a giant space Invaders and a giant Pac-Man is very modern at the same time very nostalgic it's a great place for any adult and kid to have a great time and create new memories
We had my granddaughter 3rd birthday party there. And she had a lot of fun. It is a good place to take kids of all ages. There is a play place for small kids. Movies, laser tag, bowling. All of my grandkids had fun, and they are age 16 to 3.
What a great experience and start to New Life Deliverance Worship Center, Men on the Move Men's Conference. The Staff was amazing and the food was great. Great fun and serve. We will look to return again. Thank you Big E, everything was wonderful.
Had a great time with my 2 great niece's, ages 9 and 4. We played put put and the went bowling there. It was a lot of fun.
The Big E has a huge variety of things to do while you stay. If you want to have your kids to have a fun filled day this is the place to bring them. The theater seats were comfortable, and the prices weren't that bad comparing to other theaters. The arcade has a fun selection of games. The bowling section has projectors showing the game so you cant miss it. The laser tag section was fun for the kids and the adults all the same. The mini golf course outside has a great decor value and the rope course above is s
Looks like a great place to take the kids. Movies, games, and bowling. Movie snacks, pizza, wings! The wings are pretty awesomely flavored. If I didn't live so far from it, I'd go back just for the wings.
We went to see Lilo & Stitch. The only thing I'd have to say is, yes. The place needs some renovation and also the lights took forever to dim in theater 8. Only complaints I have all in all great experience
I would give a zero stars but that's not an option staff and MANAGEMANT are very unorganized very rude and very unprofessional.. date 6/24/25 spoke with a young manager in a red shirt she was not concerned with the staff giving mis information with issues about the kitchen.
Fun place. Love taking my kids there. Only been 3 times but will be going many more.
This place is a gem. The prices are decent (I attached a picture of the price board as of fall 2021) and the place is always clean. They have movies, bowling, laser tag, a huge play place, bumper cars, a climbing course, mini golf, and games. The games always work too. We always walk away with 500-1000 tickets for 20$ usually. Do you have an insane little munchkin? The play place had 1 entrance and 1 exit. They can't get by you without you knowing. Grab a chair and chill while your kids go crazy or join t
Half of the machines are out of order or broken in some way to where even if you can use it, it doesn't function properly. They could seriously use a remodel and an update to their machines ... And the crazy things is they are making BANK because this place is always packed. Yet they won't reinvest that money back into the business so that people can have a better experience. Won't be going back ... Edit: in response to the establishment. It's now almost a month since I've been and my sister just had to go
Come here for my niece's birthday. The arcade here sucks. Mainly just gambling machines. Also, unless you get the full collection, the tickets for the coin/ticket machines are just worth that ? one ticket. If providence does strike, and you get the full array, congrats, that's 500 tickets. Which is inane considering the difficulty in getting them. Crane ticket game is the way to go if you want to soulessly collect tickets. Bowling here was poor. They have a non-existent selection of anything. The laser tag
Very rude woman white hair black shirt. Not sure who decided this was someone to work with children. Hostile from register to play ground. A smile goes along way in a customer service environment not to mention a supposed fun place for children. There's a large sign up stating that adults are welcome with a wrist banded child but evidently not adult siblings if you didn't bring a birth certificate you cant watch over kids.
This place is great to bring kids from age 2+. The play/climbing area is amazing for kids around 10 and under. It's a large area, and is restricted to under 54", and parents can climb with children (see pics). The arcade has lots of options, mostly 75 cents to $1.50 per play. Many games accumulate tickets on your card (digital ticket record) and the variety of prizes to choose from is pretty good. The pizza is good, and my interactions with the staff have been very good. There is also a movie theatre and b
Love this place kids always have a great time.
It's a wonderful place to go with friends or family. Go have fun and play. many options to choose. Arcade games, a very big play area for kids. It's worth going. Go watch a new movie release if you like. There are just so many options to choose from. Book a birthday party here.
We just got back from watching a movie there. The movie was awesome the chairs were so comfort that my friend fell asleep during the movie. The graphics was great they have an awesome HD picture and the sound amazing!! The definitely have us service with a smile they were very friendly. The only reason I'm not giving them a five is due to the extremely high prices of the snakes and drinks. This place also has bowling, laser tag, a bar, arcade games. As well as mini golf, and an obstacle corce outside. Great
Tried for a week to speak to someone about booking a party. No answer and no return call. Finally got in touch with someone up front and asked could we just use the tables and bring a cake. Nice lady said no problem. Asked if we could by pitchers of drinks. She said yes. Got there today. All the tables were dirty and or super wobbly. I asked for a pitcher of drinks and was told that's for paying birthdays only. No big deal. Got 3 drinks with refills. Went and bought 90 dollars worth of cards no issue. Tried
Great place for adults as well as children. Lots of arcade games, bowling alley is clean and well taken care of. Movie theater are clean. Prices are reasonable. We love taking the grandchildren here so they can run and play.
Our grandson had his birthday party here. This was a really fun place. There is so much for kids to do, and prices are reasonable. We could have spent the whole day here!! Will definitely go back. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
We had a birthday party there this weekend. It was a blast for the kids and it was so easy and convenient for me! Caroline was awesome to work with during our party. I brought in lots of decorations, but you can literally show up with a cake and have the perfect party. They are awesome here!
We went to the movies tonight. It was so cold you could hang meat. We downloaded an app to prove to them how cold it was, it was 61 degrees. I called them while in the movie, was put on hold after explaining we were freezing, I finally hung up. You could feel the cold air blowing. Afterward, we were told they knew heat was out in 3 but didn't know about 2. Well now you do.
Great entertainment for the kiddos. So much for them to do. Food. Movies. Bowling. Great place for birthday parties.
Went with my daughters today to watch Wolf Man. First off service was great. Staffed very well especially with the crowd. But and a big but we where in theater 3 for the movie and a speaker is broken in the theater and on every preview and suspense part of the movie it sounded like the speaker was in the trunk of a car and license plate was gonna rattle off. The girls thought it was comical and for me just took me out of the movie
Have taken my kids there multiple times from movies , bowling and the arcade. Very reasonably priced.
Highly recommended for a family day/night out. Putt-putt, bowling, movies and numerous games. Friendly staff and reasonable prices.
Love playing Putt putt and watching movies here. The popcorn could be better but I'm still giving it 5 stars
Great place to take the kids to play also they have outside putt putt ,indoor boling alley an movie theater so all ages can enjoy
Great time! Great Place! Great Staff!!! It all started with Ke?Asia! She seemed happy to serve our group of six (3 young men with autism and 3moms.). Ke?Asia explained the details and discounts of the game card?.later happily answered my questions about the bumper cars. Another young lady helped us with the bumper cars and took awesome pics of our group. The bowling alley staff were great and we enjoyed an hour of bowling. We left exhausted and happy. We will be back soon.
Cool place! We went for a movie bit grabbed a burger and hot dog at the snack bar prior to the movie. This place also has video games, a bowling alley and a kids playground. Great place to take young kids!
This Entertainment center is composed of 4 sections, A theater, an arcade, a bowling alley, and a mini golf course. Theater - Good condition I give it 4 stars, it is well kept and not nasty in any way shape or form, bathrooms are clean as well. Arcade - I give it 3 stars, because it is quite small, probably only takes 20-30 mins to try everything out. There is an indoor bumper cars but it is small as well. No machines are broken down and everything is well kept. Bowling Alley- I give it 4 stars , Complet
I do not recommend bowling here, the lanes are horrible. Overall for kids, it's okay.
I literally love the pizza here lol wish they had more wine options but that is all
We already enjoyed The Big E as a fun place to take the kids or to go see a movie, but I have to brag on the party experience. We had my daughters birthday party here, and I was initially worried because the communication on the front end wasn't great. There was no explanation when I called to book it about what was included or what to expect or when to arrive. Once we got there though, we were assigned a party host and he was fantastic! He had our wrist bands and arcade cards ready when we arrived and adde
Fun place to go bowling watch movies and play games . Great for family time
We had the absolute best time!!! There were a lot of complications when setting up the party since our dates fell in the middle of a remodel. Daniel did a great job taking care of us and rolled with the punches to make it the very best party EVER! THANKS AGAIN
I love this place so much. Family friendly fun with fun for the whole family ??
Really enjoy coming here. Pretty cool variety of things to do within. The staff are awesome, they have comfortable theater seats, and the food is not bad. The best part of coming here is that the prices are fair. The only downside is that it is open on weekends only. Other than that, I feel you and your family will have a good time.
Manager didn't accept picture copy of id for a movie but let someone younger than me with no id in the movie. Poor management highly disappointed!!!
So many things to do!! A great place for the whole family!! Staff are very friendly as well.
Good food..arcades..bowling
Its a great family fun center! My only feedback would be that this facility needs renovating.
Awesome movie atmosphere. Very clean and family oriented
The bowling prices seemed high but was a fun atmosphere the games are also a bit high for me but still had fun.
My family and I visited this place on a Friday night around 8:00pm. Lots of entertainment options here from the movie theater to a bowling alley and various games the whole family can enjoy. They also have decent seating and concessions stand with a variety of choices from popcorn, soda and candy to pizza. Great place for a night out.
Fun place to take the kids and to enjoy yourself, huge play area for kids with bridge , a lot of fun games , bumper cars , movies and bowling, prices are reasonable, thank you !
They have bowling, movies, arcade games, a food court, mini golf, a track. Great place for all age groups. Went with my family of 4 ( 2,17, 30+, 40+), we all had something to do. Most of the games for smaller children are in the front of the building (they can ride in the car, spin the monopoly die, whack the alligators, get a duck or ball from the machine)
Fun fun fun place, We watched cocaine bear, it was nice to watch a movie in a theater again, fresh popcorn ??, friendly staff. Go early, it gets busy around 2pm.
Cost: ?????????? Fun: ?????????? Cust. Service: ?????????? Cleanliness: ?????????? Staff: ???????? My family of 3 from Charlotte NC and another family of 5 from Ithaca, NY, met here today around 3PM today (7/21/24) for two 14 yr old internet friends to meet for the first time. We all had a fantastic time! I highly recommend this business for families to have some fun! Was impressed by how friendly the *majority* of the staff were here considering they were almost all teenagers. Two employees stood out. A
Lots of things for everyone to do reasonably price for that type of attraction
This place has it all! Bowling, mini golf, arcade/inside playground/bumper cars! Movie theater
Great whole family entertainment!!! Everything from put put, high ropes course, laser tag, indoor playroom, parties, movie theater, bar, food, arcade, bumper cars... Best place to spend a rainy afternoon!!! Staff is the most welcoming and nicest around as well.
We love going to the Big E to bowl. Would give 5 stars if they maintained the lanes a little better. They are so glitchy. Constantly have to be reset, or ball/pins gets stuck, screen not displaying correctly.. plus, it's a little pricey. But what "entertainment" isn't?
My company brings us here for our quarterly meetings. It's actually a pretty good choice for this. They rent out a whole theater for the meeting itself, and then cut us loose into the main for team building. Team building options include bowling, mini golf, go carts, arcade games, even just go watch a movie. They've even got one of those "discovery zone" style parkour mazes, which I wish I was still small enough to enjoy. It's an excellent venue not just for company excursions, but also family ones. The pr
This place is huge! The service is great, pizza was sub-par, and prices were reasonable for the entertainment portion. The cost of food is similar to a movie theater (probably because they are a movie theater). The bathrooms weren't bad considering there were 3 buses of kids there the day that we went. You can't even hear the bowling alley portion in the arcade and play area. We love 45 minutes away and my son has been asking me daily to go back.
Had family day there and loved loved it and also my girl birthday
Great place for a family day.. something for everybody. Movies, arcade, lazer tag, bowling, bumper cars, rope courses,, putt putt, food, drinks, soda and slushies and beer.
Great place to take the kids for a bday party.
Great set up was amazed; nice seats didn't recline but pretty comfortable nachos need fresher less salty chips but what's a movie w out salt Right lol....Def will return in the future and staff was quite courteous as well
The kids had a great time! The pizza was better than I expected. The staff was super friendly & verified our order before charging our card. WOW! I wish more places did that!! Prices were what you'd expect to pay ($1.25/1.50 per game). It was a great outing for the family & we will definitely go back.
It was a mess tonight! The kids working the counter at the concessions area acted as if they didn't have a clue about how anything worked there! Very disappointed as I've never had this experience here before! What was supposed to be a fun experience turned into a very stressful experience.
Great place for birthday parties and just a fun hangout spot! THERE'S A TON OF STUFF TO DO FOR EVERYONE OF ALL AGES! The only thing I would change about this place is some of the cost.... We had our daughter & son's joined birthday party there a couple weeks ago. We only had 9 people (counting us) at the party. We were provided 1 hour of bowling, 2 pizzas, a small ice cream cup ( <4oz cups) apiece, and a small game card for each of the kids... It costs us over $250.00 just for that! Don't get me wrong we h
The game prices are less than the computation. My grandson had a blast. The ticket prizes are meant for elementary kids, we didn't see anything for the older ones
Love this place. I've taken my kid here her whole life. Never disappoints. I really wish the machines were updated, with all the equipment they're supposed to have. Like the cup games and the other ones that require the small balls.
My daughters have been a couple times with my mom. And my youngest one goes with her friend she seems to loves it there. It sounds like it would be really fun I need to try to go with her sometime soon and check it out it sounds like it would be a blast.
Stopped here on a road trip to let the kids get some energy out. Lilly was friendly and helped me navigate the menus and get game cards. Play area for $7. Arcade games are about $1-$1.50 each. Lots to do here and there was food for a pit stop for mom and dad.
It was an ok place for kids. Not too many arcades games for the kids to play with. They do have a bowling ally, an outdoor miniature golf, and Laser tag on their facility. We went for our grandson and granddaughter's birthday party.
Atmosphere could be controlled a little better, I think every time I've been here there's been a fight breaking out. I noticed with other customers the people running the concession stand are pretty rude and pushy when trying to order. We spent close to $250 for 6 mini golf, 2 bumper cars, 4 Lazer tag, and 2 game cards then additionally some snacks at the concession stand. When asking can we please have an empty popcorn bag to cover the top of our popcorn... not only did the attendant seem annoyed that I w
Surely coming back, my boys love the place so much
Bowling, movies, bumper cars, arcade, laser tag, putt putt golf, it's got everything. The mall is beside it as well. My lil girl loves this place. Especially the play house they got for 7$
Love to take my grandson here to play he loves it .
This is my first and last experience here. We came to enjoy the day here and got the worst experience. We paid for 2 games of bowling and 4 shoes. With over $200 worth of food the asked us to move lanes not once but twice because they overbooked the lanes. We didn't even get to bowl and then had the nerve to have the worst attitude about the situation. 8 of us left unhappy.
Baby I had a blast , good prices
I was a little underwhelmed at the place. The kid's play place is okay, but there is no quick way to get out of the far end if your kid needs to use the potty. For a kid place it would probably be wise to have an exit on both sides so that kids can get out quickly, otherwise they end up wetting their pants because they can't get out in time. - _
We had our granddaughter's 7th birthday party. This was the 2nd birthday party we have had here and the kids love it the staff was very nice. The pizza is good they bowled did Lazer tag and played video games. The grandkids say this is were they want there party.
We love this place. We have had a lot of successful birthday parties there over the years. 3 stars, because of their unaccommodating playland height restriction. My 3rd grader is unable to play in an area that is clearly not designed for toddlers. She went to play with her friends, and had to sit out because she was too tall. That is sad :(. 8 is the prime time in her life for playing at places like big E. Staff was unsympathetic. Perhaps a weight limit for safety? Or Age limit? What good is a play land if
Love this place! The bowling alley is large enough isn't that long unless it's a weekend plus they have a bar. You have to stay in the bar to drink but they do at least have the option. The arcade games are also really really fun, and there's a huge play area for smaller kids. and to top it all off there are several theaters to watch many different movies and the seats recline and it is so comfortable to sit back and watch a movie and such a great theater. Me and my family will definitely be going back soon
This place is always a fun time and the staff have always been pleasant (with the occasional exception of someone working the register who may be having a bad day). If you have kids or you just wanna have some fun with friends. They have many activities such as bowling, mini golf, arcade style gaming room, laser tag, an obstacle course, a giant playhouse and bumper cars. Personally for me I enjoy bowling and my favorite thing about this place is the theater, I am a huge movie goer and it's a place for me t
This place is great. Went here for a work paid for social gathering and had a lot of fun. There are things to do for all ages. There are plenty of bowling alleys for not being a bowling specific place. They have a high ropes course and mini golf section outside. I didn't do the ropes course because the line was super long but I did the mini golf. It was really easy but still enjoyable. They have a few movie theaters that are pretty good and can block the sound from the main arcade section pretty well. For l
I went here with my son who is a student at Limestone University nearby. We bowled to pass the time and visit. My only complaint was the seating in the bowling area. It is too small and needs to be widened. Your whole party has to sit on the same side of the table unless you rent two lanes.
We went for a birthday party. A lot of things to do for kids. A large play structure with climbing and bridges, claw machines, and bowling. I thought it was expensive but if you have the extra cash, your kids will love it.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
