We had a little trouble with the cars on the machines at first. We weren't sure of the issue so we asked a floor attendant. Instead of brushing us to the front she checked all the machines we tried, asked if we would like her start one of the toddler rides we had tried and then politely told us where to get a new card. The pumpkin bars are the best item on the buffet! This place needs to update their decorations and seating. An update to the prizes available might make us want to visit again, but at this point my son has had one of everything except the stuffed animals. The quality of the toys is not good. What a Great family time and it's all indoors! They have laser tag, go karts, bumper cars and a couple more that spin you and go up high and bounce you down. This place gives me the impression that it is a restaurant which serves pizza crafted from an "amazing machine". However, contrary to my assumption, it is more about enjoying time spent with friends and family at an arcade with the addition of pizza made from a standard oven for regular pizza.

The attendant at the buffet was wiping with a dirty cloth WHILE people were getting food.. she would even reach over people and wouldn't wait til the people went through to clean. It was gross. This truly is The AMAZING Pizza Machine. The entire staff was super-friendly, rides and games were cleaned very often, masks recommended but not required for unvaccinated guests, the prices were very reasonable, and the food was spectacular! I will certainly be returning in the future.

The Pizza Machine is always one of my sons favorite places to go. They have a great combination of games for all ages to entertain small children to adults. The food is good for the price, very similar to what used to be Valentinos buffet. I know that my son is going to eat the food and have fun, which makes it a nice family outing to go on. Staff is rude. After having problems with card readers on games/rides and asking an Employee I was told ?there are tips and tricks for them and most of them don't work. Half the card scanners will work sometimes and other times not. It honestly is very frustrating such as the walking dead game I couldn't revive myself because the card scanner stopped working for two different cards.
