The Alley has it all bowling, arcades, billiards, and darts! Super fun for families or a night out with friends. Great atmosphere, clean space, and something for everyone to enjoy!

We are on an out of state field trip with about 90 junior high kids and 30 chaperones. We had a blast! Kids fed, games played and nothing but fun. The staff was helpful and attentive. Special thanks to the manager Michelle. She was the best hostess and really went way above my expectations. ??

We had a blast here! The front desk lady was kind and helpful! We went bowling as a party of three and were able to play 2 rounds for the hour! They serve food, drinks and alcoholic beverages. They also have eleven 8-foot billiard tables, 3 dart boards, 2 tabletop shuffle boards, board games and an arcade!

We did not have a good experience here. We were told it would be about a 40 minute wait for a lane. We were there an hour and a half and was told there was still one person ahead of us. Then they asked which number buzzer we had because there was a mix up so I'm wondering if other people were served before us. They didn't seem incredibly busy. I could look past that, maybe people were just taking their time on the lanes. What I cannot look past is the disappointing food. I ordered nachos, and these were $14

We had my son?s 6th birthday party at The Alley and it was perfect! The manager (I think her name was Michelle) was super friendly and accommodating. The service, food, drinks, bowling, arcade games, and lounge space was all great! Adults and kids had a fun time!

Our family came here for the first time to celebrate a birthday. The person with a bday is free, there is a senior discount and kids are pretty cheap too. It is a very nice, modern and clean place. The bowling alley is ligit unlike some previous alleys in SF which had a big slant. There is good beer, good food and lots of other entertainment. We were impressed by friendly service.

Lots to do besides bowl, they have an arcade, shuffle board, and ample pool tables we had a good time the atmosphere and staff were very nice. Price wise Tuesday is the best deal. The food looked good we didn't try it but will next time.

Terrible management. Joey, the owner, was playing pool supposedly ?not on the clock.? I noticed that he kept pointing fingers at customers and I couldn't understand why. A waitress then came up to my table and said that dogs are not allowed in the establishment but because he was in his carrier it was okay that he stayed. We booked out The Alley for several hours for a reception during a large professional conference in Santa Fe. The whole team at the venue was fantastic to work with throughout the booking process and the staff working our event that evening were great. The food we ordered exceeded our expectations and our guests enjoyed having a wide range of things to do while there. I highly recommend booking this venue for large events. We will definitely be back here again in the future.

Unfortunately, I will not be returning to The Alley. It is a darn shame that the only bowling alley in Santa Fe has now transitioned to string pins. For the same, full price. I love bowling. I love the sport. But I will probably just be taking my business to Cities of Gold for bowling moving forward. If and when The Alley transitions back to traditional pins, I will be patronizing this business again.

Such a fun place to bowl and more! My son loves coming to the Alley in Santa Fe for bowling and video games. They also have a lot of pool tables and darts. They serve food and have a full bar. This is also a great place for a date! Every time we come to the Alley we have a blast!

The Alley was pretty crappy. I believe food and drinks should be served until the closing time. Showed up at 9:20, closed at 10:00. Would not serve anything.

We arrived at 9:15pm. Employees at the front did not acknowledge the entering clients only the ones leaving. No sense of order. Once assisted, they specified that they are not able to give us a lane. We are from out of town and we saw it closed at 11pm. How could they simply say no to new business? Will not return. Would not recommend. Very poor experience.

Local's Tuesdays is fabulous, it is very affordable for a family of three. They have a good menu with staples like pizza and nachos and chicken tenders, also moderately priced. A nice variety of draft beer. Super friendly service. The arcade was a bit expensive, but it was still fun. Overall a great place for an occasional family outing.

Chairs were not very comfortable, environment seems sterile, pool is by the hr, no coin operated tables, staff was friendly and nice, who ever buys the seeting should test some for comfort

The Alley is fun, everyone who works here is so friendly & accommodating. We joined the one person league. It lasted 8 weeks and has been a blast. They have great food and a full bar. They are also having another 6 person league coming up this summer. There is shuffleboard, many pool tables, pinball machines & a lot of other fun games to enjoy for all ages, except the bar, of course.

The food is great, but we came on a slow night. There was no waitstaff. Had to order everything at the bar and pickup all our own drinks, silverware, plates, and basically wait our own table for my family. Absolutely no check in by any staff. At the end of the night, we had a 20% gratuity added to our tab. Seems like staff was trying you make up for a slow night.

I had my graduation party here and it was an amazing experience! I had booked the party room and 3 lanes for me and my guests and we had an amazing time. The party room is absolutely gorgeous, the staff were amazing and the place has so much to do! This is a great place to have a party especially if you don't want to spend too much! So, The Alley is good when it's slow. When busy The Alley employees can't handle the traffic and it what I consider steady but not super busy. Servers and bartenders are running around like crazy. I was visiting my hometown for the holidays. My friends took me here, and we had so much fun! There is quite a big crowd (also a large venue.) but the staff easily manages it. We did bowling, played darts, and Karaoke. I also have to note that I lost my phone which was later recovered (and returned to me.) So five stars for the customer service. However, the bartender confiscated the drinks of my group after stating her manager required her to, as they were "watching us on their cameras" and deemed our group to be belligerent. Worst experience I've ever had . The host was extremely rude to my 2 year old and said some derogatory remarks about him directly to my wife . Considering this place is an arcade as well you would think the staff would have some child skills . But to say disrespectful remarks about a 2 year old that is just excited to play the games is uncalled for . No respect for their patrons . Unfortunately for such an amazing place to leave such a bad taste I would not return much less host a birthday party there .

When I spend more than $50 to bowl for an hour with my family, I expect the lane to work. I spent half of my time complaining to the staff about missing pins until they finally moved us to another lane. They gave us 15 minutes on our time, but that barely makes up for the time spent talking to employees, and doesn't come close the time spent being frustrated. I'll go to Cities of Gold where it is much cheaper.

The managers here are shady and will steal tips from their hardworking servers and bartenders while hiding in their offices to avoid doing any work. I've witnessed them fire several good employees just because they spoke out about how poorly they were being treated. Also, it's overpriced for no reason whatsoever.
