Reviews Summary

This bowling alley receives mixed reviews, with many praising its friendly staff, fun atmosphere, and family-friendly amenities like affordable parties, arcade games, and pool tables. High ratings highlight great food, drinks, and reasonable prices. However, negative reviews cite poor customer service, rude staff, outdated facilities, and inconsistent lane conditions. Some complain about misleading information (e.g., cosmic bowling not starting as advertised) or all lanes being reserved without notice. While it’s a beloved spot for locals and visitors, criticisms focus on unprofessionalism and maintenance issues. Overall, it’s a popular but polarizing venue.

Best bowling alley we have been too! Took our kids and it was welcoming, great food, great prices, and great atmosphere!!!

Love this place. Good food, drinks. And games

As a bartender at this venue We strive to be the best we can. We encourage our guest to gives us your ideas we are open suggestions for fun and or tips on How we can improve. Come on in check us out we have a full bar with gaming ,Pool tables ,arcade games, as well as our own photo booth Chill eat and bowl Make memories here at TENPINS

The guy working the counter was amazing!!! Super friendly and very helpful. It was obvious he was extremely busy and appeared to be the only one working but he handled everything quickly and without making us feel we were being rushed through any questions we had. I was visiting family in the area and decided last minute to give this place a try. So glad we did and I'm sure I'll be back the next time I'm in town. While we were there we did notice the place could use some updates and that's the reason for

First time ever being there. Place was full & loved the fact they had a really nice food bar, actual bar & gaming room & 2 cool claw machines. I was there for a bday & while there 2 more bdays were going as well. Prices were reasonable. Is just a Fun environment for all!! Will make point of going again.

Everything about this dive of a bowling alley is a one star, or less. The bowling alley it self presents itself as a stone age bowling venue, especially the lane conditions! Poor oil, or the lack thereof, NO pin action at all, you throw your bowl right in the pocket and it goes left, or right, thus the lanes are dry. The scoring system is about the only decent thing about the lanes. The bathrooms are old and outdated like the lanes and bowling alley itself. The manager, or owner does not seem like he cares

Classic bowling spot in Mt. Carmel, recently updated. Great prices on bowling and beer. Guaranteed good time.

I have my kids birthday party here 2 times and about to again. This is best bowling alley. They are super kind and always willing to help. They always have everything ready when we get there. Definitely recommend

Went on a Saturday night and got treated like a rat. The front worker (possibly the owner) treated us like we we're senile, acted like we where stupid even tho we just asked a few question regarding the rules and opening/closing times. After our game ended he disrespectfully rushed us out as we were taking our shoes off to return. The place is outdated and problems with the lanes are always reoccurring. Definitely not a professional place/environment. This is definitely an establishment for children, busine

Terrible establishment. Drove 30 minutes to take my daughter bowling on new years and they reserved all the lanes for the night. Maybe be smart enough to give that information out instead of letting people drive all the way there like you are going to let them play. This is more of a bar. Not a place for kids. Will never come back. Would never recommend 0/100

Such a good time at a great price! Staff is friendly and we've met some super nice people there. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff, food, bar, bowling. Good place to have a bday party. We had a really good time here.

The place is very unprofessional and staff is rude. The prices are outrageous and I Def would not recommend this establishment for any reason.

I've had my kids' birthday parties there and the price was worth it. They offer to decorate and what comes with the birthday package is a plus. Definitely worth it

Looked good. We didn't bowl here, it's a little expensive for us. We are a big family, so their prices were out of the budget.

Fun place, great prices and the gentleman at the front desk was welcoming!

Its the funnest thing to do in Mt. Carmel for sure. & it has awesome staff. Jason - you da man!!

Great place! Very friendly staff. We had a graduation party and it was a great time.

Drove 30 minutes to come bowling and they rented all their lanes out. What a disappointing establishment and a waist of time. Would not recommend going to this place 0/10 star review.

Awesome place. Excellent team of people, friendly, had a great party for my kids

The staff is very friendly and the lanes and gaming areas are clean and family friendly. Their pizzas are a hidden gem.

Very friendly service, very nice bar and bowling ally! The food was great too!

Advertises cosmic bowling showed up and asked about it was even told yes starts at 8. Was there till 915 and it never switched over.

I was going to give a great review with video & pics, but they don't seem to like that around these parts.

Nice place cool environment. Highly recommended, super friendly staff.

Friendly folks. Busy but not crowded. Good times.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
